背景技术
随着社会的不断发展,人民生活水平日益提高,人们对于居住环境的要求也日益提高。目前,室内室外用的合成革一般都是用于装饰、座椅、桌垫等等方面,室内室外用的合成革越来越向生态方向发展。目前,市场上开发的生态合成革一般包括面层和基材层,面层和基材层通过PVC树脂混合各种改性剂混炼而成,然后将装饰层和基材层进行热压贴合,但是,这样的装饰革的疏水导湿性差、环保性差、连接性不好。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足之处,本发明解决的问题为:提供一种疏水导湿性高、环保性高、连接性稳固的生态合成革及其制备方法。
为解决上述问题,本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种生态合成革,包括基材层、面层、聚四氟乙烯薄膜;所述的基材层各组分以及重量份如下:PVC树脂100份、稳定剂4至5份、发泡剂3至4份、碳酸钙30至40份、玉米胚粉5至10份、硅胶5至10份;所述的面层各组分以及重量份如下:PVC树脂100份、增塑剂40至50份、色饼10至20份、玉米胚粉5至10份、硅胶5至10份;所述的面层和基材层上下贴合对接;所述的面层和基材层对接面呈波浪形结构;所述的聚四氟乙烯薄膜嵌入在面层和基材层之间;所述的聚四氟乙烯薄膜呈波浪形结构嵌入在面层和基材层之间;所述的聚四氟乙烯薄膜上均匀开设有多个渗透固化孔。
进一步,所述的增塑剂为DOP邻苯二甲酸二辛酯。
进一步,所述的玉米胚粉和硅胶的重量份比为1:1。
进一步,所述的PVC树脂为三型PVC树脂。
一种生态合成革的制备方法,步骤如下:
S1、基材层的制备:首先将玉米胚粉和硅胶按照重量份投入至加热搅拌炉中进行充分搅拌,然后再将PVC树脂、稳定剂、发泡剂、碳酸钙按照重量份投入至加热搅拌炉中继续搅拌;将搅拌好的基材层的各组分进行混炼和开炼,得到基材层浆料;将基材层浆料送入基材层模具中压实、加热固化、冷却脱膜,得到一面呈波浪形结构的基材层;
S2、面层的制备:首先将玉米胚粉和硅胶按照重量份投入至加热搅拌炉中进行充分搅拌,然后再将PVC树脂、增塑剂、色饼按照重量份投入至加热搅拌炉中继续搅拌;将搅拌好的面层的各组分进行混炼和开炼,得到面层浆料;将面层浆料送入面层模具中压实、加热固化、冷却脱膜,得到一面呈波浪形结构的面层;
S3、聚四氟乙烯薄膜开孔:通过切割道具对聚四氟乙烯薄膜进行开设通孔,使得聚四氟乙烯薄膜上均匀分布有多个渗透固化孔;
S4、热压贴合:将开设有多个渗透固化孔的聚四氟乙烯薄膜的下端面贴合在基材层呈波浪形结构的一面上,然后再将面层的呈波浪形结构的一面贴合在聚四氟乙烯薄膜的上端面上,最后将基材层、聚四氟乙烯薄膜、面层至于复合机上,经过加热、贴合、冷却工序,得到生态合成革。

进一步,所述的步骤S3中聚四氟乙烯薄膜的厚度为0.5至0.8mm。
进一步,所述的步骤S4中加热温度为100至120℃,加热时间为25至30min。
本发明的有益效果
本发明在基材层和面层中均加入了玉米胚粉和硅胶两大组分,通过玉米胚粉的绿色吸附能力提高整个材料的吸收甲醛的能力,同时通过硅胶的吸附聚合作用克服了玉米胚粉难以聚合粘接的难题,本发明在基材层和面层中加入了聚四氟乙烯薄膜,通过聚四氟乙烯薄膜增加了整个生态合成革的疏水透湿性,另外本发明为了增加基材层、面层、聚四氟乙烯薄膜的贴合性,将聚四氟乙烯薄膜呈波浪形结构嵌入在面层和基材层之间,同时增加了生态合成革的纵向疏水透湿性面积,本发明不仅环保而且疏水透湿好,同时本发明基材层、面层、聚四氟乙烯薄膜的连接性好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明内容作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
如图1所示,一种生态合成革,包括基材层2、面层1、聚四氟乙烯薄膜3;所述的基材层2各组分以及重量份如下:PVC树脂100份、稳定剂4份、发泡剂3份、碳酸钙30份、玉米胚粉5份、硅胶5份;所述的面层1各组分以及重量份如下:PVC树脂100份、增塑剂40份、色饼10份、玉米胚粉5份、硅胶5份;增塑剂为DOP邻苯二甲酸二辛酯;所述的面层1和基材层2上下贴合对接;所述的面层1和基材层2对接面呈波浪形结构;所述的聚四氟乙烯薄膜3嵌入在面层1和基材层2之间;所述的聚四氟乙烯薄膜3呈波浪形结构嵌入在面层1和基材层2之间;所述的聚四氟乙烯薄膜3上均匀开设有多个渗透固化孔。PVC树脂为三型PVC树脂。
一种生态合成革的制备方法,步骤如下:
S1、基材层的制备:首先将玉米胚粉和硅胶按照重量份投入至加热搅拌炉中进行充分搅拌,搅拌时间为10 min,然后再将PVC树脂、稳定剂、发泡剂、碳酸钙按照重量份投入至加热搅拌炉中继续搅拌,搅拌的时间为20 min;控制加热搅拌炉的温度为170℃;将搅拌好的基材层的各组分进行混炼和开炼,得到基材层浆料;将基材层浆料送入基材层模具中压实、加热固化、冷却脱膜,得到一面呈波浪形结构的基材层;加热固化的温度为60℃、时间为30min;
S2、面层的制备:首先将玉米胚粉和硅胶按照重量份投入至加热搅拌炉中进行充分搅拌,搅拌时间为10 min,然后再将PVC树脂、增塑剂、色饼按照重量份投入至加热搅拌炉中继续搅拌,搅拌的时间为20min;控制加热搅拌炉的温度为180℃;将搅拌好的面层的各组分进行混炼和开炼,得到面层浆料;将面层浆料送入面层模具中压实、加热固化、冷却脱膜,得到一面呈波浪形结构的面层;加热固化的温度为60℃、时间为30 min;
S3、聚四氟乙烯薄膜开孔:通过切割道具对聚四氟乙烯薄膜进行开设通孔,使得聚四氟乙烯薄膜上均匀分布有多个渗透固化孔;聚四氟乙烯薄膜的厚度为0.5 mm;
S4、热压贴合:将开设有多个渗透固化孔的聚四氟乙烯薄膜的下端面贴合在基材层呈波浪形结构的一面上,然后再将面层的呈波浪形结构的一面贴合在聚四氟乙烯薄膜的上端面上,最后将基材层、聚四氟乙烯薄膜、面层至于复合机上,经过加热、贴合、冷却工序,得到生态合成革。加热温度为100℃,加热时间为25 min。
实施例2
如图1所示,一种生态合成革,包括基材层2、面层1、聚四氟乙烯薄膜3;所述的基材层2各组分以及重量份如下:PVC树脂100份、稳定剂4.5份、发泡剂3.5份、碳酸钙35份、玉米胚粉8份、硅胶7份;所述的面层1各组分以及重量份如下:PVC树脂100份、增塑剂45份、色饼15份、玉米胚粉7份、硅胶8份;增塑剂为DOP邻苯二甲酸二辛酯;所述的面层1和基材层2上下贴合对接;所述的面层1和基材层2对接面呈波浪形结构;所述的聚四氟乙烯薄膜3嵌入在面层1和基材层2之间;所述的聚四氟乙烯薄膜3呈波浪形结构嵌入在面层1和基材层2之间;所述的聚四氟乙烯薄膜3上均匀开设有多个渗透固化孔。PVC树脂为三型PVC树脂。
一种生态合成革的制备方法,步骤如下:
S1、基材层的制备:首先将玉米胚粉和硅胶按照重量份投入至加热搅拌炉中进行充分搅拌,搅拌时间为15min,然后再将PVC树脂、稳定剂、发泡剂、碳酸钙按照重量份投入至加热搅拌炉中继续搅拌,搅拌的时间为25min;控制加热搅拌炉的温度为175℃;将搅拌好的基材层的各组分进行混炼和开炼,得到基材层浆料;将基材层浆料送入基材层模具中压实、加热固化、冷却脱膜,得到一面呈波浪形结构的基材层;加热固化的温度为70℃、时间为35min;
S2、面层的制备:首先将玉米胚粉和硅胶按照重量份投入至加热搅拌炉中进行充分搅拌,搅拌时间为15min,然后再将PVC树脂、增塑剂、色饼按照重量份投入至加热搅拌炉中继续搅拌,搅拌的时间为25min;控制加热搅拌炉的温度为185℃;将搅拌好的面层的各组分进行混炼和开炼,得到面层浆料;将面层浆料送入面层模具中压实、加热固化、冷却脱膜,得到一面呈波浪形结构的面层;加热固化的温度为70℃、时间为35min;
S3、聚四氟乙烯薄膜开孔:通过切割道具对聚四氟乙烯薄膜进行开设通孔,使得聚四氟乙烯薄膜上均匀分布有多个渗透固化孔;聚四氟乙烯薄膜的厚度为0.7mm;
S4、热压贴合:将开设有多个渗透固化孔的聚四氟乙烯薄膜的下端面贴合在基材层呈波浪形结构的一面上,然后再将面层的呈波浪形结构的一面贴合在聚四氟乙烯薄膜的上端面上,最后将基材层、聚四氟乙烯薄膜、面层至于复合机上,经过加热、贴合、冷却工序,得到生态合成革。加热温度为110℃,加热时间为28min。
实施例3
如图1所示,一种生态合成革,包括基材层2、面层1、聚四氟乙烯薄膜3;所述的基材层2各组分以及重量份如下:PVC树脂100份、稳定剂5份、发泡剂4份、碳酸钙40份、玉米胚粉10份、硅胶10份;所述的面层1各组分以及重量份如下:PVC树脂100份、增塑剂50份、色饼20份、玉米胚粉10份、硅胶10份;增塑剂为DOP邻苯二甲酸二辛酯;所述的面层1和基材层2上下贴合对接;所述的面层1和基材层2对接面呈波浪形结构;所述的聚四氟乙烯薄膜3嵌入在面层1和基材层2之间;所述的聚四氟乙烯薄膜3呈波浪形结构嵌入在面层1和基材层2之间;所述的聚四氟乙烯薄膜3上均匀开设有多个渗透固化孔。PVC树脂为三型PVC树脂。
一种生态合成革的制备方法,步骤如下:
S1、基材层的制备:首先将玉米胚粉和硅胶按照重量份投入至加热搅拌炉中进行充分搅拌,搅拌时间为20min,然后再将PVC树脂、稳定剂、发泡剂、碳酸钙按照重量份投入至加热搅拌炉中继续搅拌,搅拌的时间为30min;控制加热搅拌炉的温度为180℃;将搅拌好的基材层的各组分进行混炼和开炼,得到基材层浆料;将基材层浆料送入基材层模具中压实、加热固化、冷却脱膜,得到一面呈波浪形结构的基材层;加热固化的温度为80℃、时间为40min;
S2、面层的制备:首先将玉米胚粉和硅胶按照重量份投入至加热搅拌炉中进行充分搅拌,搅拌时间为20min,然后再将PVC树脂、增塑剂、色饼按照重量份投入至加热搅拌炉中继续搅拌,搅拌的时间为30min;控制加热搅拌炉的温度为190℃;将搅拌好的面层的各组分进行混炼和开炼,得到面层浆料;将面层浆料送入面层模具中压实、加热固化、冷却脱膜,得到一面呈波浪形结构的面层;加热固化的温度为80℃、时间为40min;
S3、聚四氟乙烯薄膜开孔:通过切割道具对聚四氟乙烯薄膜进行开设通孔,使得聚四氟乙烯薄膜上均匀分布有多个渗透固化孔;聚四氟乙烯薄膜的厚度为0.8mm;
S4、热压贴合:将开设有多个渗透固化孔的聚四氟乙烯薄膜的下端面贴合在基材层呈波浪形结构的一面上,然后再将面层的呈波浪形结构的一面贴合在聚四氟乙烯薄膜的上端面上,最后将基材层、聚四氟乙烯薄膜、面层至于复合机上,经过加热、贴合、冷却工序,得到生态合成革。加热温度为120℃,加热时间为30min。

Claims (9)
1.一种生态合成革,其特征在于,包括基材层、面层、聚四氟乙烯薄膜;所述的基材层各组分以及重量份如下:PVC树脂100份、稳定剂4至5份、发泡剂3至4份、碳酸钙30至40份、玉米胚粉5至10份、硅胶5至10份;所述的面层各组分以及重量份如下:PVC树脂100份、增塑剂40至50份、色饼10至20份、玉米胚粉5至10份、硅胶5至10份;所述的面层和基材层上下贴合对接;所述的面层和基材层对接面呈波浪形结构;所述的聚四氟乙烯薄膜嵌入在面层和基材层之间;所述的聚四氟乙烯薄膜呈波浪形结构嵌入在面层和基材层之间;所述的聚四氟乙烯薄膜上均匀开设有多个渗透固化孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生态合成革,其特征在于,所述的增塑剂为DOP邻苯二甲酸二辛酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的生态合成革,其特征在于,所述的玉米胚粉和硅胶的重量份比为1:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的生态合成革,其特征在于,所述的PVC树脂为三型PVC树脂。
5.一种根据权利要求1至4任意一项所述的生态合成革的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
S1、基材层的制备:首先将玉米胚粉和硅胶按照重量份投入至加热搅拌炉中进行充分搅拌,然后再将PVC树脂、稳定剂、发泡剂、碳酸钙按照重量份投入至加热搅拌炉中继续搅拌;将搅拌好的基材层的各组分进行混炼和开炼,得到基材层浆料;将基材层浆料送入基材层模具中压实、加热固化、冷却脱膜,得到一面呈波浪形结构的基材层;
S2、面层的制备:首先将玉米胚粉和硅胶按照重量份投入至加热搅拌炉中进行充分搅拌,然后再将PVC树脂、增塑剂、色饼按照重量份投入至加热搅拌炉中继续搅拌;将搅拌好的面层的各组分进行混炼和开炼,得到面层浆料;将面层浆料送入面层模具中压实、加热固化、冷却脱膜,得到一面呈波浪形结构的面层;
S3、聚四氟乙烯薄膜开孔:通过切割道具对聚四氟乙烯薄膜进行开设通孔,使得聚四氟乙烯薄膜上均匀分布有多个渗透固化孔;
S4、热压贴合:将开设有多个渗透固化孔的聚四氟乙烯薄膜的下端面贴合在基材层呈波浪形结构的一面上,然后再将面层的呈波浪形结构的一面贴合在聚四氟乙烯薄膜的上端面上,最后将基材层、聚四氟乙烯薄膜、面层至于复合机上,经过加热、贴合、冷却工序,得到生态合成革。
6.根据权利要求5所述的生态合成革的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤S1中玉米胚粉和硅胶搅拌时间为10至20min;基材层的组分一起继续搅拌的时间为20至30min;控制加热搅拌炉的温度为170至180℃;加热固化的温度为60至80℃、时间为30至40min。
7.根据权利要求5所述的生态合成革的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤S2中玉米胚粉和硅胶搅拌时间为10至20min;面层的组分一起继续搅拌的时间为20至30min;控制加热搅拌炉的温度为180至190℃;加热固化的温度为60至80℃、时间为30至40min。
8.根据权利要求5所述的生态合成革的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤S3中聚四氟乙烯薄膜的厚度为0.5至0.8mm。
9.根据权利要求5所述的生态合成革的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤S4中加热温度为100至120℃,加热时间为25至30min。
