第一,本发明原料来源广泛,采用等渗等压技术制备,口服液渗透压与人体渗透压相近,可实现透膜吸收,避免了在消化过程中产生变性的可能性,提高了人体对谷胱甘肽的吸收率,更容易被人体吸收;
第二,本产品中谷胱甘肽口服液吸收率增加,能够快速直接吸收,可以有效的渗入皮肤表皮层、真皮层和皮下组织,疗效显著,可以改善肌肤暗沉、暗黄、黄褐斑、晒斑等问题,使皮肤白皙细腻,并能增强机体免疫能力。

下面结合具体实施方式对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
实施例1
一种谷胱甘肽口服液,包括以下重量份的原料:酵母抽提物15份、胶原蛋白10份、水苏糖5份、维生素C 0.3份、烟酸0.01份、水40份和三氯蔗糖0.05份,酵母抽提物中谷胱甘肽的质量分数为25%。胶原蛋白中蛋白质的质量分数不低于90%。
所述谷胱甘肽口服液的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
步骤一,将酵母抽提物、胶原蛋白、水苏糖、维生素C、烟酸和三氯蔗糖粉碎并且过80目筛,备用;
步骤二,将维生素C、三氯蔗糖、部分胶原蛋白、部分酵母提取物、部分水苏糖和部分烟酸混合,再向其中加入剩余胶原蛋白、剩余酵母提取物、剩余水苏糖和剩余烟酸并且充分混合,得到第一混合物;
步骤三,向第一混合物中加入水并且调节pH值为7.2,再向其中加入质量分数为26%的NaCl溶液调整渗透压至290mol/L,得到半成品;
步骤四,将半成品灌装灭菌,即得到成品。
实施例2
一种谷胱甘肽口服液,包括以下重量份的原料:酵母抽提物23份、胶原蛋白19份、水苏糖7.8份、维生素C 0.48份、烟酸0.02份、水45份和三氯蔗糖0.12份,酵母抽提物中谷胱甘肽的质量分数为64%。胶原蛋白中蛋白质的质量分数不低于90%。水苏糖的纯度不低于70%。维生素C和烟酸的纯度均不低于98%。
所述谷胱甘肽口服液的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
步骤一,将酵母抽提物、胶原蛋白、水苏糖、维生素C、烟酸和三氯蔗糖粉碎并且过80目筛,备用;
步骤二,将维生素C、三氯蔗糖、部分胶原蛋白、部分酵母提取物、部分水苏糖和部分烟酸混合,再向其中加入剩余胶原蛋白、剩余酵母提取物、剩余水苏糖和剩余烟酸并且充分混合,得到第一混合物;
步骤三,向第一混合物中加入水并且调节pH值为7.4,再向其中加入质量分数为25%的NaCl溶液调整渗透压至310mol/L,得到半成品;
步骤四,将半成品灌装灭菌,即得到30mL/瓶的成品。
实施例3
一种谷胱甘肽口服液,包括以下重量份的原料:酵母抽提物30份、胶原蛋白30份、水苏糖10份、维生素C 0.6份、烟酸0.03份、水50份和三氯蔗糖0.15份,酵母抽提物中谷胱甘肽的质量分数为84%。水苏糖的纯度不低于70%。
所述谷胱甘肽口服液的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
步骤一,将酵母抽提物、胶原蛋白、水苏糖、维生素C、烟酸和三氯蔗糖粉碎并且过80目筛,备用;
步骤二,将维生素C、三氯蔗糖、部分胶原蛋白、部分酵母提取物、部分水苏糖和部分烟酸混合,再向其中加入剩余胶原蛋白、剩余酵母提取物、剩余水苏糖和剩余烟酸并且充分混合,得到第一混合物;
步骤三,向第一混合物中加入水并且调节pH值为7.5,再向其中加入NaCl溶液调整渗透压至320mol/L,得到半成品;
步骤四,将半成品灌装灭菌,即得到成品。

选择专利号CN105685226A的产品作为对比例1。
对比例2
采用申请号201710763074.4的产品作为对比例2。
选择500名志愿者,随机平均分为5组,将实施例1-3的产品和对比例1-2的产品分别给1-3组和4-5组的志愿者使用,1-3组的使用方法为在68摄氏度加热30分钟后使用,志愿者分别对产品的保湿、美白、防皱、祛斑作用进行评分,记录结果,结果见表1。

从表1中可以看出,1-3组在保湿、美白、防皱、祛斑作用的评分明显高于4-5组的,表明本发明的产品具有良好的保湿、美白、防皱、祛斑作用。
酵母抽提取:谷胱甘肽酵母提取物富含谷胱甘肽,具有抗氧化、清除自由基、解毒、增强免疫力、延缓衰老、抗癌、抗放射线危害等功能,是重要的功能因子。
胶原蛋白:胶原蛋白与人体皮肤胶原结构相似,分子中富含氨基酸和亲水基,具有一定表面活性和很好的相容性,具有很好的保湿作用,且可抑制皮肤组织中的酪氨酸转化为黑色素,有保湿、美白、防皱、祛斑的作用。
水苏糖:水苏糖是一种功能性低聚糖,对人体胃肠道内的双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌等有益菌群有明显的增殖作用,能迅速改善人体消化道环境,调节微生态菌群平衡。具有清理肠道,排毒排铅等功效。
维生素C:维生素C是一种抗氧化剂,它能够保护身体免于氧化剂的威胁,且胶原蛋白的合成需要维生素C参加,VC缺乏,胶原蛋白不能正常合成。
烟酸:烟酸为维生素B3,研究显示,维生素B3可抑制黑素细胞向蛋白细胞转移,减少色素的过度沉积,有较好的皮肤美白功能。还能作用于已产生的黑素,促进含黑素的角质细胞的脱落和表皮层蛋白质的合成,增强肌肤的含水度,使皮肤变得白皙、细嫩。
酵母抽提取、胶原蛋白、水苏糖、维生素C、烟酸综合搭配,具有清除自由基、美白保湿、延缓衰老的作用;此外,还具有调整肠道微生态菌群,加速体内代谢废物的排出的功效。
等渗等压技术是指营养物质或矿物质溶液的渗透压与人体体液的渗透压相同,人体血液的渗透压用浓度来表示是在280-320mol/L之间。当一种溶液的渗透压与血液的渗透压相等或相近,就是等渗溶液。在等渗等压的状态下,物质所含的电解质粒子极为微小,可很快的进入体内并融合到细胞和组织,因此可以被人体快速吸收利用,避免了营养物质的流失,解决了胃肠道功能差的人对营养吸收补充受影响的问题,同时也大大提高了正常人对营养物质的吸收率。
以富含谷胱苷肽的酵母抽提取为原料,采用等渗等压技术制成的口服液,具有美容养颜、抗衰老、增强免疫力的作用;产品中谷胱甘肽更易被人体吸收,为一般保养品吸收率的10倍以上,从而使谷胱甘肽更好的发挥作用,达到抑制黑色素形成,促进胶原蛋白生成,净白肌肤,排除深层色斑,提亮肤色的功效。

Claims (7)
1.一种谷胱甘肽口服液,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:酵母抽提物15-30份、胶原蛋白10-30份、水苏糖5-10份、维生素C 0.3-0.6份、烟酸0.01-0.03份、水40-50份和三氯蔗糖0.05-0.15份,酵母抽提物中谷胱甘肽的质量分数为10-90%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的谷胱甘肽口服液,其特征在于,所述胶原蛋白中蛋白质的质量分数不低于90%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的谷胱甘肽口服液,其特征在于,所述水苏糖的纯度不低于70%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的谷胱甘肽口服液,其特征在于,所述维生素C和烟酸的纯度均不低于98%。
5.一种如权利要求1-4任一所述的谷胱甘肽口服液的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
步骤一,将酵母抽提物、胶原蛋白、水苏糖、维生素C、烟酸和三氯蔗糖粉碎并且过80目筛,备用;
步骤二,将维生素C、三氯蔗糖、部分胶原蛋白、部分酵母提取物、部分水苏糖和部分烟酸混合,再向其中加入剩余胶原蛋白、剩余酵母提取物、剩余水苏糖和剩余烟酸并且充分混合,得到第一混合物;
步骤三,向第一混合物中加入水并且调节pH值为7.2-7.5,再向其中加入NaCl溶液调整渗透压至280-320mol/L,得到半成品;
步骤四,将半成品灌装灭菌,即得到成品。
6.根据权利要求5所述的谷胱甘肽口服液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述NaCl溶液中NaCl的质量分数为18-33%。
7.根据权利要求5所述的谷胱甘肽口服液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述成品的规格为30 mL/瓶。
