本发明涉及米制品技术领域,尤其涉及一种中老年专用健脾养胃抗衰老复合米粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
人到了中年以后,随着年龄的增加身体也会发生一系列的生理变化,主要表现为以下几个方面:(1)消化功能衰退:味蕾数目的减少,嗅觉和味觉灵敏度的降低,从而影响食欲,消化腺体的萎缩,消化液的分泌随之减少,蛋白酶、淀粉酶、胃蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶等消化酶的减少直接影响食物的消化和吸收;(2)代谢功能紊乱:活动量减少,新陈代谢缓慢,消化器官衰老,解毒能力下降;(3)神经系统功能下降:劳动能力下降,容易造成疲劳、失眠和记忆力减退等,可能会使中老年人易发生高血压等老年疾病,并会导致营养不良,合理的膳食和适当的摄入具有调节功能成分的保健食品有利于中老年人强身健体,预防疾病的发生。
米粉是以大米为主料,以糖、蛋、豆、肉、蔬菜、水果等为辅料,加入矿物质以及维生素等营养强化成分,经过加工制成的食品,近年来产品和数量不断增加,但是目前市场上的米粉产品主要针对婴幼儿群体,可供中老年人群选择且能有效起到预防和治疗一些老年疾病作用的米粉较少。

基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种中老年专用健脾养胃抗衰老复合米粉及其制备方法,所述制备方法过程简单,得到的复合米粉营养成分均衡、品质高,食用方便,具有健脾养胃抗衰老的保健功能,适合中老年人食用。
