本发明涉及一种河鱼保活方法。
背景技术
河鱼是人们食用的美味佳肴,但人们对食用鱼要求较高,必须鲜活宰杀,才能保证河鱼的营养口味;一般来说,鱼离不开水,离开水就会死亡,这是基本常识,因此长期以来,河鱼运输采用装箱增氧水体运输,这种运输方法成本较高,保活时间较短。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种保活时间长,成本低、运输方便的河鱼无水保活运输方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种河鱼无水保活运输方法,其特征是:包括下列步骤:
(1)将河塘养殖的鱼从河塘捞出后,放入5%酒精水溶液中15分钟;5%酒精水溶液的重量为鱼重量的50~80倍;
(2)将经步骤(1)处理的鱼,逐个用纸将于眼封住,随即放入-20℃冰库中速冻30分钟;
(3)经经步骤(2)处理的鱼放入-15℃的冷冻设备中保存、运输;
(4)烹饪前,掀开封在鱼眼上的纸,并将鱼放入15~20℃温水盆中半小时,鱼苏醒。
所述5%酒精水溶液的重量为鱼重量的50倍。
本发明保活时间长,保活时间15天以上,而且成本低、运输方便。
