Abstract

一种金属制品外表面喷涂工艺,其特征在于按如下步骤完成:(1)、对基材表面除油处理;(2)、静电处理;(3)、上夹具,将经过前处理的金属工件摆放在与其配套的夹具;(4)、喷底漆,将除尘后的金属工件放入喷涂线的治具上,进行喷淋;(5)、隧道烘烤,烘烤温度设定在60~70度,当金属工件从隧道中出来流向喷面漆线,烘烤结束;(6)、喷面漆,直接对喷面漆线上的金属工件进行喷漆;(7)、紫外线光固化,在紫外线固化工序中选用能量为1000~1200焦耳的金属喷涂用UV灯来固化涂料。本发明,可以遮盖金属素材表面的砂孔、划伤等小缺陷,提高产品的良品率、生产率,同时获得良好的防腐性、耐磨性、抗刮性等产品性能。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种喷涂工艺,特别是一种金属制品外表面喷涂工艺。
背景技术
[0002] 金属制品是工业制造的一个重要产业环节,因大部分的五金制品为工业制造中的 配套产品、半成品以及生产过程中所用的工具等等。在长期的发展过程中,金属制品行业己 经成为一个比较成熟的行业,现有金属制品的生产工艺基本一致,将金属件冲压成型后,经 抛光清洗、镭雕、表面上色喷涂形成成品。而面对越来越专业化的市场需求以及越来越激烈 的竞争,主要能争取市场和客户的还是金属的表面处理。金属件的表面处理的目的是通过 涂层或镀层在金属表面的附着,得到保护金属表面不容易划伤、防腐、耐磨、耐手汗等良好 的性能,同时通过表面上色处理得到客户需要的各种外观颜色。其中钢片、铝片、锌合金表 面喷涂上色工艺就是一种快捷、成本低的表面工艺,但是,现有金属件所采用的喷涂效果一 直都是高亮光表面效果即在金属件上喷上透明UV油,再通过紫外线固化,得到一种光泽度 高的外观效果,而由于高光效果透明度好,金属表面的一些小缺陷(如砂孔、划伤)也很难 遮盖住,如此,会造成较高的不良品,降低了产品的直通率。而且,金属件做高光表面工艺, 对素材表面前处理(如抛光)有非常高的要求,不利于降低生产成本。
发明内容
[0003] 根据上述缺陷,本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种金属制品外表 面喷涂工艺,该种工艺对金属素材表面前处理的要求较低,而且能有效提高金属件喷涂合 格率。
[0004] 本发明的技术方案是通过以下方式实现的:一种金属制品外表面喷涂工艺,其特 征在于:按如下步骤完成 1、 对基材表面除油处理,使用有无水乙醇或白电油对金属工件表面进行檫试,后放入 烘箱进行5〜10分钟的烘烤; 2、 静电处理,使用静电发生器对金属工件表面进行处静电处理,处理时间为5〜10S ; 3、 上夹具,将经过前处理的金属工件摆放在与其配套的夹具; 4、 喷底漆,将除尘后的金属工件放入喷涂线的治具上,进行喷淋,室内的真空度达到45 〜60Pa ; 5、 隧道烘烤,将喷底漆完成的金属工件向烘箱隧道前进,烘箱隧道长度为20米〜25米, 烘烤温度设定在60〜70度,当金属工件从隧道中出来流向喷面漆线,烘烤结束; 6、 喷面漆,直接对喷面漆线上的金属工件进行喷漆,室内的真空度达到45〜60Pa ; 7、 紫外线光固化,在紫外线固化工序中选用能量为1000〜1200焦耳的金属喷涂用―灯 来固化涂料。

[0006] 一种金属制品外表面喷涂工艺,按如下步骤完成:对基材表面除油处理,使用有无 水乙醇或白电油对金属工件表面进行擦试,后放入烘箱进行5〜10分钟的烘烤;静电处理,使 用静电发生器对金属工件表面进行处静电处理,处理时间为5〜10S ;上夹具,将经过前处 理的金属工件摆放在与其配套的夹具;喷底漆,将除尘后的金属工件放入喷涂线的治具上, 进行喷淋,室内的真空度达到45〜60Pa ;隧道烘烤,将喷底漆完成的金属工件向烘箱隧道 前进,烘箱隧道长度为20米〜25米,烘烤温度设定在9〇〜95度,当金属工件从隧道中出来流向 喷面漆线,烘烤结束;喷面漆,直接对喷面漆线上的金属工件进行喷漆,室内的真空度达到 45〜60Pa ;紫外线光固化,在紫外线固化工序中选用能量为1000〜1200焦耳的金属喷涂用 UV灯来固化涂料。涂料在紫外线作用下瞬间链式聚合反应,体系的分子量增加,形成交联网 状的固态干膜,漆料膜层的遮盖力好,可以遮盖金属素材表面的砂孔、划伤等小缺陷,提高 产品的良品率、生产率,同时获得良好的防腐性、耐磨性、抗刮性等产品性能。

1.一种金属制品外表面喷涂工艺,其特征在于按如下步骤完成:(1)、对基材表面除油 处理,使用有无水乙醇或白电油对金属工件表面进行擦试,后放入烘箱进行5〜10分钟的烘 烤;(2)、静电处理,使用静电发生器对金属工件表面进行处静电处理,处理时间为5〜10S ; (3)、上夹具,将经过前处理的金属工件摆放在与其配套的夹具;(4)、喷底漆,将除尘后的金 属工件放入喷涂线的治具上,进行喷淋,室内的真空度达到45〜6〇Pa ; (5)、隧道烘烤,将喷 底漆完成的金属工件向烘箱隧道前进,烘箱隧道长度为2〇米〜25米,烘烤温度设定在6〇〜7〇 度,当金属工科^人隧道中出来流向喷面漆线,烘烤结束〆6)、喷面漆,直接对喷面漆线上的 金属工件进行喷漆,室内的真空度达到45〜6〇pa ; (7)、紫外线光固化,在紫外线固化工序 中选用能量为1000〜1200焦耳的金属喷涂用仍^灯来固化涂料。
