Abstract
本发明涉及一种新型包装材料加工工艺,依次包括以下步骤:获取包装材料的图像;模板制作,PC版出菲林片,采用曝光机对PC版曝光,通过感光材料将步骤一获取的图像连接到PC版上完成感光胶片成像,再将PC版做成工作版、制作工作版、涂布、模压、镀铝及复合。本发明工作版上的图像立体效果更强;无需购买昂贵的刻光机,减少设备资金投入,大大降低了成本,且工作效率高,模压温度控制在最优温度区间,不会因为温度太低导致压布亮,也不会因为温度太高造成裂图层;镀铝参数适宜,不会因为铝层厚度太低导致膜发黑,也不会因为铝层厚度太高而不容易控制。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型包装材料加工工艺。
背景技术
现有技术中图像的获取一般都是采用光刻机刻在光片上获取的,一般的光刻工艺要经历硅片表面清洗烘干、涂底、旋涂光刻胶、软烘、对准曝光、后烘、显影、硬烘、刻蚀等工序,加工工序长,耗时长,投入成本高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题就是提供一种新型包装材料加工工艺,立体效果好,工作效果高,降低成本。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种新型包装材料加工工艺,依次包括以下步骤:
步骤一:获取包装材料的图像;
步骤二:模板制作
PC版出菲林片,采用曝光机对PC版曝光,通过感光材料将步骤一获取的图像连接到PC版上完成感光胶片成像,再将PC版做成工作版;
步骤三:工作版制作
(1)浸银
对步骤二处理好后的PC版进行润湿、敏化处理后,将PC版平放在浸银槽中10秒钟,PC版的四边用胶带固定好,然后将银液和还原液按照100:38比例导入浸银槽中,待PC版上图案完全浸银后把银液倒入回收液桶里,然后用温水轻轻的冲洗PC版表面,PC版冲洗干净后用吹风机吹干表面用以准备电铸;
(2)电铸
将浸好银的PC版四边用胶带贴平,涂上导电胶,再用高纯水清洗PC版,PC版用高纯水冲洗后直接电铸;
步骤四:涂布
采用涂布机,并通过涂布机的网纹辊对电镀好的PC版均匀涂料;
步骤五:模压
对涂布好的PC版进行模压,模压温度设置为160~170℃;
步骤六:镀铝
对模压好的PC版进行镀铝,镀铝的厚度参数为380~420埃;
步骤七:复合
对镀好铝的PC版进行复合,复合上胶量为5.5~6.5g/㎡。
通过采用上述技术方案,采用曝光机对PC版曝光,通过感光材料将获取的图像连接到PC版上完成感光胶片成像,再将PC版做成工作版,工作版上的图像立体效果更强;无需购买昂贵的刻光机,减少设备资金投入,大大降低了成本,且工作效率高,正常刻板机刻一张板需要三天事假,现在只需缩短到一天就可以拼好,大大节省了工作时间;模压温度控制在最优温度区间,不会因为温度太低导致压布亮,也不会因为温度太高造成裂图层;镀铝参数适宜,不会因为铝层厚度太低导致膜发黑,也不会因为铝层厚度太高而不容易控制。
优选的,所述步骤三中银液中硝酸银和氢氧化钠的配比为25:15。
优选的,所述步骤四中涂布量为1.6~1.7g/㎡。
通过采用上述技术方案,采用涂布机网纹辊涂,大大提高了涂布量,流平性好。
综上所述,本发明的优点:
1.采用曝光机对PC版曝光,通过感光材料将获取的图像连接到PC版上完成感光胶片成像,再将PC版做成工作版,工作版上的图像立体效果更强;
2.该工艺大大节省了工作时间,工作效率高;
3.采用涂布机网纹辊涂,大大提高了涂布量,流平性好;
4.该工艺大大降低了成本;
5.该工艺用的材料可回收利用,利于环保。
具体实施方式
实施例:
一种新型包装材料加工工艺,依次包括以下步骤:
步骤一:获取包装材料的图像;
步骤二:模板制作
PC版出菲林片,采用曝光机对PC版曝光,通过感光材料将步骤一获取的图像连接到PC版上完成感光胶片成像,再将PC版做成工作版;工作版上的图像立体效果更强;无需购买昂贵的刻光机,减少设备资金投入,大大降低了成本,且工作效率高,正常刻板机刻一张板需要三天事假,现在只需缩短到一天就可以拼好,大大节省了工作时间。
步骤三:工作版制作
(1)浸银
对步骤二处理好后的PC版进行润湿、敏化处理后将PC版平放在浸银槽中10秒钟,PC版的四边用胶带固定好,然后将银液和还原液(葡萄糖)按照100:38比例导入浸银槽中,待PC版上图案完全浸银后把银液倒入回收液桶里,银液中硝酸银和氢氧化钠的配比为25:15,然后用温水轻轻的冲洗PC版表面,PC版冲洗干净后用吹风机吹干表面用以准备电铸;
(2)电铸
将浸好银的PC版四边用胶带贴平,涂上导电胶,再用高纯水清洗PC版,PC版用高纯水冲洗后直接电铸;
步骤四:涂布
采用涂布机,并通过涂布机的网纹辊对电镀好的PC版均匀涂料;涂布量为1.6~1.7g/㎡,采用涂布机网纹辊涂,大大提高了涂布量,流平性好。
实际操作时,涂布机上涂布辊转动带动浆料,通过调整涂布机上的刮刀间隙来调节浆料转移量,并利用涂布机上的背辊转动将浆料转移到基材上,实现均匀性涂布,涂布方式为连续涂布及多间隙涂布;加热方式为蒸汽加热方式,并采用热风循环以实现GSN的回收。
步骤五:模压
对涂布好的PC版进行模压,把要转移的图案制成镭射PC版,再通过模压机将镭射PC版上的镭射图案压铸在成卷的基膜表面,制成镭射膜的过程。
模压温度设置为160~170℃;模压温度控制在最优温度区间,不会因为温度太低导致压布亮,也不会因为温度太高造成裂图层。
步骤六:镀铝
对模压好的PC版进行镀铝,镀铝的厚度参数为380~420埃;且镀铝是在真空状态下,将铝金属加热熔融至蒸发,铝原子凝结在高分子材料表面,形成极薄的铝层,真空镀铝要求基材表面光滑、平整、厚度均匀;挺度和摩擦系数适当;表面张力大于38Dyn/Cm2;热性能好,经得起蒸发源的热辐射和冷凝热的作用;基材含水量低于0.1%;常用的镀铝基材有聚酯(PET)、聚丙烯(PP)、聚酰胺(PA)、聚乙烯(PE)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)等薄膜;真空度不得低于103PA,以免出现褐色条纹或铝层厚度不均现象;控制好系统张力,开启冷却系统,避免薄膜受热出现拉伸变形;精确控制卷取速度(280~320m/min)、送铝速度(0.4~0.7m/min,2mm铝丝)及蒸发舟加热电流,以获得产品要求的铝层厚度(380~420埃)。
步骤七:复合
对镀好铝的PC版进行复合,复合上胶量为5.5~6.5g/㎡,镀铝参数适宜,不会因为铝层厚度太低导致膜发黑,也不会因为铝层厚度太高而不容易控制。
先通过辊涂装置将粘合剂涂布在PC版上,经热压滚筒加热,使PC版软化,然后使涂布了底料的印刷品和PC版相压压合,形成纸塑合一的覆膜纸,根据需要将卷筒塑料薄膜涂敷黏合剂后经干燥(轻微)复合、加压后将纸膜黏附在一起形成覆膜产品。
除上述优选实施例外,本发明还有其他的实施方式,本领域技术人员可以根据本发明作出各种改变和变形,只要不脱离本发明的精神,均应属于本发明所附权利要求所定义的范围。
Claims (3)
1.一种新型包装材料加工工艺,其特征在于,依次包括以下步骤:
步骤一:获取包装材料的图像;
步骤二:模板制作
PC版出菲林片,采用曝光机对PC版曝光,通过感光材料将步骤一获取的图像连接到PC版上完成感光胶片成像,再将PC版做成工作版;
步骤三:工作版制作
(1)浸银
对步骤二处理好后的PC版进行润湿、敏化处理后,将PC版平放在浸银槽中10秒钟,PC版的四边用胶带固定好,然后将银液和还原液按照100:38比例导入浸银槽中,待PC版上图案完全浸银后把银液倒入回收液桶里,然后用温水轻轻的冲洗PC版表面,PC版冲洗干净后用吹风机吹干表面用以准备电铸;
(2)电铸
将浸好银的PC版四边用胶带贴平,涂上导电胶,再用高纯水清洗PC版,PC版用高纯水冲洗后直接电铸;
步骤四:涂布
采用涂布机,并通过涂布机的网纹辊对电镀好的PC版均匀涂料;
步骤五:模压
对涂布好的PC版进行模压,模压温度设置为160~170℃;
步骤六:镀铝
对模压好的PC版进行镀铝,镀铝的厚度参数为380~420埃;
步骤七:复合
对镀好铝的PC版进行复合,复合上胶量为5.5~6.5g/㎡。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型包装材料加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤三中银液中硝酸银和氢氧化钠的配比为1:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型包装材料加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤四中涂布量为1.6~1.7g/㎡。
