技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健饮料,具体是一种能够降低血脂的保健饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
高血脂症,是指血浆中脂质浓度超过常高限。血浆脂蛋白超过正常高限时,称高脂蛋白血症。临床上常见于未控制的糖尿病、动脉粥样硬化及某些原发性遗传性脂代谢紊乱等疾病。本病以其病因可分为原发性和继发性。本病的主要病因:一是原发性遗传性脂代谢紊乱;二是缺乏合理膳食,过多的脂肪食物摄入或因缺乏体育锻炼,久坐、久卧均可引起体内脂肪堆积引发本病。祖国医学对本病的认识是:过食肥甘之品,懒于运动,而致湿浊内生,脾失健运,化源不足或因气阴两虚,气虚运血无力,阴虚脉道不充,血行缓慢,滞而成瘀。若能够研发一种能够降低血脂的保健饮料,将具有重要的市场价值和社会价值。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够降低血脂的保健饮料及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种能够降低血脂的保健饮料,包括以下按照重量份的原料:葡萄16-22份、桑葚18-26 份、金银花12-18份、红景天14-24份、绞股蓝13-18份、当归15-21份、低聚木糖2-6份、海藻酸钠0.5-2.5份、甜味剂2-6份、牛蒡根提取液8-16份、巴戟天提取液6-12份。
作为本发明进一步的方案:包括以下按照重量份的原料:葡萄18-20份、桑葚20-24份、金银花14-16份、红景天16-22份、绞股蓝15-17份、当归17-19份、低聚木糖3-5 份、海藻酸钠1-2份、甜味剂3-4份、牛蒡根提取液10-14份、巴戟天提取液8-10份。
作为本发明进一步的方案:包括以下按照重量份的原料:葡萄19份、桑葚22份、金银花15份、红景天19份、绞股蓝16份、当归18份、低聚木糖4份、海藻酸钠1.5份、甜味剂3.5份、牛蒡根提取液12份、巴戟天提取液9份。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述甜味剂为甜菊糖、甘草、甘草酸二钠中的一种或几种组合。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述牛蒡根提取液的制备方法如下:取牛蒡根,挑拣清洗干净,冷冻干燥后粉碎,将粉碎后的牛蒡根粗粉,加入15-20倍量的纯净水,60℃-80 C,1000-2000W超声波提取2次,每次30min,过滤,合并滤液备用。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述巴戟天提取液的制备方法如下:取巴戟天,清洗干净后粉碎,然后投入至渗漉器中,采用10-15倍重量的乙醇水溶液进行渗漉提取,获得渗漉提取液和渗漉提取残渣,将渗漉提取残渣加入4-6倍重量的乙醇水溶液,浸泡1-2h, 2000-3000W超声波提取20-30min,过滤,获得超声提取液和超声提取残渣,将超声提取残渣加入3-5倍重量的水,投入至高压釜中,高压煎煮30-40min,过滤,获得高压提取液和高压提取残渣,将渗漉提取液、超声提取液和高压提取液合并,减压蒸发浓缩为原体积的10%,即得巴戟天提取液。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述能够降低血脂的保健饮料的制备方法,步骤如下:
1)称取葡萄和桑葚,挑拣洗净,然后加入果重4-6倍的水,再打浆处理,得到均匀浆液,使用100-200目滤网过滤,冷却,得混合液A;
2)称取金银花、红景天、绞股蓝和当归,加药材重量比为6-8倍量的水,煎煮1-2h,滤过,合并滤液,加入乙醇使含醇量达50%-70%,搅匀,冷藏静置6-12h,滤过,得混合液B;
3)将混合液A、混合液B、牛蒡根提取液、巴戟天提取液合并,然后混匀得到混合液C;
4)将低聚木糖、海藻酸钠、甜味剂加入混合液C中,然后用高压均质机均质处理,工作压力为20-30MPa,工作温度60-70℃,均质时间为30-40min,得混合液D;
5)对混合液D采用高温灭菌,于100-110℃杀菌,灭菌时间为10-20min,冷却后,进行分装,即得所需饮料。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明制备的保健饮料能够具有降低血脂的功效,能够降低高血脂带来的肥胖症、动脉硬化、高血脂、冠心病、糖尿病、肾病综合征,以及其他一些心血管疾病的风险,具有广阔的市场前景。

一种能够降低血脂的保健饮料,包括以下按照重量份的原料:葡萄16份、桑葚18份、金银花12份、红景天14份、绞股蓝13份、当归15份、低聚木糖2份、海藻酸钠0.5份、甜味剂2份、牛蒡根提取液8份、巴戟天提取液6份。
其中,所述甜味剂为甜菊糖。
所述牛蒡根提取液的制备方法如下:取牛蒡根,挑拣清洗干净,冷冻干燥后粉碎,将粉碎后的牛蒡根粗粉,加入15倍量的纯净水,60℃,1000W超声波提取2次,每次30min,过滤,合并滤液备用。

其中,所述甜味剂为甜菊糖和甘草。
所述牛蒡根提取液的制备方法如下:取牛蒡根,挑拣清洗干净,冷冻干燥后粉碎,将粉碎后的牛蒡根粗粉,加入16倍量的纯净水,65℃,1300W超声波提取2次,每次30min,过滤,合并滤液备用。
所述巴戟天提取液的制备方法如下:取巴戟天,清洗干净后粉碎,然后投入至渗漉器中,采用11倍重量的乙醇水溶液进行渗漉提取,获得渗漉提取液和渗漉提取残渣,将渗漉提取残渣加入5倍重量的乙醇水溶液,浸泡1.2,2200W超声波提取23min,过滤,获得超声提取液和超声提取残渣,将超声提取残渣加入4倍重量的水,投入至高压釜中,高压煎煮32min,过滤,获得高压提取液和高压提取残渣,将渗漉提取液、超声提取液和高压提取液合并,减压蒸发浓缩为原体积的10%,即得巴戟天提取液。
本实施例中,所述能够降低血脂的保健饮料的制备方法,步骤如下:
1)称取葡萄和桑葚,挑拣洗净,然后加入果重4倍的水,再打浆处理,得到均匀浆液,使用120目滤网过滤,冷却,得混合液A;
2)称取金银花、红景天、绞股蓝和当归,加药材重量比为7倍量的水,煎煮1.2h,滤过,合并滤液,加入乙醇使含醇量达55%,搅匀,冷藏静置7h,滤过,得混合液B;
3)将混合液A、混合液B、牛蒡根提取液、巴戟天提取液合并,然后混匀得到混合液C;
4)将低聚木糖、海藻酸钠、甜味剂加入混合液C中,然后用高压均质机均质处理,工作压力为22MPa,工作温度63℃,均质时间为33min,得混合液D;
5)对混合液D采用高温灭菌,于102℃杀菌,灭菌时间为13min,冷却后,进行分装,即得所需饮料。
实施例3
一种能够降低血脂的保健饮料,包括以下按照重量份的原料:葡萄19份、桑葚22份、金银花15份、红景天19份、绞股蓝16份、当归18份、低聚木糖4份、海藻酸钠1.5份、甜味剂3.5份、牛蒡根提取液12份、巴戟天提取液9份。
其中,所述甜味剂为甘草酸二钠。
所述牛蒡根提取液的制备方法如下:取牛蒡根,挑拣清洗干净,冷冻干燥后粉碎,将粉碎后的牛蒡根粗粉,加入18倍量的纯净水,70℃,1500W超声波提取2次,每次30min,过滤,合并滤液备用。
所述巴戟天提取液的制备方法如下:取巴戟天,清洗干净后粉碎,然后投入至渗漉器中,采用12倍重量的乙醇水溶液进行渗漉提取,获得渗漉提取液和渗漉提取残渣,将渗漉提取残渣加入5倍重量的乙醇水溶液,浸泡1.5h,2500W超声波提取25min,过滤,获得超声提取液和超声提取残渣,将超声提取残渣加入4倍重量的水,投入至高压釜中,高压煎煮35min,过滤,获得高压提取液和高压提取残渣,将渗漉提取液、超声提取液和高压提取液合并,减压蒸发浓缩为原体积的10%,即得巴戟天提取液。
本实施例中,所述能够降低血脂的保健饮料的制备方法,步骤如下:
1)称取葡萄和桑葚,挑拣洗净,然后加入果重5倍的水,再打浆处理,得到均匀浆液,使用150目滤网过滤,冷却,得混合液A;
2)称取金银花、红景天、绞股蓝和当归,加药材重量比为7倍量的水,煎煮1.5h,滤过,合并滤液,加入乙醇使含醇量达60%,搅匀,冷藏静置9h,滤过,得混合液B;
3)将混合液A、混合液B、牛蒡根提取液、巴戟天提取液合并,然后混匀得到混合液C;
4)将低聚木糖、海藻酸钠、甜味剂加入混合液C中,然后用高压均质机均质处理,工作压力为25MPa,工作温度65℃,均质时间为35min,得混合液D;
5)对混合液D采用高温灭菌,于105℃杀菌,灭菌时间为15min,冷却后,进行分装,即得所需饮料。
实施例4
一种能够降低血脂的保健饮料,包括以下按照重量份的原料:葡萄20份、桑葚24份、金银花16份、红景天22份、绞股蓝17份、当归19份、低聚木糖5份、海藻酸钠2份、甜味剂4份、牛蒡根提取液14份、巴戟天提取液10份。
其中,所述甜味剂为甜菊糖。
所述牛蒡根提取液的制备方法如下:取牛蒡根,挑拣清洗干净,冷冻干燥后粉碎,将粉碎后的牛蒡根粗粉,加入18倍量的纯净水,75℃,1800W超声波提取2次,每次30min,过滤,合并滤液备用。
所述巴戟天提取液的制备方法如下:取巴戟天,清洗干净后粉碎,然后投入至渗漉器中,采用14倍重量的乙醇水溶液进行渗漉提取,获得渗漉提取液和渗漉提取残渣,将渗漉提取残渣加入5倍重量的乙醇水溶液,浸泡1.8h,2800W超声波提取27min,过滤,获得超声提取液和超声提取残渣,将超声提取残渣加入5倍重量的水,投入至高压釜中,高压煎煮38min,过滤,获得高压提取液和高压提取残渣,将渗漉提取液、超声提取液和高压提取液合并,减压蒸发浓缩为原体积的10%,即得巴戟天提取液。
本实施例中,所述能够降低血脂的保健饮料的制备方法,步骤如下:
1)称取葡萄和桑葚,挑拣洗净,然后加入果重6倍的水,再打浆处理,得到均匀浆液,使用180目滤网过滤,冷却,得混合液A;
2)称取金银花、红景天、绞股蓝和当归,加药材重量比为7倍量的水,煎煮1.8h,滤过,合并滤液,加入乙醇使含醇量达55%,搅匀,冷藏静置10h,滤过,得混合液B;
3)将混合液A、混合液B、牛蒡根提取液、巴戟天提取液合并,然后混匀得到混合液C;
4)将低聚木糖、海藻酸钠、甜味剂加入混合液C中,然后用高压均质机均质处理,工作压力为28MPa,工作温度68℃,均质时间为38min,得混合液D;
5)对混合液D采用高温灭菌,于107℃杀菌,灭菌时间为18min,冷却后,进行分装,即得所需饮料。
实施例5
一种能够降低血脂的保健饮料,包括以下按照重量份的原料:葡萄22份、桑葚26份、金银花18份、红景天24份、绞股蓝18份、当归21份、低聚木糖6份、海藻酸钠2.5份、甜味剂6份、牛蒡根提取液16份、巴戟天提取液12份。
其中,所述甜味剂为甘草。
所述牛蒡根提取液的制备方法如下:取牛蒡根,挑拣清洗干净,冷冻干燥后粉碎,将粉碎后的牛蒡根粗粉,加入20倍量的纯净水,80℃,2000W超声波提取2次,每次30min,过滤,合并滤液备用。
所述巴戟天提取液的制备方法如下:取巴戟天,清洗干净后粉碎,然后投入至渗漉器中,采用15倍重量的乙醇水溶液进行渗漉提取,获得渗漉提取液和渗漉提取残渣,将渗漉提取残渣加入6倍重量的乙醇水溶液,浸泡2h,3000W超声波提取30min,过滤,获得超声提取液和超声提取残渣,将超声提取残渣加入5倍重量的水,投入至高压釜中,高压煎煮40min,过滤,获得高压提取液和高压提取残渣,将渗漉提取液、超声提取液和高压提取液合并,减压蒸发浓缩为原体积的10%,即得巴戟天提取液。
本实施例中,所述能够降低血脂的保健饮料的制备方法,步骤如下:
1)称取葡萄和桑葚,挑拣洗净,然后加入果重6倍的水,再打浆处理,得到均匀浆液,使用200目滤网过滤,冷却,得混合液A;
2)称取金银花、红景天、绞股蓝和当归,加药材重量比为8倍量的水,煎煮2h,滤过,合并滤液,加入乙醇使含醇量达70%,搅匀,冷藏静置12h,滤过,得混合液B;
3)将混合液A、混合液B、牛蒡根提取液、巴戟天提取液合并,然后混匀得到混合液C;
4)将低聚木糖、海藻酸钠、甜味剂加入混合液C中,然后用高压均质机均质处理,工作压力为30MPa,工作温度70℃,均质时间为40min,得混合液D;
5)对混合液D采用高温灭菌,于110℃杀菌,灭菌时间为20min,冷却后,进行分装,即得所需饮料。

性能验证
一、动物模型的建立、分组及给药
SPF级雄性SD大鼠,体重160~200g,实验前尾静脉采血,离心分离血清,测量禁食(不禁水)后15小时的正常血清胆固醇值。选取血清胆固醇值在正常范围内的大鼠。灌胃给予高脂饲料(饲料配方:81.3%基础饲料,3%胆固醇,5%糖,10%猪油,0.5%胆酸盐,0.2%丙基硫氧嘧啶),剂量为1ml/100g体重,每日上午灌胃一次,连续灌服20天造模。
取造模成功大鼠50只,随机分为5组,每组10只。大鼠尾部取血,离心分离血清,采用BS-180全自动生化仪测定每组大鼠血清胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白和低密度脂蛋白值的平均值,空白对照组灌胃给予生理盐水,剩余四组分别灌胃给予实施例3以及对比例1-3所制备的饮料,单次给药剂量为1ml/100g体重;各组动物均为每日灌胃给予一次。给药期间饲喂大鼠基础饲料。
二、检测指标
各组大鼠尾部取血,离心分离血清,采用BS-180全自动生化仪测定血清胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白和低密度脂蛋白均值。
三、实验结果
由以上结构看出,本发明制备的饮料具有降低总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的效果,同时能够增高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇,尤其是牛蒡根提取液和巴戟天提取液配合具有增效作用,从而能够降低血脂,能够降低高血脂带来的肥胖症、动脉硬化、高血脂、冠心病、糖尿病、肾病综合征,以及其他一些心血管疾病的风险,具有广阔的市场前景。

2.根据权利要求1所述的能够降低血脂的保健饮料,其特征在于,包括以下按照重量份的原料:葡萄18-20份、桑葚20-24份、金银花14-16份、红景天16-22份、绞股蓝15-17份、当归17-19份、低聚木糖3-5份、海藻酸钠1-2份、甜味剂3-4份、牛蒡根提取液10-14份、巴戟天提取液8-10份。

5.根据权利要求1所述的能够降低血脂的保健饮料,其特征在于,所述牛蒡根提取液的制备方法如下:取牛蒡根,挑拣清洗干净,冷冻干燥后粉碎,将粉碎后的牛蒡根粗粉,加入15-20倍量的纯净水,60°C-80°C,1000-2000W超声波提取2次,每次30min,过滤,合并滤液备用。
6.根据权利要求1所述的能够降低血脂的保健饮料,其特征在于,所述巴戟天提取液的制备方法如下:取巴戟天,清洗干净后粉碎,然后投入至渗漉器中,采用10-15倍重量的乙醇水溶液进行渗漉提取,获得渗漉提取液和渗漉提取残渣,将渗漉提取残渣加入4-6倍重量的乙醇水溶液,浸泡1-2h,2000-3000W超声波提取20-30min,过滤,获得超声提取液和超声提取残渣,将超声提取残渣加入3-5倍重量的水,投入至高压釜中,高压煎煮30-40min,过滤,获得高压提取液和高压提取残渣,将渗漉提取液、超声提取液和高压提取液合并,减压蒸发浓缩为原体积的10%,即得巴戟天提取液。
