(1)将人参、冬虫夏草、枸杞子在80℃烘干,制成粉末,加入100倍质量的纯净水,采用超声波辅助的方法进行提取有益成分,所述超声波的功率为200W,超声波时间为8分钟;将超声波提取液采用硅藻土抽滤的方式进行过滤浓缩得到浓缩液;
(2)将桂花花瓣使用纯净水浸泡72小时;
(3)将糖胶树胶、薄荷油、氯化锌、硒蛋氨酸、木糖醇、卵磷脂混合,加热120℃搅拌1小时,得到混合物Ⅰ;
(4)向混合物Ⅰ中加入DHA、浓缩液、步骤(2)浸泡后的桂花花瓣进行搅拌得到胶团;
(5)将胶团通过多段式滚筒机压成3mm的板片,再使用切断机切成直径为1厘米的桂花型,再在20℃、相对湿度为50%环境下静置9小时,包装即得提神益智的桂花口味板式口香糖。

本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)桂花所散发的浓郁花香,可以改善味觉上的疲劳,较薄荷而言,味道芳香,持久留香。在日常生活中,人们通常会在饭后和过度紧张时,嚼上口香糖,桂花中含有钼、硒、钾、钴等微量元素,紫罗兰酮、葵酸丙酯,芳樟醇氧化物等有机成分,有效的缓和精神压力,平衡身心健康;
(2)本发明口香糖制作成桂花形状,并且添加冬虫夏草、人参、硒、枸杞子等保健成分,这些中药中的有益成分浓缩后加入到口香糖中,桂花有浓郁的香气可以掩盖中药气味,通过口腔长时间的咀嚼,有益成分能更好的溶解出来,提高吸收利用效率;
(3)糖胶树胶作为基础胶体,添加多种成分后不易溶解均匀混合,因此本发明添加了薄荷油和卵磷脂促进各种成分的溶解,同时添加DHA,DHA与卵磷脂相互促进可以促进智力发育,因此本发明口香糖还适用于儿童食用,并且不会造成龋齿等口腔问题。

(1)将人参10克、冬虫夏草4克、枸杞子3克在80℃烘干,制成粉末,加入100倍质量的纯净水,采用超声波辅助的方法进行提取有益成分,所述超声波的功率为200W,超声波时间为8分钟;将超声波提取液采用硅藻土抽滤的方式进行过滤浓缩得到浓缩液;
(2)将桂花花瓣20克使用纯净水浸泡72小时;
(3)将糖胶树胶40克、薄荷油5克、氯化锌2克、硒蛋氨酸6克、木糖醇4克、卵磷脂10克混合,加热120℃搅拌1小时,得到混合物Ⅰ;
(4)向混合物Ⅰ中加入DHA、浓缩液、步骤(2)浸泡后的桂花花瓣进行搅拌得到胶团;
