Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗糖化防衰老的组合物,所述组合物包括以下重量份的原料:金银花10‑20份、番石榴叶2‑9份、玉竹8‑15份、桑叶3.5‑14份、针叶樱桃果7‑20份、抗氧化物质12‑47份、抗糖化物质2‑9份和营养增补剂7.76‑32.5份。该组合物的制备方法包括a、取金银花、番石榴叶、玉竹、桑叶、针叶樱桃果为A品;b、将A品、水和风味酶熬煮,得滤渣B1品和滤液B2品;c、将B1品丙酮萃取,得C品;d、将B2品与C品、抗氧化物质、抗糖化物质和中性蛋白酶均质处理,得D品;e、将营养增补剂与D品混合、浓缩,得E品;f、将E品灭菌、干燥制粒,得成品。本发明具有效果明显和有效成分提取效率较高的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种健康食品,特别是一种抗糖化防衰老的组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
所谓“糖化”,是指通过饮食摄取而没有被消耗掉的糖和蛋白质相互作用进行糖化反应产生AGE(糖化终产物),导致蛋白质质变,发黄变脆的现象。皮肤领域的糖化反应,是指肌肤因为新陈代谢过慢,导致多余的糖分整日里在血液中游离,过多的糖分会附着在胶原蛋白上,使胶原蛋白断裂或紊乱,肌肤便会出现皱纹、粗糙。AGE的出现与衰老和病理状态相关,会导致肤色暗沉无光、松弛生皱,并牵涉许多衰老相关的慢性疾病,例如II型糖尿病、心血管疾病、阿耳茨海默病、癌症、外周神经病和诸如耳聋和失明的其它感觉缺失。
目前市面上很多抗糖化防衰老的产品或多或少地添加了一些对人体有害的化学物质,虽然这些化学物质对人的皮肤有短期的美白、抗衰老等作用,但如果长期使用,反而会使皮肤受到严重损害,出现长痘、色斑和油脂分泌失调等;且人体皮肤对护肤品中的化学物质的吸收率较低,作用效果不太明显;而对于内含天然植物提取物的产品而言,目前的产品中含有的天然植物提取物量较少,对人体的抗糖化防衰老效果不明显,且现有的对植物中的有效成分进行提取的方式,其有效成分的提取量较少,提取效率较低。因此,现有的含有抗糖化防衰老的天然产品,存在效果不够明显、有效成分的提取效率较低的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种抗糖化防衰老的组合物及其制备方法。本发明具有效果明显和有效成分提取效率较高的特点。
本发明的技术方案:一种抗糖化防衰老的组合物,所述组合物包括以下重量份的原料:金银花10-20份、番石榴叶2-9份、玉竹8-15份、桑叶3.5-14份、针叶樱桃果7-20份、抗氧化物质12-47份、抗糖化物质2-9份和营养增补剂7.76-32.5份。
前述的一种抗糖化防衰老的组合物中,所述抗氧化物质包括玉米低聚肽粉2-6份、山竹果皮提取物0.5-3.5份、黑生姜-多甲氧基黄酮1.2-3.2份、橄榄果精1-6份、谷胱甘肽0.2-1.4份、茶氨酸0.2-1份、黑果腺肋花楸果2-8份、裸藻多糖0.3-3.4份、罗马洋甘菊提取物2.5-4.5份和DNA核酸0.1-1份。
前述的一种抗糖化防衰老的组合物中,所述抗糖化物质包括YAC艾蒿1-5份、L-亮氨酸0.5-1.5份和白藜芦醇0.5-2.5份。
前述的一种抗糖化防衰老的组合物中,所述营养增补剂包括胶原蛋白肽3-10份、山茶花萃取物1-5份、酵母锌0.01-0.5份、黄金菇神经酰胺0.5-4.5份、鱼腥草提取物3-10份、复合维生素0.05-1份和复合矿物质0.2-1.5份。
前述的一种抗糖化防衰老的组合物中,所述复合维生素包括维生素B、维生素C和维生素E;所述复合矿物质包括铁、锰、铜、铬、镁、钙和硒。
上述的一种抗糖化防衰老的组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a、将金银花、番石榴叶、玉竹、桑叶、针叶樱桃果分别干燥、切片,浸泡在40~50℃的蒸馏水中15~30min,过滤、烘干,得A品;
b、将A品粉碎,经100~200目过滤后,加水和风味酶熬煮1-2h,水提萃取2-3次,过滤,得滤渣为B1品和滤液为B2品;
c、向B1品中加入丙酮溶液在40-60℃下萃取2-3次,合并滤液,得C品;
d、将B2品与C品混合,然后加入抗氧化物质、抗糖化物质和中性蛋白酶,先升温至50~70℃,保温混合0.5~1h,然后在温度为20~50℃、压力为10-20Mpa下均质处理,接着先经180-200目滤网进行过滤,再经5~10um的微孔膜过滤,得D品;
e、将营养增补剂搅拌混合,过滤后与D品搅拌混合,然后低温真空浓缩,得E品;
f、将E品进行巴氏灭菌,得F品;
g、将F品干燥制粒,得成品。
前述的制备方法中,所述步骤d中,抗氧化物质包括玉米低聚肽粉、山竹果皮提取物、黑生姜-多甲氧基黄酮、橄榄果精、谷胱甘肽、茶氨酸、黑果腺肋花楸果、裸藻多糖、罗马洋甘菊提取物和DNA核酸。
前述的制备方法中,所述步骤d中,抗糖化物质包括YAC艾蒿、L-亮氨酸和白藜芦醇。

金银花,正名为忍冬(学名:Lonicerajaponica Thunb.)味甘性寒,甘寒清热而不伤胃,芳香透达又善清解血毒。
玉竹,学名:Polygonatum odoratum(Mill.)Druce,具养阴、润燥、清热、生津、止咳等功效,用作滋补药品,具有保健作用。
桑叶有疏散风热,清肺润燥,清肝明目的功效。
针叶樱桃果含有丰富的维生素C以及其特有的抗衰老因子(SOD)——超氧化物歧化酶,同时可提供维生素A、E、P、维生素B群,蛋白质及多种人体必须的多种矿物微量元素,还能促进胶原蛋白的合成,因此具有良好的防衰老、改善人体抵抗能力、美容以及抗癌的功效。
玉米低聚肽粉,拉丁文名称为Corn oligopeptides powder,其是以玉米蛋白粉为原料,经调浆、蛋白酶酶解、分离、过滤、喷雾干燥等工艺生产而成的,可应用于降血压、醒酒护肝、增强免疫,具有多种生物活性,如抗氧化、抗高血压、增强免疫力、抗疲劳、保护肝脏等,还有醒酒作用,从而保护肝脏。
山竹果皮提取物,采用乙醇加热法提取山竹果皮黄酮类物质,能够有效地清除过多的氧自由基,增强抗皱,有效延缓肌肤老化,具有较好的抗氧化和美容护肤的作用。
黑生姜-多甲氧基黄酮,具有抗癌、抗炎、抗氧化、抗动脉粥样硬化、抗过敏、抑制血小板凝聚和调节神经中枢、抗诱变以及心血管等药理作用。
橄榄果精,将优质橄榄果实反复熬煮淬炼浓缩而成为精华,富含的叶绿素、胡萝卜素等有益于身体的代谢效果,并且橄榄中还含有抗氧化的成分,有助于消除人体内的自由基,抗衰老,内分泌和代谢功能强,使皮肤更有光泽,达到美容养颜的作用。
谷胱甘肽(glutathione,r-glutamyl cysteingl+glycine,GSH)是一种含γ-酰胺键和巯基的三肽,由谷氨酸、半胱氨酸及甘氨酸组成,易与自由基结合,能帮助保持正常的免疫系统功能,并具有抗氧化作用、整合解毒作用。
茶氨酸,具有甜味和鲜爽味,可以改善口感,还能起到降低血压、护肝和抗氧化的作用。
黑果腺肋花楸果,果实及其提取物对心脏病、高血压等心脑血管疾病具有特殊的疗效,果实中花青素、黄酮(鲜果含量高达0.25%-0.35%)、多酚是已知植物中含量最高的,还有助于刺激和改善循环系统,富含Vc和抗氧化剂(Beta Carotene(胡萝卜素)),具有良好的抗氧化效果。
裸藻多糖,可以吸附人体中的多余物质如胆固醇、中性脂肪、重金属、酒精等排出体外,因此具有强效抗氧化、抗病毒、清除自由基的作用。
罗马洋甘菊提取物,通过issofree技术可对洋甘菊活性成分进行提取,得到的罗马洋甘菊提取物富含黄酮类活性成分,具有抗氧化、抗血管增生、消炎、抗变应性和抗病毒的功效,具有很好的舒敏、修护敏感肌肤、减少细红血丝、减少发红、调整肤色不均等美容作用。
番石榴叶,具有清热解毒、燥湿健脾和降血糖的作用。
DNA核酸由碱基、核糖和磷酸组成。碱基又包括腺嘌呤(A)、鸟嘌呤(G)、胞嘧啶(C)、胸腺嘧啶(T),具有抗氧化作用,促进细胞再生与修复,可提高机体对环境变化的耐受力,具有显著的抗疲劳、增强机体对寒暑的抵抗力、促进氧气利用等作用。
YAC艾蒿,有抗菌、平喘、利胆、止血的功效,苦燥辛散,能理气血、温经脉、逐寒湿、止冷痛,含有多种维生素、矿物质、挥发性芳香物质等成分,具有很好的健胃的功效与作用,促进胰岛素分泌,降低血糖,具有抗糖化的作用。
L-亮氨酸,又称白氨酸,化学名为α一氨基异己酸,能促进胰岛素分泌,降低血糖,具有抗糖化的作用。
白藜芦醇(3-4'-5-trihydroxystilbene)是一种非黄酮类多酚化合物,天然的白藜芦醇有顺、反两种结构,两种结构可以分别与葡萄糖结合,形成顺式和反式白藜芦醇糖苷,从而减少人体内游离的糖,具有抗糖化、抗氧化、防衰老及心血管保护等作用。
胶原蛋白肽,小分子蛋白质,含亲水性的天然保湿因子,易吸收,可协助细胞制造胶原蛋白,促使肤细胞正常成长,并且让皮肤时刻保持湿润、水嫩的状态,可为皮肤提供美白、保湿、滋养、消除皱纹、缩小毛孔的功效,从而达到改善肤质、美容的目的。
山茶花萃取物,具有凉血止血、散瘀、消瘀肿的作用,能有效舒缓肌肤,收缩毛孔,迅速透渗毛孔深层,具紧致及活肤功效。
酵母锌就是在培养酵母的过程中加入锌元素,通过酵母在生长过程中对锌元素的吸收和转化,使锌与酵母体内的蛋白质和多糖有机结合,使锌能够更高效、更安全地被人体吸收利用,富锌酵母、多糖、B族维生素、膳食纤维和有机矿物质。
黄金菇神经酰胺,构成皮肤角质层的物质结构相近,能很快渗透进皮肤,和角质层中的水结合,形成一种网状结构,锁住水分,还能促进皮肤屏障自我修复及调控皮肤细胞,减少皱纹,起到抗衰老、抗过敏的作用。
鱼腥草提取物,为三白草科蕺菜属植物蕺菜的全草提取物,主要含挥发油、生物碱、多糖、有机酸和黄酮类等成分,具有抗菌、抗病毒、提高机体免疫力、抗钩端螺旋体、抗肿瘤等作用。
复合维生素包括维生素B、维生素C和维生素E,维生素B中的硫辛酸是一种存在于线粒体的辅酶,含有双硫五元环结构,电子密度很高,具有显著的亲电子性和与自由基反应的能力。维生素C,又称L-抗坏血酸,为酸性己糖衍生物,是烯醇式己糖酸内酯,在生物体内,维生素C是一种抗氧化剂,保护身体免于自由基的威胁。维生素E是一种脂溶性维生素,其水解产物为生育酚,是最主要的抗氧化剂之一。
复合矿物质调节机体生理代谢,其中的硒能清除人体内的自由基,起到对抗氧化等诸多方面的效果。
与现有技术相比,本发明中,将金银花、番石榴叶、玉竹、桑叶和针叶樱桃果作为主材料,其中金银花性甘、芳香透达又善清热解毒,定下整个产品的基调,味道上甘甜且芳香,而且性能上清热解毒,排除身体中的有毒有害物质,起到对身体的“减法”作用,从而起到保健、抗衰老的作用;番石榴叶提取液中的铬能够有效地抑制糖分的吸收,加速新陈代谢,从源头上降低对糖分的吸收;而玉竹营养丰富,可以补充人体所需的各种元素,滋补养阴,起到对身体的“加法”作用,且玉竹提取类黄酮物质与桑叶提取物脱氧野尻霉素结合形成一种新物质——洗胰清糖素,用来控制人体中的血糖,使人体内的血糖稳定在一个健康的程度,起到对身体的“维持”作用;番石榴叶、玉竹、桑叶三者配合对糖分进行控制,从而起到良好的抗糖化作用,同时也不会使得人体缺少对糖分的吸收;进一步,又加入针叶樱桃果,针叶樱桃果含有丰富的维生素C和抗衰老因子,有助于胶原蛋白的合成,使皮肤白皙水嫩,还可以作为抗氧化剂,也可以保护其他的抗氧化剂,起到良好的抗氧化、防衰老和改善人体抵抗能力的作用。
其次,本产品中还加有大量的抗氧化物质和抗糖化物质,抗氧抗糖双重结合,其中的抗氧化物质促进了抗糖化物质的反应和作用,辅助主材料起到抗糖化和抗氧化的作用,且主材料也进一步促进了抗氧化物质和抗糖化物质的作用,从而共同起到防止衰老的作用,其中的茶氨酸不仅作为抗氧化物质,而且还增加了甜味和鲜爽味,改善了产品的口感。
第三,本产品配有一定量的营养增补剂,不仅补充了人体所需的矿物质、维生素等营养物质,而且促进了抗氧化物质和抗糖化物质的充分吸收,提高抗氧化物质和抗糖化物质的抗氧化和抗糖化能力,进一步,还具有对肌肤的保湿、滋养、防皱作用,配合主材料、抗氧化物质和抗糖化物质,从内部和外部共同起到对人体的美容保健作用。
在制备过程中,将主材料金银花、番石榴叶、玉竹、桑叶和针叶樱桃果通过多次熬煮和丙酮萃取,充分有效地提取原材料中的有效成分,提高各个原料中有效成分的提取量和提取效率,提高材料的利用率,其中加入的风味酶增强和改善食品的风味,使得本产品口感更好、味道更佳;将另一份主材料抗氧化物质和抗糖化物质先升温再保温,充分溶胀材料,便于后续的分解细化,然后在高压下均质,在挤压、强冲击与失压膨胀的三重作用下使物料进一步细化,从而使整个产品体系更加稳定,并将其中的有效成分充分释放出来,过滤得到细腻的溶液,提高口感和吸收率;加入的中性蛋白酶可把抗氧化物质和抗糖化物质中的大分子蛋白质水解成小分子肽或氨基酸,以利于抗氧化物质和抗糖化物质中有效成分的充分吸收和利用;最后加入营养增补剂,稳定整个产品。
本发明采用多种材料,根据天然的药食同源的原料特性,将各种原料通过一定的配比进行科学组合,并通过有效的萃取制备,充分高效率提取出原料中的有效成分,使得各个原料之间协同增效,多种功效相组合,无毒无害,在具有抗氧化和抗糖化的基础上,增加其他抗疲劳、增强抵抗力、增强肌肤活力等作用,从而使得缓解衰老的效果更加明显。
本产品应用在制备抗糖化氧化、防衰老的美容保健产品中,可作为药剂服用。

一种抗糖化防衰老的组合物,所述组合物包括以下重量份的原料:金银花10-20份、番石榴叶2-9份、玉竹8-15份、桑叶3.5-14份、针叶樱桃果7-20份、玉米低聚肽粉2-6份、山竹果皮提取物0.5-3.5份、黑生姜-多甲氧基黄酮1.2-3.2份、橄榄果精1-6份、谷胱甘肽0.2-1.4份、茶氨酸0.2-1份、黑果腺肋花楸果2-8份、裸藻多糖0.3-3.4份、罗马洋甘菊提取物2.5-4.5份、DNA核酸0.1-1份、YAC艾蒿1-5份、L-亮氨酸0.5-1.5份、白藜芦醇0.5-2.5份、胶原蛋白肽3-10份、山茶花萃取物1-5份、酵母锌0.01-0.5份、黄金菇神经酰胺0.5-4.5份、鱼腥草提取物3-10份、复合维生素0.05-1份和复合矿物质0.2-1.5份,其中复合维生素包括维生素B、维生素C和维生素E;所述复合矿物质包括铁、锰、铜、铬、镁、钙和硒。

c、向B1品中加入丙酮溶液在40-60℃下萃取2-3次,合并滤液,得C品;
d、将B2品与C品混合,然后加入抗氧化物质:玉米低聚肽粉、山竹果皮提取物、黑生姜-多甲氧基黄酮、橄榄果精、谷胱甘肽、茶氨酸、黑果腺肋花楸果、裸藻多糖、罗马洋甘菊提取物和DNA核酸,抗糖化物质:YAC艾蒿、L-亮氨酸、白藜芦醇和中性蛋白酶,先升温至50~70℃,保温混合0.5~1h,然后在温度为20~50℃、压力为10-20Mpa下均质处理,接着先经180-200目滤网进行过滤,再经5~10um的微孔膜过滤,得D品;
e、将营养增补剂:胶原蛋白肽、山茶花萃取物、酵母锌、黄金菇神经酰胺、鱼腥草提取物、复合维生素和复合矿物质,搅拌混合,过滤后与D品搅拌混合,然后低温真空浓缩,得E品;
f、将E品进行巴氏灭菌,得F品;
g、将F品干燥制粒,得成品。

实施例2。
一种抗糖化防衰老的组合物,所述组合物包括以下重量份的原料:金银花12-18份、番石榴叶3.5-8份、玉竹10-13份、桑叶6.5-11.5份、针叶樱桃果10-18份、玉米低聚肽粉3-5份、山竹果皮提取物1.5-2.5份、黑生姜-多甲氧基黄酮1.8-2.8份、橄榄果精2-5份、谷胱甘肽0.5-1份、茶氨酸0.3-0.8份、黑果腺肋花楸果3-6份、裸藻多糖1-2.5份、罗马洋甘菊提取物3-4份、DNA核酸0.3-0.7份、YAC艾蒿2-4份、L-亮氨酸0.6-1.3份、白藜芦醇0.8-2份、胶原蛋白肽5-8份、山茶花萃取物2-4份、酵母锌0.1-0.3份、黄金菇神经酰胺1.5-4份、鱼腥草提取物4-8份、复合维生素0.1-0.5份和复合矿物质0.5-1份,其中复合维生素包括维生素B、维生素C和维生素E;所述复合矿物质包括铁、锰、铜、铬、镁、钙和硒。
本实施例中,所述组合物的制备方法包括以下操作步骤:
a、将金银花、番石榴叶、玉竹、桑叶、针叶樱桃果分别干燥、切片,浸泡在40℃的蒸馏水中15min,过滤、烘干,得A品;
b、将A品粉碎,经200目过滤后,加水和风味酶熬煮1h,水提萃取2次,过滤,得滤渣为B1品和滤液为B2品;
c、向B1品中加入丙酮溶液在60℃下萃取2次,合并滤液,得C品;
d、将B2品与C品混合,然后加入抗氧化物质:玉米低聚肽粉、山竹果皮提取物、黑生姜-多甲氧基黄酮、橄榄果精、谷胱甘肽、茶氨酸、黑果腺肋花楸果、裸藻多糖、罗马洋甘菊提取物和DNA核酸,抗糖化物质:YAC艾蒿、L-亮氨酸、白藜芦醇和中性蛋白酶,先升温至50℃,保温混合0.5h,然后在温度为30℃、压力为10Mpa下均质处理,接着先经200目滤网进行过滤,再经8um的微孔膜过滤,得D品;
e、将营养增补剂:胶原蛋白肽、山茶花萃取物、酵母锌、黄金菇神经酰胺、鱼腥草提取物、复合维生素和复合矿物质,搅拌混合,过滤后与D品搅拌混合,然后低温真空浓缩,得E品;
f、将E品进行巴氏灭菌,杀菌温度为138±2℃、杀菌时间为40s,得F品;
g、将F品干燥制粒,得成品。
本产品应用在制备抗糖化氧化、防衰老的美容保健品中。
实施例3。
一种抗糖化防衰老的组合物,所述组合物包括以下重量份的原料:金银花15份、番石榴叶5份、玉竹12份、桑叶9.5份、针叶樱桃果12份、玉米低聚肽粉4.5份、山竹果皮提取物2份、黑生姜-多甲氧基黄酮2.2份、橄榄果精3份、谷胱甘肽0.8份、茶氨酸0.5份、黑果腺肋花楸果5份、裸藻多糖1.5份、罗马洋甘菊提取物3.5份、DNA核酸0.5份、YAC艾蒿3份、L-亮氨酸0.8份、白藜芦醇1份、胶原蛋白肽6份、山茶花萃取物2.25份、酵母锌0.25份、黄金菇神经酰胺2.6份、鱼腥草提取物6份、复合维生素0.3份和复合矿物质0.8份,其中复合维生素包括维生素B、维生素C和维生素E;所述复合矿物质包括铁、锰、铜、铬、镁、钙和硒。

a、将金银花、番石榴叶、玉竹、桑叶、针叶樱桃果分别干燥、切片,浸泡在50℃的蒸馏水中30min,过滤、烘干,得A品;
b、将A品粉碎,经200目过滤后,加水和风味酶熬煮2h,水提萃取3次,过滤,得滤渣为B1品和滤液为B2品;
c、向B1品中加入丙酮溶液在55℃下萃取3次,合并滤液,得C品;
d、将B2品与C品混合,然后加入抗氧化物质:玉米低聚肽粉、山竹果皮提取物、黑生姜-多甲氧基黄酮、橄榄果精、谷胱甘肽、茶氨酸、黑果腺肋花楸果、裸藻多糖、罗马洋甘菊提取物和DNA核酸,抗糖化物质:YAC艾蒿、L-亮氨酸、白藜芦醇和中性蛋白酶,先升温至70℃,保温混合1h,然后在温度为50℃、压力为20Mpa下均质处理,接着先经200目滤网进行过滤,再经5um的微孔膜过滤,得D品;
e、将营养增补剂:胶原蛋白肽、山茶花萃取物、酵母锌、黄金菇神经酰胺、鱼腥草提取物、复合维生素和复合矿物质,搅拌混合,过滤后与D品搅拌混合,然后低温真空浓缩,得E品;
f、将E品进行巴氏灭菌,杀菌温度为138±2℃、杀菌时间为50s,得F品;
g、将F品干燥制粒,得成品。
本产品应用在制备抗糖化氧化、防衰老的美容保健品中。
实施例4。
一种抗糖化防衰老的组合物,所述组合物包括以下重量份的原料:金银花18份、番石榴叶4份、玉竹10份、桑叶6.5份、针叶樱桃果18份、玉米低聚肽粉5份、山竹果皮提取物1.5份、黑生姜-多甲氧基黄酮2.8份、橄榄果精2份、谷胱甘肽0.5份、茶氨酸0.8份、黑果腺肋花楸果4份、裸藻多糖1.8份、罗马洋甘菊提取物3.6份DNA核酸0.7份、YAC艾蒿2份、L-亮氨酸1.3份、白藜芦醇1.5份、胶原蛋白肽7份、山茶花萃取物2份、酵母锌0.2份、黄金菇神经酰胺2份、鱼腥草提取物4份、复合维生素0.2份和复合矿物质0.6份,其中复合维生素包括维生素B、维生素C和维生素E;所述复合矿物质包括铁、锰、铜、铬、镁、钙和硒。
本实施例中,所述组合物的制备方法包括以下操作步骤:
a、将金银花、番石榴叶、玉竹、桑叶、针叶樱桃果分别干燥、切片,浸泡在45℃的蒸馏水中25min,过滤、烘干,得A品;
b、将A品粉碎,经200目过滤后,加水和风味酶熬煮1.5h,水提萃取2次,过滤,得滤渣为B1品和滤液为B2品;
c、向B1品中加入丙酮溶液在40℃下萃取2次,合并滤液,得C品;
d、将B2品与C品混合,然后加入抗氧化物质:玉米低聚肽粉、山竹果皮提取物、黑生姜-多甲氧基黄酮、橄榄果精、谷胱甘肽、茶氨酸、黑果腺肋花楸果、裸藻多糖、罗马洋甘菊提取物和DNA核酸,抗糖化物质:YAC艾蒿、L-亮氨酸、白藜芦醇和中性蛋白酶,先升温至55℃,保温混合0.5h,然后在温度为30℃、压力为15Mpa下均质处理,接着先经200目滤网进行过滤,再经10um的微孔膜过滤,得D品;
e、将营养增补剂:胶原蛋白肽、山茶花萃取物、酵母锌、黄金菇神经酰胺、鱼腥草提取物、复合维生素和复合矿物质,搅拌混合,过滤后与D品搅拌混合,然后低温真空浓缩,得E品;
f、将E品进行巴氏灭菌,杀菌温度为138±2℃、杀菌时间为50s,得F品;
g、将F品干燥制粒,得成品。
本产品应用在制备抗糖化氧化、防衰老的美容保健品中。
AGEs抑制率试验。
参考现有技术中检测的方法,建立B S A-fr u c t o s e模拟反应体系,具体参照Phytochemicals from berries and grapes inhibited the formation of advancedglycation end-products by scavenging reactive carbonyls。将用磷酸缓冲液(50mmol/L,pH7.4,含有0.02%的叠氮化钠)溶解的1mL1.5 mmol/L果糖和1mL抑制剂(包括分别设置的实施例组、空白对照组和阳性对照组)混合,在37℃生化培养箱中孵育2h后加入1mL30mg/mL BSA,在37℃条件下反应6d。根据抑制剂的选择,分别设置实施例组、空白对照组和对照组,实施例组分别加入实施例3、实施例4所述的组合物,质量浓度设置3、6、10μg/mL,以不加抑制剂的1mL的缓冲液为空白对照组,同质量浓度梯度的氨基胍为阳性对照组。孵育结束后利用AGEs的荧光性质,在激发波长370nm、发射波长440nm调节下测定体系的荧光强度,以荧光强度AU表示AGEs含量。
AGEs抑制率(%)=(1-实验组/空白对照组)*100%。

从上述的实验结果可以看出,本发明的组合物的实施例3、实施例4和阳性对照组相比,具有良好的抑制AGEs生成的效果。
效果试验。
将本发明实施例3的成品制成抗糖丸,每粒0.6g。
为比较本发明的功效,以100例30-55岁的人体作为实验对象,其中男性40人,女性60人,随机分为两组实验,以市售抗糖丸来对比,一组为使用市场上的日本舞昆抗糖丸,另一组为本发明的抗糖丸,每日服用1次,每次2粒,餐前温水吞服。观察1-6个月中实验对象的皮肤状态反馈,取平均值,结果如下列表所示:

由实验结果可知,本发明对减淡皮肤色斑、提高皮肤白皙度、减淡皮肤细纹、增加皮肤水润度上均具有良好的效果,且该效果明显优于市面上的日本舞昆抗糖丸。且本发明实验中均未出现过敏、副反应以及复发的现象。
Claims (10)
1.一种抗糖化防衰老的组合物,其特征在于:所述组合物包括以下重量份的原料:金银花10-20份、番石榴叶2-9份、玉竹8-15份、桑叶3.5-14份、针叶樱桃果7-20份、抗氧化物质12-47份、抗糖化物质2-9份和营养增补剂7.76-32.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗糖化防衰老的组合物,其特征在于:所述抗氧化物质包括玉米低聚肽粉2-6份、山竹果皮提取物0.5-3.5份、黑生姜-多甲氧基黄酮1.2-3.2份、橄榄果精1-6份、谷胱甘肽0.2-1.4份、茶氨酸0.2-1份、黑果腺肋花楸果2-8份、裸藻多糖0.3-3.4份、罗马洋甘菊提取物2.5-4.5份和DNA核酸0.1-1份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗糖化防衰老的组合物,其特征在于:所述抗糖化物质包括YAC艾蒿1-5份、L-亮氨酸0.5-1.5份和白藜芦醇0.5-2.5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗糖化防衰老的组合物,其特征在于:所述营养增补剂包括胶原蛋白肽3-10份、山茶花萃取物1-5份、酵母锌0.01-0.5份、黄金菇神经酰胺0.5-4.5份、鱼腥草提取物3-10份、复合维生素0.05-1份和复合矿物质0.2-1.5份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种抗糖化防衰老的组合物,其特征在于:所述复合维生素包括维生素B、维生素C和维生素E;所述复合矿物质包括铁、锰、铜、铬、镁、钙和硒。
6.根据权利要求1至5任意一权利要求所述的抗糖化防衰老的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
a、将金银花、番石榴叶、玉竹、桑叶、针叶樱桃果分别干燥、切片,浸泡在40~50℃的蒸馏水中15~30min,过滤、烘干,得A品;
b、将A品粉碎,经100~200目过滤后,加水和风味酶熬煮1-2h,水提萃取2-3次,过滤,得滤渣为B1品和滤液为B2品;
c、向B1品中加入丙酮溶液在40-60℃下萃取2-3次,合并滤液,得C品;
d、将B2品与C品混合,然后加入抗氧化物质、抗糖化物质和中性蛋白酶,先升温至50~70℃,保温混合0.5~1h,然后在温度为20~50℃、压力为10-20Mpa下均质处理,接着先经180-200目滤网进行过滤,再经5~10um的微孔膜过滤,得D品;
e、将营养增补剂搅拌混合,过滤后与D品搅拌混合,然后低温真空浓缩,得E品;
f、将E品进行巴氏灭菌,得F品;
g、将F品干燥制粒,得成品。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤d中,抗氧化物质包括玉米低聚肽粉、山竹果皮提取物、黑生姜-多甲氧基黄酮、橄榄果精、谷胱甘肽、茶氨酸、黑果腺肋花楸果、裸藻多糖、罗马洋甘菊提取物、番石榴叶提取物和DNA核酸。
8.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤d中,抗糖化物质包括YAC艾蒿、L-亮氨酸和白藜芦醇。
9.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤d中,营养增补剂包括胶原蛋白肽、山茶花萃取物、酵母锌、黄金菇神经酰胺、鱼腥草提取物、复合维生素和复合矿物质。
10.根据权利要求1-5任意一权利要求所述的抗糖化防衰老的组合物在制备抗糖化氧化、防衰老的美容保健产品中的应用。
