本发明涉及饲料技术领域,具体为一种具备高营养价值的青贮饲料配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
青贮是指把鲜棵植物品种压实封闭起来,使贮存的青饲料与外部空气隔绝,造成内部缺氧、致使厌氧发酵,从而产生有机酸,可使鲜棵饲料保存经久不坏,既可减少养分损失又有利于动物消化吸收的一种贮存技术或方法。
增高饲草的利用价值。新鲜的饲草水分高、适口性好、易消化,但不易保藏,容易腐烂变质。青贮后,可比青绿饲料的鲜嫩、青绿,营养物质不但不会减少,而且有一种芳香酸味,刺激家畜的食欲,采食量增加,对肉羊的生长发育有良好的促进作用。
扩大饲料来源。青贮原料除大量的玉米、甘薯外,还有牧草、蔬菜、树叶及一些农副产品等,如向日葵头盘、菊芋茎秆等。经过青贮后,可以除去异味和毒素。如马铃薯鲜喂有毒素,木薯也不宜大量鲜食,青贮后可安全食用。
调整饲草供应时期。我国北方饲料生产的季节性非常明显,旺季时吃不完,饲草、饲料易霉烂,淡季缺少青绿饲料,青贮可以做到常年均衡供应,有利于增高肉羊的生产才能。
现有技术仅仅采用玉米秸秆制作的青贮饲料玉米淀粉率较低,且蛋白率和口感均较差,为此,我们提出一种具备高营养价值的青贮饲料配方及其制备方法。

本发明的目的在于提供一种具备高营养价值的青贮饲料配方及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

一种具备高营养价值的青贮饲料制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)收割:在玉米籽乳熟期采收,收果穗后的玉米秸,在玉米棒子蜡熟至70%完熟时,叶片尚未枯黄或玉米茎基部1-2片叶开始枯黄时立即采摘玉米棒;
(2)切碎:使用揉丝机对玉米秸秆进行揉丝,然后将玉米秸秆切碎到长约1-2㎝,并对苞米粒进行破壁,破壁后的玉米破碎粒一层一层的加入青贮中;
(3)加入添加剂:原料切碎后立即加入添加物,目的是让原料快速发酵,添加有益菌、复合酶、螯合肽、脱霉剂、淀粉酶、纤维素酶、尿素、硫酸铵、氯化铵等;
(4)装填贮存:装窖前,底部铺10-15厘米厚的秸杆,以便吸收液汁,窖四壁铺塑料薄膜,以防漏水透气,装时要踏实,采用推土机碾压或人力夯实,一直装到高出窖沿60厘米左右,即可封顶。

本发明对秸秆揉丝,苞米粒破壁,有利于营养释放,把玉米破碎粒,下角料,一层一层加入青贮中,增加玉米淀粉率,提高饲料转化率,青贮玉米加破碎粒,经过发酵以后,它的蛋白率,口感,淀粉率比压片玉米高两个百分点,从而解决了现有技术仅仅采用玉米秸秆制作的青贮饲料玉米淀粉率较低,且蛋白率和口感均较差。
Claims (10)
1.一种具备高营养价值的青贮饲料配方,其特征在于:其组分按质量百分比配比为:玉米秸秆40-60%,破碎玉米粒10-30%,饲料添加剂2-4%,酒糟10-20%,麦麸5-10%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具备高营养价值的青贮饲料配方,其特征在于:所述饲料添加剂包括有益菌、复合酶、螯合肽、脱霉剂、淀粉酶、纤维素酶、尿素、硫酸铵、氯化铵,其中有益菌包括活性乳酸菌、双歧杆菌和芽孢杆菌。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具备高营养价值的青贮饲料配方,其特征在于:所述饲料配方组分按质量百分比配比为:玉米秸秆40%,破碎玉米粒30%,饲料添加剂2%,酒糟20%,麦麸8%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具备高营养价值的青贮饲料配方,其特征在于:所述饲料配方组分按质量百分比配比为:玉米秸秆60%,破碎玉米粒20%,饲料添加剂4%,酒糟10%,麦麸6%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具备高营养价值的青贮饲料配方,其特征在于:所述饲料配方组分按质量百分比配比为:玉米秸秆50%,破碎玉米粒30%,饲料添加剂3%,酒糟12%,麦麸5%。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的一种具备高营养价值的青贮饲料制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)收割:在玉米籽乳熟期采收,收果穗后的玉米秸,在玉米棒子蜡熟至70%完熟时,叶片尚未枯黄或玉米茎基部1-2片叶开始枯黄时立即采摘玉米棒;
(2)切碎:使用揉丝机对玉米秸秆进行揉丝,然后将玉米秸秆切碎到长约1-2㎝,并对苞米粒进行破壁,破壁后的玉米破碎粒一层一层的加入青贮中;
(3)加入添加剂:原料切碎后立即加入添加物,目的是让原料快速发酵,添加有益菌、复合酶、螯合肽、脱霉剂、淀粉酶、纤维素酶、尿素、硫酸铵、氯化铵等;
(4)装填贮存:装窖前,底部铺10-15厘米厚的秸杆,以便吸收液汁,窖四壁铺塑料薄膜,以防漏水透气,装时要踏实,采用推土机碾压或人力夯实,一直装到高出窖沿60厘米左右,即可封顶。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种具备高营养价值的青贮饲料制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中采摘玉米棒的当日,最迟次日将玉米茎杆采收制作青贮。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种具备高营养价值的青贮饲料制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中青贮饲料原料的含水量要求为65-75%,青贮的温度应控制在19-37℃,将原料必须压实,排出空气,以形成厌氧环境。
9.根据权利要求6所述的一种具备高营养价值的青贮饲料制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中配制酵母时,白酒与麸皮或米糠的比例为1:100。
10.根据权利要求6所述的一种具备高营养价值的青贮饲料制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中饲料发酵时温度控制在20℃左右,保持密闭保存。
