本发明涉及一种汝窑茶叶末釉及其制备方法,该釉料是由各组分按照以下重量配比制成:方解石17‑21份,黑石头18‑25份,云母10‑16份,紫云石35‑41份,各原料通过合理的质量配比,依次经过球磨机球磨并过筛、对素坯进行浸釉和修整、将坯体放入窑炉内分别在氧化气氛和还原气氛中烧制即可得到汝窑茶叶末釉汝瓷;本发明中所提到的配方及制作工艺烧制出的汝瓷工艺品,釉色为茶叶末色,古朴清丽,耐人寻味,烧制成的瓷器器型美观,为汝瓷增加了新的釉色,提高汝瓷的经济效益。

本发明属于制釉技术领域,具体涉及一种汝窑茶叶末釉及其制备方法。
背景技术
汝瓷是我国五大名瓷之一,其制造工艺曾一度失传,后经技术人员刻苦研究,现已恢复生产,汝窑瓷釉基本色调是一种淡淡的天青色,俗称“鸭蛋壳青色”,釉层不厚,随造型的转折变化,呈现浓淡深浅的层次变化,釉面开裂纹片,多为错落有致的极细纹片,俗称为“蟹爪纹”,釉色随光变幻,釉面滋有明显酥油感觉,釉稍透亮,多呈乳浊或结晶状,犹如“雨过天晴云破处”之美妙,温润古朴,但现有的汝瓷釉色的制作工艺中除了青、蓝色调的釉色外,鲜少见茶叶末釉色,茶叶末釉色属于铁结晶的淡茶釉色,在还原气氛中烧制而成,釉色呈失透的黄赭色,茶叶末釉中黄色者称茶,赭色为末,烧制时易出现有茶无末,有末无茶的情况,又被成为“古铜彩”,但此种釉色在汝瓷中较为少见;因此,提供一种性状稳定、色泽丰富、釉面光滑且晶莹剔透的汝窑茶叶末釉及其制备方法是非常必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,而提供一种性状稳定、色泽丰富、釉面光滑且晶莹剔透的汝窑茶叶末釉及其制备方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种汝窑茶叶末釉,它是由各组分按照以下重量配比制成:方解石17-21份,黑石头18-25份,云母10-16份,紫云石35-41份。
一种汝窑茶叶末釉的制备方法,它包括以下步骤:
步骤1:球磨,将所有原料粉碎后,按照一定的重量比混合并放入球磨机内,在球磨机内加水湿磨22-30小时,经过湿磨的料浆过300目筛,静置12小时,备用;
步骤2:施釉,用水对素坯进行擦拭除尘,擦拭同时将步骤1所得料浆按顺时针或逆时针方向进行搅拌,搅拌时从料浆的中心开始,并逐渐向圆周移动,搅拌时间为20分钟,搅拌完成后将素坯放入釉料料浆中,对素坯外表面进行浸釉,浸釉完成后,修整坯体;
步骤3:窑烧,将步骤2中修整好的坯体放入窑炉,窑炉内通风,使坯体在氧化气氛中烧制,控制窑炉内的烧制温度,使温度在7-8小时内均匀升至1100°-1200°;减少窑炉的通风量,使窑炉内燃烧气氛逐渐转为还原气氛,坯体在1200°-1220°下保温40-50分钟,控制窑炉内的烧制温度,以3分钟1°温度逐渐升温,坯体在1250°-1280°的条件下保温烧制半小时,停火冷却至常温后取出,即得到汝窑茶叶末釉汝瓷。
所述的步骤1中,在球磨机内加入的水的重量为各原料总重量的70%-80%。
所述的步骤1中,使用水分测定仪检测静置后得到的料浆中的含水量,并将含水量调整为60%-80%。
本发明的有益效果:本发明中的釉料采用方解石、黑石头、云母和紫云石为原料,各原料通过合理的质量配比,依次经过球磨机球磨、对素坯进行浸釉、将坯体放入窑炉内烧制即可得到汝窑茶叶末釉汝瓷,紫云石的质地坚实、温润如玉、凝如膏脂、细若肌肤,本发明的配方中添加紫云石,可以使得瓷器的釉面更为光滑且晶莹剔透;本发明中所提到的配方及制作工艺烧制出的汝瓷工艺品,釉色为茶叶末色,古朴清丽,耐人寻味,烧制成的瓷器器型美观,为汝瓷增加了新的釉色,提高汝瓷的经济效益。

1.一种汝窑茶叶末釉,其特征在于,它是由各组分按照以下重量配比制成:方解石17-21份,黑石头18-25份,云母10-16份,紫云石35-41份。

步骤1:球磨,将所有原料粉碎后,按照一定的重量比混合并放入球磨机内,在球磨机内加水湿磨22-30小时,经过湿磨的料浆过300目筛,静置12小时,备用;
