1、选取洁净、无杂质、无霉变的灵芝谷醋、小麦麸、黄精(黄芝)、枸杞、薏仁、黑豆、马齿苋、荞麦等原料。
2、将小麦麸20-50份、黄精(黄芝)3-5份、枸杞2-3份、薏仁20-40份、黑豆2-3份、马齿苋5-10份、荞麦10-15份洗净、去核、压榨、粉碎和经过一年以上的发酵的10-20份灵芝谷醋调配均质,加工处理后包装。
本发明的优点在于:
1、综合了灵芝谷醋、小麦麸、黄精(黄芝)、枸杞、薏仁、黑豆、马齿苋、荞麦等食疗作用;

2、将小麦麸20-50份、黄精(黄芝)3-5份、枸杞2-3份、薏仁20-40份、黑豆2-3份、马齿苋5-10份、荞麦10-15份洗净、去核、压榨、粉碎和经过一年以上的发酵的10-20份灵芝谷醋调配均质,加工处理后包装。

(1)、选取洁净无杂质、无霉变的灵芝谷醋、小麦麸、黄精(黄芝)、枸杞、薏仁、黑豆、马齿笕、荞麦等原料。
(2)、将小麦麸20-50份、黄精(黄芝)3-5份、枸杞2-3份、薏仁20-40份、黑豆2-3份、马齿笕5-10份、荞麦10-15份洗净、去核、压榨、粉碎和经过一年以上的发酵的10-20份灵芝谷醋调配均质,加工处理后包装。
