无纺布又称非织造布、非织布、非织造织物、无纺织物。非织造技术是一门源于纺织,但又超越纺织的材料加工技术。目前国内外无纺布产品的主要类型有:纯棉无纺布、涤/棉混纺无纺布、粘胶/棉混纺无纺布、涤/粘胶混纺无纺布、木桨无纺布等。
无纺布制品色彩丰富、鲜艳明丽、时尚环保、用途广泛、美观大方,图案和款式都多样,且质轻、环保、可循环再用,被国际公认为保护地球生态的环保产品。适用于农用薄膜、制鞋、制革、床垫、子母被、装饰、化工、印刷、汽车、建材,家具等行业,及服装衬布,医疗卫生一次性手术衣,口罩,帽,床单,酒店一次性台布,美容,桑拿乃至当今时尚的礼品袋,精品袋,购物袋,广告袋等等。无纺布由包括化学纤维和植物纤维等再以水或空气作为悬浮介质的条件下在湿法或干法抄纸机上制成,虽为布但不经纺织故称其为无纺布。无纺布是新一代环保材料,具有强力好、透气防水、环保、柔韧、无毒无味,且价格便宜等优点。它是新一代环保材料,具有拒水、透气、柔韧、不助燃、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富等特点。
在现有技术中,无纺布的应用范围广泛,但是其强度以及防撕裂性能较差,因此使用过程中容易破损,导致产品浪费较多,不利于节约经济成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种防撕裂无纺布及其制备方法,解决了无纺布的容易撕裂破损的问题。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种防撕裂无纺布,由如下重量份组分制得:低密度聚乙烯50-60份,麻纤维15-20份,聚丙烯30-40份,聚异丁烯20-30份,柔软剂5-8份,增强改性剂10-15份,抗静电剂5-10份,润滑剂5-10份,纳米聚四氟乙烯3-5份。
防撕裂无纺布由低密度聚乙烯、麻纤维、聚丙烯、聚异丁烯、柔软剂、增强改性剂、抗静电剂、润滑剂、纳米聚四氟乙烯,其中麻纤维可以增强无纺布的抗皱性能和强度;低密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚异丁烯的抗撕裂性能良好,可以降低无纺布的破损率;添加柔软剂使得无纺布触感良好,抗静电剂、润滑剂可以使得无纺布加工过程中更易成型,不易损耗原料。
进一步优选地,所述防撕裂无纺布由如下重量份组分制得:低密度聚乙烯50份,麻纤维20份,聚丙烯40份,聚异丁烯30份,柔软剂8份,增强改性剂15份,抗静电剂8份,润滑剂8份,纳米聚四氟乙烯5份。
进一步地,所述柔软剂为柔软剂101、柔软剂SCM和/或柔软剂FZ中的至少一种;所述增强改性剂为珍珠陶土、滑石粉、碳酸钙和/或硫酸钡中的至少一种;所述抗静电剂为N,N-双(2-羟乙基)烷基胺、聚甘油酯和/或分子蒸馏单甘脂中的至少一种;所述润滑剂为硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸钡和/或硬脂酸钠中的至少一种。

S2水刺:将S1步骤中经过牵伸的纤网喂入水刺区进行第一道水刺和第二道水刺,形成无纺布,烘干;
S3冷漂:将S2步骤中烘干的无纺布浸入助剂后进行冷堆处理;
S4水洗:将S3步骤中冷堆的无纺布经过2-3次水洗去除残留的助剂;
S5烘干:将S4步骤中水洗的无纺布输入烘箱中烘干,得到水刺高强度抗皱无纺布。
进一步地,所述S1步骤中牵伸机的牵伸倍数为3.0-3.5。
进一步地,所述S2步骤中第一道水刺的水刺头的压力为3-10MPa,第二道水刺的水刺头的压力为8-15MPa。防撕裂无纺布的制备工艺简单,其中水刺工序中进行第一道水刺和第二道水刺,可使得纤维相互缠结更为紧密,从而使纤网得以加固而具备更高的强,织物孔径缩小。

本发明的有益效果是:
1.防撕裂无纺布由低密度聚乙烯、麻纤维、聚丙烯、聚异丁烯、柔软剂、增强改性剂、抗静电剂、润滑剂、纳米聚四氟乙烯,其中麻纤维可以增强无纺布的抗皱性能和强度;低密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚异丁烯的抗撕裂性能良好,可降低无纺布的破损率;添加可柔软剂使得无纺布触感良好,抗静电剂、润滑剂可以使得无纺布在加工过程中更易成型,不易损耗原料;
2.柔软剂、增强改性剂、抗静电剂、润滑剂的成本低,来源广泛,其中珍珠陶土具有良好的改性增强和填充作用,纳米聚四氟乙烯添加至无纺布中,能显著增强无纺布的防撕裂性能;
3.本发明防撕裂无纺布的制备工艺简单,其中水刺工序中进行第一道水刺和第二道水刺,可使得纤维相互缠结更为紧密,从而使纤网得以加固而具备更高的强度,织物孔径缩小;在助剂中添加脂肪醇聚氧烷烯醚可以增强助剂的渗透性能,添加纳米聚四氟乙烯能辅助提升无纺布的防撕裂性能。

S1制备纤网:将各原料按重量份准备:低密度聚乙烯、麻纤维、聚丙烯、聚异丁烯、柔软剂、增强改性剂、抗静电剂、润滑剂、纳米聚四氟乙烯,将各原料经过熔融混合开松,再经过梳理机梳理成网,得到纤网,将纤网经过牵伸机进行牵伸;
S2水刺:将S1步骤中经过牵伸的纤网喂入水刺区进行第一道水刺和第二道水刺,形成无纺布,烘干;
S3冷漂:将S2步骤中烘干的无纺布浸入助剂后进行冷堆处理;
S4水洗:将S3步骤中冷堆的无纺布经过2-3次水洗去除残留的助剂;
S5烘干:将S4步骤中水洗的无纺布输入烘箱中烘干,得到水刺高强度抗皱无纺布。
具体地,所述S1步骤中牵伸机的牵伸倍数为3.0-3.5。
具体地,所述S2步骤中第一道水刺的水刺头的压力为3-10MPa,第二道水刺的水刺头的压力为8-15MPa。
具体地,所述S3步骤中助剂由如下重量份制得:脂肪醇聚氧烷烯醚3-5份,甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯3-5份,纳米聚四氟乙烯3-5份,水100份;所述S3步骤中浸入助剂的时间为30-45min,冷堆时间为6-8h。
具体地,所述S2步骤中烘干温度为80-100℃;所述S5步骤中烘干温度为100-120℃。
实施例1-实施例6的具体实施参数如表1所示,其中实施例1-实施例4为本发明限定的技术参数,实施例5中不添加麻纤维、纳米聚四氟乙烯,实施例6中仅进行一次水刺,其中实施例5-实施例6为本发明的对照实施例。

实施例1-实施例6制得的无纺布的具体性能参数如表2所示,其中实施例1-实施例4为本发明限定的技术参数,实施例5中不添加麻纤维、纳米聚四氟乙烯,实施例6中仅进行一次水刺,其中实施例5-实施例6为本发明的对照实施例。无纺布的断裂强度的测试采用国家标准采用FZ/T64005—1996。抗静电性能按照GBT 12703.1-2008进行测试,A级≤2.0s,B级≤5.0s,C级≤15.0s。

从表2的数据中可以看出,实施例1-实施例6中均添加了柔软剂、增强改性剂、抗静电剂、润滑剂,使得制备得到的无纺布具有良好的触感,且光滑均匀,成型率高、残次品率低;实施例1-实施例4中添加了麻纤维、纳米聚四氟乙烯,且进行了两次水刺,制备得到的无纺布静水压更高,断裂强力明显优于实施例5-实施例6。

Claims (8)

1.一种防撕裂无纺布,其特征在于,由如下重量份组分制得:低密度聚乙烯50-60份,麻纤维15-20份,聚丙烯30-40份,聚异丁烯20-30份,柔软剂5-8份,增强改性剂10-15份,抗静电剂5-10份,润滑剂5-10份,纳米聚四氟乙烯3-5份;
所述柔软剂为柔软剂101、柔软剂SCM和/或柔软剂FZ中的至少一种;所述增强改性剂为珍珠陶土、滑石粉、碳酸钙和/或硫酸钡中的至少一种;所述抗静电剂为N,N-双(2-羟乙基)烷基胺、聚甘油酯和/或分子蒸馏单甘脂中的至少一种;所述润滑剂为硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸钡和/或硬脂酸钠中的至少一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防撕裂无纺布,其特征在于,所述防撕裂无纺布由如下重量份组分制得:低密度聚乙烯50份,麻纤维20份,聚丙烯40份,聚异丁烯30份,柔软剂8份,增强改性剂15份,抗静电剂8份,润滑剂8份,纳米聚四氟乙烯5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防撕裂无纺布,其特征在于,所述柔软剂为柔软剂101;所述增强改性剂为珍珠陶土;所述抗静电剂为N,N-双(2-羟乙基)烷基胺;所述润滑剂为硬脂酸镁。
4.权利要求1所述的防撕裂无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1制备纤网:将各原料按重量份准备:低密度聚乙烯50-60份、麻纤维15-20份、聚丙烯30-40份、聚异丁烯20-30份、柔软剂5-8份、增强改性剂10-15份,抗静电剂5-10份、润滑剂5-10份和纳米聚四氟乙烯3-5份,将各原料经过熔融混合开松,再经过梳理机梳理成网,得到纤网,将纤网经过牵伸机进行牵伸;
S2水刺:将S1步骤中经过牵伸的纤网喂入水刺区进行第一道水刺和第二道水刺,形成无纺布,烘干;
S3冷漂:将S2步骤中烘干的无纺布浸入助剂后进行冷堆处理;
S4水洗:将S3步骤中冷堆的无纺布经过2-3次水洗去除残留的助剂;
S5烘干:将S4步骤中水洗的无纺布输入烘箱中烘干,得到水刺高强度抗皱无纺布。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种防撕裂无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S1步骤中牵伸机的牵伸倍数为3.0-3.5。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种防撕裂无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S2步骤中第一道水刺的水刺头的压力为3-10MPa,第二道水刺的水刺头的压力为8-15MPa。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种防撕裂无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S3步骤中助剂由如下重量份原料制得:脂肪醇聚氧烷烯醚3-5份,纳米聚四氟乙烯3-5份,水100份;所述S3步骤中浸入助剂的时间为30-45min,冷堆时间为6-8h。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种防撕裂无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S2步骤中烘干温度为80-100℃;所述S5步骤中烘干温度为100-120℃。
