Abstract
本发明公开了一种物理发泡人造革及其制造方法,人造革的面层和基布层分别固定贴合于发泡层两侧,发泡层内设有受热膨胀发泡体,其制造方法为:混合面层浆料经过混炼、塑炼后压延成片材,将受热膨胀发泡体均匀混入混合好的发泡层浆料内,将发泡层浆料涂覆于面层片材背面形成发泡层,将基底层贴合在发泡层表面形成半成品,给半成品加热使其发泡层受热膨胀形成成品,本发明制造方法简单,所得人造革发泡层内通过受热膨胀材料形成膨胀的发泡层,人造革成品弹性好,手感好,且产品长期使用也不会有致癌物质渗入人体,使用安全,符合欧盟标准。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种人造革制作方法,特别涉及一种物理发泡人造革及其制造方法。
背景技术
人造革应用越来越广泛,为了使人造革更具有弹性,常常在人造革浆料中添加发泡剂,化学发泡剂在人造革浆料内加热分解后能释放出二氧化碳和氮气等气体,并在聚合物组成中形成细孔,发泡剂使得人造革材料内部产生很多气泡,进而实现人造革发泡,使得人造革手感具有弹性,然而欧盟的新研究发现:AC发泡剂在制造中受热时,会产生可能导致癌症的物质—氨基脲,这种物质会进入与人造革长期接触的人体内,给人体健康造成影响。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本发明提供了一种物理发泡人造革及其制造方法,该物理发泡人造革制造方法工艺简单,避免了使用AC发泡剂,其采用物理膨胀的原理实现人造革发泡,人造革具有弹性,且不会产生致癌物质,使用安全。
本发明为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种物理发泡人造革,包括基布层、发泡层和面层,以使用状态为基准,面层和基布层分别固定贴合于发泡层两侧,所述发泡层内设有受热膨胀发泡体。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述发泡层内的受热膨胀发泡体为若干空心发泡球体、受热膨胀树脂和碳酸氢钠(NaHCO3)粉体中的一种或多种的组合。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述发泡层的各个空心发泡球体、碳酸氢钠粉体和受热膨胀树脂外侧包覆有一层PVC壳。
一种物理发泡人造革制造方法,具体步骤如下:
步骤一:准备面层材料并充分混合搅拌成面层浆料
步骤二:将面层浆料先排入混炼机内进行混炼,然后再排入炼胶机内进行塑炼;
步骤三:将经过塑炼的面层浆料送至压延机里压延成厚度在0.2mm~0.4mm的片材;
步骤四:准备发泡层材料并充分混合搅拌成发泡层浆料;
步骤五:将受热膨胀发泡体混入发泡浆料内,搅拌均匀;
步骤六:步骤五中的发泡层浆料涂覆于步骤三成型的面层片材背面形成发泡层;
步骤七:将将提前准备好的基底层贴合在发泡层表面形成半成品,基材贴合的生产速度为30m/min;
步骤八:给半成品加热,加热温度为150℃~190℃,半成品发泡层受热膨胀形成成品。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述面层配料如下:聚氯乙烯树脂100重量份、增塑剂10~80重量份、润滑剂0.5~1重量份、耐热稳定剂2~5重量份、颜料3~5重量份、调整剂1~10重量份、加工助剂3~15重量份和耐磨改性材料30~50重量份,将上述表面致密层配料在高速分散混合机里混合均匀形成面层浆料,其中搅拌温度120℃~130℃,搅拌时间100s~200s,最佳为150s;发泡层配料如下:聚氯乙烯树脂100重量份、增塑剂10~80重量份、润滑剂0.5~1重量份、耐热稳定剂2~5重量份、颜料3~5重量份、调整剂1~10重量份、发泡体3~50重量份,将上述过渡层配料高速分散混合机里混合均匀形成过渡层浆料,其中搅拌温度120℃~130℃,搅拌时间100s~200s,最佳为150s。
作为本发明的进一步改进,面层浆料在混炼机被混炼温度130℃~150℃,混炼时间200s~300s,最佳为为250s。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述面层浆料在炼胶机(开放式炼胶机)内在120℃~130℃的温度条件下进行塑炼10min~20min,最佳为15min。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述面层浆料在压延机里压延作业条件温度为160℃~180℃,生产速度20m/min~40m/min。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤七中面层与中层贴合压力≥1T,中层与基布层贴合压力≥1T。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤八中加热环境为:加热温度为150℃~190℃。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明制造方法简单,便于实现,人造革发泡层内通过受热膨胀材料形成膨胀的发泡层,人造革成品弹性好,手感好,且产品长期使用也不会有致癌物质渗入人体,使用安全,符合欧盟标准。

具体实施方式
实施例:一种物理发泡人造革,包括基布层1、发泡层2和面层3,以使用状态为基准,面层3和基布层1分别固定贴合于发泡层2两侧,所述发泡层内设有受热膨胀发泡体。
所述发泡层内的受热膨胀发泡体为若干空心发泡球体4、受热膨胀树脂和碳酸氢钠(NaHCO3)粉体中的一种或多种的组合。
所述发泡层2的各个空心发泡球体、碳酸氢钠粉体和受热膨胀树脂外侧均包覆有一层PVC壳5。
一种权利要求1中所述的物理发泡人造革制造方法,具体步骤如下:
步骤一:准备面层材料并充分混合搅拌成面层浆料
步骤二:将面层浆料先排入混炼机内进行混炼,然后再排入炼胶机内进行塑炼;
步骤三:将经过塑炼的面层浆料送至压延机里压延成厚度在0.2mm~0.4mm的片材;
步骤四:准备发泡层材料并充分混合搅拌成发泡层浆料;
步骤五:将受热膨胀发泡体混入发泡浆料内,搅拌均匀;
步骤六:步骤五中的发泡层浆料涂覆于步骤三成型的面层片材背面形成发泡层;
步骤七:将将提前准备好的基底层贴合在发泡层表面形成半成品,基材贴合的生产速度为30m/min;
步骤八:给半成品加热,加热温度为150℃~190℃,半成品发泡层受热膨胀形成成品。
所述面层按下述表格中各方案分别进行配料:
将上述表面致密层配料在高速分散混合机里混合均匀形成面层浆料,其中搅拌温度120℃~130℃,搅拌时间100s~200s,最佳为150s;
发泡层按下述表格中各方案分别进行配料:
将上述过渡层配料高速分散混合机里混合均匀形成过渡层浆料,其中搅拌温度120℃~130℃,搅拌时间100s~200s,最佳为150s。
所述面层浆料在混炼机被混炼温度130℃~150℃,混炼时间200s~300s,最佳为为250s。
所述面层浆料在开放式炼胶机内在120℃~130℃的温度条件下进行塑炼10min~20min,最佳为15min。
所述面层浆料在压延机里压延作业条件温度为160℃~180℃,生产速度20m/min~40m/min。
所述步骤七中面层与中层贴合压力≥1T,中层与基布层贴合压力≥1T。
所述步骤八中加热环境为:加热温度150℃~190℃。
Claims (10)
1.一种物理发泡人造革,包括基布层(1)、发泡层(2)和面层(3),以使用状态为基准,面层和基布层分别固定贴合于发泡层两侧,其特征在于:所述发泡层内设有受热膨胀发泡体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的物理发泡人造革,其特征在于:所述发泡层内的受热膨胀发泡体为若干空心发泡球体(4)、受热膨胀树脂和碳酸氢钠粉体中的一种或多种的组合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的物理发泡人造革,其特征在于:所述发泡层的各个空心发泡球体、碳酸氢钠粉体和受热膨胀树脂外侧均包覆有一层PVC壳(5)。
4.一种权利要求1中所述的物理发泡人造革制造方法,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:
步骤一:准备面层材料并充分混合搅拌成面层浆料
步骤二:将面层浆料先排入混炼机内进行混炼,然后再排入炼胶机内进行塑炼;
步骤三:将经过塑炼的面层浆料送至压延机里压延成厚度在0.2mm~0.4mm的片材;
步骤四:准备发泡层材料并充分混合搅拌成发泡层浆料;
步骤五:将受热膨胀发泡体混入发泡浆料内,搅拌均匀;

步骤七:将将提前准备好的基底层贴合在发泡层表面形成半成品;
步骤八:给半成品加热,半成品发泡层受热膨胀形成成品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的物理发泡人造革制造方法,其特征在于:所述面层配料如下:聚氯乙烯树脂100重量份、增塑剂10~80重量份、润滑剂0.5~1重量份、耐热稳定剂2~5重量份、颜料3~5重量份、调整剂1~10重量份、加工助剂3~15重量份和耐磨改性材料30~50重量份,将上述表面致密层配料在高速分散混合机里混合均匀形成面层浆料,其中搅拌温度120℃~130℃,搅拌时间100s~200s;发泡层配料如下:聚氯乙烯树脂100重量份、增塑剂10~80重量份、润滑剂0.5~1重量份、耐热稳定剂2~5重量份、颜料3~5重量份、调整剂1~10重量份、发泡体3~50重量份,将上述过渡层配料高速分散混合机里混合均匀形成过渡层浆料,其中搅拌温度120℃~130℃,搅拌时间100s~200s。
6.根据权利要求4所述的物理发泡人造革制造方法,其特征在于:面层浆料在混炼机被混炼温度130℃~150℃,混炼时间200s~300s。
7.根据权利要求4所述的物理发泡人造革制造方法,其特征在于:所述面层浆料在炼胶机内在120℃~130℃的温度条件下进行塑炼10min~20min。
8.根据权利要求4所述的物理发泡人造革制造方法,其特征在于:所述面层浆料在压延机里压延作业条件温度为160℃~180℃,生产速度20m/min~40m/min。
9.根据权利要求4所述的物理发泡人造革制造方法,其特征在于:所述步骤七中面层与中层贴合压力≥1T,中层与基布层贴合压力≥1T。
10.根据权利要求4所述的物理发泡人造革制造方法,其特征在于:所述步骤八中加热环境为:加热温度为150℃~190℃。
