Abstract
一种玻璃纤维复合材料,该玻璃纤维复合材料主要包含一玻璃纤维的外表层,其中间灌注填充材,该填充材为废弃的玻璃绞碎成颗粒或粉,再与树脂、玻璃纤维混和一起搅拌形成。本发明亦可于填充材添加砂石及钢筋,以增加重量及强度,而能提高使用的领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种玻璃纤维复合材料,可适用于各种玻璃纤维产品及人孔盖的改良。
背景技术
在早期产品如:网球拍、球棒及自行车等各种运动器材(器具),都是以木材、金属或塑料等材质制成,虽然已达到制造成品的目的,但是因为各材质本身各具有其无法克服的缺点,例如木材会因虫蛀而腐坏,且过渡伐木使用,亦造成森林资源短缺也影响地球生态;再者,金属材质本身具有重量过于笨重及长期暴露于大气中风吹日晒雨淋,容易产生氧化腐蚀的现象发生;而塑料材质本身具有强度低的缺失及无法自然分解于大自然中,因而产生环境污染的问题。
然而,现在市面有玻璃纤维复合材料运用于运动器材(器具)、家俱及汽、机车的车体,其缺点在于应用的型态仅限于成形纤维板贴设于桌面,或是运动器材,如只能直接成形出球棒或是自行车的管体,或是汽、机车的车身,都仅为单层的玻璃纤维板,且受材质本身重量轻的特性下,也让其玻璃纤维复合材料使其无法扩展其应用领域。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种玻璃纤维复合材料,其玻璃纤维的外表层中间灌注填充材,该填充材为废弃的玻璃绞碎成颗粒或粉,再与树脂、玻璃纤维混和一起搅拌形成。且亦可于填充材内添加砂石及钢筋,以增加重量及强度,而能达到提高使用范围的用途。
本发明要解决的另一技术问题是:提供一种玻璃纤维复合材料,主要包含:一玻璃纤维的外表层,其中间灌注填充材,该填充材为废弃的玻璃绞碎成颗粒或粉,再与树脂、玻璃纤维混和一起搅拌形成,而达到环保资源回收的目的。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种玻璃纤维复合材料,其包含一玻璃纤维的外表层,该外表层中间灌注一填充材,该填充材为回收废弃玻璃搅碎成颗粒或粉末状后,再与树脂及玻璃纤维混合搅拌均匀而成。
如上所述的玻璃纤维复合材料,该玻璃纤维的外表层中间可另铺设一钢筋层,并加入砂石,以达所需稳固的重量及强度。
本发明的特点和优点是:本发明的玻璃纤维复合材料,主要包含一玻璃纤维的外表层,其中间灌注填充材,该填充材为废弃的玻璃绞碎成颗粒或粉,再与树脂、玻璃纤维混和一起搅拌形成,具有环保及资源回收的优点。本发明亦可于填充材添加砂石及钢筋,以增加重量及强度,而能提高使用的领域。

具体实施方式
为了让本发明的上述和其它优点能更明显,下文特举本发明具体实施例,并配合附图,作详细说明如下。
请参照图1,本发明玻璃纤维复合材料的复合材料乃在玻璃纤维的外表层1中间灌注填充材2所形成,其中该填充材2则请参阅图2,是将回收的废弃玻璃绞碎成颗粒或粉状后,加入树脂及玻璃纤维混和搅拌均匀而形成的。
前述的复合材料可依制造者的需求做成各种形状,如制造成平板状的板材,则可用于门板、桌面、椅子、活动厕所的箱体板状等等各种用品,或是制造成其它的几何形状应用于各种的运动器材(器具)、家俱及汽机车的车体。然而,在玻璃纤维材质的外表面1中间灌注有填充材2,内混合有回收废弃玻璃,能够大幅降低制造的成本,并有资源回收的效果,且因填充材2由玻璃、树脂及玻璃纤维制成,其中玻璃和玻璃纤维为同材质,搭配树脂而使得结合度提高,不会发生松散脱落的情形。
再请参阅图3在实施上,若需要得到较重的重量及更高的强度时,可在填充材2的中间加设一钢筋3,同时,并在填充材2内加入砂石21,由于填充材2内添加有树脂和与玻璃颗粒(或粉状)同构型的玻璃纤维,因此,填充材2本身与外表层1、钢筋层3并形成一稳固的紧结状态,以达所需稳固的重量及强度。
由上段叙述可知,由于提高强度及重量,可以取代公知的传统钢铁材质物品,以业经制造出实品的人孔盖为例,在公知的传统铸铁材质同一大小及厚度的前提下,并能够将人孔盖本身的重量降低至原来的三分之二,藉此,当进行维修地下电缆及清洁污水道作业时,可使的人孔盖掀起及盖合的工作过程更为容易,且经测试其承载重量可达9700公斤以上,达到标准承载重量,所以在使用上更具安全性;且因外表层1为玻璃纤维材质不但具有耐酸碱性外,更不用担心腐蚀及生锈的困扰,而可让人孔盖使用的期限大幅延长,且在若没有遭人为蓄意破坏的情事下,更能让人孔盖使用期限可达数十年之久,并可减少保养的人事及物品消耗费用的成本,另外,由于外表层1为玻璃纤维材质,因此制成的人孔盖的表面就没有铸铁成型过程出现的砂孔情形产生,并配合原有设置的气密胶圈,而可形成为一完全密闭状态,能确保污水道的臭气不会外漏。虽然上述实施例是以人孔盖,说明本发明的实施例及功效,然而本发明亦可使用于各种建筑设施,如水沟盖,人行道砖;或板材,如隔间板,桌板,层板。
由前述的比较下可知,利用本发明复合材料所制造的人孔盖,能大幅度使用的功效,而可证明本发明已具备产业上的利用性,且因中间灌注有填充材2,该填充材2内又添加有回收的颗粒(粉)废弃玻璃,不但能够达到资源再利用的环保效果,且又能降低制造的成本及人力的浪费。
虽然本发明已以前述较佳实施例揭示,然其并非用以限定本发明,任何熟习此技艺者,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,当可作各种的更动与修改。因此本发明的保护范围当视后附的申请专利范围所界定者为准。
Claims (2)
1、一种玻璃纤维复合材料,其特征在于,包含一玻璃纤维的外表层,该外表层中间灌注一填充材,该填充材为回收废弃玻璃搅碎成颗粒或粉末状后,再与树脂及玻璃纤维混合搅拌均匀而成。
2、如权利要求1的玻璃纤维复合材料,其特征在于,该玻璃纤维的外表层中间可另铺设一钢筋层,并加入砂石,以达所需稳固的重量及强度。
