Abstract
本发明公开了一种含柠檬片的饮料及其生产方法,其特征在于:其具体质量组份如下:净化水1000g,果糖60g,柠檬酸1.5g,柠檬酸钠0.5g,山梨酸钾0.3g,柠檬片15g,其生产方法按下列步骤进行:将柠檬进行分级;放入水槽清洗干净;放置在切片机上切片;去柠檬核并晾干,存冷藏库备用;在柠檬预煮机上,加入净化水和无水氯化钙;柠檬预煮机的每隔槽倒入柠檬片,将柠檬煮透;正常时间预煮后,每小时加氯化钙;将煮熟的柠檬片以每瓶2片的量放入瓶中;净化水烧至60℃‑65℃度放果糖60g,烧至85℃时放柠檬酸1.5g、柠檬酸钠0.5g、山梨酸钾0.3g煮至100度;用300目滤芯机过滤;121℃灭菌、95℃出料,冷却到80℃‑85℃灌装。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种饮料及其生产方法,尤其涉及一种含柠檬片的饮料及其生产方法。
背景技术
众所周知,饮料已成为人们日常生活的一部分,过去的人们热衷于碳酸饮料,但碳酸饮料具有易造成肥胖、易越喝越渴、损伤牙齿、影响消化、导致骨质疏松的特点,而现在的人们更加注重健康,选择较为健康类的果蔬饮料,尤其是柠檬类饮料,但大多数柠檬饮料的真实柠檬用量配比极低、甚至有的是用柠檬香精配兑而来,导致饮料空有其名,口感风味也千篇一律,不具特点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种含有真实柠檬片、风味独特、具有促健康、减肥、润肤、美容功能的一种含柠檬片的饮料及其生产方法 。其具体质量组份如下:
净化水1000g 果 糖60g 柠檬酸1.5g 柠檬酸钠0.5g
山梨酸钾0.3g 柠檬片15g。
其生产方法按下列步骤进行:
a、将柠檬根据大小进行分级;
b、将分级后的同类整个柠檬放入水槽清洗干净;
c、洗净后将柠檬放置在切片机上切片,每个柠檬片厚度3-4毫米,重量9-12克;
d、去柠檬核并晾干,对晾干后柠檬片大小进行分级,存冷藏库备用;
e、在柠檬预煮机上,按190:1的比例加入95℃-97℃的净化水和无水氯化钙;
f、柠檬预煮机的每隔槽倒入5-10kg柠檬片,预煮2-3分钟将柠檬煮透;
g、正常时间预煮后,每小时加8%左右的氯化钙,一天更换一次槽中水;
h、将煮熟的柠檬片以每瓶2片的量放入瓶中;
i、净化水1000g烧至60℃-65℃度放果糖60g,烧至85℃时放柠檬酸1.5g、柠檬酸钠0.5g、山梨酸钾0.3g煮至100度;
j、用300目滤芯机过滤;
k、121℃灭菌、95℃出料,冷却到80℃-85℃灌装。
从本发明的技术方案可以看出,本发明中含有真实柠檬片,在装瓶后,随着时间的浸泡,其风味愈加浓厚。又柠檬含丰富的维他命C被美容界视为制作美白护肤品的重要成分热衷水果美容的女性柠檬更是其不可或缺的美容主角除了丰富的维他命C外柠檬还含有维他命AB1B2不仅有美白功效对皮肤中已形成的黑色素也有淡化作用 柠檬是一种营养和药用价值都极高的水果,它具有很强的抗氧化作用,对促进肌肤的新陈代谢、延缓衰老及抑制色素沉淀都十分有效。不仅如此,柠檬还具有生津止渴、和胃降逆、化痰止咳的功效。由此可见,完全实现了本发明含有真实柠檬片、风味独特、具有促健康、减肥、润夫、美容功能的发明目的。
具体实施方式
实施例1、一种含柠檬片的饮料及其生产方法 。其具体质量组份如下:
净化水1000g 果 糖60g 柠檬酸1.5g 柠檬酸钠0.5g
山梨酸钾0.3g 柠檬片15g。
其生产方法按下列步骤进行:
a、将柠檬根据大小进行分级;
b、将分级后的同类整个柠檬放入水槽清洗干净;
c、洗净后将柠檬放置在切片机上切片,每个柠檬片厚度3毫米,重量9克;
d、去柠檬核并晾干,对晾干后柠檬片大小进行分级,存冷藏库备用;
e、在柠檬预煮机上,按190:1的比例加入95℃的净化水和无水氯化钙;

g、正常时间预煮后,每小时加8%左右的氯化钙,一天更换一次槽中水;
h、将煮熟的柠檬片以每瓶2片的量放入瓶中;
i、净化水1000g烧至65℃度放果糖60g,烧至85℃时放柠檬酸1.5g、柠檬酸钠0.5g、山梨酸钾0.3g煮至100度;
j、用300目滤芯机过滤;
k、121℃灭菌、95℃出料,冷却到85℃灌装。
实施例3、一种含柠檬片的饮料及其生产方法 。其具体质量组份如下:
净化水1000g 果 糖60g 柠檬酸1.5g 柠檬酸钠0.5g
山梨酸钾0.3g 柠檬片15g。
其生产方法按下列步骤进行:
a、将柠檬根据大小进行分级;
b、将分级后的同类整个柠檬放入水槽清洗干净;
c、洗净后将柠檬放置在切片机上切片,每个柠檬片厚度3.5毫米,重量10克;
d、去柠檬核并晾干,对晾干后柠檬片大小进行分级,存冷藏库备用;
e、在柠檬预煮机上,按190:1的比例加入96℃的净化水和无水氯化钙;
f、柠檬预煮机的每隔槽倒入8kg柠檬片,预煮2.5分钟将柠檬煮透;
g、正常时间预煮后,每小时加8%左右的氯化钙,一天更换一次槽中水;
h、将煮熟的柠檬片以每瓶2片的量放入瓶中;
i、净化水1000g烧至63℃放果糖60g,烧至85℃时放柠檬酸1.5g、柠檬酸钠0.5g、山梨酸钾0.3g煮至100度;
j、用300目滤芯机过滤;
k、121℃灭菌、95℃出料,冷却到83℃灌装。

1.一种含柠檬片的饮料,其特征在于:其具体组份如下
净化水1000g 果 糖60g 柠檬酸1.5g 柠檬酸钠0.5g
山梨酸钾0.3g 柠檬片15g。
2.一种权利要求1所述的一种含柠檬片的饮料的生产方法,其特征在于:按下列步骤进行
(a)将柠檬根据大小进行分级;
(b)将分级后的同类整个柠檬放入水槽清洗干净;
(c)洗净后将柠檬放置在切片机上切片,每个柠檬片厚度3-4毫米,重量9-12克;
(d)去柠檬核并晾干,对晾干后柠檬片大小进行分级,存冷藏库备用;
(e)在柠檬预煮机上,按190:1的比例加入95℃-97℃的净化水和无水氯化钙;
(f)柠檬预煮机的每隔槽倒入5-10kg柠檬片,预煮2-3分钟将柠檬煮透;
(g)正常时间预煮后,每小时加8%左右的氯化钙,一天更换一次槽中水;
(h)将煮熟的柠檬片以每瓶2片的量放入瓶中;
