本发明公开了一种芦荟早餐粥的制备方法,包括如下步骤:S1、向红枣中加水煮沸,滤除皮渣,得红枣水,备用;将芦荟洗净去皮后切成方块,备用;将粳米、莲子、薏米、花生混合,加水浸泡,备用;将百合和干桂花分别加水浸泡,捞出,沥干水分,备用;向藕粉中加入椰汁,搅拌,得藕粉水,备用;S2、将浸泡后的粳米、莲子、薏米、花生与红枣水混合,加入姜丝和水煮沸,依次加入浸泡后的百合、干桂花及枸杞,煮沸,然后边搅拌边加入藕粉水,再煮沸,加入白砂糖调味,即可得到芦荟早餐粥。本发明制得的芦荟早餐粥口感嫩滑,香甜可口,有润肺清热、开胃、生津的功效,具有养胃、泻热通便、杀虫和促消化的作用。

本发明涉及食品加工技术领域,具体涉及一种芦荟早餐粥的制备方法。
背景技术
现代人们生活节奏加快,在繁忙的工作和生活中,经常会吃快餐类食品而容易忽视清热解毒的均衡摄入,对身体健康造成不良影响。中国的粥在四千年前主要为食用,2500年前始作药用,《史记》扁鹊仓公列传载有西汉名医淳于意(仓公)用“火齐粥”治齐王病;汉代医圣张仲景《伤寒论》述:桂枝汤,服已须臾,啜热稀粥一升余,以助药力,便是有力例证。进入中古时期,粥的功能更是将“食用”、“药用”高度融合,进入了带有人文色彩的“养生”层次。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种芦荟早餐粥的制备方法,制得的早餐粥口感嫩滑,香甜可口,有润肺清热、开胃、生津的功效。
本发明提出了一种芦荟早餐粥的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、向红枣中加水煮沸,滤除皮渣,得红枣水,备用;将芦荟洗净去皮后切成方块,备用;将粳米、莲子、薏米、花生混合,加水浸泡,备用;将百合和干桂花分别加水浸泡,捞出,沥干水分,备用;向藕粉中加入椰汁,搅拌,得藕粉水,备用;
S2、将浸泡后的粳米、莲子、薏米、花生与红枣水混合,加入姜丝和水煮沸,依次加入浸泡后的百合、干桂花及枸杞,煮沸,然后边搅拌边加入藕粉水,再煮沸,加入白砂糖调味,即可得到芦荟早餐粥。

S1、向红枣中加入体积为红枣体积4-6倍的水煮沸30-50min,滤除皮渣,得红枣水,备用;将芦荟洗净去皮后切成1-2cm的方块,备用;将粳米、莲子、薏米、花生混合,加水浸泡0.5-1.0h,备用;将百合和干桂花分别加水浸泡5-10min,捞出,沥干水分,备用;向藕粉中加入椰汁,搅拌2-5min,得藕粉水,备用;
S2、将浸泡后的粳米、莲子、薏米、花生与红枣水混合,加入姜丝和水煮沸50-60min,依次加入浸泡后的百合、干桂花、芦荟、枸杞,煮沸20-25min,然后边搅拌边加入藕粉水,再煮沸3-8min,加入白砂糖调味,即可得到芦荟早餐粥。
优选地,所述粳米、莲子、薏米、花生、红枣、芦荟、百合、干桂花、枸杞、藕粉、椰汁的重量比为20-30:5-10:7-11:3-8:5-8:9-13:2-6:1-3:2-6:5-7:5-7。
芦荟,味苦,性寒;清肝热,通便;用于便秘,小儿疳积,惊风;外治湿癣。芦荟具有杀菌、抗炎、湿润美容、健胃下泄、强心活血解毒、抗衰老、镇痛、镇静、防晒作用,还具有免疫与抗肿瘤作用。
本发明的制备方法中,采用了粳米、莲子、薏米、花生、红枣、芦荟、百合、干桂花、枸杞、藕粉、椰汁等食材制得早餐粥,口感嫩滑,有桂花的清香和红枣的香甜,还有润肺清热、开胃、生津的功效,具有养胃、泻热通便、杀虫和促消化的作用。

实施例1
一种芦荟早餐粥的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、向红枣中加入体积为红枣体积6倍的水煮沸30min,滤除皮渣,得红枣水,备用;将芦荟洗净去皮后切成2cm的方块,备用;将粳米、莲子、薏米、花生混合,加水浸泡0.5h,备用;将百合和干桂花分别加水浸泡10min,捞出,沥干水分,备用;向藕粉中加入椰汁,搅拌2min,得藕粉水,备用;
S2、将浸泡后的粳米、莲子、薏米、花生与红枣水混合,加入姜丝和水煮沸60min,依次加入浸泡后的百合、干桂花、芦荟、枸杞,煮沸20min,然后边搅拌边加入藕粉水,再煮沸8min,加入白砂糖调味,即可得到芦荟早餐粥;
其中,所述粳米、莲子、薏米、花生、红枣、芦荟、百合、干桂花、枸杞、藕粉、椰汁的重量比为20:10:7:8:5:13:2:3:2:7:5。

一种芦荟早餐粥的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、向红枣中加入体积为红枣体积4倍的水煮沸50min,滤除皮渣,得红枣水,备用;将芦荟洗净去皮后切成1cm的方块,备用;将粳米、莲子、薏米、花生混合,加水浸泡1.0h,备用;将百合和干桂花分别加水浸泡5min,捞出,沥干水分,备用;向藕粉中加入椰汁,搅拌5min,得藕粉水,备用;
S2、将浸泡后的粳米、莲子、薏米、花生与红枣水混合,加入姜丝和水煮沸50min,依次加入浸泡后的百合、干桂花、芦荟、枸杞,煮沸25min,然后边搅拌边加入藕粉水,再煮沸3min,加入白砂糖调味,即可得到芦荟早餐粥;
其中,所述粳米、莲子、薏米、花生、红枣、芦荟、百合、干桂花、枸杞、藕粉、椰汁的重量比为30:5:11:3:8:9:6:1:6:5:7。

一种芦荟早餐粥的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、向红枣中加入体积为红枣体积5倍的水煮沸40min,滤除皮渣,得红枣水,备用;将芦荟洗净去皮后切成1cm的方块,备用;将粳米、莲子、薏米、花生混合,加水浸泡0.8h,备用;将百合和干桂花分别加水浸泡8min,捞出,沥干水分,备用;向藕粉中加入椰汁,搅拌4min,得藕粉水,备用;
S2、将浸泡后的粳米、莲子、薏米、花生与红枣水混合,加入姜丝和水煮沸55min,依次加入浸泡后的百合、干桂花、芦荟、枸杞,煮沸22min,然后边搅拌边加入藕粉水,再煮沸5min,加入白砂糖调味,即可得到芦荟早餐粥;
其中,所述粳米、莲子、薏米、花生、红枣、芦荟、百合、干桂花、枸杞、藕粉、椰汁的重量比为25:7:9:6:7:11:4:2:4:6:6。

S2、将浸泡后的粳米、莲子、薏米、花生与红枣水混合,加入姜丝和水煮沸,依次加入浸泡后的百合、干桂花及枸杞,煮沸,然后边搅拌边加入藕粉水,再煮沸,加入白砂糖调味,即可得到芦荟早餐粥。
2.根据权利要求1所述芦荟早餐粥的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、向红枣中加入体积为红枣体积4-6倍的水煮沸30-50min,滤除皮渣,得红枣水,备用;将芦荟洗净去皮后切成1-2cm的方块,备用;将粳米、莲子、薏米、花生混合,加水浸泡0.5-1.0h,备用;将百合和干桂花分别加水浸泡5-10min,捞出,沥干水分,备用;向藕粉中加入椰汁,搅拌2-5min,得藕粉水,备用;
S2、将浸泡后的粳米、莲子、薏米、花生与红枣水混合,加入姜丝和水煮沸50-60min,依次加入浸泡后的百合、干桂花、芦荟、枸杞,煮沸20-25min,然后边搅拌边加入藕粉水,再煮沸3-8min,加入白砂糖调味,即可得到芦荟早餐粥。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述芦荟早餐粥的制备方法,其特征在于,所述粳米、莲子、薏米、花生、红枣、芦荟、百合、干桂花、枸杞、藕粉、椰汁的重量比为20-30:5-10:7-11:3-8:5-8:9-13:2-6:1-3:2-6:5-7:5-7。
