Abstract

本发明公开了一种多功能负离子环保PVC皮革生产方法,包括:压延工序:将泡层配方混合均匀,转到密炼机混炼3~6min,待胶料塑化完毕,再由开放式轧轮机混炼5~10min,通过过滤机过滤,将料转到压延机压片拉膜成0.10~0.40mm之间的薄膜,贴合于革基布上待用;将面层配方混合均匀,转到密炼机混炼3~6min,待胶料塑化完毕,再由开放式轧轮机混炼4~6min,通过过滤机过滤,将料转到压延机压片拉膜成0.10~0.20mm之间的薄膜,贴合于已贴合泡层胶皮的革基布上,转入发泡工序;发泡工序:压延工序生产的半成品,进入发泡炉体进行发泡处理,再通过钢辊压纹或真空辊轮吸纹,变成表面具有凸凹感的皮革纹路;处理工序:皮革表面采用环保油性处理或水性处理。本发明生产的多功能负离子环保PVC皮革能够持续有效释放负离子。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种多功能负离子环保PVC皮革生产方法。
背景技术
PVC压延革的历史不过五六十年,因其具备加工成型简单、材料来源广泛且价廉、表面风格变化大,且其使用寿命长,因此在人们日常生活中获得广泛的应用。但是现有的PVC压延皮革,功能较为单一,很大一部分低价产品不符合环保要求,也无法释放负离子。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决上述问题,提供一种能够释放负离子的多功能负离子环保PVC皮革生产方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种多功能负离子环保PVC皮革生产方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、压延工序:(1)将泡层配方通过高速混合机混合均匀,转到密炼机混炼3~6min,待胶料塑化完毕,再由开放式轧轮机混炼5~10min,通过过滤机过滤,将料转到压延机压片拉膜成0.10~0.40mm之间的薄膜,贴合于革基布上待用;(2)将面层配方通过高速混合机混合均匀,转到密炼机混炼3~6min,待胶料塑化完毕,再由开放式轧轮机混炼4~6min,通过过滤机过滤,将料转到压延机压片拉膜成0.10~0.20mm之间的薄膜,贴合于已贴合泡层胶皮的革基布上,转入发泡工序;
按照重量份计,泡层配方:
面层配方:
S2、发泡工序:压延工序生产的半成品,进入发泡炉体发泡处理,再通过钢辊压纹或真空辊轮吸纹,变成表面具有凸凹感的皮革纹路;
S3、处理工序:皮革表面采用环保油性处理,或者水性处理,得到成品。
优选的是:所述压延机为四辊压延机。
优选的是:多功能负离子环保PVC皮革用于家具、汽车座椅、汽车脚垫、汽车座套、汽车脚垫,室内装饰、飞机座椅及内饰、火车座椅及内饰、箱包、鞋材。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明生产的多功能负离子环保PVC皮革能够持续有效释放负离子,使用效果好。
具体实施方式
实施例:多功能负离子环保PVC皮革生产方法,包括:S1、压延工序:(1)将泡层配方通过高速混合机混合均匀,转到密炼机混炼3~6min(分钟),待胶料塑化完毕,再由开放式轧轮机混炼5~10min(分钟),通过过滤机过滤,将料转到四辊压延机压片拉膜成0.10~0.40mm(毫米)之间的薄膜,贴合于革基布上待用;(2)将面层配方通过高速混合机混合均匀,转到密炼机混炼3~6min(分钟),待胶料塑化完毕,再由开放式轧轮机混炼4~6min(分钟),通过过滤机过滤,将料转到四辊压延机压片拉膜成0.10~0.20mm(毫米)之间的薄膜,贴合于已贴合泡层胶皮的革基布上,转入发泡工序。
其中,按照重量份计,泡层配方:
面层配方:(优选地,细度为2000目)
S2、发泡工序:压延工序生产的半成品,进入发泡炉体按照根据客户的需求,选择压纹(吸纹),将发泡机温度、速度调整到适当条件发泡,再通过钢辊压纹或真空辊轮吸纹,变成表面具有凸凹感的皮革纹路。
S3、处理工序:根据客户需求对皮革表面采用环保油性处理,或者水性处理,得到成品,以达到客户需要的效果样品。
制造步骤是将外购的负离子粉(电气石+蛭石的粉末),作为添加成分,加入PVC皮革面料中,通过压延工艺,高温塑化成膜,再通过压纹,表面处理后,成为具备可释放负离子的环保皮革面料。
用途:此面料可应用于家具、汽车座椅、汽车脚垫、座套、脚垫,办公、室内装饰、飞机座椅及内饰、火车座椅及内装饰、箱包、鞋材里等用途。
产品及工艺性:1、本发明采用高能负离子粉作为添加材料,加入PVC皮革的面层配方中(泡层不加)。通过控制面层中负离子粉的添加量,以达到不同的负离子的释放量,生产出的皮革成品,具备永久释放负离子的能力。同时,本方法不改变传统的PVC皮革的生产设备和工艺参数;本产品的负离子稳定释放量维持在5000~20000个/立方厘米之间。2、本产品满足可溶解重金属GB21550-2008、AZO≤30ppm;甲醛≤75ppm;气味等级≤3级(QB/T2725-2005)的皮革环保要求。
以下是针对本产品的实验结论;
1、负离子释放量与载体树脂没有关系;与加工工艺、与加工时间、温度之间无关系;下表为成品的实验数据,其中负离子释放量的单位为″个/立方厘米″:(检测设备为美国AIRIONCOUNTER便携式负离子检测仪器)

1.一种多功能负离子环保PVC皮革生产方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、压延工序:(1)将泡层配方通过高速混合机混合均匀,转到密炼机混炼3~6min,待胶料塑化完毕,再由开放式轧轮机混炼5~10min,通过过滤机过滤,将料转到压延机压片拉膜成0.10~0.40mm之间的薄膜,贴合于革基布上待用;(2)将面层配方通过高速混合机混合均匀,转到密炼机混炼3~6min,待胶料塑化完毕,再由开放式轧轮机混炼4~6min,通过过滤机过滤,将料转到压延机压片拉膜成0.10~0.20mm之间的薄膜,贴合于已贴合泡层胶皮的革基布上,转入发泡工序;
