Abstract
The invention relates to a straw crushing mechanism and a combined machine for recycling mulching films by crushing and returning the straw into the field, wherein the straw crushing mechanism comprises a frame (32), a transmission mechanism (31) and a straw crushing mechanism (33), at least one group of film pressing mechanisms are respectively arranged in front of and behind the straw crushing mechanism (33), and the mulching films are protected by the two groups of film pressing mechanisms. Compared with the prior art, the straw crushing mechanism can effectively protect the mulching film when crushing the straw, can optimally adjust the operation force of the crushing mechanism and the residual straw stubble, can effectively prevent the mulching film from being rolled in by the crushing mechanism or the straw, further greatly improves the operation effects of straw crushing and mulching film recovery, and provides an optimal operation surface for the later mulching film recovery.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an agricultural operation machine, in particular to a straw crushing mechanism and a combined operation machine for crushing straw and recycling mulching films.
Background
The mulching technology has the functions of heat preservation, water conservation, soil moisture conservation and the like, can improve the crop yield in arid areas and cold areas, and certainly increases the crop yield in arid areas of Xinjiang or even nationwide lack of water. In practice, the two groups of first film pressing rollers 11 arranged in parallel of the first film pressing mechanism are pressed on two sides of a crop plant row, so that the straw crushing mechanism can be effectively prevented from damaging or rolling up the mulching film when crushing the straw, the straw crushing mechanism can be adjusted to a lower position, residual stubble is remained as little as possible, the second film pressing rollers are matched with the first film pressing rollers to protect the mulching film, the straw crushing and mulching film recycling operation effects are greatly improved, and an optimal operation surface is provided for recycling the mulching film.
