本发明公开了一种苯基改性不黄变型合成革用干法面层聚氨酯树脂及其制备方法,其中干法面层聚氨酯树脂由以下组分制备而成:二异氰酸酯,多元醇化合物,小分子二元醇扩链剂,含苯环的小分子二元胺扩链剂,催化剂,抗氧剂,溶剂和反应终止剂;其中,多元醇化合物为聚碳酸酯二元醇、聚四氢呋喃二醇中的一种或两种,扩链剂选用常规扩链剂乙二醇以及带苯环的二元胺扩链剂。本发明在合成不黄变脂肪族聚氨酯树脂过程中使用了带有苯环的胺类扩链剂,由于选用的扩链剂氨基与苯环没有直接连接,因此对聚氨酯树脂的黄变性能基本没有影响,保证了树脂的不黄变性能,同时引入苯环后,树脂的耐温性能、耐溶剂性能以及耐磨性能得到了较大幅度的提高。

背景技术
随着近几年合成革技术的发展,合成革无论在款式、手感方面都很接近真皮的效果,甚至在某些方面超越真皮。已大量取代资源不足的天然皮革,用以制作包箱、服装、鞋、以及车辆和家具的装饰等。
合成革用干法表皮层聚氨酯树脂的物性直接影响着合成革产品的好坏,针对一些户外合成革制品,例如游艇座椅革等对表面耐黄变性能以及耐光老化性能要求更高。由于太阳光中含有紫外光,因此普通合成革在太阳光照射下容易出现表面发黄现象,行业内一般选用不黄变的脂肪族聚氨酯树脂解决上述黄变问题。不黄变聚氨酯树脂一般选用脂肪族的异氰酸酯合成,其分子链中不含苯环结构,导致聚氨酯树脂中刚性较弱,耐温性能变差,其耐酒精擦拭及耐磨方面不能满足消费者的日常需求。因此本发明涉及一种不黄变型的聚氨酯树脂,在合成过程中选用含有苯环结构的扩链剂,由于活泼性氨基与苯环没有直接相连接,所合成的聚氨酯树脂仍具有优异的耐黄变性能,可达到正常脂肪族不黄变树脂的耐黄变等级,同时分子链中引入苯环结构,大大提高了聚氨酯树脂的耐温性能,耐酒精擦拭及耐磨性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种苯基改性不黄变型合成革用干法面层聚氨酯树脂的制备方法,以解决现有技术存在的生产不黄变聚氨酯树脂时出现的树脂耐温性能差、耐酒精擦拭及耐磨性能不佳的问题
为了达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
苯基改性不黄变型合成革用干法面层聚氨酯树脂,其制备组分包括二异氰酸酯、多元醇化合物、小分子二元醇扩链剂、催化剂、抗氧剂、溶剂和反应终止剂,其特征在于:还包括含有苯环的小分子二元胺扩链剂,含有苯环的小分子二元胺扩链剂其中的活泼性氨基不直接与苯环相连接。
所述的苯基改性不黄变型合成革用干法面层聚氨酯树脂,其特征在于:含有苯环的小分子二元胺扩链剂为间苯二甲胺、对苯二甲胺中的一种或任意比例的两种。
所述的苯基改性不黄变型合成革用干法面层聚氨酯树脂,其特征在于:各制备组分的重量占比如下:
二异氰酸酯的用量占体系总重量的6-8%;
多元醇化合物的用量占体系总重量的14-18%;,
抗氧剂的用量占体系总重量的0.1-0.3‰;
溶剂的用量占体系总重量的65-75%;
反应终止剂的用量占体系总重量的0.5-1‰;
小分子二元醇扩链剂的用量占体系总重量的0.6-1%;
含苯环的小分子二元胺扩链剂的用量占体系总重量的0.8—1.1%;
催化剂的用量为多元醇化合物重量的0.5-1‰。

一种苯基改性不黄变型合成革用干法面层聚氨酯树脂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将多元醇化合物、小分子二元醇扩链剂、抗氧剂、催化剂和占溶剂总重量10%~20%的溶剂,搅拌混合,于65℃以下加入脂肪族二异氰酸酯,90~100℃反应1~4小时,检测NCO含量达到理论量;
(2)加入占溶剂总重量50%~80%的溶剂,将反应釜温度降至30~45℃,,滴加含有苯环的小分子二元胺扩链剂,过程中间不断加入剩余溶剂,至粘度达40-80Pa·s/25℃后加入反应终止剂;
(3)将温度升至70~90℃,搅拌0.5-1.5小时,即得到产品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点为:
在聚氨酯树脂制备过程中选用含有苯环的小分子二元胺作为扩链剂,由于活泼性氨基与苯环没有直接相连接,所合成的聚氨酯树脂仍具有优异的耐黄变性能,可达到正常脂肪族不黄变树脂的耐黄变等级,同时分子链中引入苯环结构,大大提高了聚氨酯树脂的耐温性能、耐酒精擦拭及耐磨性能。
具体实施方式
一种苯基改性不黄变型合成革用干法面层聚氨酯树脂,由二异氰酸酯、多元醇化合物、小分子二元醇扩链剂、含有苯环的小分子二元胺扩链剂、催化剂、抗氧剂、溶剂和反应终止剂制备获得,其中:
多元醇化合物的用量占体系总重量的14-18%,多元醇化合物为聚碳酸酯二元醇、聚四氢呋喃二醇中的一种或两种,
小分子二元醇扩链剂的用量占体系总重量的0.6-1%,含苯环的小分子二元胺扩链剂的用量占体系总重量的0.8—1.1%
二异氰酸酯的用量占体系总重量的6-8%;
催化剂的用量为多元醇化合物重量的0.5-1‰,
抗氧剂的用量占体系总重量的0.1-0.3‰,
溶剂的用量占体系总重量的65-75%,
反应终止剂的用量占体系总重量的0.5-1‰。

(2)加入溶剂总重量50%~80%的溶剂,将反应釜温度降至30~45℃,,滴加小分子二元胺扩链剂,过程中间不断加入剩余溶剂,至粘度达40-80Pa·s/25℃后加入终止剂;
(3)将温度升至70~90℃,搅拌0.5-1.5小时,即得到聚氨酯树脂。
实施例1:
一种苯基改性不黄变型合成革用干法面层聚氨酯树脂,主要是由如表1所示的组分制备而成:

其中,上述的PTMG-2为分子量为2000的聚四氢呋喃二醇,PH-200D为分子量为2000的聚碳酸酯二元醇;间苯二甲胺(MXDA)为日本三菱瓦斯化学株式会社生产,上述的催化剂为有机铋;反应终止剂为乙醇胺。
一种苯基改性不黄变型合成革用干法面层聚氨酯树脂,具体包括有以下步骤:
(1)先将200kg的PH-200D、330kg的PTMG-2、20kg的EG、0.5kg抗氧剂I-1010和2kg有机铋催化剂加入到100kg DMF中,搅拌均匀后加入185kgIPDI,升温至95℃反应2小时;
(2)向步骤(1)的反应液中加入有机溶剂总质量75%的有机溶剂,将反应釜温度降至40~45℃,滴加二元胺MXDA,过程中不断加入余量的溶剂,至粘度达40~80Pa·s/25℃后加入2kg反应终止剂MEA;
(3)将步骤(2)的反应液温度升至80℃,搅拌1.5小时,得到聚氨酯树脂。
实施例2:
一种苯基改性不黄变型合成革用干法面层聚氨酯树脂,主要是由表2所示的组分制备而成:

其中,上述PH-200D为分子量为2000的聚碳酸酯二元醇;间苯二甲胺(MXDA)为日本三菱瓦斯化学株式会社生产,上述的催化剂为有机铋;反应终止剂为正丁胺。
一种苯基改性不黄变型合成革用干法面层聚氨酯树脂,具体包括有以下步骤:
(1)先将530kg的PH-200D、15kg的EG、10kg的BG、0.5kg抗氧剂I-1010和2kg有机铋催化剂加入到100kg DMF中,搅拌均匀后加入210kg HMDI,升温至95℃反应2小时;
(2)向步骤(1)的反应液中加入有机溶剂总质量75%的有机溶剂,将反应釜温度降至40~45℃,滴加二元胺MXDA,过程中不断加入余量的溶剂,至粘度达40~80Pa·s/25℃后加入2kg反应终止剂正丁胺;
(3)将步骤(2)的反应液温度升至80℃,搅拌1.5小时,得到聚氨酯树脂。
实施例3:
一种苯基改性不黄变型合成革用干法面层聚氨酯树脂,主要是由表3所示的组分制备而成:

其中,上述的PTMG-2为分子量为2000的聚四氢呋喃二醇,PH-200D为分子量为2000的聚碳酸酯二元醇;间苯二甲胺(MXDA)为日本三菱瓦斯化学株式会社生产,上述的催化剂为有机铋;反应终止剂为正丙醇胺。
一种苯基改性不黄变型合成革用干法面层聚氨酯树脂,具体包括有以下步骤:
(1)先将200kg的PH-200D、330kg的PTMG-2、25kg的EG、0.5kg抗氧剂I-1010和2kg有机铋催化剂加入到100kg DMF中,搅拌均匀后加入100kgIPDI、120kg HMDI,升温至95℃反应2小时;
(2)向步骤(1)的反应液中加入有机溶剂总质量75%的有机溶剂,将反应釜温度降至40~45℃,滴加二元胺MXDA,过程中不断加入余量的溶剂,至粘度达40~80Pa·s/25℃后加入2kg反应终止剂正丙醇胺;
(3)将步骤(2)的反应液温度升至80℃,搅拌1.5小时,得到聚氨酯树脂。
一:将实施例1、2、3制备出的聚氨酯树脂制备沙发革,包括以下步骤:
1、配制干法浆料,将上述聚氨酯树脂、色浆、二甲基甲酰胺、按重量比为100:10:40):的比例加入容器中,并充分搅拌,得混合料。
2、将混合料涂覆于离型纸上,130℃左右烘干;涂覆厚度为0.1~0.3mm;
3、涂覆粘结用树脂,与基材贴合,130℃左右烘干;
4、将合成革从纸上剥离。
检测实施例1至3制得的聚氨酯树脂性能:
检测项目
1、耐酒精测试
方法:耐酒精色牢度测试,对比灰度卡
仪器:细棉纱布、砝码荷重500G
2、Taber耐磨测试
仪器:GT-7012-T,22号砂轮,砝码荷重1KG
3、耐黄变检测
仪器:GT-7035-UB紫外光,45瓦,照射4小时
二:将实施例1、2、3制备出的聚氨酯树脂制备出皮膜,具体步骤如下:
1、配制无色浆料,将上述聚氨酯树脂、二甲基甲酰胺、按重量比为100:40的比例加入容器中,并充分搅拌,得混合料,进行静置脱泡处理。
2、将无色料在玻璃板上进行流延成膜,并置于120℃烘箱中放置2小时后,将聚氨酯皮膜从玻璃板中剥离下来,取出皮膜样品,待测
3、通过DSC差热分析仪测试对比聚氨酯皮膜软化粘流温度如表4所示:

经检测,用实施例的配方制成的聚氨酯合成革,具有良好的耐酒精擦拭、优越的耐磨损、不黄变性能,优异的耐温性能,适用于各类白色及浅色系合成革产品。

Claims (8)

1.苯基改性不黄变型合成革用干法面层聚氨酯树脂,其制备组分包括二异氰酸酯、多元醇化合物、小分子二元醇扩链剂、催化剂、抗氧剂、溶剂和反应终止剂,其特征在于:还包括含有苯环的小分子二元胺扩链剂,含有苯环的小分子二元胺扩链剂其中的活泼性氨基不直接与苯环相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的苯基改性不黄变型合成革用干法面层聚氨酯树脂,其特征在于:含有苯环的小分子二元胺扩链剂为间苯二甲胺、对苯二甲胺中的一种或任意比例的两种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的苯基改性不黄变型合成革用干法面层聚氨酯树脂,其特征在于:各制备组分的重量占比如下:
二异氰酸酯的用量占体系总重量的6-8%;
多元醇化合物的用量占体系总重量的14-18%;,
抗氧剂的用量占体系总重量的0.1-0.3‰;
溶剂的用量占体系总重量的65-75%;
反应终止剂的用量占体系总重量的0.5-1‰;
小分子二元醇扩链剂的用量占体系总重量的0.6-1%;
含苯环的小分子二元胺扩链剂的用量占体系总重量的0.8—1.1%;
催化剂的用量为多元醇化合物重量的0.5-1‰。
4.根据权利要求1所述的苯基改性不黄变型合成革用干法面层聚氨酯树脂,其特征在于:所述二异氰酸酯为脂肪族二异氰酸酯,包括异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯六亚甲基二异氰酸酯的一种或几种的混合物,当为几种混合时,其二异氰酸酯可为任意比例。
5.根据权利要求1所述的苯基改性不黄变型合成革用干法面层聚氨酯树脂,其特征在于:所述多元醇化合物为聚碳酸酯二元醇、聚四氢呋喃二醇中的一种或两种,当为两种时,聚四氢呋喃二醇占多元醇化合物总重量的50%-80%,且多元醇化合物的数均分子量为1000-3000。
6.根据权利要求1所述的苯基改性不黄变型合成革用干法面层聚氨酯树脂,其特征在于:所述小分子二元醇扩链剂选用乙二醇、1,4-丁二醇中的一种或两种的混合,当为两种时,乙二醇占二元醇扩链剂总重量的50%-70%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的苯基改性不黄变型合成革用干法面层聚氨酯树脂,其特征在于:所述的催化剂为有机铋催化剂MB-20;所述的抗氧剂为四(β-(3, 5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸)季戊四醇酯、2,2'-亚甲基双(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)中的一种或两种的混合;所述的溶剂为N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)、丁酮、异丙醇中的一种或几种的混合;所述的反应终止剂为乙醇胺、正丙醇胺、正丁胺中的一种或几种任意比例的混合。
8.一种如权利要求1—7所述的苯基改性不黄变型合成革用干法面层聚氨酯树脂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将多元醇化合物、小分子二元醇扩链剂、抗氧剂、催化剂和占溶剂总重量10% ~20%的溶剂,搅拌混合,于65℃以下加入脂肪族二异氰酸酯,90~100℃反应1~4小时,检测NCO含量达到理论量;
(2)加入占溶剂总重量50% ~80% 的溶剂,将反应釜温度降至30~45℃,,滴加含有苯环的小分子二元胺扩链剂,过程中间不断加入剩余溶剂,至粘度达40-80Pa·s/25℃后加入反应终止剂;
(3)将温度升至70 ~90℃,搅拌0.5-1.5小时,即得到产品。
