目前,为了降低饲料中的玉米赤霉烯酮毒素对牲畜的影响,很多厂家会事先将玉米赤霉烯酮毒素脱毒剂加入到饲料中,在牲畜的消化道内,通过脱毒剂降低玉米赤霉烯酮的浓度而减少其进入到血液或靶器官的机会,从而降低玉米赤霉烯酮的毒害作用。但是常见的脱毒剂存在制备工艺繁琐、易破坏饲料原料中的营养成分和降低饲料适口性的问题,因此急需一种制备工艺相对简单、毒素脱除效果好、且不影响饲料适口性的玉米赤霉烯酮毒素脱毒剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中存在的玉米赤霉烯酮毒素脱毒剂制备工艺繁琐、易破坏饲料原料中的营养成分和降低饲料适口性的问题,提供一种饲料玉米赤霉烯酮毒素脱毒剂及其制备方法,具有制备工艺相对简单、毒素脱除效果好、且不影响饲料适口性的优点。
本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种饲料玉米赤霉烯酮毒素脱毒剂,包括以下重量百分比的组分:经过改性处理的水合硅铝酸盐30-80%,甘露聚糖20-50%,枯草芽孢杆菌10-20%,黏红酵母细胞壁2-8%,深红酵母细胞壁2-8%,复合维生素2-6%,流散剂(二氧化硅)0.5%,防霉剂0.05%。
优选的,包括以下重量百分比的组分:经过改性处理的水合硅铝酸盐35%,甘露聚糖30%,枯草芽孢杆菌15%,黏红酵母细胞壁7.5%,深红酵母细胞壁7.5%,复合维生素4.5%,流散剂(二氧化硅)0.5%,防霉剂0.05%。
优选的,所述水合硅铝酸盐为膨润土、蒙脱土、高岭土或沸石中的一种,优选膨润土。
优选的,复合维生素包括维生素C、维生素E和β-胡萝卜素,重量比为6-9:1-3:0.8-1.5。
优选的,该脱毒剂的添加量为饲料重量的0.1-0.5%。
该饲料玉米赤霉烯酮毒素脱毒剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:按照重量配比称取各原料后,先将改性水合硅铝酸盐、黏红酵母细胞壁和深红酵母细胞壁进行超微粉碎,然后先将甘露聚糖与部分粉碎后的改性水合硅铝酸盐、黏红酵母细胞壁和深红酵母细胞壁均匀混合,再将枯草芽孢杆菌、复合维生素、流散剂和防霉剂加入到混合的原料中,最后缓慢加入粉碎后的改性水合硅铝酸盐、黏红酵母细胞壁和深红酵母细胞壁,均匀混合即得。
优选的,水合硅铝酸盐的改性步骤为:将一定量的去离子水加入到反应釜中,搅拌过程中,缓慢均匀加入水合硅铝酸盐,搅拌均匀后,缓慢均匀滴加十六烷基氯化吡啶,膨润土与十六烷基氯化吡啶的重量比为25-100:1,搅拌一定时间后,开启高速剪切机进行剪切,剪切后将乳化的反应物加入到沉淀器,然后进行干燥和粉碎,即得到改性水合硅铝酸盐。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明制备工艺相对简单,原料易得,脱毒剂能有效去除饲料中的玉米赤霉烯酮毒素,脱除效率高,降低了对牲畜的的危害。
(2)本发明中改性水合硅铝酸盐、甘露聚糖、黏红酵母细胞壁、深红酵母细胞壁的添加,均有助于高效安全地去除饲料中的玉米赤霉烯酮毒素,其中改性水合硅铝酸盐的添加还对牲畜有增加食欲、助消化、补充矿物质和必需元素的作用。
(3)本发明中还添加了部分枯草芽孢杆菌,用于降解玉米赤霉烯酮毒素中酶,枯草芽孢杆菌的降解效率高,还具有耐高温、耐抗生素和抗逆性强的有点,有助于进一步去除饲料中的玉米赤霉烯酮毒素。
(4)本发明加入了一定量的复合维生素,不仅有助于提高饲料的抗氧化性,延长饲料的使用寿命,且在不破坏饲料原料的情况下,增强了饲料的适口性,复合维生素的添加还有利于提高牲畜的免疫水平和抗病能力。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种饲料玉米赤霉烯酮毒素脱毒剂,包括以下重量百分比的组分:经过改性处理的膨润土30%,甘露聚糖45%,枯草芽孢杆菌15%,黏红酵母细胞壁2.5%,深红酵母细胞壁2.5%,复合维生素4.5%,流散剂(二氧化硅)0.5%,防霉剂0.05%。
具体的,复合维生素包括维生素C、维生素E和β-胡萝卜素,重量比为6:1:0.8。
具体的,该脱毒剂的添加量为饲料重量的0.1-0.5%。
该饲料玉米赤霉烯酮毒素脱毒剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:按照重量配比称取各原料后,将改性膨润土、黏红酵母细胞壁和深红酵母细胞壁进行超微粉碎,然后先将甘露聚糖与部分粉碎后的改性膨润土、黏红酵母细胞壁和深红酵母细胞壁均匀混合,再将枯草芽孢杆菌、复合维生素、流散剂和防霉剂加入到混合的原料中,最后缓慢加入粉碎后的改性膨润土、黏红酵母细胞壁和深红酵母细胞壁,均匀混合即得。
具体的,膨润土的改性步骤为:将一定量的去离子水加入到反应釜中,搅拌过程中,缓慢均匀加入膨润土,搅拌均匀后,缓慢均匀滴加十六烷基氯化吡啶,膨润土与十六烷基氯化吡啶的重量比为25:1,搅拌20-30min后,开启高速剪切机进行剪切,剪切速度为2000-3000rpm,剪切后将乳化的反应物加入到沉淀器,然后进行干燥和粉碎,即得到改性膨润土。
实施例2
一种饲料玉米赤霉烯酮毒素脱毒剂,包括以下重量百分比的组分:经过改性处理的膨润土35%,甘露聚糖30%,枯草芽孢杆菌15%,黏红酵母细胞壁7.5%,深红酵母细胞壁7.5%,复合维生素4.5%,流散剂(二氧化硅)0.5%,防霉剂0.05%。
具体的,复合维生素包括维生素C、维生素E和β-胡萝卜素,重量比为5:1:1.4。
具体的,该脱毒剂的添加量为饲料重量的0.1-0.5%。
该饲料玉米赤霉烯酮毒素脱毒剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:按照重量配比称取各原料后,将改性膨润土、黏红酵母细胞壁和深红酵母细胞壁进行超微粉碎,然后先将甘露聚糖与部分粉碎后的改性膨润土、黏红酵母细胞壁和深红酵母细胞壁均匀混合,再将枯草芽孢杆菌、复合维生素、流散剂和防霉剂加入到混合的原料中,最后缓慢加入粉碎后的改性膨润土、黏红酵母细胞壁和深红酵母细胞壁,均匀混合即得。

实施例3
一种饲料玉米赤霉烯酮毒素脱毒剂,包括以下重量百分比的组分:经过改性处理的膨润土45%,甘露聚糖25%,枯草芽孢杆菌15%,黏红酵母细胞壁5%,深红酵母细胞壁5%,复合维生素4.5%,流散剂(二氧化硅)0.5%,防霉剂0.05%。
具体的,复合维生素包括维生素C、维生素E和β-胡萝卜素,重量比为5.5:1:1.1。
具体的,该脱毒剂的添加量为饲料重量的0.1-0.5%。
该饲料玉米赤霉烯酮毒素脱毒剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:按照重量配比称取各原料后,将改性膨润土、黏红酵母细胞壁和深红酵母细胞壁进行超微粉碎,然后先将甘露聚糖与部分粉碎后的改性膨润土、黏红酵母细胞壁和深红酵母细胞壁均匀混合,再将枯草芽孢杆菌、复合维生素、流散剂和防霉剂加入到混合的原料中,最后缓慢加入粉碎后的改性膨润土、黏红酵母细胞壁和深红酵母细胞壁,均匀混合即得。
具体的,膨润土的改性步骤为:将一定量的去离子水加入到反应釜中,搅拌过程中,缓慢均匀加入膨润土,搅拌均匀后,缓慢均匀滴加十六烷基氯化吡啶,膨润土与十六烷基氯化吡啶的重量比为40:1,搅拌20-30min后,开启高速剪切机进行剪切,剪切速度为2000-3000rpm,剪切后将乳化的反应物加入到沉淀器,然后进行干燥和粉碎,即得到改性膨润土。
实验结果
按照实施例1-3的配比及方法制作脱毒剂,分别向1kg受玉米赤霉烯酮毒素污染的玉米粉中加入15g实施例1-3中所制作的脱毒剂作为对应的实验组1-3,以不加脱毒剂的1kg上述玉米粉作为对照组,然后向实验组1-3和对照组中分别加入1kg的去离子水,每组做三个重复实验,混合均匀后于30-40℃下脱毒15-20h。
按照GB/T28716-2012方法测定处理前样品中玉米赤霉烯酮毒素含量及经脱毒处理后各样品中的玉米赤霉烯酮毒素含量,然后按照下列公式计算玉米赤霉烯酮毒素脱除率Y(%)。
Y(%)=(m0-m1)/m0×100%
其中:m0为处理前样品中含有玉米赤霉烯酮毒素的质量,m1为经脱毒处理后样品中含有玉米赤霉烯酮毒素的质量。
具体检测结果如表1所示。

实验结果表明,对照组对玉米赤霉烯酮毒素的脱除率为0,三个实验组对玉米赤霉烯酮毒素的脱除率均达90%以上,表明本发明制备的脱毒剂对玉米赤霉烯酮毒素的脱除效果较好,且本发明制备的脱毒剂的制备工艺相对简单,不影响饲料的适口性,还具有提高牲畜免疫力优点,因而具有良好的应用前景。

1.一种饲料玉米赤霉烯酮毒素脱毒剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比的组分:经过改性处理的水合硅铝酸盐30-80%,甘露聚糖20-50%,枯草芽孢杆菌10-20%,黏红酵母细胞壁2-8%,深红酵母细胞壁2-8%,复合维生素2-6%,流散剂(二氧化硅)0.5%,防霉剂0.05%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料玉米赤霉烯酮毒素脱毒剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比的组分:经过改性处理的水合硅铝酸盐35%,甘露聚糖30%,枯草芽孢杆菌15%,黏红酵母细胞壁7.5%,深红酵母细胞壁7.5%,复合维生素4.5%,流散剂(二氧化硅)0.5%,防霉剂0.05%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料玉米赤霉烯酮毒素脱毒剂,其特征在于,所述水合硅铝酸盐为膨润土、蒙脱土、高岭土或沸石中的一种,优选膨润土。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料玉米赤霉烯酮毒素脱毒剂,其特征在于,复合维生素包括维生素C、维生素E和β-胡萝卜素,重量比为6-9:1-3:0.8-1.5。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料玉米赤霉烯酮毒素脱毒剂,其特征在于,该脱毒剂的添加量为饲料重量的0.1-0.5%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料玉米赤霉烯酮毒素脱毒剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:按照重量配比称取各原料后,将改性水合硅铝酸盐、黏红酵母细胞壁和深红酵母细胞壁进行超微粉碎,然后先将甘露聚糖与部分粉碎后的改性水合硅铝酸盐、黏红酵母细胞壁和深红酵母细胞壁均匀混合,再将枯草芽孢杆菌、复合维生素、流散剂和防霉剂加入到混合的原料中,最后缓慢加入粉碎后的改性水合硅铝酸盐、黏红酵母细胞壁和深红酵母细胞壁,均匀混合即得。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料玉米赤霉烯酮毒素脱毒剂的制备方法,其特征在于,水合硅铝酸盐的改性步骤为:将一定量的去离子水加入到反应釜中,搅拌过程中,缓慢均匀加入水合硅铝酸盐,搅拌均匀后,缓慢均匀滴加十六烷基氯化吡啶,水合硅铝酸盐与十六烷基氯化吡啶的重量比为25-100:1,搅拌一定时间后,开启高速剪切机进行剪切,剪切后将乳化的反应物加入到沉淀器,然后进行干燥和粉碎,即得到改性水合硅铝酸盐。
