本发明公开了一种昆虫饮料,包括白砂糖、炒薏仁粒、滑燕麦米、蚕蛹氨基酸粉、鱼胶原蛋白肽、燕麦粉、薏米粉、果胶、水;本发明提供的昆虫饮料,蚕蛹可从中分离出多种生物活性物质,如:人工诱导产生凝集素、溶菌酶、抗菌肽及蛋白酶抑制剂,还可生产出具有生物活性的红细胞生长素、表皮生长因子。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种饮料,尤其涉及一种昆虫饮料。
背景技术
蚕蛹,自古就作为滋补强身、和脾胃、长肌肉的食物和药物。《本草纲目》中记载“为末饮服,治小儿疳瘦,长肌,退热,除蛔虫;煎汁饮,止消渴”。另外,本草学著作中都有蚕蛹作药用的记载,现代的本草学著作如《中药大词典》、《中药志》、《中药辞海》等也都将蚕蛹作为中药收录,作为补益药物。现代科学研究表明,蚕蛹具有生津止渴、消食理气、和脾胃、祛风湿、长肌退热、提高免疫力、护肝、抗肿瘤、降胆固醇、降血糖、壮阳、镇惊等功效,用于治疗糖尿病、虚损、小儿疳瘦、心血管疾病、慢性肝炎、肾阳不足等疾病。经分析测定,蚕蛹中含有较高的营养成分,干蚕蛹的蛋白质含量高达45%~50%,它是一种全价蛋白质,十八种氨基酸种类齐全,配比均衡,且人体所必需的八种氨基酸高达40%以上,是一种比大豆蛋白更具营养价值的优质蛋白质资源。同时,干蚕蛹油脂含量也相当丰富,含量达25%~29%,其中不饱和脂肪酸占游离脂肪酸的70%以上,主要是人体必需的油酸、亚油酸。目前市场上少有蚕蛹为原料饮料,本发明提供一种包含蚕蛹氨基酸粉的昆虫饮料,以弥补现有市场的不足。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述技术问题而采用的技术方案是提供一种昆虫饮料,其中,具体技术方案为:
包括白砂糖、炒薏仁粒、滑燕麦米、蚕蛹氨基酸粉、鱼胶原蛋白肽、燕麦粉、薏米粉、果胶、水;
上述的昆虫饮料,其中:上述成份的配重分别为20.3-30.3份、20-40份、20-40份、0.5-1.5份、0.5-1.5份、0.5-1.5份、0.5-1.5份、80-1100份。
上述的昆虫饮料,其中:上述成份的配重优选为30.3份、30份、30份、1份、1份、1份、1份、1000份。
上述的昆虫饮料,其中,制作工艺为:
1)过滤:将水解后的汁液用100目的筛子过滤,滤渣用质量分数为10g/L碳酸氢钠溶液清洗2次,收集滤液;
2)调配:在60℃水中胀溶并充分混合;
3)预热均质:在料温50-60℃,压力为15-20MPa时进行均质,撇去泡沫,并抽气;
4)真空包装;
5)杀菌冷却:采用巴氏杀菌法进行杀菌;
6)成品:把真空包装后的饮料置于温度为90℃的水浴中15min,迅速冷却至4℃,即为成品。
本发明相对于现有技术具有如下有益效果:蚕蛹可从中分离出多种生物活性物质,如:人工诱导产生凝集素、溶菌酶、抗菌肽及蛋白酶抑制剂,还可生产出具有生物活性的红细胞生长素、表皮生长因子、人细胞刺激生长因子等。因此,很适宜老年人和高血压、高血脂者食用。

昆虫饮料包括白砂糖、炒薏仁粒、滑燕麦米、蚕蛹氨基酸粉、鱼胶原蛋白肽、燕麦粉、薏米粉、果胶、水;
上述的昆虫饮料,其中:上述成份的配重分别为20.3-30.3份、20-40份、20-40份、0.5-1.5份、0.5-1.5份、0.5-1.5份、0.5-1.5份、80-1100份。
其他食品安全相关建议:
1、产品总体食品安全要求应满足GB/T 7101的要求
2、污染物的限量要求,满足GB/T 2762的要求
3、致病菌的含量应满足GB/T 29921的要求
4、食品中真菌毒素的限量应满足GB/T 2761的要求
建议的成品饮料执行标准及配方合规性分析:
成品饮料产品执行标准按照GB/T31326执行,产品归类:谷物饮料。
《GB/T 31326-2014植物饮料》现行有效,可以作为相应的产品标准。

1.一种昆虫饮料,其特征在于:包括白砂糖、炒薏仁粒、滑燕麦米、蚕蛹氨基酸粉、鱼胶原蛋白肽、燕麦粉、薏米粉、果胶、水。
2.如权利要求1所述的昆虫饮料,其特征在于:上述成份的配重分别为20.3-30.3份、20-40份、20-40份、0.5-1.5份、0.5-1.5份、0.5-1.5份、0.5-1.5份、80-1100份。
3.如权利要求2所述的昆虫饮料,其特征在于:上述成份的配重优选为30.3份、30份、30份、1份、1份、1份、1份、1000份。
4.如权利要求3所述的昆虫饮料,其特征在于:
制作工艺为:
1)过滤:将水解后的汁液用100目的筛子过滤,滤渣用质量分数为10g/L碳酸氢钠溶液清洗2次,收集滤液;
2)调配:在60℃水中胀溶并充分混合;
3)预热均质:在料温50-60℃,压力为15-20MPa时进行均质,撇去泡沫,并抽气;
4)真空包装;
5)杀菌冷却:采用巴氏杀菌法进行杀菌;
6)成品:把真空包装后的饮料置于温度为90℃的水浴中15min,迅速冷却至4℃,即为成品。
