技术领域
本发明涉及中药饮品领域,尤其涉及一种防治痛风的中药提取物饮料及制备方法。
背景技术
痛风是由单钠尿酸盐(MSU)沉积所致的晶体相关性关节病,与嘌呤代谢紊乱和(或)尿酸排泄减少所致的高尿酸血症直接相关,特指急性特征性关节炎和慢性痛风石疾病,主要包括急性发作性关节炎、痛风石形成、痛风石性慢性关节炎、尿酸盐肾病和尿酸性尿路结石,重者可出现关节残疾和肾功能不全。最近几年来,随着生活质量的提高,痛风患者的人数和发病率都有逐渐增高的趋势。特别是对于中老年人来说,这已经是一种较为常见的代谢疾病了。在急性关节炎期,患者常常会在半夜,因为脚趾、踝关节、膝关节、腕关节、指关节、肘关节等处出现红肿热痛的症状而被痛醒。90%以上的痛风患者都伴有肾脏的病变,早期表现为偶发性的蛋白尿,随着病情的加重,就会转变为持续性蛋白尿,夜间起夜次数增多,再发展下去就是肾功能不全,甚至会因为肾衰竭而死亡。20%左右的痛风患者则会出现尿酸性的尿路结石。如果不及时治疗,结石反复造成损伤时,就有可能会合并感染,引起肾炎,对肾脏造成近一步的损害。
目前针对痛风急性发作时的治疗主要是服用秋水仙碱、非甾体类抗炎药(最常用的是吲哚美辛),如果无效,则要考虑使用糖皮质激素进行短期疗法。然而秋水仙碱除可引起胃肠道反应外,尚可导致骨髓抑制、肝细胞损害、脱发、精神抑郁、上行性麻痹、呼吸抑制等副作用。糖皮质激素虽然对急性关节炎的发作具有迅速缓解作用,但停药后容易复发,且长期应用易致糖尿病、高血压等并发症,故不宜长期应用。仅对用秋水仙碱、非甾体类抗炎药治疗无效、不能耐受或有禁忌证者,可考虑短期使用。其他如抑制尿酸合成的药物:主要有别嘌呤醇,为黄嘌呤氧化酶抑制剂,它可抑制黄嘌呤氧化酶,使次黄嘌呤和黄嘌呤不能氧化为尿酸。因而可迅速降低血尿酸浓度,减少痛风石及尿酸性结石的形成。但是副作用也非常多,使用本药可能发生过敏综合征,表现为发热、过敏性皮疹、腹痛、腹泻、白细胞和血小板减少等。应提高警惕,一般经停药和对症治疗均可恢复。个别患者可发生严重的上皮组织中毒性坏死溶解、急性脉管炎、严重的肝、肾功能损害等,甚至大面积的肝坏死。可以看出,西医对于痛风的治疗都有不同程度的副作用。
中医药防治痛风具有理论和实践基础,讲究辨证施治,且因人因病而治,方法各不相同。当前关于痛风中医治疗依然成为主流方式,由于其安全、高效、无毒副成为众多患者的首选。但是目前市面上的产品具有味道苦,用药周期长等缺点。
因此,现有技术还有待于改进和发展。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种防治痛风的中药提取物饮料及制备方法,旨在解决现有技术中防治痛风的中药味道苦、周期长等问题。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种防治痛风的中药提取物饮料,其中,按质量份计,包括:油松叶提取粉20-30份、马齿苋提取粉10-20份、葵花盘粉10-20份、菊苣菊粉10-20份、淡竹叶提取粉10-20份、茯苓提取粉5-10份、复合维生素B 5-10份、山梨糖醇10-20份、三氯蔗糖5-10份、柠檬酸钠5-10份、薄荷腦香料粉5-10份。
一种防治痛风的中药提取物饮料的制备方法,其中,包括步骤:
A、将油松叶提取粉、马齿苋、葵花盘粉、菊苣菊粉、淡竹叶提取粉和茯苓提取粉进行混合;
B、再投入山梨糖醇、复合维生素B、三氯蔗糖、柠檬酸钠和薄荷腦香料粉,并进行混合得到防治痛风的中药提取物饮料。
所述的防治痛风的中药提取物饮料的制备方法,其中,所述步骤A中,将油松叶提取粉、马齿苋、葵花盘粉、菊苣菊粉、淡竹叶提取粉和茯苓提取粉投入固定料斗混合机中进行混合。
所述的防治痛风的中药提取物饮料的制备方法,其中,所述步骤A中,混合时间为5~20分钟。

本发明具有防治痛风功能的中药提取物饮料,其所有的原料都是药食同源的中药以及食品添加剂,可以做成固体饮料,也可以加工成液体饮料直接引用。不仅防治痛风效果良好,而且具有口感好、无不良气味等特点,作为饮料饮用,作用迅速,饮用便捷。
其中,油松为松科针叶常绿乔木,高达30米,胸径可达1米,油松叶即为油松叶子。树皮下部灰褐色,裂成不规则鳞块。大枝平展或斜向上,老树平顶;小枝粗壮,雄球花柱形,长1.2-1.8厘米,聚生于新枝下部呈穗状;球果卵形或卵圆形,长4-7厘米。种子长6-8毫米,连翅长1.5-2.0厘米、翅为种子长的2-3倍。花期5月,球果第二年10月上、中旬成熟。
马齿苋性喜高湿,耐旱、耐涝,具向阳性。马齿苋含有丰富的二羟乙胺、苹果酸、葡萄糖、钙、磷、铁以及维生素E、胡萝卜素、维生素B、维生素C等营养物质。马齿苋在营养上有一个突出的特点,它的ω-3脂肪酸含量高于人和植物。ω-3脂肪酸能抑制人体对胆固酸的吸收,降低血液胆固醇浓度,改善血管壁弹性,对防治心血管疾病很有利。
向日葵花盘是菊科植物向日葵的花盘,具有清热、平肝、止痛、止血等功效。秋季采收,去净果实,鲜用或晒干。向日葵盘浸膏透析液对心血管系统的药理作用:对麻醉或清醒动物灌胃4g/kg或静注2g/kg给药均可引起较明显的降压反应;可使离体兔耳灌流液于给药后8分钟内显着增加;猫后肢血流量与狗肾血流量的测定证明透析液可使血管阻力明显降低;用心电图测定麻醉猫、狗的心率,静脉给药引起第一度血压下降时伴有心率减慢,一般在15-25分钟内恢复正常。
菊苣菊粉是指以菊苣根为原料,去除蛋白质和矿物质后,经喷雾干燥等步骤获得的菊粉。菊苣菊粉按照含量分类,可以分为菊苣90菊粉(菊粉/干物质≥90%)、菊苣86菊粉、菊苣95菊粉;按照是否有机产品分类,可以分为有机菊苣菊粉、普通菊苣菊粉;按照应用领域分类,可以分为菊苣食品级菊粉、菊苣医用菊粉。
淡竹叶为禾本科,淡竹叶属多年生草本植物,根状茎。须根中部可膨大为纺缍形肉质块根,黄白色。叶披针形,圆锥花序;颖果椭圆形。生于山坡林下阴湿处。分布于长江以南各省区。根药用,有清凉,解热、利尿及催产之效;主治:胸中疾热、咳逆上气、吐血、热毒风、止消渴、压丹石毒、消痰、治热狂烦闷、中风失音不语、痛头风、止惊悸、瘟疫迷闷、杀小虫、除热缓脾。又可作牧草。其性味甘淡,能清心、利尿、祛烦躁,对于牙龈肿痛、口腔炎等有良好的疗效,民间多用其茎叶制作夏日消暑的凉茶饮用。淡竹叶味甘、淡,性寒;归心、肺、胃、膀胱经;体轻渗泄,具有清热除烦,利尿通淋的功效。
茯苓为多孔菌科真菌茯苓的干燥菌核。多于7~9月采挖,挖出后除去泥沙,堆置“发汗”后,摊开晾至表面干燥,再“发汗”,反复数次至现皱纹、内部水分大部散失后,阴干,称为“茯苓个”;或将鲜茯苓按不同部位切制,阴干,分别称为“茯苓块”和“茯苓片”。用于水肿尿少,痰饮眩悸,脾虚食少,便溏泄泻,心神不安,惊悸失眠。
复合维生素B为复方制剂,含维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、烟酰胺、泛酸钙。复合维生素B参与机体新陈代谢过程,为体内多种代谢环节所必需的辅酶和提供组织呼吸的重要辅酶原料。烟酰胺为辅酶Ⅰ及Ⅱ的组成部分,参与生物氧化,起递氢作用。维生素B6在体内与ATP生成具有生理活性的物质,为多种酶的辅基,参与氨基酸及脂肪的代谢。泛酸钙为辅酶A前体,参与糖、脂肪、蛋白质代谢,在代谢中起传递酰基作用。B族维生素,包括烟酰胺吸收后,分布于各组织,肝内代谢,经肾排泄,少量原形从尿中排除。泛酸钙吸收后分布于各组织,在体内不被代谢,70%以原形随尿排除,30%随粪便排出。复合维生素B用于B族维生素缺乏所致的各种疾病的辅助治疗,如营养不良、厌食、脚气病和糙皮病等。
山梨糖醇,别名山梨醇。分子式是C6H14O6,分子量为182.17。为白色吸湿性粉末或晶状粉末、片状或颗粒,无臭。依结晶条件不同,熔点在88~102℃范围内变化,相对密度约1.49。易溶于水,微溶于乙醇和乙酸。有清凉的甜味,甜度约为蔗糖的一半,热值与蔗糖相近。食品工业中多为69~71%含量的山梨糖醇液。毒性试验显示,内服过量会引起腹泻和消化紊乱。营养性甜味剂、湿润剂、螯合剂和稳定剂。是一种具有保湿功能的特殊甜味剂。在人体内不转化为葡萄糖,不受胰岛素的控制,适合糖尿病人使用。可用于糕点,最大使用量5.0g/kg;在鱼糜及其制品中最大使用量0.5g/kg。还可作消泡剂,用于制糖工艺、酿造工艺和豆制品工艺,按生产需要适量使用。也可用于葡萄干保湿,酒类、清凉饮料的增稠、保香,以及糖果和口香糖。
三氯蔗糖又称蔗糖素、蔗糖精或4, 1, 6, -三氯-4, 1, 6, -三脱氧半乳型蔗糖,英文名称: Sucralose。三氯蔗糖是以蔗糖为原料经氯化作用而制得的。分子式为C12H19C13O8,相对分子质量为397.64 。是唯一以蔗糖为原料的功能性甜味剂,原始商标名称为Splenda,甜度可达蔗糖600倍。这种甜味剂具有无能量,甜度高,甜味纯正,高度安全等特点。
柠檬酸钠,别名枸橼酸钠,是一种有机化合物,外观为白色到无色晶体。无臭, 有清凉咸辣味。常温及空气中稳定, 在湿空气中微有溶解性, 在热空气中产生风化现象。加热至150℃失去结晶水。易溶于水、可溶于甘油、难溶于醇类及其他有机溶剂,过热分解,在潮湿的环境中微有潮解,在热空气中微有风化,其溶液 pH 值约为8。柠檬酸钠在食品、饮料工业中用作酸度调节剂、风味剂、稳定剂;在医药工业中用作抗血凝剂、化痰药和利尿药;在洗涤剂工业中,可替代三聚磷酸钠作为无毒洗涤剂的助剂;还用于酿造、注射液、摄影药品和电镀等。
薄荷脑是由薄荷的叶和茎中所提取,白色晶体,分子式C10H20O,为薄荷和欧薄荷精油中的主要成分。在世界上,印度是主要的天然薄荷生产国。在医药上用作刺激药,作用于皮肤或粘膜,有清凉止痒作用;内服可作为驱风药,用于头痛及鼻;咽;喉炎症等。其酯用于香料和药物。薄荷脑和消旋薄荷脑均用作牙膏、香水、饮料和糖果等的赋香剂。
进一步,本发明中药材粉末提取方法如下:将原材料净选、粉碎,经过投料、一次回流提取,得提取液1,药渣经过回流提取后,得提取液2,然后混合提取液1后,过滤、浓缩、浸膏、粉碎干燥,粉碎后过筛即可。后续实施例中的提取粉即按此提取方法提取。
本发明还提供一种防治痛风的中药提取物饮料的制备方法,其包括步骤:
S1、将油松叶提取粉、马齿苋、葵花盘粉、菊苣菊粉、淡竹叶提取粉和茯苓提取粉进行混合;
S2、再投入山梨糖醇、复合维生素B、三氯蔗糖、柠檬酸钠和薄荷腦香料粉,并进行混合得到防治痛风的中药提取物饮料。
进一步,所述步骤S1中,将油松叶提取粉、马齿苋、葵花盘粉、菊苣菊粉、淡竹叶提取粉和茯苓提取粉投入固定料斗混合机中进行混合。也就是说,本发明中是在固定料斗混合机中将各原料进行混合。在混合的同时可进行搅拌,例如以500r/min的速度进行搅拌。
进一步,所述步骤S1中,混合时间为5~20分钟。优选的,混合时间为10分钟。
进一步,所述步骤S2中,混合时间为10~30分钟。优选的,混合时间为20分钟。

本实施例所提供的一种防治痛风的中药提取物饮料,按质量份计,包括:油松叶提取粉20份、马齿苋提取粉20份、葵花盘粉10份、菊苣菊粉10份、淡竹叶提取粉20份、茯苓提取粉5份、复合维生素B 10份、山梨糖醇20份、三氯蔗糖5份、柠檬酸钠5份、薄荷腦香料粉10份。

其制备方法如下:

S1、将油松叶提取粉、马齿苋、葵花盘粉、菊苣菊粉、淡竹叶提取粉和茯苓提取粉投入固定料斗混合机中进行混合,混合时间为15分钟;
S2、再投入山梨糖醇、复合维生素B、三氯蔗糖、柠檬酸钠和薄荷腦香料粉,并进行混合得到防治痛风的中药提取物饮料,混合时间为25分钟。
实施例5
本实施例所提供的一种防治痛风的中药提取物饮料,按质量份计,包括:油松叶提取粉28份、马齿苋提取粉12份、葵花盘粉19份、菊苣菊粉12份、淡竹叶提取粉18份、茯苓提取粉5份、复合维生素B 10份、山梨糖醇13份、三氯蔗糖5份、柠檬酸钠10份、薄荷腦香料粉6份。
其制备方法如下:
S1、将油松叶提取粉、马齿苋、葵花盘粉、菊苣菊粉、淡竹叶提取粉和茯苓提取粉投入固定料斗混合机中进行混合,混合时间为12分钟;
S2、再投入山梨糖醇、复合维生素B、三氯蔗糖、柠檬酸钠和薄荷腦香料粉,并进行混合得到防治痛风的中药提取物饮料,混合时间为15分钟。
实施例6
本实施例所提供的一种防治痛风的中药提取物饮料,按质量份计,包括:油松叶提取粉24份、马齿苋提取粉14份、葵花盘粉16份、菊苣菊粉17份、淡竹叶提取粉19份、茯苓提取粉7份、复合维生素B 10份、山梨糖醇11份、三氯蔗糖6份、柠檬酸钠7份、薄荷腦香料粉8份。
其制备方法如下:
S1、将油松叶提取粉、马齿苋、葵花盘粉、菊苣菊粉、淡竹叶提取粉和茯苓提取粉投入固定料斗混合机中进行混合,混合时间为8分钟;
S2、再投入山梨糖醇、复合维生素B、三氯蔗糖、柠檬酸钠和薄荷腦香料粉,并进行混合得到防治痛风的中药提取物饮料,混合时间为18分钟。
经过对上述实施例的产品进行评价得知,本发明的中药提取物饮料防治痛风效果良好,而且具有口感好、无不良气味等特点,作为饮料饮用,作用迅速,饮用便捷。

1.一种防治痛风的中药提取物饮料,其特征在于,按质量份计,包括:油松叶提取粉20-30份、马齿苋提取粉10-20份、葵花盘粉10-20份、菊苣菊粉10-20份、淡竹叶提取粉10-20份、茯苓提取粉5-10份、复合维生素B 5-10份、山梨糖醇10-20份、三氯蔗糖5-10份、柠檬酸钠5-10份、薄荷腦香料粉5-10份。
2.一种防治痛风的中药提取物饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
A、将油松叶提取粉、马齿苋、葵花盘粉、菊苣菊粉、淡竹叶提取粉和茯苓提取粉进行混合;
B、再投入山梨糖醇、复合维生素B、三氯蔗糖、柠檬酸钠和薄荷腦香料粉,并进行混合得到防治痛风的中药提取物饮料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防治痛风的中药提取物饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤A中,将油松叶提取粉、马齿苋、葵花盘粉、菊苣菊粉、淡竹叶提取粉和茯苓提取粉投入固定料斗混合机中进行混合。
4.根据权利要求2所述的防治痛风的中药提取物饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤A中,混合时间为5~20分钟。
5.根据权利要求2所述的防治痛风的中药提取物饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤A中,混合时间为10分钟。
6.根据权利要求2所述的防治痛风的中药提取物饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤B中,混合时间为10~30分钟。
7.根据权利要求2所述的防治痛风的中药提取物饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤B中,混合时间为20分钟。
