本发明公开了一种具有心脑血管保健功效的黄蜀葵花饮品及其制备方法,涉及保健饮品技术领域,所述黄蜀葵花饮品原料按重量份包括:黄蜀葵花30‑38份、玉米须15‑22份、枸杞10‑18份、芹菜20‑30份、花菜7‑13份、荷叶7‑15份、三七14‑20份、槐花5‑10份、芦笋3‑8份、鸡蛋花4‑10份、马鞭草12‑18份、银杏叶6‑13份。本发明的黄蜀葵花饮品质量稳定易吸收,不仅具有降血脂降胆固醇作用,还能活血化瘀,扩张血管、增强血管弹性,提高身体免疫力,能够有效预防和改善心脑血管疾病,维护、促进心脑血管系统健康。

技术领域
本发明涉及保健饮品技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有心脑血管保健功效的黄蜀葵花饮品及其制备方法。
背景技术
心脑血管疾病是心脏血管和脑血管疾病的统称,泛指由于高脂血症、血液黏稠、动脉粥样硬化、高血压等所导致的心脏、大脑及全身组织发生的缺血性或出血性疾病。心脑血管疾病是一种严重威胁人类,特别是50岁以上中老年人健康的常见病,具有高患病率、高致残率和高死亡率的特点。
黄蜀葵,别名秋葵、野芙蓉,为一年生草本锦葵科秋葵属植物,其花及根、茎、叶、子均作药用。其中,黄秋葵花富含黄酮、绿原酸、多糖,同时含有维生素A、B、C,以及钙、锌和硒等微量元素,其初放的花朵和籽仁中提取生物总黄酮含量居所有含黄酮植物之首,经研究表明黄蜀葵花总黄酮对心脑缺血损伤具有明显的保护作用,增强人体免疫力。因此,充分开发利用黄蜀葵花资源有着重要的意义。然而,单一组分的黄蜀葵花饮品功效成分单一,医疗保健价值低。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种具有心脑血管保健功效的黄蜀葵花饮品及其制备方法,制得的黄蜀葵花饮品质量稳定易吸收,不仅具有降血脂降胆固醇作用,还能活血化瘀,扩张血管、增强血管弹性。
本发明提出的一种具有心脑血管保健功效的黄蜀葵花饮品,其原料按重量份包括:黄蜀葵花30-38份、玉米须15-22份、枸杞10-18份、芹菜20-30份、花菜7-13份、荷叶7-15份、三七14-20份、槐花5-10份、芦笋3-8份、鸡蛋花4-10份、马鞭草12-18份、银杏叶6-13份。
优选地,所述原料还包括食用配料20-40份。
优选地,所述食用配料按重量份包括黄原胶30-40份、白砂糖15-22份、山梨糖醇7-15份、柠檬酸4-8份。
本发明还提出了上述具有心脑血管保健功效的黄蜀葵花饮品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将黄蜀葵花、槐花、鸡蛋花混合,加水研磨,过滤,得滤液A和滤渣B;
(2)将滤渣B和芹菜混合,榨汁,过滤,得滤液C和滤渣D;
(3)将枸杞、花菜、芦笋混合,加水浸泡,打浆,压榨过滤,得滤液E和滤渣F;
(4)将滤渣D、滤渣F和玉米须、荷叶、三七、马鞭草、银杏叶混合,加水,煎煮提取,过滤,得滤液G;
(5)将滤液A、滤液C、滤液E和滤液G混合,减压浓缩,用陶瓷膜澄清,加入食用配料,即得。
优选地,步骤(1)中,加0.5-1.5倍水。
优选地,步骤(5)中,减压浓缩至固含量为7-10%。
优选地,步骤(5)中,陶瓷膜的孔径为0.5-2μm。
有益效果:本发明将黄蜀葵花、玉米须、枸杞、芹菜、花菜、荷叶、三七、槐花、芦笋、鸡蛋花、马鞭草和银杏叶进行合理配伍,各成分协调作用、互促互补,其中,黄蜀葵花能改善微循环、促进血管新生、提高免疫力,玉米须清热利水,有降血糖、辅助降血压的功效,从而预防心脑血管疾病,枸杞有增强免疫功能、抗动脉粥样硬化作用,芹菜富含维生素、蛋白质,有预防高血压和动脉硬化、保护心脑血管的作用,花菜含有丰富的β-胡萝卜素、纤维素、维生素C,有利于心脑血管,荷叶有能改善血脂血粘,三七活血化瘀、扩张软化血管,槐花降血压降血脂,芦笋中含有微量元素硒、钼、铬、锰等,以及特有的天门冬酰胺、芦丁、榭皮黄酮等成分,有扩张末梢毛细血管、增强毛细血管弹性、增加冠状动脉血流量、降低毛细血管脆性,改善心血管等功能,鸡蛋花清热利湿,马鞭草清热解毒、活血散瘀,有净化肠胃、去除油脂的作用,银杏叶中的黄酮类、双黄酮类和苦内酯具有降低血管的脆性,增强通透性的作用,可用于降低血脂、胆固醇浓度,防止血栓的形成;本发明的黄蜀葵花饮品质量稳定易吸收,不仅具有降血脂降胆固醇作用,还能活血化瘀,扩张血管、增强血管弹性,提高身体免疫力,能够有效预防和改善心脑血管疾病,维护、促进心脑血管系统健康。

下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
本发明提出的一种具有心脑血管保健功效的黄蜀葵花饮品,其原料按重量份包括:黄蜀葵花30份、玉米须15份、枸杞18份、芹菜30份、花菜7份、荷叶15份、三七14份、槐花5份、芦笋8份、鸡蛋花10份、马鞭草18份、银杏叶6份、食用配料20份;其中,食用配料按重量份包括黄原胶30份、白砂糖15份、山梨糖醇15份、柠檬酸4份。
本发明还提出了上述具有心脑血管保健功效的黄蜀葵花饮品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将黄蜀葵花、槐花、鸡蛋花混合,加0.5倍水研磨,过滤,得滤液A和滤渣B;
(2)将滤渣B和芹菜混合,榨汁,过滤,得滤液C和滤渣D;
(3)将枸杞、花菜、芦笋混合,加2倍水浸泡20min,水温40℃,打浆,压榨过滤,得滤液E和滤渣F;
(4)将滤渣D、滤渣F和玉米须、荷叶、三七、马鞭草、银杏叶混合,加7倍水,煎煮提取1h,过滤,得滤液G;
(5)将滤液A、滤液C、滤液E和滤液G混合,减压浓缩至固含量为7%,用孔径为0.5μm陶瓷膜澄清,加入食用配料,即得。
实施例2
本发明提出的一种具有心脑血管保健功效的黄蜀葵花饮品,其原料按重量份包括:黄蜀葵花38份、玉米须22份、枸杞10份、芹菜20份、花菜13份、荷叶7份、三七20份、槐花10份、芦笋3份、鸡蛋花4份、马鞭草12份、银杏叶13份、食用配料40份;其中,食用配料按重量份包括黄原胶40份、白砂糖22份、山梨糖醇7份、柠檬酸8份。
本发明还提出了上述具有心脑血管保健功效的黄蜀葵花饮品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将黄蜀葵花、槐花、鸡蛋花混合,加1.5倍水研磨,过滤,得滤液A和滤渣B;
(2)将滤渣B和芹菜混合,榨汁,过滤,得滤液C和滤渣D;
(3)将枸杞、花菜、芦笋混合,加3倍水浸泡30min,水温50℃,打浆,压榨过滤,得滤液E和滤渣F;
(4)将滤渣D、滤渣F和玉米须、荷叶、三七、马鞭草、银杏叶混合,加10倍水,煎煮提取3h,过滤,得滤液G;
(5)将滤液A、滤液C、滤液E和滤液G混合,减压浓缩至固含量为10%,用孔径为2μm陶瓷膜澄清,加入食用配料,即得。
实施例3
本发明提出的一种具有心脑血管保健功效的黄蜀葵花饮品,其原料按重量份包括:黄蜀葵花34份、玉米须20份、枸杞15份、芹菜25份、花菜10份、荷叶12份、三七18份、槐花7份、芦笋5份、鸡蛋花6份、马鞭草15份、银杏叶10份、食用配料27份;其中,食用配料按重量份包括黄原胶35份、白砂糖16份、山梨糖醇12份、柠檬酸5份。
本发明还提出了上述具有心脑血管保健功效的黄蜀葵花饮品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将黄蜀葵花、槐花、鸡蛋花混合,加1倍水研磨,过滤,得滤液A和滤渣B;
(2)将滤渣B和芹菜混合,榨汁,过滤,得滤液C和滤渣D;
(3)将枸杞、花菜、芦笋混合,加2.5倍水浸泡25min,水温45℃,打浆,压榨过滤,得滤液E和滤渣F;
(4)将滤渣D、滤渣F和玉米须、荷叶、三七、马鞭草、银杏叶混合,加8倍水,煎煮提取1.5h,过滤,得滤液G;
(5)将滤液A、滤液C、滤液E和滤液G混合,减压浓缩至固含量为8%,用孔径为1μm陶瓷膜澄清,加入食用配料,即得。
实施例4
本发明提出的一种具有心脑血管保健功效的黄蜀葵花饮品,其原料按重量份包括:黄蜀葵花36份、玉米须18份、枸杞17份、芹菜28份、花菜8份、荷叶10份、三七17份、槐花8份、芦笋7份、鸡蛋花7份、马鞭草16份、银杏叶12份、食用配料30份;其中,食用配料按重量份包括黄原胶30-40份、白砂糖19份、山梨糖醇10份、柠檬酸6份。
本发明还提出了上述具有心脑血管保健功效的黄蜀葵花饮品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将黄蜀葵花、槐花、鸡蛋花混合,加0.8倍水研磨,过滤,得滤液A和滤渣B;
(2)将滤渣B和芹菜混合,榨汁,过滤,得滤液C和滤渣D;
(3)将枸杞、花菜、芦笋混合,加3倍水浸泡20-30min,水温45℃,打浆,压榨过滤,得滤液E和滤渣F;
(4)将滤渣D、滤渣F和玉米须、荷叶、三七、马鞭草、银杏叶混合,加9倍水,煎煮提取2h,过滤,得滤液G;
(5)将滤液A、滤液C、滤液E和滤液G混合,减压浓缩至固含量为9%,用孔径为2μm陶瓷膜澄清,加入食用配料,即得。
对本发明实施例1-4制备的黄蜀葵花饮品对心脑血管的保健功效进行验证。
试验方法:选择100例高脂血症患者,其中男58例,女42例,年龄38-75岁,平均54.2岁,单纯胆固醇高者20例,胆固醇与甘油三脂均高者65例,高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)降低者15例;合并高血压者16例,冠心病者15例,脑动脉供血不足者14例,其他疾病15例,每日早晚各服用实施例1-4中的黄蜀葵花饮品100mL,服用一个月,服用期间,除停用其他降脂药外,患者的饮食习惯、生活方式及不干扰观察的合并用药均与治疗前保持一致;采用自身对照法,受检者在取血的前一晚上严禁食用高蛋白高糖饮食,次日晨空腹取静脉血检查血脂分析。
疗效评定标准:
显效:达以下任何一项者,TC(胆固醇)下降20%,TG(甘油三酯)下降40%,HDL-C(高密度脂蛋白)上升0.26mmol/L;
有效:TC下降10-20%,TG下降20-40%,HDL-C升高0.104-0.26mmol/L;
无效:未达到有效标准者;
恶化:达以下任何一项者,TC上升10%,TG上升10%。
试验结果:100例高脂血症患者显效70例,有效25例,无效5例,恶化0例,总有效率95%。

1.一种具有心脑血管保健功效的黄蜀葵花饮品,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:黄蜀葵花30-38份、玉米须15-22份、枸杞10-18份、芹菜20-30份、花菜7-13份、荷叶7-15份、三七14-20份、槐花5-10份、芦笋3-8份、鸡蛋花4-10份、马鞭草12-18份、银杏叶6-13份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有心脑血管保健功效的黄蜀葵花饮品,其特征在于,所述原料还包括食用配料20-40份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具有心脑血管保健功效的黄蜀葵花饮品,其特征在于,所述食用配料按重量份包括黄原胶30-40份、白砂糖15-22份、山梨糖醇7-15份、柠檬酸4-8份。
4.一种基于权利要求1-3任一所述的具有心脑血管保健功效的黄蜀葵花饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将黄蜀葵花、槐花、鸡蛋花混合,加水研磨,过滤,得滤液A和滤渣B;
(2)将滤渣B和芹菜混合,榨汁,过滤,得滤液C和滤渣D;
(3)将枸杞、花菜、芦笋混合,加水浸泡,打浆,压榨过滤,得滤液E和滤渣F;
(4)将滤渣D、滤渣F和玉米须、荷叶、三七、马鞭草、银杏叶混合,加水,煎煮提取,过滤,得滤液G;
(5)将滤液A、滤液C、滤液E和滤液G混合,减压浓缩,用陶瓷膜澄清,加入食用配料,即得。
5.根据权利要求4所述的具有心脑血管保健功效的黄蜀葵花饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,加0.5-1.5倍水。
6.根据权利要求4或5任一所述的具有心脑血管保健功效的黄蜀葵花饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(5)中,减压浓缩至固含量为7-10%。
7.根据权利要求4-6任一所述的具有心脑血管保健功效的黄蜀葵花饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(5)中,陶瓷膜的孔径为0.5-2μm。
