Abstract
本发明公开了改善男性精子质量的特殊膳食用食品配方及其制备方法,属于特殊膳食用食品领域。以乳清蛋白、海参多肽、牡蛎多肽、骨胶原蛋白肽、大豆肽、玉米低聚肽、小麦低聚肽、酪蛋白磷酸肽为基础原料,添加药食两用原料覆盆子、枸杞子、肉桂等,辅以破壁松花粉、钝顶螺旋藻粉、刺梨提取物、玛咖提取物、蛹虫草、低聚果糖等组成该特殊膳食用食品配方。通过原料预处理(清洗、酶解、浸提等)、粉碎、过筛、混合等步骤形成配方制品。本配方组分均为食品原料,由其制备的产品具有提高精子密度、提高精子活率、降低精子畸变率、提高免疫力和抗疲劳能力的作用,且产品安全性高、无毒副作用、低腥低苦口感佳,可长时间食用。

技术领域
本发明涉及特殊膳食用食品领域,具体涉及一种辅助改善男性精子质量的特殊膳食用食品及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,随着当下生活压力的增加、生活环境的恶化,男性生殖健康问题越来越突出,男性的许多疾病如前列腺疾病、性功能障碍、不育症等发病率呈明显上升趋势。男性不育症是指由于男性因素引起的,婚后同居2年以上未采取任何避孕措施而女方未怀孕的病症,占不育症的20%以上,呈现每年快速增加的趋势。其中精液异常所致的男性不育症约占70%~80%。精液异常性不育症包括无精、少精、死精、精子活动力低及精不液化、精子畸形等六种症候。其原因包括睾丸发育异常、染色体异常、精子发生功能障碍和局部病变(隐性精索静脉曲张,巨大鞘膜积液等疾病)等,目前西医针对明确的病因或者针对单一病变组织施治有较好效果,而大部分人并不能找到直接原因,因此还需要调养进行辅助治疗。
除改变不健康生活习惯、增强体质和养成良好的生活规律外,目前中医调养基本为壮阳补肾固精的方法,长期服用中草药,不仅口感差、见效慢,而且很多中药成分具有不同程度的毒副作用,加重肝肾负担,需停药一段时间才能进行生育;保健品类产品常常通过补充锌、硒、维生素E等进行调理,但由于成分单一,未从男性身体的亚健康状态进行综合调理(包括改善肝肾功能、改善睡眠降低焦虑和降低重金属毒害等),效果往往不明显。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供一种配方科学、安全可靠,能有效提高精子质量、改善亚健康状况的特殊膳食用食品配方及其制备方法。
以上所述食品制备采用的技术方案如下:
一种辅助改善男性精子质量的特殊膳食用食品,其成分由以下重量份数的组分混合制成:
100~500份乳清蛋白、100~500份海参多肽、100~500份牡蛎多肽、40~200份骨胶原蛋白肽、10~50份大豆肽、10~50份玉米低聚肽、10~50份小麦低聚肽、8~40份酪蛋白磷酸肽、60~200份覆盆子、70~350份枸杞子、90~450份肉桂、300~1500份桑葚、300~1500份黄精、150~600份紫苏、200~1000份破壁松花粉、100~500份钝顶螺旋藻粉、100~500份刺梨提取物、200~800份玛咖提取物、50~200份蛹虫草、20~100份低聚果糖、30~150份左旋肉碱、10~45份维生素矿物质复合粉和0.5~25份三氯蔗糖。
其中所述维生素矿物质复合粉按质量份数按下述组分混合而成:0.28~1.4份富硒酵母粉、10~60份甘氨酸锌、0.35~1.7份维生素A、45~225份维生素C、0.0004~0.002份维生素D、3.6~18份维生素E、0.15~0.6份叶酸、0.0015~0.0066份维生素B12、0.12~0.6份番茄红素和50~140份牛磺酸。
上述一种辅助改善男性精子质量的特殊膳食用食品的制备方法,按照下述步骤进行:
将乳清蛋白、海参多肽、牡蛎多肽、骨胶原蛋白肽、大豆肽、玉米低聚肽、小麦低聚肽、酪蛋白磷酸肽、覆盆子、枸杞子、肉桂、桑葚、黄精、紫苏、破壁松花粉、钝顶螺旋藻粉、刺梨提取物、玛咖提取物、蛹虫草、低聚果糖、左旋肉碱、维生素矿物质复合粉和三氯蔗糖按质量份数分别干燥、粉碎、过80~100目筛后,用高速混合机充分混合,混合时间为10~20min,高速混合机转速为60~120r/min。
其中所述维生素矿物质复合粉制备步骤,按照下述步骤进行:将富硒酵母粉、甘氨酸锌、维生素A、维生素C、维生素D、维生素E、叶酸、维生素B12、番茄红素和牛磺酸按质量份数分别粉碎、过80~100目筛后,用双锥型混料机充分混合,混合时间10~20min,双锥型混料机转速为12~20r/min。
其中所述富硒酵母粉的硒元素含量大于1000mg/kg,有机硒含量大于95%。
其中所述调味剂三氯蔗糖可由可可粉或其他调味剂简单代替。
其中所述海参多肽制备方法,按照下述步骤进行:
将冷冻海参解冻,洗净去除内脏后切成小块状,按1:8~10(m/v)加入蒸馏水进行高压均质匀浆,加入复合蛋白酶和复合核酸酶,酶解温度为50~55℃,酶解pH为5.5~7.5,酶解至蛋白水解度为10~15%时结束。高温蒸汽灭酶后经卧螺离心机离心,取上清液经喷雾干燥后制得低苦低腥的海参多肽。
其中所述海参多肽制备过程所用复合蛋白酶由菠萝蛋白酶和木瓜蛋白酶组成,总酶活比为1:2~2:1。

其中所述牡蛎多肽制备方法,按照下述步骤进行:
将冷冻牡蛎肉解冻,洗净沥干后切成小块状,按1:8~10(m/v)加入蒸馏水高压均质匀浆,加入复合蛋白酶和复合核酸酶,酶解温度为50~55℃,酶解pH为5.5~7.5,酶解至蛋白水解度为10~15%时结束。高温蒸汽灭酶后经卧螺离心机离心,取上清液经喷雾干燥后制得低苦低腥的牡蛎多肽。

其中所述玛咖提取物制备方法,按照下述步骤进行:
取玛咖干,粉碎过80目筛,按1:10~20(m/v)加入蒸馏水,在60~70℃温度下使用超声循环提取机进行浸提30min(超声功率密度为100W/L)。浸提结束后倒去上清液并加入等量等温蒸馏水,重复此浸提过程1轮。合并浸提液过滤除杂,滤液经真空浓缩,喷雾干燥制得玛咖提取物。
本发明中破壁松花粉可由油菜花粉、玉米花粉、松花粉、向日葵花粉、紫云英花粉、荞麦花粉、芝麻花粉、高梁花粉等其他花粉简单替代。
本发明中富硒酵母可由其他富含硒的化合物简单替代。
本发明中甘氨酸锌可由其他富含锌的化合物简单替代。
本发明所述食品的制品可为固体饮料粉末、口服液、丸剂、片剂、散剂、颗粒剂、丹剂或汤剂。
本发明所述食品各组分的功效作用如下:
(1)多肽
多肽是两个或两个以上的氨基酸以肽键相连的化合物,参与人体生长、发育、免疫调节和新陈代谢等诸多环节,具有提高免疫力、抗疲劳、降血压、延缓衰老、保肝护肝和改善睡眠等多种生物学活性,多肽对综合调理人体健康状况大有裨益。其中海参多肽、牡蛎多肽还具有改善雄性小鼠性功能的作用,如提高雄性小鼠交配能力、提高性腺质量、提高精子存活率和降低精子畸变率等,海参多肽和牡蛎多肽的活性功效优于海参和牡蛎。
(2)覆盆子、枸杞子、肉桂、桑葚、黄精和紫苏
覆盆子、枸杞子、肉桂、桑葚、黄精和紫苏作为药食同源原料,具有坚筋骨、通血脉、补中益气、益肾缩尿、益精健阳和养肝明目等功效。其中覆盆子和枸杞子作为治疗不孕不育的古方——五子衍宗丸的重要组成成分,具有治疗肾精亏虚导致的男子阳痿、不育、遗精、早泄和腰痛等病症的功效。
(3)玛咖、蛹虫草
玛咖原产于秘鲁,于21世纪初传入我国。玛咖在秘鲁当地被视为提高男性性欲的壮阳药及增强女性生殖力的传统药物,具有“植物伟哥”的美名。玛咖中的玛咖酰胺、玛咖烯及生物碱具有独特药理作用,使玛咖成为很多健康产品的重要原料。研究表明,玛咖在提高生育力、抗疲劳活性方面效果显著。
蛹虫草与冬虫夏草功能相近,其具有多种活性物质,如多糖、多肽、甾醇和有机酸等,因此蛹虫草的功能活性也很多,如提高免疫力、抗菌抗病毒抗肿瘤、保护神经和降血脂等,同时蛹虫草被称为“男性能量补充剂”,它能提高雄性大鼠附睾质量,提高精子成熟数量和质量,使血清中睾丸酮含量明显上升。蛹虫草对男性生殖健康和身体健康均有良好的改善和保护作用。
(4)破壁松花粉、钝顶螺旋藻和刺梨果
松花粉为松树的花粉(马尾松、油松),其含有多种营养物质,包括22种氨基酸、14种维生素和30多种微量元素以及100多种酶、核苷、黄酮类活性物质,被称为完全营养素,对人体多种疾病均具有良好防治功效。此外,松花粉作为松树的精细胞,能显著提高衰老大鼠精子数量、活动度和存活率,具有抗睾丸生殖功能衰老是作用。
螺旋藻是一种生长于各种淡水和海水中的多细胞藻体,蛋白含量达到60%,钝顶螺旋藻中藻蓝蛋白含量最多,超氧化物歧化酶活性高,可溶性蛋白量高,是最优良的螺旋藻品种之一,具有提高机体免疫力、促进肠胃蠕动、抗肿瘤和促进细胞再生的功能。少量螺旋藻即可满足人体一日大部分的营养需求,其已成为营养保健产品最青睐的原料之一。
刺梨果为蔷薇科植物缫丝花的果实,具有健胃、消食和滋补强壮的作用。刺梨果果实内超氧化物歧化酶含量丰富,在延缓衰老、提高免疫力和抗肿瘤方面功效明显。研究表明持续给予雄性小鼠刺梨果超氧化物歧化酶能显著提高其生育能力和免疫力。
(5)富硒酵母、番茄红素、牛磺酸、左旋肉碱、低聚果糖和甘氨酸锌
富硒酵母、番茄红素、牛磺酸、左旋肉碱、低聚果糖和甘氨酸锌均为营养强化剂,用于补足人体营养基础所需。富硒酵母和甘氨酸锌能提供人体所需矿物质硒和锌,其中硒能调节蛋白质合成、促进维生素吸收和拮抗重金属,锌参与人体生长发育、智力发及提高免疫力,同时这两种元素与男性生殖息息相关,锌元素大量存在于男性睾丸中,参与精子的整个生成、成熟和获能的过程;硒元素是精浆中过氧化物酶的必需组成成份,当精液中硒含量减低时,这个酶的活性降低,不能抑制精子细胞膜质过氧化反应,造成精子损伤,死精增多,活力下降。番茄红素属于异戊二烯类化合物,是类胡萝卜素的一种,是植物来源抗氧化性最好的物质之一,对癌症、心血管疾病有良好预防效果,其次番茄红素还能预防前列腺增生、前列腺炎等泌尿系统疾病,它能强化精子质量,增强男性生育能力。牛磺酸是一种含硫的非蛋白氨基酸,不参与蛋白的生物合成,其参与人体脂类和糖类代谢、能改善内分泌系统,同时体内保有一定量的牛磺酸才能维持正常的生殖功能。左旋肉碱是一种促使脂肪转化为能量的类氨基酸,其为参与脂肪代谢过程中的一种关键的辅酶,能够促进脂肪酸进入线粒体氧化分解,成为许多减肥产品的重要组成,精子从睾丸中释放时并没有很强的运动能力,需要左旋肉碱参与脂肪代谢提供能力,因此左旋肉碱在睾丸中含量高于其他器官,是提高精子活力的重要物质。
(6)维生素
维生素既不参与构成人体细胞,也不为人体提供能量,但其在人体生长、代谢、发育过程中发挥着重要的作用。维生素A、C、E都是具有很强的抗氧化能力,对抗精子氧化应激有很大作用。其中维生素A又称视黄醇,缺少它容易得干眼病、夜盲症。维生素C又称抗坏血酸,缺乏它容易患坏血病、骨折等病。维生素E又称生育酚,男女缺少它都不能生育,严重者会患肌肉萎缩症、神经麻木症等。维生素D与动物骨骼的钙化有关,故又称为钙化醇,能促进人体对钙质的吸收,具有抗佝偻病、软骨病的作用。维生素B12,即抗恶性贫血维生素,又称钴胺素,含有金属元素钴,是维生素中唯一含有金属的元素,它能促进维生素A在肝脏贮存、增加叶酸的利用率,从而发挥抗脂肪肝、促进红细胞发育成熟、减少贫血发生的作用。维生素B9又称叶酸,在细胞中有多种辅酶形式,参与单碳代谢利用、嘌呤和胸腺嘧啶合成、DNA复制、甲硫胺酸合成、多种胺基酸之间的转换。因此叶酸参与细胞增生、生殖、血红素合成等诸多环节,对血球的分化成熟、胎儿的发育有重大的影响,实为老少皆需的重要元素。
本发明中多肽能有效改善男性身体亚健康状态,包括降低疲劳、改善肝肾功能、改善睡眠降低焦虑和降低重金属毒害等,其中牡蛎多肽、海参多肽还具有提高性腺质量、提高精子存活率、降低精子畸变率等效果。覆盆子、枸杞子具有治疗肾精亏虚导致的男子阳痿、不育、遗精、早泄、腰痛等病症的功效。玛咖、蛹虫草和松花粉能够提高机体睾丸酮和促黄体生成素,有效提高精子质量和精子活力。钝顶螺旋藻、刺梨果富含超氧化物歧化酶能有效降低氧自由基对精子的损伤。富硒酵母和甘氨酸锌富含金属元素硒和锌,对于精子的形成、发育及前列腺素的合成有促进和保护作用。番茄红素、牛磺酸、左旋肉碱和低聚果糖参与精子生长能量代谢过程,保证精子从睾丸释放后的能量供应。维生素是人体六大基础营养物之一,参与人体生长、代谢、发育及营养素形成、吸收等诸多关键过程,是综合调理人体亚健康状态的重要基础。各组分均为食品原料,安全性高,可长期食用,各组分间充分发挥协同作用,以满足各复杂病情的调理需求。
本发明针对现有改善精子质量保健品或药品的不足,提出一种配伍合理、口感佳(低苦低腥),能有效提高精子质量、改善亚健康状况的特殊膳食用食品配方。本发明以复合蛋白酶和复合核酸酶酶解海参、牡蛎制备多肽大幅降低产品苦味和腥味,对刺梨果进行水提操作后降低了产品苦涩味,改善口感,以便长时间(1~6个月)食用。本发明充分吸纳目前生精配方的优点、改进其中不足,在保持提高精子质量功效的基础上,利用不同活性组分间的协同效果,改善男性身体亚健康状况。30天小鼠动物试验表明,本发明中的配方能有效提高小鼠精子密度40.5~44.4%,提高小鼠精子活率22.8~29.0%,降低小鼠精子畸变率39.4~43.6%,提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞吞噬率40.4~44.9%,提高小鼠负重游泳时间44.6~50.0%。
具体实施方式
在本发明中所使用的术语,除非有另外说明,一般具有本领域普通技术人员通常理解的含义。下面结合具体的实施例,并参照数据进一步详细地描述本发明。应理解,这些实施例只是对本发明进行进一步说明,不能理解为对本发明保护范围的限定,该领域的技术工程师可根据上述发明的内容对本发明作出一些非本质的改进和调整。
在以下的实施例中,未详细描述的各种过程和方法是本领域中公知的常规方法。所用试剂的来源、商品名以及有必要列出其组成成分者,均在首次出现时标明,其后所用相同试剂如无特殊说明,均以首次标明的内容相同。
实施例所用功能活性评价步骤如下:
(1)改善生殖健康:精子密度、精子活率、精子畸变率测定试验,具体操作步骤参考陈悦的方法(小分子牡蛎多肽对雄性小鼠性功能的影响,陈悦,2017);
(2)综合调理功效:提高免疫力、抗疲劳活性评价试验,具体操作步骤参考《保健食品检验与评价技术规范实施手册》的方法(保健食品检验与评价技术规范实施手册,黄雨三,2003)。
以上评价试验所用动物为健康雄性ICR小鼠,5月年龄,由江苏大学动物饲养中心提供,动物均在江苏大学实验动物中心屏障系统内饲养,饲养环境昼夜各半,温度维持24±2℃,湿度维持50±2%,自由饮水和进食。
实施例1
(1)将冷冻海参解冻,洗净去除内脏后切成小块状,按1:8(m/v)加入蒸馏水进行高压均质匀浆,加入复合蛋白酶(由菠萝蛋白酶和木瓜蛋白酶组成,总酶活比为1:2)和复合核酸酶(由5’-磷酸二酯酶和5’-腺苷脱氨酶组成,总酶活比为5:1),酶解温度为55℃,酶解pH为7.5,酶解至蛋白水解度为10%时结束。高温蒸汽灭酶后经卧螺离心机离心,取上清液经喷雾干燥后制得低苦低腥的海参多肽,于避光低温干燥环境保存备用。
(2)将冷冻牡蛎肉解冻,洗净沥干后切成小块状,按1:10(m/v)加入蒸馏水高压均质匀浆,加入复合蛋白酶(由菠萝蛋白酶和木瓜蛋白酶组成,总酶活比为1:2)和复合核酸酶(由5’-磷酸二酯酶和5’-腺苷脱氨酶组成,总酶活比为5:1),酶解温度为50℃,酶解pH为5.5,酶解至蛋白水解度为15%时结束。高温蒸汽灭酶后经卧螺离心机离心,取上清液经喷雾干燥后制得低苦低腥的牡蛎多肽,于避光低温干燥环境保存备用。
(3)将刺梨干果,粉碎过80目筛,按1:10(m/v)加入蒸馏水,在70℃温度下使用超声循环提取机进行浸提30min(超声功率密度为100W/L)。浸提结束后倒去上清液并加入等量等温蒸馏水,重复此浸提过程1轮。合并浸提液过滤除杂,滤液经真空浓缩,喷雾干燥制得刺梨果提取物,于避光低温干燥环境保存备用。
(4)将玛咖干,粉碎过80目筛,按1:20(m/v)加入蒸馏水,在60℃温度下使用超声循环提取机进行浸提30min(超声功率密度为100W/L)。浸提结束后倒去上清液并加入等量等温蒸馏水,重复此浸提过程1轮。合并浸提液过滤除杂,滤液经真空浓缩,喷雾干燥制得玛咖提取物,于避光低温干燥环境保存备用。
(5)按如下述质量份数分别称取各组分:0.28份富硒酵母粉、60份甘氨酸锌、0.35份维生素A、225份维生素C、0.0004份维生素D、18份维生素E、0.15份叶酸、0.0066份维生素B12、0.12份番茄红素和140份牛磺酸。将各称取的各组分分别粉碎、过100目筛后,用双锥型混料机充分混合,混合时间10min,双锥型混料机转速为20r/min,经充分混合后制得维生素矿物质复合粉,于避光低温干燥环境保存备用。

使用本实施例配方制品进行功能活性评价试验表明,小鼠的精子密度为17.7±3.1×105个/mL,相比对照组提高40.5%;精子活率为77.6±4.7%,相比对照组提高22.8%;精子畸变率为10.6±4.8%,相比对照组降低43.6%;腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞吞噬率为21.9±1.6%,相比对照组提高40.4%;负重游泳时间为13.3±2.8min,相比对照组提高44.6%。
实施例2
(1)将冷冻海参解冻,洗净去除内脏后切成小块状,按1:10(m/v)加入蒸馏水进行高压均质匀浆,加入复合蛋白酶(由菠萝蛋白酶和木瓜蛋白酶组成,总酶活比为2:1)和复合核酸酶(由5’-磷酸二酯酶和5’-腺苷脱氨酶组成,总酶活比为5:3),酶解温度为50℃,酶解pH为5.5,酶解至蛋白水解度为15%时结束。高温蒸汽灭酶后经卧螺离心机离心,取上清液经喷雾干燥后制得低苦低腥的海参多肽,于避光低温干燥环境保存备用。
(2)将冷冻牡蛎肉解冻,洗净沥干后切成小块状,按1:8(m/v)加入蒸馏水高压均质匀浆,加入复合蛋白酶(由菠萝蛋白酶和木瓜蛋白酶组成,总酶活比为2:1)和复合核酸酶(由5’-磷酸二酯酶和5’-腺苷脱氨酶组成,总酶活比为5:3),酶解温度为55℃,酶解pH为7.5,酶解至蛋白水解度为10%时结束。高温蒸汽灭酶后经卧螺离心机离心,取上清液经喷雾干燥后制得低苦低腥的牡蛎多肽,于避光低温干燥环境保存备用。
(3)将刺梨干果,粉碎过80目筛,按1:20(m/v)加入蒸馏水,在60℃温度下使用超声循环提取机进行浸提30min(超声功率密度为100W/L)。浸提结束后倒去上清液并加入等量等温蒸馏水,重复此浸提过程1轮。合并浸提液过滤除杂,滤液经真空浓缩,喷雾干燥制得刺梨果提取物,于避光低温干燥环境保存备用。
(4)将玛咖干,粉碎过80目筛,按1:10(m/v)加入蒸馏水,在70℃温度下使用超声循环提取机进行浸提30min(超声功率密度为100W/L)。浸提结束后倒去上清液并加入等量等温蒸馏水,重复此浸提过程1轮。合并浸提液过滤除杂,滤液经真空浓缩,喷雾干燥制得玛咖提取物,于避光低温干燥环境保存备用。
(5)按如下述质量份数分别称取各组分:1.4份富硒酵母粉、10份甘氨酸锌、1.7份维生素A、45份维生素C、0.002份维生素D、3.6份维生素E、0.6份叶酸、0.0015份维生素B12、0.6份番茄红素和50份牛磺酸。将各称取的各组分分别粉碎、过80目筛后,用双锥型混料机充分混合,混合时间20min,双锥型混料机转速为12r/min,经充分混合后制得维生素矿物质复合粉,于避光低温干燥环境保存备用。
(6)按如下质量份数分别称取各组分:100份乳清蛋白、500份海参多肽、100份牡蛎多肽、200份骨胶原蛋白肽、10份大豆肽、50份玉米低聚肽、10份小麦低聚肽、40份酪蛋白磷酸肽、60份覆盆子、350份枸杞子、90份肉桂、1500份桑葚、300份黄精、600份紫苏、200份破壁松花粉、500份钝顶螺旋藻粉、100份刺梨提取物、800份玛咖提取物、50份蛹虫草、100份低聚果糖、30份左旋肉碱、45份维生素矿物质复合粉和0.5份三氯蔗糖。各组分分别干燥、粉碎、过80目筛后,用高速混合机充分混合,混合时间为20min,高速混合机转速为60r/min,经充分混合后制得本实施例配方粉末制品。
使用本实施例配方制品进行功能活性评价试验表明,小鼠的精子密度为18.2±2.4×105个/mL,相比对照组提高44.4%;精子活率为81.5±5.8%,相比对照组提高29.0%;精子畸变率为11.4±3.7%,相比对照组降低39.4%;腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞吞噬率为22.6±2.1%,相比对照组提高44.9%;负重游泳时间为13.8±2.9min,相比对照组提高50.0%。
Claims (10)
1.一种辅助改善男性精子质量的特殊膳食用食品,其特征在于其成分由以下重量份数的组分混合制成:
100~500份乳清蛋白、100~500份海参多肽、100~500份牡蛎多肽、40~200份骨胶原蛋白肽、10~50份大豆肽、10~50份玉米低聚肽、10~50份小麦低聚肽、8~40份酪蛋白磷酸肽、60~200份覆盆子、70~350份枸杞子、90~450份肉桂、300~1500份桑葚、300~1500份黄精、150~600份紫苏、200~1000份破壁松花粉、100~500份钝顶螺旋藻粉、100~500份刺梨提取物、200~800份玛咖提取物、50~200份蛹虫草、20~100份低聚果糖、30~150份左旋肉碱、10~45份维生素矿物质复合粉和0.5~25份三氯蔗糖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种辅助改善男性精子质量的特殊膳食用食品,其特征在于其中所述维生素矿物质复合粉按质量份数按下述组分混合而成:0.28~1.4份富硒酵母粉、10~60份甘氨酸锌、0.35~1.7份维生素A、45~225份维生素C、0.0004~0.002份维生素D、3.6~18份维生素E、0.15~0.6份叶酸、0.0015~0.0066份维生素B12、0.12~0.6份番茄红素和50~140份牛磺酸。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种辅助改善男性精子质量的特殊膳食用食品,其特征在于其中所述维生素矿物质复合粉制备步骤,按照下述步骤进行:将富硒酵母粉、甘氨酸锌、维生素A、维生素C、维生素D、维生素E、叶酸、维生素B12、番茄红素和牛磺酸按质量份数分别粉碎、过80~100目筛后,用双锥型混料机充分混合,混合时间10~20min,双锥型混料机转速为12~20r/min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种辅助改善男性精子质量的特殊膳食用食品,其特征在于其中所述富硒酵母粉的硒元素含量大于1000mg/kg,有机硒含量大于95%;
其中所述调味剂三氯蔗糖可由可可粉或其他调味剂简单代替。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种辅助改善男性精子质量的特殊膳食用食品,其特征在于其中所述海参多肽制备方法,按照下述步骤进行:
将冷冻海参解冻,洗净去除内脏后切成小块状,按1:8~10(m/v)加入蒸馏水进行高压均质匀浆,加入复合蛋白酶和复合核酸酶,酶解温度为50~55℃,酶解pH为5.5~7.5,酶解至蛋白水解度为10~15%时结束。高温蒸汽灭酶后经卧螺离心机离心,取上清液经喷雾干燥后制得低苦低腥的海参多肽;
其中所述海参多肽制备过程所用复合蛋白酶由菠萝蛋白酶和木瓜蛋白酶组成,总酶活比为1:2~2:1;
其中所述海参多肽制备过程所用复合核酸酶由5’-磷酸二酯酶和5’-腺苷脱氨酶组成,总酶活比为5:1~5:3。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种辅助改善男性精子质量的特殊膳食用食品,其特征在于其中所述牡蛎多肽制备方法,按照下述步骤进行:
将冷冻牡蛎肉解冻,洗净沥干后切成小块状,按1:8~10(m/v)加入蒸馏水高压均质匀浆,加入复合蛋白酶和复合核酸酶,酶解温度为50~55℃,酶解pH为5.5~7.5,酶解至蛋白水解度为10~15%时结束;高温蒸汽灭酶后经卧螺离心机离心,取上清液经喷雾干燥后制得低苦低腥的牡蛎多肽;
其中所述牡蛎多肽制备过程所用复合蛋白酶由菠萝蛋白酶和木瓜蛋白酶组成,总酶活比为1:2~2:1;
其中所述牡蛎多肽制备过程所用复合核酸酶由5’-磷酸二酯酶和5’-腺苷脱氨酶组成,总酶活比为5:1~5:3。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种辅助改善男性精子质量的特殊膳食用食品,其特征在于其中所述刺梨果提取物制备方法,按照下述步骤进行:
取刺梨干果,粉碎过80目筛,按1:10~20(m/v)加入蒸馏水,在60~70℃温度下使用超声循环提取机进行浸提30min(超声功率密度为100W/L);浸提结束后倒去上清液并加入等量等温蒸馏水,重复此浸提过程1轮;合并浸提液过滤除杂,滤液经真空浓缩,喷雾干燥制得刺梨果提取物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种辅助改善男性精子质量的特殊膳食用食品,其特征在于其中所述玛咖提取物制备方法,按照下述步骤进行:
取玛咖干,粉碎过80目筛,按1:10~20(m/v)加入蒸馏水,在60~70℃温度下使用超声循环提取机进行浸提30min(超声功率密度为100W/L);浸提结束后倒去上清液并加入等量等温蒸馏水,重复此浸提过程1轮;合并浸提液过滤除杂,滤液经真空浓缩,喷雾干燥制得玛咖提取物。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种辅助改善男性精子质量的特殊膳食用食品,其特征在于破壁松花粉可由油菜花粉、玉米花粉、松花粉、向日葵花粉、紫云英花粉、荞麦花粉、芝麻花粉、高梁花粉等其他花粉简单替代;
本发明中富硒酵母可由其他富含硒的化合物简单替代;
本发明中甘氨酸锌可由其他富含锌的化合物简单替代。
10.权利要求1-9所述的一种辅助改善男性精子质量的特殊膳食用食品的制备方法,其特征在于按照下述步骤进行:
将乳清蛋白、海参多肽、牡蛎多肽、骨胶原蛋白肽、大豆肽、玉米低聚肽、小麦低聚肽、酪蛋白磷酸肽、覆盆子、枸杞子、肉桂、桑葚、黄精、紫苏、破壁松花粉、钝顶螺旋藻粉、刺梨提取物、玛咖提取物、蛹虫草、低聚果糖、左旋肉碱、维生素矿物质复合粉和三氯蔗糖按质量份数分别干燥、粉碎、过80~100目筛后,用高速混合机充分混合,混合时间为10~20min,高速混合机转速为60~120r/min。
