本发明的目的是提供一种具有治疗失眠作用的番茄酱及其加工方法,解决传统番茄酱功能单一,具有治疗作用的番茄酱更是少,不能满足食客对保健和养生两方面需求的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明提供一种具有治疗失眠作用的番茄酱,由下列重量份的原料制成:
番茄40-50份,橄榄油6-8份,莲子4-6份,酸枣5-7份,百合2-4份,梅子4-6份,荔枝2-4份,龙眼1-3份,山药4-6份,鹌鹑4-6份,牡蛎肉2-4份,黄花鱼2-3份,食盐0.8-1.2份。
优选地,由下列重量份的原料制成:番茄40份,橄榄油6份,莲子4份,酸枣5份,百合2份,梅子4份,荔枝2份,龙眼1份,山药4份,鹌鹑4份,牡蛎肉2份,黄花鱼2份,食盐0.8份。
优选地,由下列重量份的原料制成:番茄50份,橄榄油8份,莲子6份,酸枣7份,百合4份,梅子6份,荔枝4份,龙眼3份,山药6份,鹌鹑6份,牡蛎肉4份,黄花鱼3份,食盐1.2份。
优选地,由下列重量份的原料制成:番茄45份,橄榄油7份,莲子5份,酸枣6份,百合3份,梅子5份,荔枝3份,龙眼2份,山药5份,鹌鹑5份,牡蛎肉3份,黄花鱼2.5份,食盐1.0份。
优选地,所述番茄洗净去皮。
本发明还提供一种具有治疗失眠作用的番茄酱的加工方法,具体包括以下步骤:
1).先将鹌鹑、牡蛎肉和黄花鱼切成小块,用橄榄油油炸直至鹌鹑、牡蛎肉和黄花鱼变黄;
2 ).将莲子、酸枣、百合和山药在锅里熬煮20-30分钟,加入水的量漫过物料1-1.5厘米,得到稠状的营养粥;
3 ).将梅子、荔枝和龙眼榨汁,得到的混合汁液备用,得到的果肉搅拌碎成糊状备用;
4).用橄榄油小火炒所述步骤1)得到的鹌鹑块、牡蛎肉块和黄花鱼块,翻炒5-10分钟后,加入所述步骤2)得到的营养粥以及步骤3)得到的混合汁液和糊状果肉,最后,番茄用开水烫后去皮,切小块放入锅中翻炒,加入食盐直至锅中物料炒成糊状趁热装罐即可。
莲子具有清心醒脾,补脾止泻,养心安神明目、补中养神,健脾补胃,止泻固精,益肾涩精止带,滋补元气的作用;
酸枣具有镇定安神之功效,主治神经衰弱、失眠等症;果实肉薄,但含有丰富的维生素C,生食或制作果酱;
百合中的生物碱具有抗疲劳、催眠和清心除烦等作用,特别是缓解更年期女性的烦闷、头痛和失眠等各种不适症状;
梅子性味甘平、果大、皮薄、有光泽、肉厚、核小、质脆细、汁多、酸度高、富含人体所需的多种氨基酸,具有酸中带甜的香味,被誉为“凉果之王”、“天然绿色保健食品”;
荔枝营养丰富含葡萄糖、蔗糖、蛋白质、脂肪以及维生素A、B、C等并含叶酸、精氨酸、色氨酸等各种营养素对人体健康十分有益。荔枝具有健脾生津理气止痛之功效适用于身体虚弱病后津液不足胃寒疼痛疝气疼痛等症。现代研究发现荔枝有营养脑细胞的作用可改善失眠、健忘、多梦等症并能促进皮肤新陈代谢延缓衰老;
龙眼含丰富的葡萄糖、蔗糖和蛋白质等,含铁量也比较高,可在提高热能、补充营养的同时促进血红蛋白再生,从而达到补血的效果,龙眼肉除了对全身有补益作用外,对脑细胞特别有效,能增强记忆,消除疲劳;
鹌鹑不仅食用营养价值很高,它的药用价值也很高。鹌鹑性甘、平、无毒,具有益中补气,强筋骨,耐寒暑,消结热,利水消肿作用。鹌鹑的肉、蛋有补五脏、益中续气、实筋骨、耐寒暑、消热结之功效。鹌鹑的肉蛋对贫血、营养不良、神经衰弱、气管炎、心脏病、高血压、肺结核、小儿疳积、月经不调病症都有理想的疗效;
牡蛎肉中富含蛋白质,每百克新鲜牡蛎肉含11.3克,其蛋白质不只氨基酸的组成成分全面,还具有相当数量的牛磺酸,胜过人乳和牛乳,具有养血安神的作用;
黄花鱼含有丰富的蛋白质、微量元素和维生素,对人体有很好的补益作用,对体质虚弱和中老年人来说,食用黄花鱼会收到很好的食疗效果。黄花鱼含有丰富的微量元素硒,能清除人体代谢产生的自由基,能延缓衰老,并对各种癌症有防治功效。黄花鱼有健脾升胃、安神止痢、益气填精之功效,对贫血、失眠、头晕、食欲不振及妇女产后体虚有良好疗效。
本发明的有益效果:本发明配方莲子、酸枣、百合、梅子、荔枝、龙眼、山药、鹌鹑、牡蛎肉和黄花鱼都是具有安神、有利于睡眠的原料,本发明配方及工艺能够使这些原料的作用充分发挥出来,得到的番茄酱具有安神利眠的作用,番茄采用开水烫后再剥皮的方式,使番茄能够快速去皮,使用去皮后的番茄制备的番茄酱,口感润滑。
本发明配方及其工艺方法得到的番茄酱营养全面,工艺简单,配料的选取是纯天然的,没有添加任何防腐剂,不会对身体有伤害可放心食用,使番茄酱真正成为可以放心食用的调味品,解决了传统番茄酱功能单一,具有治疗作用的番茄酱更是少,不能满足食客对保健和养生两方面需求的问题。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
一种具有治疗失眠作用的番茄酱,由下列重量份的原料制成:番茄40份,橄榄油6份,莲子4份,酸枣5份,百合2份,梅子4份,荔枝2份,龙眼1份,山药4份,鹌鹑4份,牡蛎肉2份,黄花鱼2份,食盐0.8份。

4).用橄榄油小火炒所述步骤1)得到的鹌鹑块、牡蛎肉块和黄花鱼块,翻炒10分钟后,加入所述步骤2)得到的营养粥以及步骤3)得到的混合汁液和糊状果肉,最后,番茄用开水烫后去皮,切小块放入锅中翻炒,加入食盐直至锅中物料炒成糊状趁热装罐即可。
实施例3
一种具有治疗失眠作用的番茄酱,由下列重量份的原料制成:番茄45份,橄榄油7份,莲子5份,酸枣6份,百合3份,梅子5份,荔枝3份,龙眼2份,山药5份,鹌鹑5份,牡蛎肉3份,黄花鱼2.5份,食盐1.0份。

1).先将鹌鹑、牡蛎肉和黄花鱼切成小块,用橄榄油油炸直至鹌鹑、牡蛎肉和黄花鱼变黄;
2 ).将莲子、酸枣、百合和山药在锅里熬煮25分钟,加入水的量漫过物料1.2厘米,得到稠状的营养粥;
3 ).将梅子、荔枝和龙眼榨汁,得到的混合汁液备用,得到的果肉搅拌碎成糊状备用;
4).用橄榄油小火炒所述步骤1)得到的鹌鹑块、牡蛎肉块和黄花鱼块,翻炒7分钟后,加入所述步骤2)得到的营养粥以及步骤3)得到的混合汁液和糊状果肉,最后,番茄用开水烫后去皮,切小块放入锅中翻炒,加入食盐直至锅中物料炒成糊状趁热装罐即可。
上述实施例得到的番茄酱口感润滑、细腻,营养全面,配料中添加了莲子、酸枣、百合、梅子、荔枝、龙眼、山药、鹌鹑、牡蛎肉和黄花鱼都是具有安神、有利于睡眠的原料,本发明配方及工艺能够使这些原料的作用充分发挥出来,得到的番茄酱具有安神利眠的作用,使得到的番茄酱口味与营养并存。

1.一种具有治疗失眠作用的番茄酱,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:番茄40-50份,橄榄油6-8份,莲子4-6份,酸枣5-7份,百合2-4份,梅子4-6份,荔枝2-4份,龙眼1-3份,山药4-6份,鹌鹑4-6份,牡蛎肉2-4份,黄花鱼2-3份,食盐0.8-1.2份。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的一种具有治疗失眠作用的番茄酱,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:番茄40份,橄榄油6份,莲子4份,酸枣5份,百合2份,梅子4份,荔枝2份,龙眼1份,山药4份,鹌鹑4份,牡蛎肉2份,黄花鱼2份,食盐0.8份。

6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的一种具有治疗失眠作用的番茄酱的加工方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
1).先将鹌鹑、牡蛎肉和黄花鱼切成小块,用橄榄油油炸直至鹌鹑、牡蛎肉和黄花鱼变黄;
2 ).将莲子、酸枣、百合和山药在锅里熬煮20-30分钟,加入水的量漫过物料1-1.5厘米,得到稠状的营养粥;
3 ).将梅子、荔枝和龙眼榨汁,得到的混合汁液备用,得到的果肉搅拌碎成糊状备用;
