背景技术
便秘是消化系统常见病症之一,是指粪便在肠腔滞留过久,大量水分被肠壁吸收,致使粪便干燥、坚硬,不易解出的现象。现今处于工作、学习状态的人们,因工作紧张、生活节奏过快、工作性质和时间变化、精神因素等干扰了正常的排便习惯,且进食的食物多缺乏纤维素或水分不足,以及长期久坐,不常运动导致对结肠运动的刺激减少,腹肌及盆腔肌张力不足,排便推动力不足,难于将粪便排出体外,长久以往,便会形成习惯性便秘。便秘在人群中的患病率高达27%,女性多于男性,老年多于青、壮年。因便秘发病率高、病因复杂,患者常有许多苦恼,便秘严重时会影响生活质量。便秘是临床常见的症状,主要表现在于便意少,便次也少;排便艰难、费力;排便不畅;大便干结、硬便,排便不净感;便秘伴有腹痛或腹部不适,还伴有失眠、烦躁、多梦、抑郁、焦虑等精神心理障碍。
目前针对便秘的治疗方法多为药物治疗,比如使用容积性泻剂、润滑性泻剂、盐类泻剂、渗透性泻剂、刺激性泻剂、促动力剂,这些方法虽然见效较快,但是治标不治本,而且对人体伤害较大。

一种排毒通便的小分子多糖饮料,包括以下重量份的原料:绿茶提取液35~50份、猕猴桃汁液5~15份、人参提取液3~10份、肉苁蓉多糖2~8份、低聚木糖2~8份、莱菔子提取物1~6份、罗汉果甜苷0.5~2.5份、柠檬酸0.05~0.5份、果胶0.1~0.5份。

所述肉苁蓉多糖的制备方法为:将肉苁蓉切片后,按照质量比1:10-15与蒸馏水混合,加热回流提取三次,过滤,合并滤液,滤液减压浓缩至原有体积的5~10%,加入乙醇,超声混合,然后于冰水中静置4~6h,过滤,收集滤液,滤液浓缩至原有体积的5~10%,再次加入乙醇,重复上述步骤2~3次,然后将滤液浓缩、干燥后即可得到所述肉苁蓉多糖。此方法得到的肉苁蓉多糖为寡糖,其分子量较小,有利于人体吸收,肉苁蓉多糖可促进肠道蠕动,改善肠道的运动功能。
所述莱菔子提取物的制备方法为:将莱菔子按照质量比1:5~10与蒸馏水混合,超声加热回流提取3次,过滤,合并滤液,滤液减压浓缩干燥,即可得到所述莱菔子提取物。所述超声的功率为500~600W,提取的时间为1.5~2h。莱菔子入脾、胃、肺经,能消食除胀,用于饮食停滞、脘腹胀痛、大便秘结、积滞泻痢的症状,本发明以其提取物作为小分子多糖饮料的原料,可与其他原料的功效相互配合,增加胃肠蠕动,行气消食,排毒通便。
本发明还提供了所述的排毒通便的小分子多糖饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将配方量的各原料混合搅拌均匀,经均质、灌装、灭菌,即可得到所述排毒通便的小分子多糖饮料。
所述灭菌为HPP超高压灭菌,所述HPP超高压灭菌的压力为400~500MPa,灭菌时间为15~25min。
本发明提供的小分子多糖饮料的配方中,以绿茶提取液、猕猴桃汁液、人参提取液作为液体成分,以其溶解肉苁蓉多糖、低聚木糖、莱菔子提取物、罗汉果甜苷有效固体成分,配以柠檬酸和果胶作为辅料,经均质处理后得到具有排毒通便功效的液体饮料。配方中的绿茶提取液清热降火,排毒抗氧化;猕猴桃汁液富含维生素及膳食纤维;人参提取液扶正固本,补气健脾;肉苁蓉多糖与莱菔子提取物可增强肠蠕动能力,有效改善肠肌运动功能;低聚木糖润肠通便,并可调节肠道菌群活力;罗汉果甜苷除作为增甜剂之外,还具有清热润肺镇咳、润肠通便的功效。以上原料共同作用,本发明所提供的小分子多糖饮料除了具有润肠通便的作用之外,还能够清热降火,排毒养颜。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的小分子多糖饮料经过各原料科学配比之后,营养丰富、富含维C及含膳食纤维,甜度适宜,各成分综合作用,能够显著增强肠道蠕动能力,调节肠道菌群活力,在为人体补充营养和能量的同时,清热降火、排毒养颜、润肠通便。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种排毒通便的小分子多糖饮料,包括以下重量份的原料:绿茶提取液43份、猕猴桃汁液10份、人参提取液7份、肉苁蓉多糖5份、低聚木糖6份、莱菔子提取物4份、罗汉果甜苷1.5份、柠檬酸0.28份、果胶0.35份。
所述绿茶提取液的制备方法为:将绿茶按照质量比1:10与蒸馏水混合,采用微波辅助提取法于55℃,功率450W,提取时间5h,结束后,过滤,收集滤液,即可得到所述绿茶提取液。
所述猕猴桃汁液的制备方法为:将猕猴桃去皮后,切块,按照质量比1:3与蒸馏水混合,放入破壁机中榨汁,即可得到猕猴桃汁液。
所述人参提取液的制备方法为:将人参切片后,按照质量比1:6与蒸馏水混合,反复煎煮三次,合并滤液,并将滤液浓缩至原有体积的20%,即可得到所述人参提取液。
所述肉苁蓉多糖的制备方法为:将肉苁蓉切片后,按照质量比1:10与蒸馏水混合,加热回流提取三次,过滤,合并滤液,滤液减压浓缩至原有体积的5%,加入乙醇,超声混合,然后于冰水中静置4~6h,过滤,收集滤液,滤液浓缩至原有体积的5%,再次加入乙醇,重复上述步骤2~3次,然后将滤液浓缩、干燥后即可得到所述肉苁蓉多糖。
所述莱菔子提取物的制备方法为:将莱菔子按照质量比1:5与蒸馏水混合,600W超声加热回流提取1.5h,反复提取3次,过滤,合并滤液,滤液减压浓缩干燥,即可得到所述莱菔子提取物。
所述排毒通便的小分子多糖饮料的制备方法为:将配方量的各原料混合搅拌均匀,经均质、灌装、经HPP超高压灭菌25min,即可得到所述排毒通便的小分子多糖饮料,所述HPP超高压灭菌的压力为420MPa。
选取60名年龄在25~65岁之间的便秘患者,所有患者的症状均为大便干结,大便次数均处在3~5天一次之间。所有患者均饮用本实施例所得到的小分子多糖饮料,每一天不限次数,总饮用量为1000mL/天,连续饮用15天,15天之后,统计结果。结果显示,有55名患者反应其排便次数增至一天一次,且大便干结症状得到有效缓解;有3名患者反应,其排便次数增至两天一次,且大便干结症状得到有效缓解;有2名患者反应没有效果。
从以上结果可以看出,本发明公开的小分子多糖饮料的润肠通便效果显著。
实施例2
一种排毒通便的小分子多糖饮料,包括以下重量份的原料:绿茶提取液35份、猕猴桃汁液15份、人参提取液5份、肉苁蓉多糖5份、低聚木糖2份、莱菔子提取物4份、罗汉果甜苷1.2份、柠檬酸0.09份、果胶0.3份。
所述绿茶提取液的制备方法为:将绿茶按照质量比1:15与蒸馏水混合,采用微波辅助提取法于65℃,功率450W,提取时间3h,结束后,过滤,收集滤液,即可得到所述绿茶提取液。
所述猕猴桃汁液的制备方法为:将猕猴桃去皮后,切块,按照质量比1:5与蒸馏水混合,放入破壁机中榨汁,即可得到猕猴桃汁液。
所述人参提取液的制备方法为:将人参切片后,按照质量比1:10与蒸馏水混合,反复煎煮三次,合并滤液,并将滤液浓缩至原有体积的20%,即可得到所述人参提取液。
所述肉苁蓉多糖的制备方法为:将肉苁蓉切片后,按照质量比1:15与蒸馏水混合,加热回流提取三次,过滤,合并滤液,滤液减压浓缩至原有体积的10%,加入乙醇,超声混合,然后于冰水中静置6h,过滤,收集滤液,滤液浓缩至原有体积的10%,再次加入乙醇,重复上述步骤2~3次,然后将滤液浓缩、干燥后即可得到所述肉苁蓉多糖。
所述莱菔子提取物的制备方法为:将莱菔子按照质量比1:10与蒸馏水混合,600W超声加热回流提取1.5h,反复提取3次,过滤,合并滤液,滤液减压浓缩干燥,即可得到所述莱菔子提取物。
所述排毒通便的小分子多糖饮料的制备方法为:将配方量的各原料混合搅拌均匀,经均质、灌装、经HPP超高压灭菌15min,即可得到所述排毒通便的小分子多糖饮料,所述HPP超高压灭菌的压力为500MPa。
实施例3
一种排毒通便的小分子多糖饮料,包括以下重量份的原料:绿茶提取液50份、猕猴桃汁液5份、人参提取液10份、肉苁蓉多糖2份、低聚木糖8份、莱菔子提取物3份、罗汉果甜苷2.5份、柠檬酸0.4份、果胶0.5份。
所述绿茶提取液的制备方法为:将绿茶按照质量比1:15与蒸馏水混合,采用微波辅助提取法于60℃,功率500W,提取时间3h,结束后,过滤,收集滤液,即可得到所述绿茶提取液。
所述猕猴桃汁液的制备方法为:将猕猴桃去皮后,切块,按照质量比1:5与蒸馏水混合,放入破壁机中榨汁,即可得到猕猴桃汁液。
所述人参提取液的制备方法为:将人参切片后,按照质量比1:10与蒸馏水混合,反复煎煮三次,合并滤液,并将滤液浓缩至原有体积的20%,即可得到所述人参提取液。

Claims (10)
1.一种排毒通便的小分子多糖饮料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:绿茶提取液35~50份、猕猴桃汁液5~15份、人参提取液3~10份、肉苁蓉多糖2~8份、低聚木糖2~8份、莱菔子提取物1~6份、罗汉果甜苷0.5~2.5份、柠檬酸0.05~0.5份、果胶0.1~0.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的排毒通便的小分子多糖饮料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:绿茶提取液40~45份、猕猴桃汁液8~12份、人参提取液5~8份、肉苁蓉多糖4~6份、低聚木糖5~8份、莱菔子提取物3~5份、罗汉果甜苷1.2~2.0份、柠檬酸0.15~0.42份、果胶0.3~0.4份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的排毒通便的小分子多糖饮料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:绿茶提取液43份、猕猴桃汁液10份、人参提取液7份、肉苁蓉多糖5份、低聚木糖6份、莱菔子提取物4份、罗汉果甜苷1.5份、柠檬酸0.28份、果胶0.35份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的排毒通便的小分子多糖饮料,其特征在于,所述绿茶提取液的制备方法为:将绿茶按照质量比1:10~15与蒸馏水混合,采用微波辅助提取法进行提取,结束后,过滤,收集滤液,即可得到所述绿茶提取液。
5.根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的排毒通便的小分子多糖饮料,其特征在于,所述猕猴桃汁液的制备方法为:将猕猴桃去皮后,切块,按照质量比1:2~5与蒸馏水混合,放入破壁机中榨汁,即可得到猕猴桃汁液。
6.根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的排毒通便的小分子多糖饮料,其特征在于,所述人参提取液的制备方法为:将人参切片后,按照质量比1:5~10与蒸馏水混合,反复煎煮三次,合并滤液,并将滤液浓缩至原有体积的20%,即可得到所述人参提取液。
7.根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的排毒通便的小分子多糖饮料,其特征在于,所述肉苁蓉多糖的制备方法为:将肉苁蓉切片后,按照质量比1:10-15与蒸馏水混合,加热回流提取三次,过滤,合并滤液,滤液减压浓缩至原有体积的5~10%,加入乙醇,超声混合,然后于冰水中静置4~6h,过滤,收集滤液,滤液浓缩至原有体积的5~10%,再次加入乙醇,重复上述步骤2~3次,然后将滤液浓缩、干燥后即可得到所述肉苁蓉多糖。
8.根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的排毒通便的小分子多糖饮料,其特征在于,所述莱菔子提取物的制备方法为:将莱菔子按照质量比1:5~10与蒸馏水混合,超声加热回流提取3次,过滤,合并滤液,滤液减压浓缩干燥,即可得到所述莱菔子提取物。
9.根据权利要求1-8任意一项所述的排毒通便的小分子多糖饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将配方量的各原料混合搅拌均匀,经均质、灌装、灭菌,即可得到所述排毒通便的小分子多糖饮料。
10.根据权利要求9所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述灭菌为HPP超高压灭菌,所述HPP超高压灭菌的压力为400~500MPa,灭菌时间为15~25min。
