本发明公开了一种抗痛风药食物质固体饮料及其制备方法,是由下述重量份的原料制成:樱桃30‑40份、桑叶20‑30份、菊花20‑30份、西芹15‑25份、高良姜15‑25份、栀子15‑25份、葛根15‑25份、芫荽5‑10份、椰子5‑12份、菊苣5‑10份、甜叶菊苷0.1‑0.5份。该抗痛风药食物质固体饮料采用药食同源植物或者可食用植物合理配伍而成,具有明显的抗痛风作用,没有添加任何化学药物、激素,无任何副作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及中草药固体饮料技术领域,特别涉及一种抗痛风药食物质固体饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
痛风是一种体内尿酸代谢紊乱,导致关节沉积尿酸结晶的一种关节病。具有多并发症、病程长、发作剧烈烈等特点。且痛风目前无法治愈。
我国高尿酸血症患者人数已达1.7亿,其中痛风患者超过1亿,而且正以每年9.7%的年增长率迅速增加。现今痛风已经成为我国仅次于糖尿病的第二大代谢类疾病,痛风的迅猛增长与人民普遍生活水平的提高、饮食结构和条件的改变加之国民不健康的生活习惯,让痛风的发病率越来越高。随着低龄化趋势的增长,已经开始让痛风严重威胁着当代中国人的健康。
痛风患者经常会在夜晚出现突然性的关节疼,发病急,关节部位出现严重的疼痛、水肿、红肿和炎症,从疼痛感强烈到慢慢减轻直至消失,往往持续几天或几周不等,影响日常的生活。而且这些症状会反复出现,关节本身也会受到损害,严重的会发生肾结石甚至是肾衰竭,危及生命。
治疗痛风的药物主要有非甾类抗炎药、糖皮质激素,但是副作用比较大。选择饮食疗法是比较普遍和健康的治疗方法。饮食疗法主要包括以下方面:减少食用高嘌呤食物、高脂类食物,如肉类、海鲜、含酵母食物和饮料等;尽可能食用嘌呤含量较低的食物,如大米、小麦、淀粉、高粱,鸡蛋、猪血、鸭血等。多饮水可将尿酸通过尿液排出体外;多运动,加强锻炼,排出人体多余脂肪。
痛风作为终身性代谢疾病,需要患者长期的治疗和调养。因此,本发明的目的是结合现代生活饮食方式,提供一种安全无毒副作用的抗痛风产品。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种抗痛风药食物质固体饮料及其制备方法,该抗痛风药食物质固体饮料采用纯天然药食同源植物和可食用植物合理配伍而成,具有明显的降尿酸、抗痛风作用,没有添加任何化学药物、激素,无任何副作用。
为达到上述技术目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种抗痛风药食物质固体饮料,是由下述重量份的原料制成:樱桃30-40份、桑叶20-30份、菊花20-30份、西芹15-25份、高良姜15-25份、栀子15-25份、葛根15-25份、芫荽5-10份、椰子5-12份、菊苣5-10份、甜叶菊苷0.1-0.5份。
一种抗痛风药食物质固体饮料,是由下述重量份的原料制成:樱桃35-38份、桑叶22-26份、菊花22-26份、西芹16-18份、高良姜16-18份、栀子16-18份、葛根22-24份、芫荽8-10份、椰子6-8份、菊苣6-8份、甜叶菊苷0.2-0.4份。
一种抗痛风药食物质固体饮料的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
(1)将葛根清洗干净、刮皮,切成片状,将切片后的葛根片置于盐水中的浸泡45分钟杀菌消毒;
(2)将步骤(1)中的葛根片烘干,并冷却至室温;
(3)将烘干冷却后的葛根片放入粉碎机中初步粉碎至100目,将初步粉碎的葛根粉过100目筛网筛除大颗粒的葛根粉,得葛根粉;
(4)分别取桑叶、菊花、菊苣、樱桃、西芹、芫荽、栀子和高良姜进行清洗;
(5)将清洗后的桑叶、菊花、菊苣、樱桃、西芹、芫荽、栀子和高良姜进行冷冻,再采用真空冷冻干燥器进行低温脱水;
(6)将步骤(5)得到的冷冻物粉碎到100目,得混合物;
(7)取葛根粉和混合物,进行二次低温破壁超细粉碎至300目,加入椰子粉、甜叶菊苷,灭菌、包装即得。
其中,优选地,所述步骤(1)中盐水浓度为350-480mg/kg。
其中,优选地,所述步骤(5)中低温脱水至含水量为3-7%。
其中,优选地,所述步骤(5)真空冷冻干燥的温度为30-50℃。
樱桃富含蛋白质、碳水化合物、钙、磷,比苹果、梨、橘子、葡萄中的含量约高20倍;维生素A也比苹果、橘子、葡萄高出4-5倍;B族维生素、维生素C的含量也很丰富。其含铁量更是傲居各种水果之首。同时,樱桃性味廿温,有润中、益脾之功效,具有消炎、收敛止痛的作用,作为本发明配方的君药。
桑叶性寒,味甘、苦,有抑制脂肪肝形成、降低血清脂肪和抑制动脉粥样硬化形成的作用。在本发明配方中为臣药,发挥其清除体内自由基,使蓄积在人体内的毒素和废物被氧化,增加血液中的含氧量,促进新陈代谢和微循环的作用。
菊花性甘苦,微寒。内含菊苷、腺嘌呤、胆碱及维生素A1、B1、氨基酸,钾、钠盐等成分,具有疏散风热,平抑肝阳,清肝明目,清热解毒的功效。在本发明配方中为臣药,发挥其镇静中枢神经,增强毛细血管抗炎力,抑菌的作用。
西芹营养丰富,富含蛋白质、碳水化合物、矿物质及多种维生素等营养物质,在本发明配方中为臣药,发挥促进食欲、清肠利便,促进血液循环,排出尿酸的作用。
栀子性苦,寒。归心、肺、三焦经,具有护肝、利胆、镇静、止血、消肿等作用。在本发明配方中作为辅佐药,发挥其镇静、除烦的效果。
高良姜味辛,性热;归脾、胃经,具有温胃散寒、消食止痛的功效,在本发明配方中为辅佐药,增强樱桃、菊花、栀子消炎、止痛的效果。
芫荽辛,温。归肺、胃经。有开胃醒脾的功效。在本发明配方中为辅佐药,发挥其促进肠胃消化、促进发汗,方便排尿通便的作用,增强桑叶、西芹排尿酸的效果。
菊苣味微苦、咸,性凉。在本发明配方中为辅佐药,发挥其清肝利胆,健胃消食,利尿消肿的作用。增强桑叶、西芹、芫荽排尿酸的效果。
葛根甘、辛,凉。有解肌退热,生津止渴,升阳止泻之功。有“千年人参”之美誉。在本发明配方中为辅佐药,用于减缓菊花、桑叶、芫荽、西芹的药性。
椰子性味甘、平,入胃、脾、大肠经;具有补虚强壮,益气祛风的功效。在本发明配方中为辅佐药,用于减缓菊花、桑叶、芫荽、西芹的药性。
本发明有益效果:
本发明针对痛风、高尿酸人群的效果:一是实现快速消炎、抗菌和止痛;二是加快新陈代谢,利于溶解尿酸盐结晶,加快尿酸排出;三是快速补充身体缺少的营养元素,辅助身体代谢机能的自我调理、修复。
本发明没有添加任何化学药物、激素,无任何副作用,并且采用低温破壁超细粉碎技术进行加工生产,利于保持原料中的活性物质,相比于提取物而言具有更为全面、完整的功效应用,并在此基础上兼顾固体饮料的速溶性,利于身体吸收。
服用本发明抗痛风药食物质固体饮料一至四周有显著改善效果,随后根据自身情况持续或适当减量食用(一日1-3次),利于身体机能的自我调理、修复。

本实施例提供一种抗痛风药食物质固体饮料,是由下述重量份的原料制成:樱桃38份、桑叶22份、菊花24份、西芹18份、高良姜18份、栀子18份、葛根24份、芫荽10份、椰子10份、菊苣10份、甜叶菊苷0.2份。
本实施例抗痛风药食物质固体饮料的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
(1)将葛根清洗干净、刮皮,切成片状,将切片后的葛根片置于浓度为420mg/kg的盐水中的浸泡45分钟杀菌消毒;
(2)将步骤(1)中的葛根片烘干,并冷却至室温;
(3)将烘干冷却后的葛根片放入粉碎机中初步粉碎至100目,将初步粉碎的葛根粉过100目筛网筛除大颗粒的葛根粉,得葛根粉;
(4)分别取桑叶、菊花、菊苣、樱桃、西芹、芫荽、栀子和高良姜进行清洗;
(5)将清洗后的桑叶、菊花、菊苣、樱桃、西芹、芫荽、栀子和高良姜进行冷冻,再采用真空冷冻干燥器进行低温脱水;
(6)将步骤(5)得到的冷冻物粉碎到100目,得混合物;
(7)取葛根粉和混合物,进行二次低温破壁超细粉碎至300目,加入椰子粉、甜叶菊苷,灭菌、包装即得。
实施例2

(1)将葛根清洗干净、刮皮,切成片状,将切片后的葛根片置于浓度为350mg/kg的盐水中的浸泡45分钟杀菌消毒;
(2)将步骤(1)中的葛根片烘干,并冷却至室温;
(3)将烘干冷却后的葛根片放入粉碎机中初步粉碎至100目,将初步粉碎的葛根粉过100目筛网筛除大颗粒的葛根粉,得葛根粉;
(4)分别取桑叶、菊花、菊苣、樱桃、西芹、芫荽、栀子和高良姜进行清洗;
(5)将清洗后的桑叶、菊花、菊苣、樱桃、西芹、芫荽、栀子和高良姜进行冷冻,再采用真空冷冻干燥器进行低温脱水;

本实施例抗痛风药食物质固体饮料的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
(1)将葛根清洗干净、刮皮,切成片状,将切片后的葛根片置于浓度为480mg/kg的盐水中的浸泡45分钟杀菌消毒;
(2)将步骤(1)中的葛根片烘干,并冷却至室温;
(3)将烘干冷却后的葛根片放入粉碎机中初步粉碎至100目,将初步粉碎的葛根粉过100目筛网筛除大颗粒的葛根粉,得葛根粉;
(4)分别取桑叶、菊花、菊苣、樱桃、西芹、芫荽、栀子和高良姜进行清洗;
(5)将清洗后的桑叶、菊花、菊苣、樱桃、西芹、芫荽、栀子和高良姜进行冷冻,再采用真空冷冻干燥器进行低温脱水;
(6)将步骤(5)得到的冷冻物粉碎到100目,得混合物;

(2)将步骤(1)中的葛根片烘干,并冷却至室温;
(3)将烘干冷却后的葛根片放入粉碎机中初步粉碎至100目,将初步粉碎的葛根粉过100目筛网筛除大颗粒的葛根粉,得葛根粉;

(3)将烘干冷却后的葛根片放入粉碎机中初步粉碎至100目,将初步粉碎的葛根粉过100目筛网筛除大颗粒的葛根粉,得葛根粉;
(4)分别取桑叶、菊花、菊苣、樱桃、西芹、芫荽、栀子和高良姜进行清洗;
(5)将清洗后的桑叶、菊花、菊苣、樱桃、西芹、芫荽、栀子和高良姜进行冷冻,再采用真空冷冻干燥器进行低温脱水;
(6)将步骤(5)得到的冷冻物粉碎到100目,得混合物;
(7)取葛根粉和混合物,进行二次低温破壁超细粉碎至300目,加入椰子粉、甜叶菊苷,灭菌、包装即得。
试验例1
按照卫生部《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》进行实验,方法及结果如下:
1.用该饮料100倍人体剂量对小鼠一次性经口灌胃后,无明显的中毒表现或不良反应,2周内无动物死亡,表明本品属无毒类。
2.遗传毒性试验中,Ames试验、小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验和小鼠精子畸形实验三项遗传毒理性试验均为阴性结果,表明本品无致突变作用。
3.大鼠30d喂养实验,未引起大鼠整体健康状况、生理生化功能和器官组织形态学各重要指标的异常变。
试验例2
选取120名高尿酸值(8.0~10.0mg/dL)的成年患者,分为六组,每组随机选择20名患者,其中五组分别试食本发明实施例1-5中的固体饮料,食用方法:每天三餐前15分钟,用温水冲食本抗痛风药食物质固体饮料10克,4周一个疗程,第六组给予合适剂量的安慰剂,连续4周,试用结束后测定患者的血清尿酸值,测定结果如下表。
当停止食用本发明实施例中的抗痛风药食物质固体饮料和安慰剂2周后,再度对患者血清的尿酸值进行测定,结果发现,试食本发明实施例1-5的固体饮料的试验组(第一组至第五组)患者的尿酸值仍比服用前的尿酸值低,而第六组患者的尿酸值无明显变化。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (6)
1.一种抗痛风药食物质固体饮料,其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:樱桃30-40份、桑叶20-30份、菊花20-30份、西芹15-25份、高良姜15-25份、栀子15-25份、葛根15-25份、芫荽5-10份、椰子5-12份、菊苣5-10份、甜叶菊苷0.1-0.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗痛风药食物质固体饮料,其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:樱桃35-38份、桑叶22-26份、菊花22-26份、西芹16-18份、高良姜16-18份、栀子16-18份、葛根22-24份、芫荽8-10份、椰子6-8份、菊苣6-8份、甜叶菊苷0.2-0.4份。
3.一种权利要求1或2所述的抗痛风药食物质固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于包括下述步骤:
(1)将葛根清洗干净、刮皮,切成片状,将切片后的葛根片置于盐水中浸泡45分钟杀菌消毒;
(2)将步骤(1)中的葛根片烘干,并冷却至室温;
(3)将烘干冷却后的葛根片放入粉碎机中初步粉碎至100目,得葛根粉;
(4)分别取桑叶、菊花、菊苣、樱桃、西芹、栀子、芫荽和高良姜进行清洗;
(5)将清洗后的桑叶、菊花、菊苣、樱桃、西芹、栀子、芫荽和高良姜进行冷冻,再采用真空冷冻干燥器进行低温脱水;
(6)将步骤(5)得到的冷冻物粉碎到100目,得混合物;
(7)取葛根粉和混合物,进行二次低温破壁超细粉碎至300目,加入椰子粉、甜叶菊苷,灭菌、包装即得。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种抗痛风药食物质固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中盐水浓度为350-480mg/kg。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种抗痛风药食物质固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(5)中低温脱水至含水量为3-7%。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种抗痛风药食物质固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(5)真空冷冻干燥的温度为30-50℃。
