本发明涉及铝合金压铸件加工技术领域,具体为一种铝合金表面喷漆工艺,其能够提高喷漆质量,其包括以下步骤:(1)将产品进行皮膜处理生成电镀层;(2)将产品水洗并烘干;(3)在产品表面喷涂油漆;其特征在于,步骤(1)中皮膜液中酸的浓度为7%‑9%,PH值为5.3‑5.5,皮膜处理后在产品表面蚀刻出凹痕;步骤(3)中油漆内丙烯酸酯的含量变为7%‑9%。

技术领域
本发明涉及铝合金压铸件加工技术领域,具体为一种铝合金表面喷漆工艺。
背景技术
在铝合金压铸产品,因为产品本身是外观件,客户会要求一些特别的外观效果,所以产品在电镀完后,还要喷漆,这样看起来效果会更好,我们知道铝合金产品在喷漆之前要做前道处理,具体为酸洗,皮膜,水洗,把铝合金产品表面的杂质清除,形成一层保护膜,这样喷漆时,漆才会黏附在产品表面,经烘烤后漆会固定在产品上,但铝合金产品电镀后,漆非常难以附着在产品表面,良率非常低,这种电镀后喷漆的工艺的成本高,产品报废多。
发明内容
为了解决现有产品喷漆质量差的问题,本发明提供了一种铝合金表面喷漆工艺,其能够提高喷漆质量。
其技术方案是这样的:一种铝合金表面喷漆工艺,其包括以下步骤:
(1)将产品进行皮膜处理生成电镀层;
(2)将产品水洗并烘干;
(3)在产品表面喷涂油漆;
其特征在于,步骤(1)中皮膜液中酸的浓度为7%-9%,PH值为5.3-5.5,皮膜处理后在产品表面蚀刻出凹痕;步骤(3)中油漆内丙烯酸酯的含量变为7%-9%。
其进一步特征在于,步骤(3)中喷漆完成后做油漆黏附测试,具体步骤为:使用刀片在产品表面划出至少四条纵横交错的划痕,相邻的划痕之间间距为0.8-1mm,将胶带粘在划痕区域,拉扯胶带,如果油漆没有掉落或脱落,则喷漆合格;如果油漆掉落或脱落,则喷漆不合格。
采用本发明的工艺后,通过调整皮膜液中酸的浓度和油漆内丙烯酸酯的含量,使得油漆较好的黏附,产品合格率从原来的30%提升至60%,大大提高了产品喷漆质量。
具体实施方式
一种铝合金表面喷漆工艺,其包括以下步骤:
(1)将产品进行皮膜处理生成电镀层,其中皮膜液中酸的浓度为8%,PH值为5.3-5.5,皮膜处理后在产品表面蚀刻出凹痕;
(2)将产品水洗并烘干;
(3)在产品表面喷涂油漆,油漆中作为增粘剂的丙烯酸酯的含量变为8%;喷漆操作完成后做油漆黏附测试,具体步骤为:使用刀片在产品表面各划出十条纵横交错的划痕,相邻的划痕之间间距为1mm,将胶带粘在划痕区域,拉扯胶带,如果油漆没有掉落或脱落,则喷漆合格;如果油漆掉落或脱落,则喷漆不合格。
在原来的加工过程中,喷漆后产品合格率始终在30%左右,行业内也一直没有提出有效的改进方案,生产出的产品合格率差不多,由于申请人收到客户要求提高合格率,在经过反复试验改进后,结合工程师多年生产经验,花费了大量时间得出上述方案,经过实际操作后发现产品合格率差不多整整提高了一倍,满足了客户要求,原本做这个产品企业是经常亏损,经过改进后,只是增加了一点点加工成本,就可以提高产品合格率,将销售额提高了一倍,使得加工这个产品能够实现盈利,实现了技术上的重大突破。
Claims (2)
1.一种铝合金表面喷漆工艺,其包括以下步骤:
(1)将产品进行皮膜处理生成电镀层;
(2)将产品水洗并烘干;
(3)在产品表面喷涂油漆;
其特征在于,步骤(1)中皮膜液中酸的浓度为7%-9%,PH值为5.3-5.5,皮膜处理后在产品表面蚀刻出凹痕;步骤(3)中油漆内丙烯酸酯的含量变为7%-9%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝合金表面喷漆工艺,其特征在于,步骤(3)中喷漆完成后做油漆黏附测试,具体步骤为:使用刀片在产品表面划出至少四条纵横交错的划痕,相邻的划痕之间间距为0.8-1mm,将胶带粘在划痕区域,拉扯胶带,如果油漆没有掉落或脱落,则喷漆合格;如果油漆掉落或脱落,则喷漆不合格。
