本发明属于面料加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种色织四面弹面料成衣免烫的加工方法。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高和纺织技术的进步,人们对于服装的要求不再仅限于遮蔽身体、保暖,对服用性、舒适性、功能性都提出了更高的要求。弹力面料由于伸缩性好,穿着轻快舒适,更能适应人体外形,减少对人体的束缚作用,以舒适透气、穿着自如、外观美丽、质量上乘等优点广博众爱。四面弹面料,在经纬两个方向均富有弹性,制成衬衫可将人们从传统衬衫的束缚中彻底解放出来,穿着后可运动自如,无任何不适感。
传统的四面弹面料加工时基本都是通过免烫整理来实现免烫效果,但使用的免烫整理剂多为含醛树脂,这就不可避免地导致甲醛或者游离甲醛的产生,造成环境污染,同时也对人的身体带来一定程度的危害,还会造成面料手感变硬、柔软度下降、易起皱、色泽差、表面不光滑、抗起毛起球性能弱等问题。
发明内容
本发明目的在于解决现有技术中存在的上述技术问题,提供一种色织四面弹面料成衣免烫的加工方法,工艺简单,节能减耗,易于控制,得到的面料具有柔软舒适的手感,细腻柔和的光泽,良好的免烫性能、抗皱性能和抗起毛起球性能、尺寸稳定性。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种色织四面弹面料成衣免烫的加工方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(a)浸碱:将纱线置于含45~55g/L的NaOH和1~3g/L的渗透剂的浸碱槽中进行碱处理,浸碱时间为60~70s,浸碱槽的温度为20~25℃,然后将纱线置于温度为50~60℃的碱蒸箱中用热水淋洗;
(b)生物酶抛光:向恒温水浴锅内加入浓度为0.2~0.5g/L的冰醋酸,然后升温至50℃,加入中性酶,中性酶的用量为0.4~0.6%,并将纱线置入恒温水浴锅内,保持30~40min,接着升温至90℃,并保持10~15min;
(c)染色:将抛光后的纱线置于含6~10g/L的活性染料、5~8g/L的渗透剂、12~15g/L的Na2SO4+和6~10g/L Na2CO3的染色液中进行染色,染色初始温度为35~40℃,保温15~25min,然后以2℃/min的速率升温至55~60℃,接着以1℃/min的速率升温至75~80℃,保温20~30min,再以0.5℃/min的速率降温至45~50℃,保温5~10min;
(d)风干:将染色后的纱线通过风干箱进行冷却风干,风干纱线表面附着的染色液;
(e)浆纱:将风干后的纱线先绕过导纱辊,再绕过引纱辊,然后以来回弯折的方式绕过浆纱槽内的浸没辊,最终将纱线穿过压辊组件的压浆辊之间,然后向浆纱槽内加入浆料,浆料将浸没辊没过,采用一边放线,另一边收线的方式,通过浆纱机对纱线进行浆纱;
(f)织造:将浆纱后的纱线织造成斜纹组织的坯布,经纬密度分别为300~350根/10cm、220~260根/10cm;
(g)退浆:将坯布进行退浆处理,去除坯布表面的浆料;
(h)练漂:将退浆后的坯布置于含40~45g/L的NaOH、10~15g/L的H202、10~13g/L的渗透稳定剂的浸轧液中进行练漂,去除坯布表面的杂质及油污,浸轧方式为一浸一轧,轧余率为90~110%,打卷后以8~10r/min的转速在常温条件下放置10~12h,然后用温度为55~65℃的热水洗涤;
(i)浸轧:将洗涤后的坯布置于装有柔软工作液的轧槽内,柔软工作液中含4~6g/L的软油精和0.2~0.5g/L的冰醋酸,通过两只辊筒挤轧坯布6~10s,轧槽温度为30~35℃,轧槽的pH值4.5~5.5;
(j)烘干:将浸轧后的坯布送入定型拉幅机中进行烘干;
(k)整理:将烘干后的坯布置于含120~150g/L树脂整理剂的轧槽内进行树脂整理,轧槽温度为25~30℃,轧槽的pH值5.0~6.0,浸渍时间15~25min;
(l)预缩:对整理后的坯布再进行常规预缩整理,即得到成品面料。
进一步,步骤(e)中浆料中含1.2~1.5kg/L的变性淀粉和0.3~0.5kg/L的渗透剂,浆纱槽的温度为70~90℃,以渗透性好的变性淀粉为主浆料,可增加浆纱渗透,增强纱线纤维之间的抱合力,同时提高浆膜的完整性,提高浆纱的耐磨性,防止在织造中断经。
进一步,步骤(g)中将坯布置于含6~8g/L的淀粉酶、1~3g/L的渗透剂和1~3g/L的精练酶的退浆液中进行退浆处理,料槽温度为60~80℃,预洗槽温度为70~90℃,水洗温度为110~120℃,退浆处理时间为10~15min,采用淀粉酶退浆,使淀粉充分水解,易于糊化、糖化和清洗,提高退浆的效率。

进一步,压辊组件包括支撑座和两根压浆辊,压浆辊设于支撑座之间,两根压浆辊上下接触,支撑座设于浆纱槽的顶面上,在浆纱过程中,纱线穿过两根压浆辊之间,纱线向前拉动,纱线会传递给压浆辊一个作用力,使得两根压浆辊发生相向转动,一方面对纱线进行加捻,提高了纱线的强力,另一方面将未渗透进入纱线内部的浆液去除,回流入浆纱槽内,继而起到回收浆液,提高浆液使用率的效果,纱线表面也不容易出现浆液凝点,提高了上浆质量。
进一步,浆纱槽的两侧均设有条形滑槽,引纱辊的两端均设有滑轴,滑轴位于条形滑槽内,滑轴的外端设有限位环,限位环的截面直径大于条形滑槽的截面宽度,引纱辊通过滑轴可水平滑动在条形滑槽内,限位环的设置使得引纱辊不会左右移动,只能沿条形滑槽的方向滑动,且无法脱出条形滑槽,被限位在条形滑槽之间。
进一步,浆纱槽的内底部设有搅拌器,通过搅拌器搅动沉积在浆纱槽底部的浆料,使得浆液上下混合充分,尽可能实现各位置溶度均一,提高上浆效果。
本发明由于采用了上述技术方案,具有以下有益效果:
本发明中先通过碱处理去除纱线表面的杂质,使纱线表面更加有光泽,增加纤维之间的抱合力,从而达到抗起毛起球的效果,再利用中性酶的水解作用和机械的冲击作用共同除去纱线表面的毛茸,使纱线的组织变得清晰,明显减少起毛起球,且效果持久。
其次,将抛光后的纱线进行染色,严格控制染色升降温的过程,可防止染花和纱线表面产生褶皱,提高染色和线面效果,将染色后的纱线通过风干箱进行冷却风干,风干箱内产生的冷却气流不断与纱线接触,将纱线表面附着的染色液快速风干,防止染色液成团,成团概率大大降低,从而提高染色效果。
将风干后的纱线通过浆纱机进行浆纱,以渗透性好的变性淀粉为主浆料,可增加浆纱渗透,增强纤维之间的抱合力,同时提高浆膜的完整性,提高浆纱的耐磨性,防止在织造中断经。在浆纱过程中,纱线不断对引纱辊产生压力,引纱辊发生水平滑动,会挤压弧形推板,弧形推板受压会挤压弹簧,伸缩管缩短,弹簧产生反弹力阻止弧形推板运动,弧形推板对引纱辊产生反推力,阻止引纱辊滑动,从而实现引纱辊对纱线张紧,存在一个自由调整的过程,更加灵活适用,防止纱线过于张紧而绷断、过于松弛影响上浆效果。
再次,将浆纱后的纱线织造成坯布,接着采用淀粉酶对坯布进行退浆,使淀粉充分水解,易于糊化、糖化和清洗,提高退浆的效率,然后通过碱氧的共同作用去除坯布表面的杂质及油污,提高坯布的白度、毛效和表面质量;紧接着,通过挤轧的方式将坯布与柔软工作液强行接触,将柔软剂渗入纤维内部,提高坯布的柔软性,烘干后再进行树脂整理,使树脂液充分渗入坯布内部,在纤维分子链间产生牵制和固定的作用,使其不能产生相对位移,从而提高了纤维的形变回复能力,使整理后的坯布获得优良的折皱回复性,抗皱性能增强,最后进行常规预缩整理,得到的面料具有柔软舒适的手感,细腻柔和的光泽,良好的免烫性能、抗皱性能和抗起毛起球性能、尺寸稳定性。

具体实施方式
如图1至图4所示,为本发明一种色织四面弹面料成衣免烫的加工方法,包括如下步骤:
(a)浸碱:将纱线置于含45~55g/L的NaOH和1~3g/L的渗透剂的浸碱槽中进行碱处理,浸碱时间为60~70s,浸碱槽的温度为20~25℃,通过碱处理使纱线表面更加有光泽,增加纤维之间的抱合力,从而达到抗起毛起球的效果。然后将纱线置于温度为50~60℃的碱蒸箱中用热水淋洗,将碱液去除。
(b)生物酶抛光:向恒温水浴锅内加入浓度为0.2~0.5g/L的醋酸,然后升温至50℃,加入中性酶,中性酶的用量为0.4~0.6%,为中性酶提供适宜的生存条件,提高中性酶的活化效率,并将纱线置入恒温水浴锅内,保持30~40min,利用中性酶的水解作用和机械的冲击作用共同除去纱线表面的毛茸,使纱线的组织变得清晰,明显减少起毛起球,且效果持久。并加入3~5g/L柔软剂,降低纱线与恒温水浴锅的摩擦系数,从而减少纱线起毛起球。接着升温至90℃,并保持10~15min,使中性酶完全失去活性,从而降低对纱线强力的影响。表1为中性酶的用量对纱线的影响:

从表中可看出,酶的用量增加时,纱线的抗起毛起球的等级提高,当酶的用量为大于0.5%时,抗起毛起球效果不再提高,但纱线的强力明显下降。
(c)染色:将抛光后的纱线置于含6~10g/L的活性染料、5~8g/L的渗透剂、12~15g/L的Na2SO4+和6~10g/L Na2CO3的染色液中进行染色,染色初始温度为35~40℃,保温15~25min,然后以2℃/min的速率升温至55~60℃,接着以1℃/min的速率升温至75~80℃,保温20~30min,再以0.5℃/min的速率降温至45~50℃,保温5~10min,染色的升降温过程也是纱线的膨胀上染、冷却、收缩的过程,染色温度升温过快易染花,染色温度降温过快,纤维收缩过快,纱线的表面易产生褶皱,严格控制染色升降温的过程,可提高染色和线面效果。染色结束后,将纱线置于含3~5g/L的皂洗剂和1~3g/L的分散剂的皂洗液中进行皂洗,皂洗温度为80~90℃,皂洗时间为10~15min,以去除纱线表面的浮色和残留的助剂。
(d)风干:将染色后的纱线通过风干箱进行冷却风干,风干箱内产生的冷却气流不断与纱线接触,将纱线表面附着的染色液快速风干,防止染色液成团,成团概率大大降低,从而提高染色效果。
(e)浆纱:将风干后的纱线先绕过导纱辊,再绕过引纱辊,然后以来回弯折的方式绕过浆纱槽内的浸没辊,最终将纱线穿过压辊组件的压浆辊之间,然后向浆纱槽内加入浆料,浆料将浸没辊没过,采用一边放线,另一边收线的方式,通过浆纱机对纱线进行浆纱,浆料中含1.2~1.5kg/L的变性淀粉和0.3~0.5kg/L的渗透剂,浆纱槽的温度为70~90℃,以渗透性好的变性淀粉为主浆料,可增加浆纱渗透,增强纱线纤维之间的抱合力,同时提高浆膜的完整性,提高浆纱的耐磨性,防止在织造中断经。
上述浆纱机包括浆纱槽1,浆纱槽1上分别设有导纱辊2和压辊组件,压辊组件包括支撑座3和两根压浆辊4,压浆辊4设于支撑座3之间,两根压浆辊4上下接触,支撑座3设于浆纱槽1的顶面上,浆纱槽1内分别设有张紧组件5和支架6,支架6之间活动连接有浸没辊7,浸没辊7上下交错设置,纱线以来回弯折的方式绕过上下交错的浸没辊7,保持了纱线的张力,浆纱槽1内滑动连接有引纱辊12,张紧组件5包括固定板8、伸缩管9、弹簧10和弧形推板11,弹簧10与伸缩管9均设于固定板8与弧形推板11之间,弹簧10位于伸缩管9内,固定板8设于浆纱槽1的内壁上,弧形推板11与引纱辊12接触,在浆纱过程中,纱线不断对引纱辊12产生压力,引纱辊12发生水平滑动,会挤压弧形推板11,弧形推板11受压会挤压弹簧10,伸缩管9缩短,弹簧10产生反弹力阻止弧形推板11运动,弧形推板11对引纱辊12产生反推力,阻止引纱辊12滑动,从而实现引纱辊12对纱线张紧,存在一个自由调整的过程,更加灵活适用,防止纱线过于张紧而绷断、过于松弛影响上浆效果。在纱线向前输送的过程中,纱线会带动压浆辊4转动,从而增大了纱线与浆料的接触面积,提高上浆效果。弹簧10被保护在伸缩管9内,不容易被腐蚀,使用寿命更长。
在浆纱过程中,纱线穿过两根压浆辊4之间,纱线向前拉动,纱线会传递给压浆辊4一个作用力,使得两根压浆辊4发生相向转动,一方面对纱线进行加捻,提高了纱线的强力,另一方面将未渗透进入纱线内部的浆液去除,回流入浆纱槽1内,继而起到回收浆液,提高浆液使用率的效果,纱线表面也不容易出现浆液凝点,提高了上浆质量。
浆纱槽1的两侧均设有条形滑槽14,引纱辊12的两端均设有滑轴15,滑轴15位于条形滑槽14内,滑轴15的外端设有限位环16,限位环16的截面直径大于条形滑槽14的截面宽度,引纱辊12通过滑轴15可水平滑动在条形滑槽14内,限位环16的设置使得引纱辊12不会左右移动,只能沿条形滑槽14的方向滑动,且无法脱出条形滑槽14,被限位在条形滑槽14之间。浆纱槽1的内底部设有搅拌器13,通过搅拌器13搅动沉积在浆纱槽1底部的浆料,使得浆液上下混合充分,尽可能实现各位置溶度均一,提高上浆效果。
(f)织造:将浆纱后的纱线织造成斜纹组织的坯布,经纬密度分别为300~350根/10cm、220~260根/10cm。
(g)退浆:将坯布置于含6~8g/L的淀粉酶、1~3g/L的渗透剂和1~3g/L的精练酶的退浆液中进行退浆处理,去除坯布表面的浆料,料槽温度为60~80℃,预洗槽温度为70~90℃,水洗温度为110~120℃,退浆处理时间为10~15min,采用淀粉酶退浆,使淀粉充分水解,易于糊化、糖化和清洗,提高退浆的效率。
(h)练漂:将退浆后的坯布置于含40~45g/L的NaOH、10~15g/L的H202、10~13g/L的渗透稳定剂的浸轧液中进行练漂,通过碱氧的共同作用去除坯布表面的杂质及油污,提高坯布的白度、毛效和表面质量,渗透稳定剂主要是防止破洞的形成和抑制高碱促进的离解效应,提高H202的稳定性,降低H202的分解率,工艺简单,节能减耗,皱条疵布明显减少。浸轧方式为一浸一轧,轧余率为90~110%,打卷后以8~10r/min的转速在常温条件下放置10~12h,然后用温度为55~65℃的热水洗涤充分,洗涤可将吸附在纤维上的杂质洗去,从而恢复其原有的毛效。
(i)浸轧:将洗涤后的坯布置于装有柔软工作液的轧槽内,柔软工作液中含4~6g/L的软油精和0.2~0.5g/L的冰醋酸,通过两只辊筒挤轧坯布6~10s,通过挤轧的方式增加坯布与柔软工作液的接触面积,将柔软剂渗入纤维内部,提高坯布的柔软性,软精油为非硅柔软剂,有机硅类柔软剂会使坯布表面更光滑,增加纤维在布面中滑移出来的可能性,降低坯布的抗起毛起球性能。轧槽温度为30~35℃,轧槽的pH值4.5~5.5,在酸性环境下,提高软油精的稳定性,防止软精油破乳,提高其稳定性。
(j)烘干:将浸轧后的坯布送入定型拉幅机中进行烘干。
(k)整理:将烘干后的坯布先进行液氨丝光整理,液氨丝光整的具体做法为控制液氨机的轧车压力为0.2~0.4MPa、车速为20~30m/min,并控制坯布的带液率为60~65%,将丝光后的坯布通过液氨机进行液氨处理,然后控制液氨机的锡林烘干温度为90~110℃,对坯布进行液氨蒸发,最后将坯布在60~70℃的水温下进行水洗,并烘干,采用液氨丝光整理工艺,可提高坯布表面的光泽和柔软光滑度,手感更好,液氨可以瞬时渗入纤维内部,纤维膨胀小且更柔软,可改善坯布的耐磨性和撕破强度,折皱回复性更高,缩率持久性更好。将烘干后的坯布置于含120~150g/L树脂整理剂的轧槽内进行树脂整理,轧槽温度为25~30℃,轧槽的pH值5.0~6.0,浸渍时间15~25min,使树脂液充分渗入坯布内部,在纤维分子链间产生牵制和固定的作用,使其不能产生相对位移,从而提高了纤维的形变回复能力,使整理后的坯布获得优良的折皱回复性,抗皱性能增强。
(l)预缩:对整理后的坯布再进行常规预缩整理,即得到成品面料。
本发明中先通过碱处理去除纱线表面的杂质,使纱线表面更加有光泽,增加纤维之间的抱合力,从而达到抗起毛起球的效果,再利用中性酶的水解作用和机械的冲击作用共同除去纱线表面的毛茸,使纱线的组织变得清晰,明显减少起毛起球,且效果持久。
其次,将抛光后的纱线进行染色,严格控制染色升降温的过程,可防止染花和纱线表面产生褶皱,提高染色和线面效果,将染色后的纱线通过风干箱进行冷却风干,风干箱内产生的冷却气流不断与纱线接触,将纱线表面附着的染色液快速风干,防止染色液成团,成团概率大大降低,从而提高染色效果。
将风干后的纱线通过浆纱机进行浆纱,以渗透性好的变性淀粉为主浆料,可增加浆纱渗透,增强纤维之间的抱合力,同时提高浆膜的完整性,提高浆纱的耐磨性,防止在织造中断经。在浆纱过程中,纱线不断对引纱辊12产生压力,引纱辊12发生水平滑动,会挤压弧形推板11,弧形推板11受压会挤压弹簧10,伸缩管9缩短,弹簧10产生反弹力阻止弧形推板11运动,弧形推板11对引纱辊12产生反推力,阻止引纱辊12滑动,从而实现引纱辊12对纱线张紧,存在一个自由调整的过程,更加灵活适用,防止纱线过于张紧而绷断、过于松弛影响上浆效果。
再次,将浆纱后的纱线织造成坯布,接着采用淀粉酶对坯布进行退浆,使淀粉充分水解,易于糊化、糖化和清洗,提高退浆的效率,然后通过碱氧的共同作用去除坯布表面的杂质及油污,提高坯布的白度、毛效和表面质量;紧接着,通过挤轧的方式将坯布与柔软工作液强行接触,将柔软剂渗入纤维内部,提高坯布的柔软性,烘干后再进行树脂整理,使树脂液充分渗入坯布内部,在纤维分子链间产生牵制和固定的作用,使其不能产生相对位移,从而提高了纤维的形变回复能力,使整理后的坯布获得优良的折皱回复性,抗皱性能增强,最后进行常规预缩整理,得到的面料具有柔软舒适的手感,细腻柔和的光泽,良好的免烫性能、抗皱性能和抗起毛起球性能、尺寸稳定性。
以上仅为本发明的具体实施例,但本发明的技术特征并不局限于此。任何以本发明为基础,为解决基本相同的技术问题,实现基本相同的技术效果,所作出的简单变化、等同替换或者修饰等,皆涵盖于本发明的保护范围之中。

Claims (8)

1.一种色织四面弹面料成衣免烫的加工方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤: (a)浸碱:将纱线置于含45~55g/L的NaOH和1~3g/L的渗透剂的浸碱槽中进行碱处理,浸碱时间为60~70s,浸碱槽的温度为20~25℃,然后将纱线置于温度为50~60℃的碱蒸箱中用热水淋洗;(b)生物酶抛光:向恒温水浴锅内加入浓度为0.2~0.5g/L的冰醋酸,然后升温至50℃,加入中性酶,中性酶的用量为0.4~0.6%,并将纱线置入恒温水浴锅内,保持30~40min,在加入中性酶的同时加入3~5g/L柔软剂,接着升温至90℃,并保持10~15min; (c)染色:将抛光后的纱线置于含6~10g/L的活性染料、5~8g/L的渗透剂、12~15g/L的Na2SO4和6~10g/LNa2CO3的染色液中进行染色,染色初始温度为35~40℃,保温15~25min,然后以2℃/min的速率升温至55~60℃,接着以1℃/min的速率升温至75~80℃,保温20~30min,再以0.5℃/min的速率降温至45~50℃,保温5~10min; (d)风干:将染色后的纱线通过风干箱进行冷却风干,风干纱线表面附着的染色液; (e)浆纱:将风干后的纱线先绕过导纱辊,再绕过引纱辊,然后以来回弯折的方式绕过浆纱槽内的浸没辊,最终将纱线穿过压辊组件的压浆辊之间,然后向浆纱槽内加入浆料,浆料将浸没辊没过,采用一边放线,另一边收线的方式,通过浆纱机对纱线进行浆纱; 浆纱机包括浆纱槽,所述浆纱槽上分别设有导纱辊和压辊组件,所述浆纱槽内分别设有张紧组件和支架,所述支架之间活动连接有浸没辊,所述浸没辊上下交错设置,所述浆纱槽内滑动连接有引纱辊,所述张紧组件包括固定板、伸缩管、弹簧和弧形推板,所述弹簧与所述伸缩管均设于所述固定板与所述弧形推板之间,所述弹簧位于所述伸缩管内,所述固定板设于所述浆纱槽的内壁上,所述弧形推板与所述引纱辊接触;(f)织造:将浆纱后的纱线织造成斜纹组织的坯布,经纬密度分别为300~350根/10cm、220~260根/10cm; (g)退浆:将坯布进行退浆处理,去除坯布表面的浆料; (h)练漂:将退浆后的坯布置于含40~45g/L的NaOH、10~15g/L的H2O2、10~13g/L的渗透稳定剂的浸轧液中进行练漂,去除坯布表面的杂质及油污,浸轧方式为一浸一轧,轧余率为90~110%,打卷后以8~10r/min的转速在常温条件下放置10~12h,然后用温度为55~65℃的热水洗涤; (i)浸轧:将洗涤后的坯布置于装有柔软工作液的轧槽内,柔软工作液中含4~6g/L的软油精和0.2~0.5g/L的冰醋酸,通过两只辊筒挤轧坯布6~10s,轧槽温度为30~35℃,轧槽的pH值4.5~5.5; (j)烘干:将浸轧后的坯布送入定型拉幅机中进行烘干; (k)整理:将烘干后的坯布置于含120~150g/L树脂整理剂的轧槽内进行树脂整理,轧槽温度为25~30℃,轧槽的pH值5.0~6.0,浸渍时间15~25min; (l)预缩:对整理后的坯布再进行常规预缩整理,即得到成品面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种色织四面弹面料成衣免烫的加工方法,其特征在于:步骤(e)中浆料中含1.2~1.5kg/L的变性淀粉和0.3~0.5kg/L的渗透剂,浆纱槽的温度为70~90℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种色织四面弹面料成衣免烫的加工方法,其特征在于:步骤(g)中将坯布置于含6~8g/L的淀粉酶、1~3g/L的渗透剂和1~3g/L的精练酶的退浆液中进行退浆处理,料槽温度为60~80℃,预洗槽温度为70~90℃,水洗温度为110~120℃,退浆处理时间为10~15min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种色织四面弹面料成衣免烫的加工方法,其特征在于:步骤(c)中染色结束后,将纱线置于含3~5g/L的皂洗剂和1~3g/L的分散剂的皂洗液中进行皂洗,皂洗温度为80~90℃,皂洗时间为10~15min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种色织四面弹面料成衣免烫的加工方法,其特征在于:步骤(k)中在进行树脂整理前,先进行液氨丝光整理,液氨丝光整理的具体做法为控制液氨机的轧车压力为0.2~0.4MPa、车速为20~30m/min,并控制坯布的带液率为60~65%,将丝光后的坯布通过液氨机进行液氨处理,然后控制液氨机的锡林烘干温度为90~110℃,对坯布进行液氨蒸发,最后将坯布在60~70℃的水温下进行水洗,并烘干。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种色织四面弹面料成衣免烫的加工方法,其特征在于:所述压辊组件包括支撑座和两根压浆辊,所述压浆辊设于所述支撑座之间,两根所述压浆辊上下接触,所述支撑座设于所述浆纱槽的顶面上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种色织四面弹面料成衣免烫的加工方法,其特征在于:所述浆纱槽的两侧均设有条形滑槽,所述引纱辊的两端均设有滑轴,所述滑轴位于所述条形滑槽内,所述滑轴的外端设有限位环,所述限位环的截面直径大于所述条形滑槽的截面宽度。
