Abstract
本发明公开了一种色织绒面料的生产工艺,其中包括步骤纺纱→并线→织造→退浆→丝光→拉幅定型→抓剪毛→空气洗→二次定型。本发明所揭示的一种色织绒面料的生产工艺,通过棉型面料生产出毛型面料所具有的绒毛感,且绒面具有短密匀的特性,同时面料的色彩多元化。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料生产工艺,尤其涉及一种色织绒面料的生产工艺。
背景技术
毛型织物是众所周知的高档服装面料,一般都是通过羊毛、兔毛等各种动物毛或毛型化纤为主要原料制成的织品,其具有手感柔软,舒适保暖的特性,然而这种毛型面料价格都非常高,且护理麻烦,而且其颜色单一,对于混色其颜色分界明显,过渡生硬,无法产生多元化的色彩感。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明主要提供一种手感柔软色彩多元的色织绒面料的生产工艺。
技术方案:一种色织绒面料的生产工艺,具体包括以下步骤:
a、纺纱:将多根捻度为19捻/吋的棉型纤维混纺成单纱;
b、并线:选取多根步骤a中制备的单纱进行并捻形成多股线;
c、织造:将步骤b中制备多股线作为经纱及纬纱送入剑杆织造机中进行织造,形成色织面料,其中面料紧度为80~95;
d、退浆:将步骤c织造的色织面料送入平幅退浆机中退浆,其中控制退浆温度为75℃,车速45m/min;
e、丝光:将步骤d中退浆后的色织面料送入平幅布铗丝光机内丝光处理,其中碱浓度为130g/l,车速为40~50m/min;
f、拉幅定型:车速25~50m/min,超喂10~12%;
g、抓剪毛:将步骤f定型好的色织面料送入抓剪毛机内,其中控制抓毛张力6kg,抓毛速度11m/min,剪毛张力3.5~5kg,车速8~12m/min,刀口距面料高度为0.33~0.9mm;
h、空气洗:将抓剪毛完成的面料进行空气洗,控制温度110~115℃,添加浓度为98%含硅油的柔软剂3~5g/l;
i、二次定型:控制温度150~160℃,车速40~50m/min,超喂10~15%。
所述步骤c中织造的色织面料组织为斜纹,提花,平纹及双层中的一种。
所述步骤e的平幅布铗丝光机内1~4号碱槽的温度为80~90℃,5~6号碱槽温度为60℃,7号碱槽温度为常温。
所述棉型纤维为5DX38mm棉型纤维,选用棉纤维,麻纤维,天丝棉纤维,粘胶纤维,莫尔代纤维,聚酯纤维,锦纶纤维,晴纶纤维中的一种或多种。
有益效果:本发明所揭示的色织绒面料的生产工艺,选用19捻/吋的纱线,在织造时控制紧度在规定范围,同时通过抓剪毛使得棉型面料拉毛并剪齐,同时添加含有硅油的柔顺剂进行空气洗而使得拉出的毛丝蓬松而具有绒感,通过本发明的工艺生产可以通过棉型面料生产出具有绒毛感的毛型面料,大大降低了生产成本。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细阐述。
一种色织绒面料的生产工艺,具体包括以下步骤:
a、纺纱:将多根捻度为19捻/吋的棉型纤维混纺成单纱;
b、并线:选取多根步骤a中制备的单纱进行并捻形成多股线;
c、织造:将步骤b中制备多股线作为经纱及纬纱送入剑杆织造机中进行织造,形成色织面料,其中面料紧度为80~95;
d、退浆:将步骤c织造的色织面料送入平幅退浆机中退浆,其中控制退浆温度为75℃,车速45m/min;
e、丝光:将步骤d中退浆后的色织面料送入平幅布铗丝光机内丝光处理,其中碱浓度为130g/l,车速为40~50m/min;
f、拉幅定型:车速25~50m/min,超喂10~12%;
g、抓剪毛:将步骤f定型好的色织面料送入抓剪毛机内,其中控制抓毛张力6kg,抓毛速度11m/min,剪毛张力3.5~5kg,车速8~12m/min,刀口距面料高度为0.33~0.9mm;

其中,所述步骤c中织造的色织面料组织为斜纹,提花,平纹及双层中的一种,所述步骤a中棉型纤维为5DX38mm棉型纤维,选用棉纤维,麻纤维,天丝棉纤维,粘胶纤维,莫尔代纤维,聚酯纤维,锦纶纤维,晴纶纤维中的一种或多种。

Claims (4)
1.一种色织绒面料的生产工艺,其特征在于具体包括以下步骤:
a、纺纱:将多根捻度为19捻/吋的棉型纤维混纺成单纱;
b、并线:选取多根步骤a中制备的单纱进行并捻形成多股线;
c、织造:将步骤b中制备多股线作为经纱及纬纱送入剑杆织造机中进行织造,形成色织面料,其中面料紧度为80~95;
d、退浆:将步骤c织造的色织面料送入平幅退浆机中退浆,其中控制退浆温度为75℃,车速45m/min;
e、丝光:将步骤d中退浆后的色织面料送入平幅布铗丝光机内丝光处理,其中碱浓度为130g/l,车速为40~50m/min;
f、拉幅定型:车速25~50m/min,超喂10~12%;
g、抓剪毛:将步骤f定型好的色织面料送入抓剪毛机内,其中控制抓毛张力6kg,抓毛速度11m/min,剪毛张力3.5~5kg,车速8~12m/min,刀口距面料高度为0.33~0.9mm;

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种色织绒面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤e的平幅布铗丝光机内1~4号碱槽的温度为80~90℃,5~6号碱槽温度为60℃,7号碱槽温度为常温。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种色织绒面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述棉型纤维为5DX38mm棉型纤维,选用棉纤维,麻纤维,天丝棉纤维,粘胶纤维,莫尔代纤维,聚酯纤维,锦纶纤维,晴纶纤维中的一种或多种。
