In the above scheme, one implementation manner of the transfer trash can is as follows: a barrel bottom weighing device and a capacity detection device are arranged in the transfer garbage barrel, and the communication module is in data communication with the barrel bottom weighing device and the capacity detection device; the garbage bin comprises a bin bottom weighing device, a bin top capacity detecting device and a bin bottom weighing device, wherein the bin bottom weighing device detects the weight of garbage in the bin in real time, and the capacity detecting device detects the full condition of the garbage bin in the bin in real time. And a locking device is arranged on the periphery of the transfer garbage can and used for locking the transfer garbage can or unlocking the transfer garbage can as required. The locking device locks the transfer garbage bin at an appointed position in the garbage transfer station at ordinary times, and the locking is released when the transfer garbage bin needs to be transferred and cleaned. By adopting the scheme, the capacity condition of the transfer garbage can be timely mastered, garbage can be efficiently recycled, too much garbage can not be put in the transfer garbage can, and too little garbage can be avoided, so that manpower and material resources are wasted.
One implementation manner of the transfer trash can in the scheme is as follows: an anti-pinch device is arranged between the transfer garbage can and the can cover, and the anti-pinch device is internally provided with an infrared heat source sensing unit and is communicated with the can cover driving device in a data mode; when the infrared heat source sensing unit senses that an infrared heat source exists between the transfer garbage can and the can cover, a pause signal is sent to the can cover driving device to stop closing the can cover. The infrared heat source sensing method can avoid clamping hands of throwing personnel in the throwing process and can close the barrel cover in time.
One implementation manner of the transfer trash can in the scheme is as follows: near the transfer garbage bin still be provided with smell sensor, temperature control device, fire alarm device, ozone sterilizing equipment and breather, communication module respectively with smell sensor, temperature control device, fire alarm device, ozone sterilizing equipment and breather data intercommunication. By adopting the scheme, the safety of the public garbage classification and recovery system can be greatly improved, bacteria generated by garbage decay can be sterilized in time, peculiar smell generated by garbage can be ventilated in time, and the garbage can be prevented from being stacked to generate fire.
One implementation manner of the public garbage classification and recovery system in the above scheme is as follows: the control center is in data intercommunication with the cloud server through the communication module, and a user can log in the cloud server through the mobile terminal to inquire user files and exchange points. By adopting the scheme, the user can know the garbage throwing record more conveniently, and the user experience is enhanced.
One implementation manner of the garbage recognition device in the above scheme is as follows: the garbage identification device comprises a garbage category selection unit, a user can independently select an automatic identification mode of the system, the first AI intelligent camera identifies the garbage categories, or selects a manual identification mode, the user manually clicks keys corresponding to different garbage types in the garbage category selection unit, and the garbage categories are manually selected and confirmed. By adopting the scheme, when the user can confirm the type of the thrown rubbish, a manual identification mode can be selected, and the system identification speed is accelerated; when the user is uncertain to put in the garbage categories, the automatic recognition mode of the system can be selected, the garbage categories are recognized through the first AI intelligent camera, and the user can conveniently and correctly classify the garbage.
The invention also provides a use method of another public garbage classification and recovery system, which comprises the following steps:
when a user puts garbage, sending the garbage to the garbage transfer station, placing the garbage in the garbage recognition device, recognizing user information by the identity recognition device, measuring the weight of the garbage to be put by the weighing unit, acquiring image data of the garbage to be put by the first AI intelligent camera, processing the acquired video data in real time by a processor arranged in the first AI intelligent camera, comparing garbage classification information stored in a memory arranged in the first AI intelligent camera, recognizing the type of the garbage to be put, and sending the type of the garbage to be put to the communication module; the communication module transmits data to the processor; the processor compares the system database information, identifies user information, the type and the weight of garbage to be thrown in, and stores the user information, the type and the weight of the garbage to be thrown in the system database;
step two, the processor generates a corresponding uncovering instruction according to the type of the garbage to be thrown in, and sends the uncovering instruction to the barrel cover driving device through the communication module, and the barrel cover driving device opens a barrel cover of the corresponding transfer garbage barrel to wait for a user to throw in; a second AI intelligent camera arranged on a barrel cover of the transfer garbage can starts to work, a processor arranged in the second AI intelligent camera processes the acquired video data in real time, and the type of the garbage actually put in is identified after the garbage classification information stored in a memory arranged in the second AI intelligent camera is compared, and the identified type of the garbage is sent to the communication module; the communication module transmits data to the processor; the processor compares the system database information and identifies the type of the garbage which is actually put in, if the type of the garbage which is actually put in is consistent with the type of the garbage which is to be put in, the processor judges that the user correctly puts in, generates a single correct order and stores the single correct order in the system database, and counts the corresponding integral into a user file; the barrel cover driving device closes the barrel cover; meanwhile, the processor sends the user information, the throwing garbage types and the weight information to the voice interaction module through the communication module, and the voice interaction module broadcasts the correct throwing record to the user;
step three, if the type of the actually thrown garbage is not consistent with the type of the planned thrown garbage, the processor judges that the user throws the garbage wrongly, generates a single wrong order and stores the order in a system database; the processor sends user information, planned garbage throwing type and actual garbage throwing type information to the voice interaction module through the communication module, the voice interaction module broadcasts the throwing error to a user, and prompts the user to classify the garbage into a correct classification garbage can.
By adopting the scheme, the first AI intelligent camera can quickly judge the garbage in the garbage recognition device, and the second AI intelligent camera can quickly judge the garbage thrown into the transfer garbage can, so that network delay caused by data intercommunication with a control center is avoided, and the system efficiency and the response speed are improved.
The number of apparatuses and the scale of the process described herein are intended to simplify the description of the present invention. Applications, modifications and variations of the present invention will be apparent to those skilled in the art.
As described above, according to the invention, the internet of things communication technology is adopted to realize intelligent identification and overall process monitoring of throwing classified garbage in public places, various authentication channels are provided to facilitate real-name authentication of users, the garbage types are accurately identified through the intelligent camera, or the users independently select the garbage throwing type, so that the users are guided to smoothly classify the garbage, the garbage can be used for 24 hours without being attended, the garbage is strictly classified and controlled from the source, and the use of garbage bags is avoided; the labor amount is saved, and the operation cost is reduced. The odor sensor, the temperature control device, the fire alarm device, the ozone sterilization device and the ventilation device are adopted, and the safety of the public garbage classification and recovery system is greatly improved.

Claims (14)

1. A public waste classification recycling system, comprising: a garbage transfer station for classified putting of users; the garbage transfer station is provided with an identity recognition device, a garbage recognition device, a transfer garbage can with a cover, a voice interaction module and a control center; the garbage recognition device comprises a weighing unit and a first AI intelligent camera; the quantity of the transfer garbage cans is consistent with the types of the classified garbage, different types of garbage are respectively received, and the covers of the transfer garbage cans are opened and closed by a driving device; an internal second AI intelligent camera is arranged on a barrel cover of the transfer garbage barrel and is used for monitoring garbage actually thrown into the transfer garbage barrel;
the control center comprises a communication module, a processor, a system database and a power module, wherein the communication module is communicated with the identity recognition device, the garbage recognition device, the voice interaction module, the barrel cover driving device, the first AI intelligent camera and the second AI intelligent camera respectively.
2. The public waste classification and recycling system according to claim 1, wherein the identity recognition device is a face recognition device which is in data communication with the system database, and the face recognition device collects face information of a user and then sends the face information to the communication module; and the communication module transmits the data to the processor, and the processor compares the system database information and then performs real-name authentication on the user.
3. The system for classifying and recycling public garbage according to claim 1, wherein the identification device is a pay pal applet or wechat applet identification code generation device, and the user scans the identification code generated by the identification code generation device through a pay pal or wechat program installed in a mobile terminal carried by the user, enters the pay pal applet or wechat applet, and calls an identification API to authenticate the user for real name through the pay pal applet or wechat applet.
4. The public garbage classified recycling system according to claim 1, wherein the identity recognition device is a two-dimensional code generation device, the two-dimensional code generation device provides a recognizable two-dimensional code in real time, an APP program of the public garbage classified recycling system is installed on a mobile terminal carried by a user, and the user performs real-name registration login through the APP program of the public garbage classified recycling system; when the user carries out rubbish and puts in, through the APP scanning of public rubbish classification recovery system the two-dimensional code that two-dimensional code recognition device provided carries out real name authentication.
5. The system for classifying and recycling public garbage according to claim 1, wherein a ceiling is further arranged at the upper part of the garbage transfer station, a solar panel is arranged on the upper surface of the ceiling, and the solar panel supplies power to the power supply module.
6. The system for classifying and recycling public garbage according to claim 5, wherein a third AI intelligent camera is disposed on a lower surface of the ceiling, and is activated when a user enters the garbage transfer station for throwing, so as to monitor the opening, closing and surrounding conditions of the transfer garbage can, and the communication module is in data communication with the third AI intelligent camera.

The system for classifying and recycling public garbage according to claim 1, wherein a display module and a GPS positioning module are further disposed in the garbage transfer station, and the communication module is in data communication with the display module and the GPS positioning module, respectively.
8. The system for classifying and recycling the public garbage according to claim 1, wherein a bottom weighing device and a capacity detection device are arranged in the transfer garbage can, the bottom weighing device detects the weight of the garbage in the can in real time, and the capacity detection device detects the full condition of the garbage in the can in real time; the communication module is in data intercommunication with the barrel bottom weighing device and the capacity detection device; and a locking device is arranged on the periphery of the transfer garbage can and used for locking the transfer garbage can or unlocking the transfer garbage can as required.
9. The system for classifying and recycling public garbage according to claim 8, wherein a hand-clamping prevention device is arranged between the transfer garbage can and the can cover, the hand-clamping prevention device contains an infrared heat source sensing unit and is in data communication with the can cover driving device; when the infrared heat source sensing unit senses that an infrared heat source exists between the transfer garbage can and the can cover, a pause signal is sent to the can cover driving device to stop closing the can cover.
10. The system for classifying and recycling public garbage according to claim 1, wherein an odor sensor, a temperature control device, a fire alarm device, an ozone sterilization device and an air exchange device are further arranged near the transfer garbage can, and the communication module is in data communication with the odor sensor, the temperature control device, the fire alarm device, the ozone sterilization device and the air exchange device respectively.
11. The system for classifying and recycling public garbage according to claim 1, wherein the control center is in data communication with the cloud server through the communication module, and a user can log in the cloud server through the mobile terminal to inquire a user profile and perform point exchange.
12. The system according to claim 1, wherein the garbage classification and recycling system comprises a garbage classification selection unit, and the user can select an automatic system identification mode by himself, perform garbage classification identification by the first AI intelligent camera, or select a manual identification mode, and manually select and confirm the garbage classification by manually clicking a button corresponding to different garbage types in the garbage classification selection unit.
13. A method of using the system for sorting and recycling public waste according to any one of claims 1 to 12, comprising the steps of:
when a user puts garbage, the garbage is sent to the garbage transfer station and placed in the garbage recognition device, the user information is recognized by the identity recognition device, the weight of the garbage to be put is measured by the weighing unit, and the image data of the garbage to be put is acquired by the first AI intelligent camera and sent to the communication module; the communication module transmits data to the processor, and the processor compares the system database information, identifies user information, the type and the weight of garbage to be thrown in and stores the user information, the type and the weight of the garbage to be thrown in the system database;
step two, the processor generates a corresponding uncovering instruction according to the type of the garbage to be thrown in, and sends the uncovering instruction to the barrel cover driving device through the communication module, and the barrel cover driving device opens a barrel cover of the corresponding transfer garbage barrel to wait for a user to throw in; a second AI intelligent camera arranged on a barrel cover of the transfer garbage barrel starts to work, monitors the garbage actually thrown into the transfer garbage barrel in real time and sends the garbage to the communication module; the communication module transmits data to the processor, the processor identifies the type of the garbage actually thrown in after comparing the information of the system database, if the type of the garbage actually thrown in is consistent with the type of the garbage to be thrown in, the processor judges that the user correctly throws the garbage, generates a single correct order and stores the single correct order in the system database, and counts corresponding points into a user file; the barrel cover driving device closes the barrel cover; meanwhile, the processor sends the user information, the throwing garbage types and the weight information to the voice interaction module through the communication module, and the voice interaction module broadcasts the correct throwing record to the user;
step three, if the type of the actually thrown garbage is not consistent with the type of the planned thrown garbage, the processor judges that the user throws the garbage wrongly, generates a single wrong order and stores the order in a system database; the processor sends user information, planned garbage throwing type and actual garbage throwing type information to the voice interaction module through the communication module, the voice interaction module broadcasts the throwing error to a user, and prompts the user to classify the garbage into a correct classification garbage can.
14. A method of using the system for sorting and recycling public waste according to any one of claims 1 to 12, comprising the steps of:
when a user puts garbage, sending the garbage to the garbage transfer station, placing the garbage in the garbage recognition device, recognizing user information by the identity recognition device, measuring the weight of the garbage to be put by the weighing unit, acquiring image data of the garbage to be put by the first AI intelligent camera, processing the acquired video data in real time by a processor arranged in the first AI intelligent camera, comparing garbage classification information stored in a memory arranged in the first AI intelligent camera, recognizing the type of the garbage to be put, and sending the type of the garbage to be put to the communication module; the communication module transmits data to the processor; the processor compares the system database information, identifies user information, the type and the weight of garbage to be thrown in, and stores the user information, the type and the weight of the garbage to be thrown in the system database;
step two, the processor generates a corresponding uncovering instruction according to the type of the garbage to be thrown in, and sends the uncovering instruction to the barrel cover driving device through the communication module, and the barrel cover driving device opens a barrel cover of the corresponding transfer garbage barrel to wait for a user to throw in; a second AI intelligent camera arranged on a barrel cover of the transfer garbage can starts to work, a processor arranged in the second AI intelligent camera processes the acquired video data in real time, and the type of the garbage actually put in is identified after the garbage classification information stored in a memory arranged in the second AI intelligent camera is compared, and the identified type of the garbage is sent to the communication module; the communication module transmits data to the processor; the processor compares the system database information and identifies the type of the garbage which is actually put in, if the type of the garbage which is actually put in is consistent with the type of the garbage which is to be put in, the processor judges that the user correctly puts in, generates a single correct order and stores the single correct order in the system database, and counts the corresponding integral into a user file; the barrel cover driving device closes the barrel cover; meanwhile, the processor sends the user information, the throwing garbage types and the weight information to the voice interaction module through the communication module, and the voice interaction module broadcasts the correct throwing record to the user;
step three, if the type of the actually thrown garbage is not consistent with the type of the planned thrown garbage, the processor judges that the user throws the garbage wrongly, generates a single wrong order and stores the order in a system database; the processor sends user information, planned garbage throwing type and actual garbage throwing type information to the voice interaction module through the communication module, the voice interaction module broadcasts the throwing error to a user, and prompts the user to classify the garbage into a correct classification garbage can.
