本发明属于纺织印染技术领域,具体涉及一种涤纶的染色工艺。
背景技术
涤纶纤维是由聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯制成的疏水性纤维,由于涤纶分子链结构紧密,缺乏羧基、磺基等亲水性基团而不能用直接染料、酸性染料、碱性染料等染色,现有的染色方法大都采用高温高压、热熔或载体存在条件下用分散染料染色,但在高温高压染色中,一些分散染料耐高温分散稳定性差,导致染色不均匀的问题经常出现,同时由于在高温高压条件下设备安全性的限制,染色批量小、浴比大、劳动强度高、各项消耗大的问题非常明显,这就与生态染色的发展趋势严重背离,提高上染百分率,但载体易残留在织物或者纤维上,影响偶氮分散染料的日晒牢度,同时使用时会污染环境和毒害人体,且也存在容易褪色的问题,影响织物的服用性能,有待进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种染色均匀、色牢度高的涤纶的染色工艺。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种涤纶的染色工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)、前处理:加水,以2.5-3.5℃/min升温至75-85℃,加入1-2g/L的渗透剂、1-2g/L的烧碱、0.5-1g/L的乳化剂、1-3g/L的增白剂、3-5g/L的双氧水,接着以0.5-1.5℃/min升温至105-115℃,保温3-5min,然后以1-2℃/min升温至118-122℃,保温处理15-25min,排液;
(2)、染色:加水,以2.5-3.5℃/min升温至75-85℃,加入染料、0.5-1.5g/L的碱性匀染剂,接着以1-2℃/min升温至105-115℃,保温5-10min,然后以1-3℃/min升温至130-140℃,保温处理35-45min,降温至75-85℃,排液;
(3)、后处理:加水,加入0.5-1.2g/L的碱性还原清洗剂、0.5-1.5g/L的冰醋酸,以2.5-3.5℃/min升温至75-85℃,清洗15-25min,排液,重新加水,并加入0.3-0.8g/L的液蜡,处理10-20min;
所述碱性匀染剂包括以下重量份的原料:偏磷酸钠8-12份、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱10-15份、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚25-30份、四硼酸钠15-20份、亚甲基二萘磺酸钠8-12份、乙撑双油酸酰胺20-25份、甘油醚油酸酯5-8份、对辛基苯酚3-5份、水250-280份。

由上述对本发明的描述可知,与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明先通过在染色过程中,加入碱性匀染剂,让涤纶在碱性条件下进行染色,使碱减量分散物残渣可溶于染浴中,防止碱减量分散物残渣在粘附,并且涤纶中的存在的部分直链低聚物可溶于碱性染液中,不会产生凝聚,也不会引起染色的质量问题;采用上述碱性匀染剂,对染浴中PH值有极佳的缓冲能力,使染前染后的PH值基本一致,有利于减少色差,保证涤纶染色均匀,提高染色的重现性和色牢度;该碱性匀染剂的组分简单、原料成本低、对环境友好,无污染,各成分之间能相互协调作用,使碱性匀染剂可在涤纶的染色步骤中发挥重要的作用,保证涤纶染色均匀、提高染色的色牢度

一种涤纶的染色工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)、前处理:加水,以2.5-3.5℃/min升温至75-85℃,加入1-2g/L的渗透剂、1-2g/L的烧碱、0.5-1g/L的乳化剂、1-3g/L的增白剂、3-5g/L的双氧水,接着以0.5-1.5℃/min升温至105-115℃,保温3-5min,然后以1-2℃/min升温至118-122℃,保温处理15-25min,排液;
(2)、染色:加水,以2.5-3.5℃/min升温至75-85℃,加入染料、0.5-1.5g/L的碱性匀染剂,接着以1-2℃/min升温至105-115℃,保温5-10min,然后以1-3℃/min升温至130-140℃,保温处理35-45min,降温至75-85℃,排液,具体的,染色的浴比为1:5-6;
(3)、后处理:加水,加入0.5-1.2g/L的碱性还原清洗剂、0.5-1.5g/L的冰醋酸,以2.5-3.5℃/min升温至75-85℃,清洗15-25min,排液,重新加水,并加入0.3-0.8g/L的液蜡,处理10-20min;
具体的,碱性匀染剂包括以下重量份的原料:偏磷酸钠8-12份、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱10-15份、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚25-30份、四硼酸钠15-20份、亚甲基二萘磺酸钠8-12份、乙撑双油酸酰胺20-25份、甘油醚油酸酯5-8份、对辛基苯酚3-5份、水250-280份;
碱性匀染剂的制备方法为:按比例向反应釜中加入偏磷酸钠、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱、乙撑双油酸酰胺、对辛基苯酚,升温至280℃,保温反应120min,接着继续升温至360℃,保温反应40min,然后降温至80℃,按比例加入异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、四硼酸钠、亚甲基二萘磺酸钠、甘油醚油酸酯和水,混合均匀,保温反应70min,将至室温后放料,得碱性匀染剂。
染料包括0.8%的S-4RL黄棕染料和4%的BCT黑染料;
染色过程中,染液的PH≧9.8;

(1)、前处理:加水,以3℃/min升温至80℃,加入1.5g/L的渗透剂、1.5g/L的烧碱、0.8g/L的乳化剂、2g/L的增白剂、4g/L的双氧水,接着以1℃/min升温至110℃,保温4min,然后以1.5℃/min升温至120℃,保温处理20min,排液;
(2)、染色:加水,以3℃/min升温至80℃,加入染料、1g/L的碱性匀染剂,接着以1.5℃/min升温至110℃,保温8min,然后以2℃/min升温至135℃,保温处理40min,降温至80℃,排液,具体的,染色的浴比为1:5.4;
(3)、后处理:加水,加入0.8g/L的碱性还原清洗剂、1g/L的冰醋酸,以3℃/min升温至80℃,清洗20min,排液,重新加水,并加入0.5g/L的液蜡,处理15min;
具体的,碱性匀染剂包括以下重量份的原料:偏磷酸钠10份、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱12份、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚28份、四硼酸钠18份、亚甲基二萘磺酸钠10份、乙撑双油酸酰胺23份、甘油醚油酸酯6份、对辛基苯酚4份、水270份;
染料包括0.8%的S-4RL黄棕染料和4%的BCT黑染料;
染色过程中,染液的PH≧9.8;
进一步的,渗透剂为东莞市科峰纺织助剂实业有限公司生产的渗透剂F-134;
乳化剂为江苏省海安石油化工厂生产的乳化剂AEO-9;
增白剂为武汉海山科技有限公司生产的增白剂FB-351;
碱性还原清洗剂为无锡德荣化工有限公司生产的碱性还原清洗剂DR-84CN;
将上述三个实施例制得的织物进行相应的色牢度的检测,获得如下的实验数据:

对比例为现有技术中的涤纶色牢度检测的实验结果,通过上述表格可知,采用上述染色工艺制得的织物,其色差、染色效果及染色牢度均高于现有技术中涤纶的色牢度,所以制得的涤纶,染色均匀、色牢度高,在染色过程中加入的碱性匀染剂,让涤纶在碱性条件下进行染色,使碱减量分散物残渣可溶于染浴中,防止碱减量分散物残渣在粘附,并且涤纶中的存在的部分直链低聚物可溶于碱性染液中,不会产生凝聚,也不会引起染色的质量问题;采用该碱性匀染剂,对染浴中PH值有极佳的缓冲能力,使染前染后的PH值基本一致,有利于减少色差,保证涤纶染色均匀,提高染色的重现性和色牢度,且碱性匀染剂的组分简单、原料成本低、对环境友好,无污染,各成分之间能相互协调作用,使碱性匀染剂可在涤纶的染色步骤中发挥重要的作用,保证涤纶染色均匀、提高染色的色牢度。
以上所述,仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,故不能以此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明申请专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明专利涵盖的范围内。

Claims (8)

1.一种涤纶的染色工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)、前处理:加水,以2.5-3.5℃/min升温至75-85℃,加入1-2g/L的渗透剂、1-2g/L的烧碱、0.5-1g/L的乳化剂、1-3g/L的增白剂、3-5g/L的双氧水,接着以0.5-1.5℃/min升温至105-115℃,保温3-5min,然后以1-2℃/min升温至118-122℃,保温处理15-25min,排液;
(2)、染色:加水,以2.5-3.5℃/min升温至75-85℃,加入染料、0.5-1.5g/L的碱性匀染剂,接着以1-2℃/min升温至105-115℃,保温5-10min,然后以1-3℃/min升温至130-140℃,保温处理35-45min,降温至75-85℃,排液;
(3)、后处理:加水,加入0.5-1.2g/L的碱性还原清洗剂、0.5-1.5g/L的冰醋酸,以2.5-3.5℃/min升温至75-85℃,清洗15-25min,排液,重新加水,并加入0.3-0.8g/L的液蜡,处理10-20min;
所述碱性匀染剂包括以下重量份的原料:偏磷酸钠8-12份、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱10-15份、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚25-30份、四硼酸钠15-20份、亚甲基二萘磺酸钠8-12份、乙撑双油酸酰胺20-25份、甘油醚油酸酯5-8份、对辛基苯酚3-5份、水250-280份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤纶的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述染色的浴比为1:5-6。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤纶的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述染色过程中,染液的PH≧9.8。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤纶的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述渗透剂为渗透剂F-134。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤纶的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述乳化剂为乳化剂AEO-9。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤纶的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述增白剂为增白剂FB-351。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤纶的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述碱性还原清洗剂为碱性还原清洗剂DR-84CN。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤纶的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述染料包括0.8%的S-4RL黄棕染料和4%的BCT黑染料。
