引言
电灯组件在许多移动和固定系统中用作人工照明光源。例如,灯组件可以配置为照亮道路、建筑物或工作区域,或者提供重点照明或任务照明。装有芯片的发光二极管(LED)通常用作灯组件中的相对长效和高效的光源。在LED中,当LED通过施加的电压通电时,光子被释放。这种独特的现象响应于自由电子与正负掺杂半导体材料之间的结点处或邻近其的正性“空穴”的组合而发生。结点的温度影响LED的预期寿命。结果,通常使用位于LED芯片附近的大型金属或塑料散热片来吸收和消散LED芯片的半导体材料内产生的热量。在较高功率的应用中,可使用电风扇以促进空气循环并减少灯组件内的结点凝结。
发明内容
本文公开了具有各向异性散热器的灯组件以及包括灯组件的车辆或其他系统。如果根据本文所述构造,灯具组件旨在帮助减少对上述电风扇和/或散热片的需求。为了实现这样的目的,灯组件配备有被动各向异性散热器,术语“各向异性”是指:相对于散热器的深度或厚度,沿着散热器的长度和宽度维度具有显著更高导热率的材料特性。

各向异性散热器37可以可选地包括相对于彼此正交布置的多个支脚37L,以形成如图所示的L形构造,每个支脚37L延伸足够的距离进入腔室C1和C2中相应的一个,用于传递热量达到期望的效果。散热器37可以经由投影仪框架27(例如,支架或其他支撑结构)固定到投影仪组件22。在一些实施例中,投影仪透镜22L或整个投影仪组件22可以响应于转向输入信号(即,在自适应前灯应用中)而枢转或旋转。因此,在一些实施例中,可以期望枢转散热器37,因此需要一定程度的顺应性或柔韧性以及与投影仪组件22的移动部分的牢固附接。
如图4中所示,可以修改图3的示例性L形结构以延伸进入多于两个的腔室C1和C2中。例如,各向异性散热器27可以如图所示在平面图中具有T形或未描绘的其他形状,其中由灯组件16的构造来指定特定形状。在所有的实施例中,重叠区域ZO界定散热器37的重叠表面区域和图2的LED结点J32,散热器37被夹紧、粘附或以其他方式固定到该LED结点J32

Claims (10)

1.一种灯组件,包括:
由透明或半透明材料构造成的外透镜;
连同所述外透镜一起限定灯腔的灯外壳;
具有位于所述外透镜后方的透明投影仪透镜的投影仪组件;
照明电源,所述照明电源邻近所述投影仪组件并且部分位于所述投影仪组件内,并具有连接到一个或多个发光二极管(LED)的印刷电路板(PCB),每个所述LED被配置为通过所述投影仪透镜发射光;以及
各向异性散热器,其连接到所述PCB并延伸超过所述PCB的表面区域并延伸进入灯腔至所述外透镜和所述透明投影仪透镜之间的位置,从而引导热量离开所述PCB的LED结点并引导至所述灯腔的预定较低温度区域,其中
所述预定较低温度区域设置在所述外透镜和所述透明投影仪透镜之间、在所述透明投影仪透镜下方并邻近所述外透镜底部,以及
由所述各向异性散热器承载的热量使空气循环离开预定较低温度区域,并且向上经过所述外透镜的整个暴露的内表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的灯组件,其中所述投影仪组件包括反射表面,所述反射表面被配置为将所述发射光反射穿过所述投影仪透镜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的灯组件,其中所述各向异性散热器由多晶材料构成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的灯组件,其中所述多晶材料是多晶石墨。
5.根据权利要求4所述的灯组件,其中所述多晶石墨具有大于650W/mK的平面内导热率和贯通所述散热器的厚度的1%到10%平面内热导率的导热率。
6.根据权利要求5所述的灯组件,其中所述散热器的所述厚度在80μm至120μm的范围内。
7.根据权利要求1所述的灯组件,其中所述灯组件的特征在于不存在电风扇。
8.根据权利要求1所述的灯组件,其中所述灯组件的特征在于不存在散热片。
9.根据权利要求1所述的灯组件,其中所述灯外壳被构造成连接到车身的前端或后端。
10.根据权利要求9所述的灯组件,其中所述灯组件是前灯组件,并且所述灯外壳被配置为连接到所述车身的所述前端。
