本发明的目的在于提供一种综合了灵芝谷醋、菩提子(薏仁)、黄精等营养成分的食疗作用的具有美容、防治疾病、辟谷养生的营养食疗食品。

(2)、将菩提子(薏仁)、黄精3-5份、枸杞2-2份、菊花4-6份、甘草3-5份、葡萄3-5份、玛卡5-10份洗净去核、压榨、过滤经过发酵和50-100份灵芝谷醋调配均质，加工处理后包装。
