技术领域
本发明涉及新型装饰革领域,尤其涉及混合纤维粉体内藏式生态合成革及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会的不断发展,人民生活水平日益提高,人们对于居住环境的要求也日益提高。目前,室内墙壁装饰主要是用装饰墙纸和天然皮革。墙纸不耐潮、不耐光、易破损,难以达到高档装饰效果。对于天然皮革,由于受到自然条件制约,同时全世界对保护动物的意识逐步加强,天然皮革正在逐年减少。目前,市场上开发的家用装饰合成革,一般包括装饰层和基材层,装饰层和基材层通过PVC树脂混合各种改性剂混炼而成,然后将装饰层和基材层进行热压贴合,但是,这样的装饰革的环保性能差、透气吸湿性差、防腐蚀性能不好。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足之处,本发明解决的问题为:提供一种环保性能高、透气吸湿性高、防腐蚀性能强的混合纤维粉体内藏式生态合成革及其制备方法。
为解决上述问题,本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种混合纤维粉体内藏式生态合成革,包括上贴合面、下贴合面、防腐环体、竹纤维粉、玻璃纤维粉;所述的下贴合面各组分以及重量份如下:PVC树脂100份、稳定剂4至5份、发泡剂3至4份、碳酸钙30至40份;所述的上贴合面各组分以及重量份如下:PVC树脂100份、增塑剂40至50份、色饼10至20份;所述的上贴合面和下贴合面通过热压贴合对接;所述的上贴合面下侧设有上对接槽;所述的下贴合面上侧设有下对接槽;所述的上对接槽和下对接槽对接形成粉体空腔;所述的防腐环体贴合安装在粉体空腔的四周内壁;所述的防腐环体内侧的粉体空腔内灌注竹纤维粉和玻璃纤维粉的混料粉料;所述的竹纤维粉和玻璃纤维粉的重量比为2:1。
进一步,所述的增塑剂为DOP邻苯二甲酸二辛酯。
进一步,所述的防腐环体为聚四氟乙烯材料制成。

一种混合纤维粉体内藏式生态合成革的制备方法,步骤如下:
S1、上贴合面的制备:将上贴合面中的PVC树脂、增塑剂、色饼各组分送入搅拌机中进行搅拌;将搅拌好的上贴合面的各组分进行混炼、开炼,得到上贴合面浆料;然后将上贴合面浆料注射至上贴合面模具中经过模具挤压、加热固化、冷却成型、脱模,得到带有上对接槽的上贴合面;
S2、下贴合面的制备:将下贴合面中的PVC树脂、稳定剂、发泡剂、碳酸钙送入搅拌机中进行搅拌;将搅拌好的下贴合面的各组分进行混炼、开炼,得到下贴合面浆料;然后将下贴合面浆料注射至下贴合面模具中经过模具挤压、加热固化、冷却成型、脱模,得到带有下对接槽的下贴合面;
S3、安装灌注贴合:首先将防腐环体下半部四周外侧贴合安装在下贴合面的下对接槽的四周内壁;然后将竹纤维和玻璃纤维通过研磨机进行研磨成竹纤维粉和玻璃纤维粉,将竹纤维粉和玻璃纤维粉按照2:1的重量比例进行充分混合,得到混料粉料;在防腐环体内灌注混料粉料,使得混料粉料充满整个防腐环体内;最后将上贴合面对接在下贴合面上,使得防腐环体上半部四周外侧贴合安装在上贴合面的上对接槽的四周内壁;如此形成如下结构:上对接槽和下对接槽对接形成粉体空腔,防腐环体贴合安装在粉体空腔的四周内壁,防腐环体内侧的粉体空腔内灌注竹纤维粉和玻璃纤维粉的混料粉料;
S4、热压贴合:将步骤S3中的上贴合面和下贴合面置于贴合机上,经过预热、贴合、冷却工序,得到所述的混合纤维粉体内藏式生态合成革。
进一步,所述的步骤S1中控制搅拌机的温度为170至180℃,加热固化时间为20至30min。
进一步,所述的步骤S2中控制搅拌机的温度为180至190℃,加热固化时间为30至40min。
进一步,所述的步骤S3中将竹纤维粉和玻璃纤维粉的混料粉料压实在防腐环体内;所述竹纤维粉和玻璃纤维粉混合时间为10至15min。
本发明的有益效果
1.本发明设计巧妙,利用防腐环体作为载体将竹纤维粉和玻璃纤维粉的混料粉料内藏于上贴合面和下贴合面内部,本发明在上贴合面下侧设有上对接槽,下贴合面上侧设有下对接槽,上对接槽和下对接槽对接形成粉体空腔,防腐环体贴合安装在粉体空腔的四周内壁,防腐环体内侧的粉体空腔内灌注竹纤维粉和玻璃纤维粉的混料粉料。
2.本发明改变了传统将各种组分一起高温搅拌后进行混炼开炼、再进行贴合的制备方法,因为竹纤维和玻璃纤维经过混炼开炼之后的透气吸湿性和防腐性能会受到极大的削减,本发明将竹纤维和玻璃纤维不进行混炼和开炼而直接活性灌注藏于上贴合面和下贴合面的内部,极大的提升了本发明环保性能、透气吸湿性能、耐腐蚀性能,利用聚四氟乙烯材料制备的防腐环体作为竹纤维和玻璃纤维的载体进一步提升了腐蚀性能。
3.竹纤维粉透气吸湿性好,玻璃纤维粉耐腐蚀性强,将这两者进行混合后性能综合互补,极大的提升了本发明的透气吸湿性能和耐腐蚀性能。

一种混合纤维粉体内藏式生态合成革的制备方法,步骤如下:
S1、上贴合面的制备:将上贴合面中的PVC树脂、增塑剂、色饼各组分送入搅拌机中进行搅拌,控制搅拌机的温度为170℃;将搅拌好的上贴合面的各组分进行混炼、开炼,得到上贴合面浆料;然后将上贴合面浆料注射至上贴合面模具中经过模具挤压、加热固化、冷却成型、脱模,得到带有上对接槽的上贴合面;加热固化时间为20 min;
S2、下贴合面的制备:将下贴合面中的PVC树脂、稳定剂、发泡剂、碳酸钙送入搅拌机中进行搅拌,控制搅拌机的温度为180℃;将搅拌好的下贴合面的各组分进行混炼、开炼,得到下贴合面浆料;然后将下贴合面浆料注射至下贴合面模具中经过模具挤压、加热固化、冷却成型、脱模,得到带有下对接槽的下贴合面;加热固化时间为30 min;
S3、安装灌注贴合:首先将防腐环体下半部四周外侧贴合安装在下贴合面的下对接槽的四周内壁;然后将竹纤维和玻璃纤维通过研磨机进行研磨成竹纤维粉和玻璃纤维粉,将竹纤维粉和玻璃纤维粉按照2:1的重量比例进行充分混合,得到混料粉料;在防腐环体内灌注混料粉料,使得混料粉料充满整个防腐环体内;最后将上贴合面对接在下贴合面上,使得防腐环体上半部四周外侧贴合安装在上贴合面的上对接槽的四周内壁;如此形成如下结构:上对接槽和下对接槽对接形成粉体空腔,防腐环体贴合安装在粉体空腔的四周内壁,防腐环体内侧的粉体空腔内灌注竹纤维粉和玻璃纤维粉的混料粉料;将竹纤维粉和玻璃纤维粉的混料粉料压实在防腐环体内;所述竹纤维粉和玻璃纤维粉混合时间为10min;
S4、热压贴合:将步骤S3中的上贴合面和下贴合面置于贴合机上,经过预热、贴合、冷却工序,得到所述的混合纤维粉体内藏式生态合成革。
实施例2
如图1和2所示,一种混合纤维粉体内藏式生态合成革,包括上贴合面2、下贴合面1、防腐环体3、竹纤维粉、玻璃纤维粉;防腐环体3可为聚四氟乙烯材料制成;所述的下贴合面1各组分以及重量份如下:PVC树脂100份、稳定剂4.5份、发泡剂3.5份、碳酸钙35份;所述的上贴合面2各组分以及重量份如下:PVC树脂100份、增塑剂45份、色饼15份;增塑剂为DOP邻苯二甲酸二辛酯;所述的上贴合面2和下贴合面1通过热压贴合对接;所述的上贴合面2下侧设有上对接槽;所述的下贴合面1上侧设有下对接槽;所述的上对接槽和下对接槽对接形成粉体空腔4;所述的防腐环体3贴合安装在粉体空腔4的四周内壁;所述的防腐环体3内侧的粉体空腔4内灌注竹纤维粉和玻璃纤维粉的混料粉料5;所述的竹纤维粉和玻璃纤维粉的重量比为2:1。粉体空腔4呈矩形结构;所述的防腐环体3呈矩形结构。
一种混合纤维粉体内藏式生态合成革的制备方法,步骤如下:
S1、上贴合面的制备:将上贴合面中的PVC树脂、增塑剂、色饼各组分送入搅拌机中进行搅拌,控制搅拌机的温度为175℃;将搅拌好的上贴合面的各组分进行混炼、开炼,得到上贴合面浆料;然后将上贴合面浆料注射至上贴合面模具中经过模具挤压、加热固化、冷却成型、脱模,得到带有上对接槽的上贴合面;加热固化时间为25min;
S2、下贴合面的制备:将下贴合面中的PVC树脂、稳定剂、发泡剂、碳酸钙送入搅拌机中进行搅拌,控制搅拌机的温度为185℃;将搅拌好的下贴合面的各组分进行混炼、开炼,得到下贴合面浆料;然后将下贴合面浆料注射至下贴合面模具中经过模具挤压、加热固化、冷却成型、脱模,得到带有下对接槽的下贴合面;加热固化时间为35min;
S3、安装灌注贴合:首先将防腐环体下半部四周外侧贴合安装在下贴合面的下对接槽的四周内壁;然后将竹纤维和玻璃纤维通过研磨机进行研磨成竹纤维粉和玻璃纤维粉,将竹纤维粉和玻璃纤维粉按照2:1的重量比例进行充分混合,得到混料粉料;在防腐环体内灌注混料粉料,使得混料粉料充满整个防腐环体内;最后将上贴合面对接在下贴合面上,使得防腐环体上半部四周外侧贴合安装在上贴合面的上对接槽的四周内壁;如此形成如下结构:上对接槽和下对接槽对接形成粉体空腔,防腐环体贴合安装在粉体空腔的四周内壁,防腐环体内侧的粉体空腔内灌注竹纤维粉和玻璃纤维粉的混料粉料;将竹纤维粉和玻璃纤维粉的混料粉料压实在防腐环体内;所述竹纤维粉和玻璃纤维粉混合时间为13min;
S4、热压贴合:将步骤S3中的上贴合面和下贴合面置于贴合机上,经过预热、贴合、冷却工序,得到所述的混合纤维粉体内藏式生态合成革。
实施例3
如图1和2所示,一种混合纤维粉体内藏式生态合成革,包括上贴合面2、下贴合面1、防腐环体3、竹纤维粉、玻璃纤维粉;防腐环体3可为聚四氟乙烯材料制成;所述的下贴合面1各组分以及重量份如下:PVC树脂100份、稳定剂5份、发泡剂4份、碳酸钙40份;所述的上贴合面2各组分以及重量份如下:PVC树脂100份、增塑剂50份、色饼20份;增塑剂为DOP邻苯二甲酸二辛酯;所述的上贴合面2和下贴合面1通过热压贴合对接;所述的上贴合面2下侧设有上对接槽;所述的下贴合面1上侧设有下对接槽;所述的上对接槽和下对接槽对接形成粉体空腔4;所述的防腐环体3贴合安装在粉体空腔4的四周内壁;所述的防腐环体3内侧的粉体空腔4内灌注竹纤维粉和玻璃纤维粉的混料粉料5;所述的竹纤维粉和玻璃纤维粉的重量比为2:1。粉体空腔4呈矩形结构;所述的防腐环体3呈矩形结构。

S3、安装灌注贴合:首先将防腐环体下半部四周外侧贴合安装在下贴合面的下对接槽的四周内壁;然后将竹纤维和玻璃纤维通过研磨机进行研磨成竹纤维粉和玻璃纤维粉,将竹纤维粉和玻璃纤维粉按照2:1的重量比例进行充分混合,得到混料粉料;在防腐环体内灌注混料粉料,使得混料粉料充满整个防腐环体内;最后将上贴合面对接在下贴合面上,使得防腐环体上半部四周外侧贴合安装在上贴合面的上对接槽的四周内壁;如此形成如下结构:上对接槽和下对接槽对接形成粉体空腔,防腐环体贴合安装在粉体空腔的四周内壁,防腐环体内侧的粉体空腔内灌注竹纤维粉和玻璃纤维粉的混料粉料;将竹纤维粉和玻璃纤维粉的混料粉料压实在防腐环体内;所述竹纤维粉和玻璃纤维粉混合时间为15min;
S4、热压贴合:将步骤S3中的上贴合面和下贴合面置于贴合机上,经过预热、贴合、冷却工序,得到所述的混合纤维粉体内藏式生态合成革。

1.一种混合纤维粉体内藏式生态合成革,其特征在于,包括上贴合面、下贴合面、防腐环体、竹纤维粉、玻璃纤维粉;所述的下贴合面各组分以及重量份如下:PVC树脂100份、稳定剂4至5份、发泡剂3至4份、碳酸钙30至40份;所述的上贴合面各组分以及重量份如下:PVC树脂100份、增塑剂40至50份、色饼10至20份;所述的上贴合面和下贴合面通过热压贴合对接;所述的上贴合面下侧设有上对接槽;所述的下贴合面上侧设有下对接槽;所述的上对接槽和下对接槽对接形成粉体空腔;所述的防腐环体贴合安装在粉体空腔的四周内壁;所述的防腐环体内侧的粉体空腔内灌注竹纤维粉和玻璃纤维粉的混合粉料;所述的竹纤维粉和玻璃纤维粉的重量比为2:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合纤维粉体内藏式生态合成革,其特征在于,所述的增塑剂为DOP邻苯二甲酸二辛酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的混合纤维粉体内藏式生态合成革,其特征在于,所述的防腐环体为聚四氟乙烯材料制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的混合纤维粉体内藏式生态合成革,其特征在于,所述的粉体空腔呈矩形结构;所述的防腐环体呈矩形结构。
5.一种根据权利要求1至4任意一项所述的混合纤维粉体内藏式生态合成革的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
S1、上贴合面的制备:将上贴合面中的PVC树脂、增塑剂、色饼各组分送入搅拌机中进行搅拌;将搅拌好的上贴合面的各组分进行混炼、开炼,得到上贴合面浆料;然后将上贴合面浆料注射至上贴合面模具中经过模具挤压、加热固化、冷却成型、脱模,得到带有上对接槽的上贴合面;
S2、下贴合面的制备:将下贴合面中的PVC树脂、稳定剂、发泡剂、碳酸钙送入搅拌机中进行搅拌;将搅拌好的下贴合面的各组分进行混炼、开炼,得到下贴合面浆料;然后将下贴合面浆料注射至下贴合面模具中经过模具挤压、加热固化、冷却成型、脱模,得到带有下对接槽的下贴合面;
S3、安装灌注贴合:首先将防腐环体下半部四周外侧贴合安装在下贴合面的下对接槽的四周内壁;然后将竹纤维和玻璃纤维通过研磨机进行研磨成竹纤维粉和玻璃纤维粉,将竹纤维粉和玻璃纤维粉按照2:1的重量比例进行充分混合,得到混合粉料;在防腐环体内灌注混合粉料,使得混合粉料充满整个防腐环体内;最后将上贴合面对接在下贴合面上,使得防腐环体上半部四周外侧贴合安装在上贴合面的上对接槽的四周内壁;如此形成如下结构:上对接槽和下对接槽对接形成粉体空腔,防腐环体贴合安装在粉体空腔的四周内壁,防腐环体内侧的粉体空腔内灌注竹纤维粉和玻璃纤维粉的混合粉料;
S4、热压贴合:将步骤S3中的上贴合面和下贴合面置于贴合机上,经过预热、贴合、冷却工序,得到所述的混合纤维粉体内藏式生态合成革。
6.根据权利要求5所述的混合纤维粉体内藏式生态合成革的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤S1中控制搅拌机的温度为170至180℃,加热固化时间为20至30min。
7.根据权利要求5所述的混合纤维粉体内藏式生态合成革的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤S2中控制搅拌机的温度为180至190℃,加热固化时间为30至40min。
8.根据权利要求5所述的混合纤维粉体内藏式生态合成革的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤S3中将竹纤维粉和玻璃纤维粉的混合粉料压实在防腐环体内;所述竹纤维粉和玻璃纤维粉混合时间为10至15min。
