Abstract
The invention discloses a method for cultivating milk-flavor edible fungi by recycling expired milk, which comprises the steps of centrifuging expired milk, preserving upper-layer cream, precipitating and sterilizing, mixing with bean curd residue and wheat flour, standing for mildewing, uniformly mixing with hazelnut shell powder and the like, adding water for gelatinization, stacking and fermenting with mushroom bran and other cultivation substrate raw materials, making into a long-cut shape, diluting the upper-layer cream with a proper proportion of medium trace elements and other components, inoculating and aerating for fermentation, inoculating strains on the cultivation substrate, spraying prepared liquid fertilizer, and conventionally fruiting and harvesting.

The other cultivation substrate raw materials are wood chips, cotton seed hulls and garden soil.
The long chopped shape is 40-45 cm long, 80-90 cm wide at the bottom and 15-20 cm high.
The sterilization treatment is carried out for 3-4 hours at the pressure of 0.1-0.15MPa and the temperature of 100-120 ℃.
In the pest control, pesticide is sprayed, and the traditional control method is selected according to diseases.

A method for cultivating milk-flavor edible fungi by recycling expired milk is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) expired milk processing

The sterilization treatment is carried out on the fungus bags for 3.5 hours at the pressure of 0.1MPa and the temperature of 110 ℃.

2. The method for cultivating the milk-flavor edible fungi by recycling expired milk according to claim 1, wherein the chopped long shape is 40-45 cm long, 80-90 cm wide at the bottom and 15-20 cm high.
