Abstract
本发明公开了一种高纤维瘦身芦笋饮料的制备方法,将芦笋剥皮,芦笋肉搅碎,得芦笋皮和芦笋芯备用;将芋艿剥皮,得芋艿肉备用;取山楂、陈皮、麦芽、芦笋皮混匀后,烘干,粉碎,得复配粉备用;芦笋芯与芋艿肉混匀后,蒸熟,降温到28‑36℃后,加入糖化剂,胶体磨糖化;糖化后得浆料与复配粉以及木糖醇、适量水混匀后,均质,杀菌后,即得。本发明配方合理,芦笋和芋艿复配后糖化,使得本发明口感更香浓,利用芦笋皮里面的纤维素与山楂、陈皮等达到疏通肠道、改善便秘、增加饱腹感的瘦身作用。

本发明涉及饮料领域,确切地说是一种高纤维瘦身芦笋饮料的制备方法。
背景技术
芦笋是世界十大名菜之一,又名石刁柏、龙须菜(区别于海发菜——深海蔬菜,亦有别名龙须菜)。在国际市场上享有“蔬菜之王”的美称,芦笋以嫩茎供食用,质地鲜嫩,风味鲜美,柔嫩可口。饮料即饮品,是供人或者牲畜饮用的液体,它是经过定量包装的,供直接饮用或按一定比例用水冲调或冲泡饮用的,乙醇含量(质量分量)不超过0.5%的制品,饮料也可分为饮料浓浆或固体形态,它的作用是解渴、提供营养或提神。
现有得饮料,热量高,营养单一,无法满足人们日益增长得多元化需求。

本发明的目的在于提供一种高纤维瘦身芦笋饮料的制备方法。
上述目的通过以下方案实现:
一种高纤维瘦身芦笋饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将芦笋剥皮,芦笋肉搅碎,得芦笋皮和芦笋芯备用;
(2)将芋艿剥皮,得芋艿肉备用;
(3)取山楂、陈皮、麦芽、芦笋皮混匀后,烘干,粉碎,得复配粉备用;
(4)芦笋芯与芋艿肉混匀后,蒸熟,降温到28-36℃后,加入糖化剂,胶体磨糖化;
(5)糖化后得浆料与复配粉以及木糖醇、适量水混匀后,均质,杀菌后,即得。

本发明的有益效果为:(1)本发明配方合理,芦笋和芋艿复配后糖化,使得本发明口感更香浓,利用芦笋皮里面的纤维素与山楂、陈皮等达到疏通肠道、改善便秘、增加饱腹感的瘦身作用。
(2)芦笋富含多种氨基酸、蛋白质和维生素,其含量均高于一般水果和菜蔬,特别是芦笋中的天冬酰胺和微量元素硒、钼、铬、锰等,具有调节机体代谢,提高身体免疫力的功效,在对高血压、心脏病、白血病、血癌、水肿、膀胱炎等的预防和治疗中,具有很强的抑制作用和药理效应。
具体实施方式
一种高纤维瘦身芦笋饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将芦笋剥皮,芦笋肉搅碎,得芦笋皮和芦笋芯备用;
(2)将芋艿剥皮,得芋艿肉备用;
(3)取山楂、陈皮、麦芽、芦笋皮混匀后,烘干,粉碎,得复配粉备用;
(4)芦笋芯与芋艿肉混匀后,蒸熟,降温到36℃后,加入糖化剂,胶体磨糖化;糖化时间为60分钟,糖化剂为糖化酶制剂、淀粉酶制剂按照3:1得比例混合而得。
(5)糖化后得浆料与复配粉以及木糖醇、适量水混匀后,均质,杀菌后,即得。

芦笋50、芋艿8、山楂2、陈皮1、麦芽1、木糖醇2、糖化剂2、水适量。

(1)将芦笋剥皮,芦笋肉搅碎,得芦笋皮和芦笋芯备用;
(2)将芋艿剥皮,得芋艿肉备用;
(3)取山楂、陈皮、麦芽、芦笋皮混匀后,烘干,粉碎,得复配粉备用;
(4)芦笋芯与芋艿肉混匀后,蒸熟,降温到28-36℃后,加入糖化剂,胶体磨糖化;
(5)糖化后得浆料与复配粉以及木糖醇、适量水混匀后,均质,杀菌后,即得。
