A. after receiving the qualified information, the server sends the garbage collection amount corresponding to the user to a transfer center;
B. after receiving the unqualified information, the server records the unqualified information in the user information so as to realize the printing of the continuous check bar code when the user carries out garbage recovery next time, and simultaneously, the server sends the re-converted amount to the transfer center and sends unqualified feedback information to the user;
the printing method of the continuous checking bar code is that the last manual checking is unqualified, namely marked as unqualified, the server records the unqualified information of the user, the bar code printing device prints the continuous checking bar code when the user carries out garbage recycling next time, and the garbage to be recycled attached to the continuous checking bar code is required to be manually checked; the user is qualified in the last manual check, the random bar code is printed by the bar code printing device when garbage is recovered next time, and the user is likely to be checked and possibly not checked after the manual random check.
