本发明涉及一种橄榄软糖,属食品领域。
现有的糖品种较多,但蔗糖含量高。
本发明的目的在于克服现有糖蔗糖含量高的缺点而提供一种蔗糖含量低,能生津润喉、提高人体免疫力、延缓衰老的橄榄软糖。
本发明是这样实现的:该橄榄软糖由蔗糖、蜂蜜、葡萄糖、果胶、淀粉、甜叶菊、橄榄经常规的制糖工艺制成。该糖各组份的比例为:蔗糖20%、蜂蜜20%、葡萄糖10%、果胶20%、淀粉15%、甜叶菊3~5%、橄榄10~12%。该糖经食品卫生部门检测,符合国家标准(GB2760-81)。
本发明与现有糖相比具有含糖量低,能生津润喉、提高人体免疫力、延缓衰老等优点。特别适用于糖尿病患者服用。
本发明结合实施例作进一步详述:该橄榄软糖由20%的蔗糖、20%的蜂蜜、10的葡萄糖、20%的果胶、15%的淀粉、3%的甜叶菊、12%的橄榄经常规的制糖工艺制成。该糖经食品卫生部门检测,符合国家标准(GB2760-81)。经糖尿病患者服用,具有较好的效果。

Claims (2)

1、一种橄榄软糖,它包括蔗糖、蜂蜜、果胶、葡萄糖、淀粉,其特征在于它还包括甜叶菊、橄榄。
2、按权利要求1所说的橄榄软糖,其特征在于各组份成的含量为:蔗糖20%、蜂蜜20%、葡萄糖10%、果胶20%、淀粉15%、甜叶菊3~5%、橄榄10~12%。
