一种农田机械用润滑油及其制备工艺,所述润滑油包括基础油和添加剂,其特征在于,所述基础油由以下重量份的原料配比制成:石蜡、牛油、纳米石英粉、山梨醇单油、亚麻籽油、石墨粉、文冠果油、聚氨酯、海藻油;所述添加剂由以下重量份的原料配比制成:防锈剂、油性剂、粘度改进剂、泡沫抑制剂、分散剂。本发明通过在基础油中添加石蜡、牛油,添加剂中添加粘度改进剂,改善润滑油粘度,将润滑油变成脂状,增加润滑油致密性,防止污水、污泥浸入润滑油中与润滑油混合,造成润滑油快速的被消耗而失去润滑效果,有效的延长了润滑油的使用寿命;制得的润滑油适合于在农田中与污水污泥接触的各种农田机械。

技术领域
本发明涉及润滑油领域,具体涉及一种农田机械用润滑油及其制备工艺。
背景技术
中国是世界第三大润滑油消费国,年消耗量近400万吨,并呈现逐年上升的趋势。在中国润滑油市场上,经过多年的角逐,竞争格局已日趋形成。润滑油在不同机械行业中都有着广泛的使用,如汽车行业、半导体行业、航空运输业。
农业机械是指在作物种植业和畜牧业生产过程中,以及农、畜产品初加工和处理过程中所使用的各种机械。农田机械作为农业机械的一个分支,主要包括插秧机、灌溉机、收割机等各种在农田中使用的机械,农田机械主要适用于我们南方水稻种植区域,由于水稻田中污泥、污水较多,农田机械在作业时各种传动部分不可避免的会接触到污水、污泥,这对于润滑油提出了更高的要求,不能使污水、污泥侵入到润滑油中,同时发挥润滑油的正常功能保持机械的正常传动。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述问题,提供一种农田机械用润滑油及其制备工艺。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种农田机械用润滑油,所述润滑油包括基础油和添加剂,
所述基础油由以下重量份的原料配比制成:
石蜡20-30份、牛油12-20份、纳米石英粉7-10份、山梨醇单油4-8份、亚麻籽油2-5份、石墨粉2-4份、文冠果油3-4份、聚氨酯2-5份、海藻油1-3份;
所述添加剂由以下重量份的原料配比制成:
防锈剂2-5份、油性剂8-10份、粘度改进剂1.2-1.8份、泡沫抑制剂1.0-1.5份、分散剂0.6-1.0份。
所述防锈剂由以下原料配比制成:
磷酸200-300克、硝酸0-20克、盐酸10-30克、柠檬酸钠50-100克、亚硫酸钠20-30克、乌洛托品5-20克、十二烷基苯磺酸钠20-50克、硫酸锌50-100克、水1升。
所述油性剂由磷酸三乙酯、苯二甲酸二辛酯、SOS油性剂、硫化烯烃棉籽油-2组成。
所述粘度改进剂由聚丙烯、分散型乙丙共聚物、顺丁橡胶、聚丙烯酸酯组成。
所述泡沫抑制剂由蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚组成。
所述分散剂由多烯基丁二酰亚胺、双烯基丁二酰亚胺、单烯基丁二酰亚胺组成。
一种农田机械用润滑油制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)、制备基础油:分别称取石蜡、牛油、纳米石英粉、山梨醇单油、亚麻籽油、石墨粉、文冠果油、聚氨酯、海藻油、混合均匀得到植物油,将所述植物油甲酯化,得到脂肪酸甲酯,再将脂肪酸甲酯与多元醇进行酯交换制备相应的脂肪酸多元醇酯得到基础油;
2)、制备添加剂:分别称取防锈剂、泡沫抑制剂和分散剂混合均匀后制成0.2-0.5mm颗粒并溶于水中得到水溶液或凝胶;将所得水溶液或凝胶在1-3个大气压、60-120℃下加入反应釜中,连续搅拌保持温度大于80℃,压力为1-2个大气压,搅拌均匀后,将粘度改进剂,油性剂一起加入到反应釜中,将温度保持在85-90℃的范围,在1.2-2个大气压下持续反应3-6个小时;
3)、将基础油加入调和釜中,混合后进行脉冲调和,并进行静态混合,然后同步搅拌1小时;
4)、调和搅拌完成后,取出成品油,进行检验分析,合格后灌装。
所述步骤1)中多元醇由乙二醇、丙二醇、一缩二乙二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、季戊四醇组成。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明通过在基础油中添加石蜡、牛油,添加剂中添加粘度改进剂,改善润滑油粘度,将润滑油变成脂状,增加润滑油致密性,防止污水、污泥浸入润滑油中与润滑油混合,造成润滑油快速的被消耗而失去润滑效果,有效的延长了润滑油的使用寿命;纳米石英粉、石墨粉分散在基础油中并与传动部件接触能够取得更好的润滑效果,同时可减少传动部件的磨损,延长使用寿命;防锈剂可防止污水、污泥的侵蚀造成的锈蚀;泡沫抑制剂抑制泡沫的产生,提高消除泡沫的速度,以免形成安定的泡沫,它能吸附在泡沫上,形成不安定的膜,从而达到破坏泡沫的目的;本发明制得的润滑油适合于在农田中与污水污泥接触的各种农田机械。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
称取:
基础油:石蜡20份、牛油12份、纳米石英粉7份、山梨醇单油4份、亚麻籽油2份、石墨粉2份、文冠果油3份、聚氨酯2份、海藻油1份;
添加剂:防锈剂2份、油性剂8份、粘度改进剂1.2份、泡沫抑制剂1.0份、分散剂0.6份。
实施例2
称取:
基础油:石蜡25份、牛油16份、纳米石英粉8份、山梨醇单油6份、亚麻籽油3份、石墨粉3份、文冠果油3份、聚氨酯3份、海藻油2份;
添加剂:防锈剂2份、油性剂8份、粘度改进剂1.2份、泡沫抑制剂1.0份、分散剂0.6份。
实施例3
称取:
基础油:石蜡30份、牛油20份、纳米石英粉10份、山梨醇单油8份、亚麻籽油5份、石墨粉4份、文冠果油4份、聚氨酯5份、海藻油3份;
添加剂:防锈剂2份、油性剂8份、粘度改进剂1.2份、泡沫抑制剂1.0份、分散剂0.6份。
实施例4
称取:
基础油:石蜡30份、牛油20份、纳米石英粉10份、山梨醇单油8份、亚麻籽油5份、石墨粉4份、文冠果油4份、聚氨酯5份、海藻油3份;
添加剂:防锈剂3份、油性剂9份、粘度改进剂1.5份、泡沫抑制剂1.3份、分散剂0.8份。
实施例5
称取:
基础油:石蜡30份、牛油20份、纳米石英粉10份、山梨醇单油8份、亚麻籽油5份、石墨粉4份、文冠果油4份、聚氨酯5份、海藻油3份;
添加剂:防锈剂5份、油性剂10份、粘度改进剂1.8份、泡沫抑制剂1.5份、分散剂1.0份。
所述防锈剂由以下原料配比制成:
磷酸200-300克、硝酸0-20克、盐酸10-30克、柠檬酸钠50-100克、亚硫酸钠20-30克、乌洛托品5-20克、十二烷基苯磺酸钠20-50克、硫酸锌50-100克、水1升。
所述油性剂由磷酸三乙酯、苯二甲酸二辛酯、SOS油性剂、硫化烯烃棉籽油-2组成。
所述粘度改进剂由聚丙烯、分散型乙丙共聚物、顺丁橡胶、聚丙烯酸酯组成。
所述泡沫抑制剂由蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚组成。
所述分散剂由多烯基丁二酰亚胺、双烯基丁二酰亚胺、单烯基丁二酰亚胺组成。
一种农田机械用润滑油制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)、制备基础油:分别称取石蜡、牛油、纳米石英粉、山梨醇单油、亚麻籽油、石墨粉、文冠果油、聚氨酯、海藻油、混合均匀得到植物油,将所述植物油甲酯化,得到脂肪酸甲酯,再将脂肪酸甲酯与多元醇进行酯交换制备相应的脂肪酸多元醇酯得到基础油;
2)、制备添加剂:分别称取防锈剂、泡沫抑制剂和分散剂混合均匀后制成0.2-0.5mm颗粒并溶于水中得到水溶液或凝胶;将所得水溶液或凝胶在1-3个大气压、60-120℃下加入反应釜中,连续搅拌保持温度大于80℃,压力为1-2个大气压,搅拌均匀后,将粘度改进剂,油性剂一起加入到反应釜中,将温度保持在85-90℃的范围,在1.2-2个大气压下持续反应3-6个小时;
3)、将基础油加入调和釜中,混合后进行脉冲调和,并进行静态混合,然后同步搅拌1小时;
4)、调和搅拌完成后,取出成品油,进行检验分析,合格后灌装。
所述步骤1)中多元醇由乙二醇、丙二醇、一缩二乙二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、季戊四醇组成。

Claims (8)

1.一种农田机械用润滑油,所述润滑油包括基础油和添加剂,其特征在于,所述基础油由以下重量份的原料配比制成:
石蜡20-30份、牛油12-20份、纳米石英粉7-10份、山梨醇单油4-8份、亚麻籽油2-5份、石墨粉2-4份、文冠果油3-4份、聚氨酯2-5份、海藻油1-3份;
所述添加剂由以下重量份的原料配比制成:
防锈剂2-5份、油性剂8-10份、粘度改进剂1.2-1.8份、泡沫抑制剂1.0-1.5份、分散剂0.6-1.0份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种农田机械用润滑油,其特征在于,所述防锈剂由以下原料配比制成:
磷酸200-300克、硝酸0-20克、盐酸10-30克、柠檬酸钠50-100克、亚硫酸钠20-30克、乌洛托品5-20克、十二烷基苯磺酸钠20-50克、硫酸锌50-100克、水1升。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种农田机械用润滑油,其特征在于,所述油性剂由磷酸三乙酯、苯二甲酸二辛酯、SOS油性剂、硫化烯烃棉籽油-2组成。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种农田机械用润滑油,其特征在于,所述粘度改进剂由聚丙烯、分散型乙丙共聚物、顺丁橡胶、聚丙烯酸酯组成。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种农田机械用润滑油,其特征在于,所述泡沫抑制剂由蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚组成。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种农田机械用润滑油,其特征在于,所述分散剂由多烯基丁二酰亚胺、双烯基丁二酰亚胺、单烯基丁二酰亚胺组成。
7.一种农田机械用润滑油制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)、制备基础油:分别称取石蜡、牛油、纳米石英粉、山梨醇单油、亚麻籽油、石墨粉、文冠果油、聚氨酯、海藻油、混合均匀得到植物油,将所述植物油甲酯化,得到脂肪酸甲酯,再将脂肪酸甲酯与多元醇进行酯交换制备相应的脂肪酸多元醇酯得到基础油;
2)、制备添加剂:分别称取防锈剂、泡沫抑制剂和分散剂混合均匀后制成0.2-0.5mm颗粒并溶于水中得到水溶液或凝胶;将所得水溶液或凝胶在1-3个大气压、60-120℃下加入反应釜中,连续搅拌保持温度大于80℃,压力为1-2个大气压,搅拌均匀后,将粘度改进剂,油性剂一起加入到反应釜中,将温度保持在85-90℃的范围,在1.2-2个大气压下持续反应3-6个小时;
3)、将基础油加入调和釜中,混合后进行脉冲调和,并进行静态混合,然后同步搅拌1小时;
4)、调和搅拌完成后,取出成品油,进行检验分析,合格后灌装。
8.如权利要求7所述的一种农田机械用润滑油制备工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤1)中多元醇由乙二醇、丙二醇、一缩二乙二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、季戊四醇组成。
