Claims (23)
- 乾燥食品組成製品の摂取が、消費者に安定した血糖値を提供するように、前記食品組成製品の成分の相対量を選択することを特徴とする、前記製品が脂肪、炭水化物、蛋白質、ビタミン、及びミネラルを含み、前記食品組成製品が一食分全体の代わりとなることを意図した飲料用液体に混和するための前記乾燥食品組成製品。
- 前記炭水化物が、グリセミック指数の低い食品群から選択され、炭水化物、蛋白質、及び脂肪間の製品重量比の大きさが、それぞれ0.8〜2.0:1:0.1〜0.4であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の製品。
- 前記炭水化物が、グリセミック指数の低い食品群から選択され、炭水化物、蛋白質、及び脂肪間の製品重量比の大きさが、それぞれ0.8〜2.0:1:0.1〜0.3であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の製品。
- 前記炭水化物が、マメ科植物、好ましくはイエローピー、並びにバラ科植物、好ましくはリンゴ及びローズヒップに由来することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の製品。
- 内容物全体の少なくとも15%がイエローピーに由来し、少なくとも10%がリンゴに由来し、少なくとも5%がローズヒップに由来することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の製品。
- 前記製品の一食分全体のGL値が20未満、好ましくは10未満になるように均衡が取れていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の製品。
- 前記炭水化物が、グルコース、スクロース、フルクトース、マルトース、及びラクトースからなる群由来の単糖の形をとることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の製品。
- 前記糖類が、グルコース2.1〜2.5%、好ましくは約2.3%、スクロース1.8〜2.2%、好ましくは約2.0%、フルクトース4.0〜4.8%、好ましくは約4.4%、マルトース<0.03〜0.05%、好ましくは約<0.04%、及びラクトース12.9〜15.7%、好ましくは約14.3%の含有率で存在することを特徴とする、請求項7記載の製品。
- 即席飲料のラクトース含有量が低い、或いはラクトースが全く含まれないことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の製品。
- 食物繊維が7〜12%含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の製品。
- 脂肪が、オメガ−3:オメガ−6脂肪酸の割合1:0.5〜1:3.0、より好ましくは1:0.8〜1:2.0、最も好ましくは1:1.0〜1:1.3で必須脂肪酸を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の製品。
- 前記脂肪酸が、飽和脂肪酸25〜40%、モノ不飽和脂肪酸30〜45%、ジ及びトリ不飽和脂肪酸15〜35%を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の製品。
- ドコサヘキサエン酸(DHA)及びエイコサペンタエン酸(EPA)の濃度が最適化され、総脂肪の1.9〜2.3%、好ましくは約2.1%を構成することを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の製品。
- 全卵製品が、飽和、モノ不飽和、ポリ不飽和脂肪間で好ましい均衡になるように、かつオメガ−3とオメガ−6脂肪酸間の均衡が1:0.7〜1.5の範囲になるように、前記食品組成製品中の全卵内容物が特に栄養のよいニワトリから供給されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の製品。
- 8種の必須アミノ酸を含む20種のアミノ酸全てを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の製品。
- ビタミンA、B、C、D、及びE、並びに必須ミネラルの鉄(Fe)、亜鉛(Zn)、カルシウム(Ca)、リン(P)、マグネシウム(Mg)、銅(Cu)、マンガン(Mn)、クロム(Cr)、セレン(Se)、シリカ(Si)、カリウム(K)、及びナトリウム(Na)を含み、生理学的用量でカリウムが多量、ナトリウムが少量存在することを特徴とする、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の製品。
- pHの範囲が、5.8〜6.2であり、緩衝剤のように作用することを特徴とする、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の製品。
- グルテンを含まないことを特徴とする、請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の製品。
- 人工甘味料、保存料、香味料、着色料、又は増粘剤を含まないことを特徴とする、請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載の製品。
- 前記食品組成製品が、1ポーション食当たり75kcal未満、それに対応して前記乾燥食品組成製品のパウダーミックス100g当たり425kcal未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜19のいずれか一項に記載の製品。
- 請求項1〜20のいずれか一項に記載の食品組成製品を含むことを特徴とするシングル・ポーション・パック。
- 請求項1〜20のいずれか一項に記載の食品組成製品を含むことを特徴とする液体。
- 請求項1〜20のいずれか一項に記載の食品組成製品を含むことを特徴とするバー。
