技术领域
本发明涉及电梯用润滑油生产技术领域,具体涉及一种电梯液压缓冲器专用润滑油。
背景技术
近年来,随着城镇化的推进及居民生活水平的提高,电梯已成为百姓生产、生活中不可或缺的垂直交通工具。前瞻产业研究院发布的《2015-2020年中国电梯行业市场需求预测与投资机会分析报告前瞻》显示,2013年我国电梯的总产量达到了57.97万台,同比增长9.58%,中国已经成为全球电梯产量最高的国家,比重超过全球总量的60%。从2009年到2013年,我国电梯产量年均增长率达到了21.96%
伴随着电梯的爆发式增长,随之而来的是电梯事故的居高不下。据国家质检局统计,2013年我国发生电梯事故70起,事故数量与死亡数据占到了特种设备的30.83%和19.72%,电梯安全成为城市公共安全的新隐患,由于电梯事故的频发,甚至导致有些人谈"梯"色变。具体来看,造成电梯事故的原因包括:违规操作占62.7%、设备缺陷占22.7%,意外占8%,非法使用设备占6.6%。
电梯总的分为升降电梯和自动扶梯两大类,各类电梯的主要组成有所不同,单通常都包括八大组成部分:曳引系统、导向系统、轿厢、门系统、重量平衡系统、电力拖动系统、电器控制系统、安全保护系统。升降电梯的主要机器大多设置在顶部、包括电机及控制系统。电机转动带动齿轮或(及) 滑轮,作为机箱及对重装置上下移动的动力,控制系统控制电机的运行及其他操作,包括控制升降电梯开动及制动,以及安全监控等。
电梯的润滑对保证电梯的安全运转、节能降耗起到至关重要的作用,因此,选择合适的润滑油产品,是进行电梯维护和保养的重要工作之一,电梯设备中需要润滑的部位较多,主要有曳引齿轮箱、钢丝绳、导轨、液压缓冲器和轿厢门机等部件,电梯的每个需要润滑的部件对于润滑油的要求都不同,市场上没有销售专门对于电梯的各个部件的润滑油,传统对于电梯的维护过程中,为了省事和降低管理成本,对各个部件均采用同一种润滑油,润滑油的使用不对,会给设备带来更大的安全隐患,且经常损坏,使维护成本增加。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种在低温下有良好的流动性,在高温下具有很好的氧化安定性和热稳定性,同时具有抗磨性、效能稳定持久、耐高温、高速、高负荷、抗氧化、不使积碳生成的电梯液压缓冲器专用润滑油。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种电梯液压缓冲器专用润滑油,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料组成:基础油100-110份、金属抗磨剂5-7份、防腐防锈剂5-6份、清洁因子 8-9份、泡沫抑制剂10-15份、金属抗活化剂4-6份和粘度调节剂5-7份;
所述的基础油由20-30份矿物基础油、60-70份花生油和40-50份葵花籽油按重量份组成;
所述的清洁因子为金属基化镁、金属基化铝或者金属基化钠中的任意一种或多种混合;
所述的金属抗磨剂为铁霸金属抗磨剂H级TRIPAK-9401;
所述的防腐防锈剂为磷酸和/或硫酸锌;
所述的泡沫抑制剂由蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚,玉米油脂,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚组成;
所述的金属抗活化剂为磷化物或者硫化物;
所述的粘度调节剂为聚丙烯,分散型乙丙共聚物,聚异丁烯,聚丙烯酸酯组成。
上述电梯液压缓冲器专用润滑油的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)混合基础油:
将20-30份矿物基础油、60-70份花生油和40-50份葵花籽油搅拌混合,在100-120℃条件下搅拌80-90分钟,得到混合后的基础油;
(2)添加助剂:
将金属抗磨剂5-7份、防腐防锈剂5-6份、清洁因子8-9份、泡沫抑制剂10-15份、金属抗活化剂4-6份和粘度调节剂5-7份逐步加入混合后的基础油中,继续在100-120℃条件下,搅拌3-4h后恢复至常温,再将所得混合物送入球磨机中,球磨至出料粒度达到5-10um,即得到电梯液压缓冲器专用润滑油。
金属抗磨剂使用铁霸金属抗磨剂H级TRIPAK-9401,金属抗磨剂H级 TRIPAK-9401以润滑油为载体被分散输送至液压缓冲器联动杆表面,当摩擦发生时,产生瞬间高温激活抗磨剂中的极性分子,使之迅速吸附渗透金属表面而形成柔韧性的共聚物保护膜,实现抗磨、减磨效果,从而显著提高了润滑油耐高温、高负荷性能和抗氧化、抗剪切性能,其效能持久稳定,使用该抗磨剂可以减少连动杆之间磨损量达82%,延长连动杆使用寿命3至4倍,摩擦所消耗的功减少,因而有显著的节能效果,有效的保证设备正常运行,减少停机,延长设备维修周期,节省部件的更换费用,设备的冷启动性能得到有效改善,清除油污、胶质和积碳,保持连动杆的表面清洁,降低动力设备的振动和噪音。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明的电梯液压缓冲器专用润滑油,通过使用矿物基础油、花生油和葵花籽油混合基础油,在控制基础油成本的同时能够保证较好的粘度指数和高抗磨性能;通过助剂的配合添加,能有效去除包覆在各个连接杆接触表面的黑碳泥粒子,给液压缓冲器连接杆最大的保护,延长连接杆的使用寿命,降低设备的维护成本,为电梯缓冲器连接杆提供洁净的磨损防护模式;该润滑油的制备方法,步骤简单环保,易于实施。

实施例1
一种电梯液压缓冲器专用润滑油,由以下重量份数的原料组成:基础油 100份、金属抗磨剂5份、防腐防锈剂5份、清洁因子8份、泡沫抑制剂10 份、金属抗活化剂4份和粘度调节剂5份;
基础油由20份矿物基础油、60份花生油和40份葵花籽油按重量份组成;
清洁因子为金属基化镁、金属基化铝或者金属基化钠中的任意一种或多种混合;
金属抗磨剂为铁霸金属抗磨剂H级TRIPAK-9401;
防腐防锈剂为磷酸和/或硫酸锌;
泡沫抑制剂由蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚,玉米油脂,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚组成;
金属抗活化剂为磷化物或者硫化物;

基础油由30份矿物基础油、70份花生油和50份葵花籽油按重量份组成;
清洁因子为金属基化镁、金属基化铝或者金属基化钠中的任意一种或多种混合;
金属抗磨剂为铁霸金属抗磨剂H级TRIPAK-9401;
防腐防锈剂为磷酸和/或硫酸锌;

实施例3
一种电梯液压缓冲器专用润滑油,由以下重量份数的原料组成:基础油 105份、金属抗磨剂6份、防腐防锈剂5.5份、清洁因子8.5份、泡沫抑制剂 12份、金属抗活化剂5份和粘度调节剂6份;
基础油由25份矿物基础油、65份花生油和45份葵花籽油按重量份组成;
清洁因子为金属基化镁、金属基化铝或者金属基化钠中的任意一种或多种混合;
金属抗磨剂为铁霸金属抗磨剂H级TRIPAK-9401;
防腐防锈剂为磷酸和/或硫酸锌;
泡沫抑制剂由蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚,玉米油脂,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚组成;
金属抗活化剂为磷化物或者硫化物;
粘度调节剂为聚丙烯,分散型乙丙共聚物,聚异丁烯,聚丙烯酸酯组成。

将25份矿物基础油、665份花生油和45份葵花籽油搅拌混合,在110℃条件下搅拌85分钟,得到混合后的基础油;

将金属抗磨剂6份、防腐防锈剂5.5份、清洁因子8.5份、泡沫抑制剂 12份、金属抗活化剂5份和粘度调节剂6份逐步加入混合后的基础油中,继续在110℃条件下,搅拌3.5h后恢复至常温,再将所得混合物送入球磨机中,球磨至出料粒度达到6um,即得到电梯液压缓冲器专用润滑油。
进行试验,且测定了本发明实施例1-3的性能,对比例为市场购买润滑油,结果如下表:

所述的清洁因子为金属基化镁、金属基化铝或者金属基化钠中的任意一种或多种混合;
所述的金属抗磨剂为铁霸金属抗磨剂H级TRIPAK-9401;
所述的防腐防锈剂为磷酸和/或硫酸锌;
所述的泡沫抑制剂由蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚,玉米油脂,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚组成;
所述的金属抗活化剂为磷化物或者硫化物;
所述的粘度调节剂为聚丙烯,分散型乙丙共聚物,聚异丁烯,聚丙烯酸酯组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电梯液压缓冲器专用润滑油,其特征在于:上述电梯液压缓冲器专用润滑油的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)混合基础油:
将20-30份矿物基础油、60-70份花生油和40-50份葵花籽油搅拌混合,在100-120℃条件下搅拌80-90分钟,得到混合后的基础油;
(2)添加助剂:
将金属抗磨剂5-7份、防腐防锈剂5-6份、清洁因子8-9份、泡沫抑制剂10-15份、金属抗活化剂4-6份和粘度调节剂5-7份逐步加入混合后的基础油中,继续在100-120℃条件下,搅拌3-4h后恢复至常温,再将所得混合物送入球磨机中,球磨至出料粒度达到5-10um,即得到电梯液压缓冲器专用润滑油。
