The electronic belt scale 7 is composed of a steel mechanical scale frame, a speed measuring sensor, a high-precision weight measuring sensor and the like, and can continuously and dynamically measure solid materials. When weighing, the weight of the material on the belt is transferred to the weighing sensor by the bearing device, the weighing sensor outputs a voltage (mV) signal which is proportional to the gravity of the material, the mV signal is amplified by an amplifier and then sent to an analog/digital converter to be changed into a digital quantity A, and the digital quantity A is sent to an arithmetic unit; after the material speed is input into the speed sensor, the speed sensor outputs the pulse number B and also sends the pulse number B to the arithmetic unit; the calculator calculates A, B to obtain the material amount of the measuring period. And accumulating every measuring period to obtain the total amount of the materials continuously passing through the belt.
The roller belt scale 7 and the electronic belt scale 7 are commercially available products, and the specific structure thereof is not described herein.
Furthermore, the identity authentication module, the garbage storage module and the garbage disposal module are all connected with the garbage identification module. The main control board in the garbage identification module is connected with the control end, the login end 3, the conveyor belt 6 and the belt scale 7 of the verification area through serial ports respectively.
Example 6
This embodiment provides a garbage recycling system, as shown in fig. 3, which is substantially the same as any of embodiments 1 to 5, and the main difference between them is that: be provided with warning light 8 on the recycle bin main part 1, warning light 8 includes no-load lamp, half full load lamp and full load lamp. The warning light 8 is used for reminding residents of remaining garbage containing capacity in the garbage recycling station.
Further, the warning light 8 is connected with the identity authentication module. When the full-load lamp lights, the electric door panel 9 can lose efficacy, and the electric door panel 9 can not be opened even if the resident passes the verification of the verification area, so that the garbage recycling station can be prevented from being damaged due to overload.
To sum up, the embodiment of the present invention provides a garbage recycling system:
(1) according to the invention, the recoverable garbage input by the user is recorded and rewarded by the identity authentication module, so that the method is beneficial to the residents to generate positive emotion for garbage classification.
(2) According to the invention, the accuracy of garbage throwing is traced through the garbage recognition processing module, so that the garbage can be recovered by a garbage disposal plant in the later period, and the cost of secondary classification is reduced.
(3) The garbage compression box can solve the problems of small capacity and frequent cleaning of the garbage recycling station, and is beneficial to reducing the recycling cost of garbage.

Claims (10)
1. A garbage recycling system is characterized by comprising a garbage recycling station and a garbage identification processing unit; the garbage recycling station comprises an identity authentication module, a garbage storage module and a recycling station main body, wherein the identity authentication module is used for authenticating an identity account of a user, and the garbage storage module is used for storing garbage thrown by the user; the garbage identification processing unit comprises a garbage identification module and a garbage processing module, the garbage identification module is used for identifying the garbage putting accuracy, and the garbage processing module is used for recovering or returning the garbage according to the garbage putting accuracy and sending the information to the identity account.
2. The waste recycling system according to claim 1, wherein the identity verification module comprises a verification area and an electric door panel connected with the verification area, the electric door panel is arranged on the waste inlet of the recycling station main body, the verification area is arranged on the shell of the recycling station main body, the electric door panel is opened or closed through an electric pole, and the electric pole is connected with a control end of the verification area.
3. The garbage recycling system of claim 2, wherein the verification area comprises a switch button and a login end, the switch button is connected with the login end, and the login end is provided with an NFC or a two-dimensional code.
4. A waste recovery system as claimed in claim 1 wherein the waste storage module comprises a waste compression bin having a volume sensing means disposed thereon.
5. The garbage recycling system according to claim 1, wherein the garbage recognition module comprises a camera device and a main control board, the camera is arranged in the recycling station main body and connected with the main control board, and the main control board is connected with the server through a serial port.

The waste recycling system of claim 1, wherein the waste disposal module comprises a conveyor belt and a belt scale, one end of the conveyor belt is connected to the inlet of the recycling bin body, the other end of the conveyor belt is connected to the waste storage module, and the belt scale is disposed at a linear section of the conveyor belt near one end of the inlet of the recycling bin body.
7. A waste recovery system as claimed in claim 6 in which the conveyor belt is capable of forward or reverse rotation, and the belt scale is a roller belt scale or an electronic belt scale.
8. A garbage collection system according to any one of claims 1-6, wherein the identity verification module, the garbage storage module and the garbage disposal module are connected to the garbage identification module.
9. The waste recycling system of claim 1, wherein the recycling bin body is provided with warning lights, and the warning lights comprise an empty light, a half-full light and a full light.
10. The waste recovery system of claim 9, wherein the warning light is connected to the authentication module.
