Although the plastic film mulching planting technology is an effective way for improving the crop yield, if the residual plastic film left in the field cannot be timely recovered, the environmental pollution is caused and the plastic film mulching planting technology has to cause serious harm to the agricultural production. The problem of recovering the residual film is one of the important factors influencing the continuous development of agricultural production, and the problem is recognized by more and more people. At present, the government and some agricultural production departments in China begin to invest in manpower, material resources and financial resources to solve the problem of residual film recovery. However, in general, because the plastic film mulching planting area is wide in China, the plastic film mulching year limit is long, and the residual plastic film is not timely recovered and treated, the quantity of waste and residual plastic films in rural areas is increased sharply, and white pollution is caused in many places.
