Abstract
本发明涉及一种降低体脂百分比的营养代餐组合物,包括以下重量份的各组分:分离牛奶蛋白5‑30份,共轭亚油酸甘油酯微囊粉1‑10份,奇亚籽粉1‑10份,土豆提取物0.1‑0.5份,酪蛋白提取物0.01‑0.1份,复合维生素0.1‑1份,复合矿物质0.1‑1份。本发明的优点是:将多种具有功效的物质进行复配,在实现降低体脂比的同时,增加基础营养的摄入。加入了特定比例的土豆提取物,能够有效增加机体饱腹感,更容易的控制饥饿感。同时发现土豆提取物能有效的增强组合物降低体脂比的效果。所用原料均为安全的保健食品原料,生产工艺符合食品卫生相关要求,产品经过毒理学实验验证,本组合物食用安全,无任何副作用,可长期食用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种降低体脂百分比的营养代餐组合物。
背景技术
随着经济的发展和科技的进步,繁重的劳动方式越来越多地被便捷的机械化工具所替代,最终人们活动的时间越来越少。因此,在日常生活中,静坐少动的生活方式、高能量的膳食摄入越来越普及,人们日常摄入的热量远远高于消耗的热量,多余的将以脂肪的形式储存在体内。在这种背景下,超重、肥胖的发生率呈现逐年增加的趋势。
肥胖是一种影响人类身体健康的慢性疾病,随着我国经济迅速发展、人们膳食结构改变和体力活动减少,肥胖的发病率迅速升高。肥胖不仅是一个慢性疾病,又是Ⅱ型糖尿病、心血管病、高血压、脑卒中等的危险因素,被世界卫生组织列为导致疾病负担的十大危险因素之一。
脂肪是人体正常的组织成分,对于保证人体正常的生理功能起着重要的作用,但体内脂肪过多积累可造成肥胖。肥胖是指相对于正常体重人群而言身体的脂肪量过多,它给人类的生活、工作带来诸多不便,而且影响到人类的健康。有些人体重虽然正常,但体内脂肪含量超标,对健康也有影响,减肥的本质是减去多余的脂肪。目前市场上多数的减肥食品或者药品多含有腹泻或利尿作用的成分,因此“减肥”效果明显,但反弹也很明显,同时快速减去体重往往会造成脱水、糖原流失、蛋白质流失,对身体健康和体力能力的影响很大。
如何健康的去控制体重是长期困扰肥胖人群的问题之一,因此,采用科学合理同时又营养健康的减肥措施,研究一种既可以能有效降低体制百分比,又能均衡补充蛋白质、营养素,同时又能保证健康的食品是全世界都关注的问题。饮食疗法是通过进食低热量食物,限制热量的摄入,使热量呈负平衡,从而使脂肪含量降低,体重下降,这是目前最易接受,最安全方便健康的减肥方法。
营养代餐是根据每日膳食营养素摄入量,将每天所需的营养食物进行合理配比,减少过多的油脂、盐分及糖类的摄入所制成的一种低热量、低脂肪、均衡营养的代餐食品。但是目前市场上的减肥代餐粉营养价值较低,几乎没有健康降脂的效果,因此市场上急需一种能有效降低体脂百分比的营养代餐组合物。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供一种降低体脂百分比的营养代餐组合物,本发明的技术方案是:
一种降低体脂百分比的营养代餐组合物,包括以下重量份的各组分:分离牛奶蛋白5-30份,共轭亚油酸甘油酯微囊粉1-10份,奇亚籽粉1-10份,土豆提取物0.1-0.5份,酪蛋白提取物0.01-0.1份,复合维生素0.1-1份,复合矿物质0.1-1份,辅料2.401-9.51份。
所述的辅料包括以下重量份的各组分,燕麦麸粉0.1-1份,赤藓糖醇0.1-0.5份,三氯蔗糖0.001-0.01份,结晶果糖1-2份,全脂奶粉1-5份,二氧化硅0.1-0.5份,香精0.1-0.5份。
所述的分离牛奶蛋白13份,共轭亚油酸甘油酯微囊粉7份,奇亚籽粉3份,土豆提取物0.4份,酪蛋白提取物0.07份,复合维生素0.2份,复合矿物质0.7份,辅料5.51份。
所述的辅料包括以下重量份的各组分,燕麦麸粉0.8份,赤藓糖醇0.3份,三氯蔗糖0.01份,结晶果糖1.6份,全脂奶粉2.2份,二氧化硅0.3份,香精0.3份。
本发明的优点是:

实施例1:一种降低体脂百分比的营养代餐组合物,包括以下重量份的各组分:分离牛奶蛋白5份,共轭亚油酸甘油酯微囊粉1份,奇亚籽粉1份,土豆提取物0.1份,酪蛋白提取物0.01份,复合维生素0.1份,复合矿物质0.1份,辅料2.401份。
具体为:所述的辅料包括以下重量份的各组分,燕麦麸粉0.1份,赤藓糖醇0.1份,三氯蔗糖0.001份,结晶果糖1份,全脂奶粉1份,二氧化硅0.1份,香精0.1份。
所述的分离牛奶蛋白为市售组分,是采用膜过滤技术,直接从脱脂牛奶中提取出来的;所述的共轭亚油酸甘油酯微囊粉为市售组分,是以共轭亚油酸为原料,经乳化、雾化、干燥工艺而制成的微囊粉;所述的土豆提取物是以黄褐色的马铃薯为原料进行水提取的提取物,属于市售组分;所述的酪蛋白提取物为市售组分,是以牛奶为原料经过脱脂、膜过滤、干燥等工艺制成的酪蛋白。
所述的复合维生素是由维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、泛酸、维生素E、叶酸、维生素C和烟酸按照任意比例混合而成。
所述的复合矿物质是由磷酸氢钙、焦磷酸铁、硫酸镁和硫酸锌按照任意比例组成的混合物。
实施例2:一种降低体脂百分比的营养代餐组合物,包括以下重量份的各组分:所述的分离牛奶蛋白13份,共轭亚油酸甘油酯微囊粉7份,奇亚籽粉3份,土豆提取物0.4份,酪蛋白提取物0.07份,复合维生素0.2份,复合矿物质0.7份,辅料5.51份。
具体为,所述的辅料包括以下重量份的各组分,燕麦麸粉0.8份,赤藓糖醇0.3份,三氯蔗糖0.01份,结晶果糖1.6份,全脂奶粉2.2份,二氧化硅0.3份,香精0.3份。
实施例3:一种降低体脂百分比的营养代餐组合物,包括以下重量份的各组分:分离牛奶蛋白30份,共轭亚油酸甘油酯微囊粉10份,奇亚籽粉10份,土豆提取物0.5份,酪蛋白提取物0.1份,复合维生素1份,复合矿物质1份,辅料9.51份。
所述的辅料包括以下重量份的各组分,燕麦麸粉1份,赤藓糖醇0.5份,三氯蔗糖0.01份,结晶果糖2份,全脂奶粉5份,二氧化硅0.5份,香精0.5份。
毒理实验:将实施例2制备得到的实施例产品进行大鼠30天喂养试验,样品性状为固态,人体口服推荐剂量为每日30g,成人体重按60kg计算,样品推荐剂量为0.5g/kgBW。参考《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》(2003年版)采用常规小鼠进行急性经口毒性试验、Ames试验,小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验来检验产品毒性。
发现该产品对雌性、雄性小鼠急性经口MTD均大于10.0g/kgBW,属实际无毒级。Ames实验、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核实验、小鼠精子畸形实验结果均为阴性。该产品推荐剂量为30g/d,以5、50、100倍为低、中、高三个剂量组,另设阴性对照组。按上述比例将样品掺入饲料喂饲大鼠30天。在受试剂量范围内,该产品对大鼠的体重、进食量、食物利用率、血液学指标、生化指标、脏器湿重及脏/体比值均无明显影响,主要脏器未见特异性病理改变。
动物减肥实验:
将实施例2制备得到的实施例产品按照《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》(2003年版)中动物减肥功能试验进行试验。
实验原理:本方法是以高热量食物诱发动物肥胖,再给予受试样品(肥胖模型),或在给予高热量食物同时给予受试样品(预防肥胖模型),观察动物体重、体内脂肪含量的变化。
实验动物:清洁级雄性Wistar种大鼠50只,体重180-210g由军事医学科学院实验动物中心提供。
高脂营养饲料:基础饲料80%,猪油10%,蛋黄粉10%。
实验方法:以推荐量的5、10、30倍为低、中、高三个受试物剂量组的剂量,即2.5g/kgBW、5.0g/kgBW、15.0g/kgBW。
操作步骤:选取健康雄性Wistar大鼠60只,按体重随机分为六组,每组10只,即阴性对照组1、阴性对照组2、肥胖模型对照组及低、中、高三个受试物剂量组。自实验开始,阴性对照组2、肥胖模型对照组和三个剂量组给予高脂营养饲料,阴性对照组1给予普通饲料。阴性对照2组给予组合物1,剂量为15g/KgBW;三个剂量组灌胃给予不同剂量的受试物,三对照组灌胃给予同体积的去离子水,连续32天,灌胃量按上述剂量进行灌胃。实验期间,动物自由摄食和饮水,记录每只动物的给食量、剩食量及撒食量,每周称体重2次,并及时调整灌胃量。结束时称体重、剖腹取体脂称重,计算脂/体比。
所有数据均采用“SPSS 11.0”软件进行分析。

由表1可见,试验末肥胖模型对照组动物的增重、体脂湿重和脂/体比均高于阴性对照组,经统计学检验,差异具有显著性或高度显著性,说明动物肥胖模型制造成功。而同时喂饲高脂营养饲料的各剂量组动物的增重、体脂湿重和脂/体比均低于模型对照组,且有剂量反应关系,经统计学检验,其中高剂量组动物的增重及中、高剂量组动物的体脂湿重和脂/体比与肥胖模型对照组比较,差异具有显著性或高度显著性。说明该营养代餐组合物具有降低体脂比的作用。同时从高剂量组与阴性对照组2的对比可以看出,土豆提取物能有效的增强组合物降低体脂比的效果。

1.一种降低体脂百分比的营养代餐组合物,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的各组分:分离牛奶蛋白5-30份,共轭亚油酸甘油酯微囊粉1-10份,奇亚籽粉1-10份,土豆提取物0.1-0.5份,酪蛋白提取物0.01-0.1份,复合维生素0.1-1份,复合矿物质0.1-1份,辅料2.401-9.51份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种降低体脂百分比的营养代餐组合物,其特征在于,所述的辅料包括以下重量份的各组分,燕麦麸粉0.1-1份,赤藓糖醇0.1-0.5份,三氯蔗糖0.001-0.01份,结晶果糖1-2份,全脂奶粉1-5份,二氧化硅0.1-0.5份,香精0.1-0.5份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种降低体脂百分比的营养代餐组合物,其特征在于,所述的分离牛奶蛋白13份,共轭亚油酸甘油酯微囊粉7份,奇亚籽粉3份,土豆提取物0.4份,酪蛋白提取物0.07份,复合维生素0.2份,复合矿物质0.7份,辅料5.51份。
