一种数控机床丝杆专用润滑油及其制备工艺,所述润滑油包括生物基础油和添加剂,所述生物基础油由以下重量份的原料配比制成:花生油10‑30份,葵花籽油12‑20份,蓖麻油7‑10份,牡丹籽油4‑8份,亚麻籽油2‑5份,米糠油2‑4份,文冠果油3‑4份,茶油2‑5份,海藻油1‑3份;所述添加剂由以下重量份的原料配比制成:抗氧化剂20‑50份,分散剂6‑10份,泡沫抑制剂10‑15份,粘度改进剂12‑18份,油性剂8‑10份。选用生物基础油虽然成本高,但所增加的费用足以抵消使用其它矿物油、合成基础油所带来的环境治理费用,所加入的添加剂使得该润滑油具备良好的抗氧化、抗腐蚀、抗泡沫等性能,尤其适用于高精度机床高速传动丝杆。

技术领域
本发明涉及润滑油领域,具体涉及一种数控机床丝杆专用润滑油及其制备工艺。
背景技术
中国是世界第三大润滑油消费国,年消耗量近400万吨,并呈现逐年上升的趋势。在中国润滑油市场上,经过多年的角逐,竞争格局已日趋形成,我国高端车用润滑油市场大部分被国外知名品牌占据,国内企业主要占领中档油品市场,大多数地方和民营企业依靠中、低档油品市场得以生存。从国内润滑油生产企业的实际情况来看,虽然我们已经拥有了具有国际先进水平的润滑油企业,如中石化所属的长城润滑油公司,但是国内润滑油企业中还有一些非专业化生产的小规模企业,他们靠自己的力量无法完成高端润滑油产品的生产,所以其产品多集中于中低档范围。
随着高精度数控机床的发展,丝杆作为最常用的传动机构,也对传动丝杆提出了更高的要求,当丝杆在转动时,转动过程中就会产生大量的热量,润滑油不仅要起到润滑的作用还要起到冷却的作用,因此需要用润滑性能良好的低粘度的润滑油,同时需要具备良好的抗氧化、抗腐蚀、防锈性及抗泡沫性等性能,现有润滑油由于配方和制备工艺上的不足,难以满足这样的要求。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述问题,提供一种数控机床丝杆专用润滑油及其制备工艺。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种数控机床丝杆专用润滑油,所述润滑油包括生物基础油和添加剂,
所述生物基础油由以下重量份的原料配比制成:
花生油10-30份,葵花籽油12-20份,蓖麻油7-10份,牡丹籽油4-8份,亚麻籽油2-5份,米糠油2-4份,文冠果油3-4份,茶油2-5份,海藻油1-3份;
所述添加剂由以下重量份的原料配比制成:
抗氧化剂20-50份,分散剂6-10份,泡沫抑制剂10-15份,粘度改进剂12-18份,油性剂8-10份;
所述抗氧化剂由硫磷乙辛基锌盐,2,6-二叔丁基混合酯,硫代磷酸胺盐组成;
所述分散剂由多烯基丁二酰亚胺,双烯基丁二酰亚胺,单烯基丁二酰亚胺组成;
所述泡沫抑制剂由蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚组成;
所述粘度改进剂由聚丙烯,分散型乙丙共聚物,顺丁橡胶,聚丙烯酸酯组成;
所述油性剂由磷酸三乙酯,苯二甲酸二辛酯,SOS油性剂,硫化烯烃棉籽油-2组成。
一种数控机床丝杆专用润滑油制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)、制备生物基础油:分别称取花生油,葵花籽油,蓖麻油,牡丹籽油,亚麻籽油,米糠油,文冠果油,茶油,海藻油,混合均匀得到植物油,将所述植物油甲酯化,得到脂肪酸甲酯,再将脂肪酸甲酯与多元醇进行酯交换制备相应的脂肪酸多元醇酯得到生物基础油;
2)、制备添加剂:分别称取抗氧化剂,分散剂,泡沫抑制剂,混合均匀后制成0.2-0.5mm颗粒并溶于水中得到水溶液或凝胶;将所得水溶液或凝胶在1-3个大气压、60-120℃下加入反应釜中,连续搅拌保持温度大于80℃,压力为1-2个大气压,搅拌均匀后,将粘度改进剂,油性剂一起加入到反应釜中,将温度保持在85-90℃的范围,在1.2-2个大气压下持续反应3-6个小时;
3)、将生物基础油加入调和釜中,混合后进行脉冲调和,并进行静态混合,然后同步搅拌1小时;
4)、调和搅拌完成后,取出成品油,进行检验分析,合格后灌装。
所述步骤1)中多元醇由乙二醇、丙二醇、一缩二乙二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、季戊四醇组成。
本发明的有益效果为:选用生物基础油虽然成本高,但所增加的费用足以抵消使用其它矿物油、合成基础油所带来的环境治理费用;N-苯基-α萘胺,2,6-二叔丁基混合酯,2,6-二叔丁基-α二甲氨基对甲酚能够防止油品老化,提高油品的使用寿命;多烯基丁二酰亚胺,双烯基丁二酰亚胺,单烯基丁二酰亚胺使润滑油将其氧化后生成的胶状物、积炭等不溶物或悬浮在油中,形成稳定的胶体状态而不易沉积在部件上,泡沫抑制剂抑制泡沫的产生,提高消除泡沫的速度,以免形成安定的泡沫,它能吸附在泡沫上,形成不安定的膜,从而达到破坏泡沫的目的。粘度改进剂、油性剂进一步提高润滑油的粘形,减少摩擦等性能,尤其适用于高精度机床高速传动丝杆。

添加剂:抗氧化剂20份,分散剂6份,泡沫抑制剂10份,粘度改进剂12份,油性剂8份;

称取:
生物基础油:花生油20份,葵花籽油16份,蓖麻油9份,牡丹籽油6份,亚麻籽油4份,米糠油3份,文冠果油3.5份,茶油3.5份,海藻油2份;
添加剂:抗氧化剂35份,分散剂8份,泡沫抑制剂13份,粘度改进剂15份,油性剂9份;

称取:
生物基础油:花生油30份,葵花籽油20份,蓖麻油10份,牡丹籽油8份,亚麻籽油5份,米糠油4份,文冠果油4份,茶油5份,海藻油3份;
添加剂:抗氧化剂50份,分散剂10份,泡沫抑制剂15份,粘度改进剂18份,油性剂10份;
所述抗氧化剂由硫磷乙辛基锌盐,2,6-二叔丁基混合酯,硫代磷酸胺盐组成;
所述分散剂由多烯基丁二酰亚胺,双烯基丁二酰亚胺,单烯基丁二酰亚胺组成;
所述泡沫抑制剂由蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚组成;
所述粘度改进剂由聚丙烯,分散型乙丙共聚物,顺丁橡胶,聚丙烯酸酯组成;

一种数控机床丝杆专用润滑油制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)、制备生物基础油:分别称取花生油,葵花籽油,蓖麻油,牡丹籽油,亚麻籽油,米糠油,文冠果油,茶油,海藻油,混合均匀得到植物油,将所述植物油甲酯化,得到脂肪酸甲酯,再将脂肪酸甲酯与多元醇进行酯交换制备相应的脂肪酸多元醇酯得到生物基础油;
2)、制备添加剂:分别称取抗氧化剂,分散剂,泡沫抑制剂,混合均匀后制成0.2-0.5mm颗粒并溶于水中得到水溶液或凝胶;将所得水溶液或凝胶在1-3个大气压、60-120℃下加入反应釜中,连续搅拌保持温度大于80℃,压力为1-2个大气压,搅拌均匀后,将粘度改进剂,油性剂一起加入到反应釜中,将温度保持在85-90℃的范围,在1.2-2个大气压下持续反应3-6个小时;
3)、将生物基础油加入调和釜中,混合后进行脉冲调和,并进行静态混合,然后同步搅拌1小时;
4)、调和搅拌完成后,取出成品油,进行检验分析,合格后灌装。
所述步骤1)中多元醇由乙二醇、丙二醇、一缩二乙二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、季戊四醇组成。

花生油10-30份,葵花籽油12-20份,蓖麻油7-10份,牡丹籽油4-8份,亚麻籽油2-5份,米糠油2-4份,文冠果油3-4份,茶油2-5份,海藻油1-3份;
所述添加剂由以下重量份的原料配比制成:
抗氧化剂20-50份,分散剂6-10份,泡沫抑制剂10-15份,粘度改进剂12-18份,油性剂8-10份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种数控机床丝杆专用润滑油,其特征在于:所述抗氧化剂由硫磷乙辛基锌盐,2,6-二叔丁基混合酯,硫代磷酸胺盐组成。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种数控机床丝杆专用润滑油,其特征在于:所述分散剂由多烯基丁二酰亚胺,双烯基丁二酰亚胺,单烯基丁二酰亚胺组成。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种数控机床丝杆专用润滑油,其特征在于:所述泡沫抑制剂由蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚组成。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种数控机床丝杆专用润滑油,其特征在于:所述粘度改进剂由聚丙烯,分散型乙丙共聚物,顺丁橡胶,聚丙烯酸酯组成。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种数控机床丝杆专用润滑油,其特征在于:所述油性剂由磷酸三乙酯,苯二甲酸二辛酯,SOS油性剂,硫化烯烃棉籽油-2组成。
7.一种制备权利要求1所述的数控机床丝杆专用润滑油的工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)、制备生物基础油:分别称取花生油,葵花籽油,蓖麻油,牡丹籽油,亚麻籽油,米糠油,文冠果油,茶油,海藻油,混合均匀得到植物油,将所述植物油甲酯化,得到脂肪酸甲酯,再将脂肪酸甲酯与多元醇进行酯交换制备相应的脂肪酸多元醇酯得到生物基础油;
2)、制备添加剂:分别称取抗氧化剂,分散剂,泡沫抑制剂,混合均匀后制成0.2-0.5mm颗粒并溶于水中得到水溶液或凝胶;将所得水溶液或凝胶在1-3个大气压、60-120℃下加入反应釜中,连续搅拌保持温度大于80℃,压力为1-2个大气压,搅拌均匀后,将粘度改进剂,油性剂一起加入到反应釜中,将温度保持在85-90℃的范围,在1.2-2个大气压下持续反应3-6个小时;
3)、将生物基础油加入调和釜中,混合后进行脉冲调和,并进行静态混合,然后同步搅拌1小时;
4)、调和搅拌完成后,取出成品油,进行检验分析,合格后灌装。
8.如权利要求7所述的一种数控机床丝杆专用润滑油制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤1)中多元醇由乙二醇、丙二醇、一缩二乙二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、季戊四醇组成。
