本发明公开了一种松紧带焊接机构,包含固定架、夹取架、移动架组件、转接架组件和焊接架;固定架上设置有料盘、输送带驱动电机、标记滚筒、切断组件、输送带、升降载板和长度传感器;夹取架位于固定架的一侧,夹取架上设置有夹取移动缸和夹取组件;转接架组件包含转接板、一级升降缸和二级升降缸;夹取移动缸与转接板配合,移动架组件与一级升降缸配合,焊接架与二级升降缸配合,焊接架上设置有超声波焊接部件;本发明可以实现松紧带自动走料、裁断、夹取、移动至焊接位置、下降、焊接并复位的自动化加工过程,效率高、精度好,通过超声波焊接的方式,使松紧带两端固定在被子上,牢靠耐用,保证了产品质量。

本发明涉及一种松紧带焊接机构。
背景技术
被子、垫子等产品在生产过程中,需要在边角缝制松紧带,使其具有绑在其他物体上的功能;而传统的手工缝制方式效率低、精度差,无法满足现代化生产的需要,而自动化的设备又难以实现将松紧带缝制在被子边角这样复杂化的动作过程。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种松紧带焊接机构。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种松紧带焊接机构,包含固定架、夹取架、移动架组件、转接架组件和焊接架;所述固定架上设置有料盘、输送带驱动电机、标记滚筒、切断组件、输送带、升降载板和长度传感器;所述料盘用于装载松紧带原料,松紧带原料依次经过标记滚筒和切断组件与输送带和升降载板配合,输送带驱动电机驱动输送带运转,升降载板设置在输送带的下侧,长度传感器设置在输送带和升降载板之间;所述夹取架位于固定架的一侧,夹取架上设置有夹取移动缸和至少两组夹取组件;所述转接架组件包含转接板、一级升降缸和二级升降缸,一级升降缸设置在转接板上,二级升降缸设置在一级升降缸上;所述夹取移动缸与转接板配合,带动夹取架相对于转接板移动,使夹取组件与升降载板配合;所述移动架组件与一级升降缸配合,移动架组件带动转接架组件以及夹取架移动送料,一级升降缸带动夹取架相对于移动架组件升降;所述焊接架与二级升降缸配合,焊接架上设置有与各个夹取组件相配合的多个超声波焊接部件。
优选的,所述输送带包括两个传动辊和多条弹力带,两个传动辊的间距可调,多条弹力带等间距设置在两个传动辊上。
优选的,所述夹取组件包含夹取缸、固定夹爪和活动夹爪,固定夹爪固定设置在夹取架上,夹取缸沿竖向设置在固定夹爪的非工作端,夹取缸带动活动夹爪升降,使活动夹爪与固定夹爪配合。
优选的,所述移动架组件包含固定板、连接板、前移缸和导轨,;所述固定板固定,导轨与固定板滑动配合,且导轨的一端与连接板连接固定;所述前移缸设置在固定板上,前移缸与连接板配合,连接板与一级升降缸配合。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明的松紧带焊接机构,利用固定架、夹取架、移动架组件、转接架组件和焊接架之间的配合,可以实现松紧带自动走料、裁断、夹取、移动至焊接位置、下降、焊接并复位的自动化加工过程,效率高、精度好,通过超声波焊接的方式,使松紧带两端固定在被子上,牢靠耐用,保证了产品质量。

下面结合附图来说明本发明。
如附图1-2所示,本发明所述的一种松紧带焊接机构,包含固定架1、夹取架2、移动架组件、转接架组件和焊接架5;所述固定架1上设置有料盘11、输送带驱动电机12、标记滚筒13、切断组件14、输送带15、升降载板16和长度传感器;所述料盘11用于装载松紧带原料,松紧带原料依次经过标记滚筒13和切断组件14与输送带15和升降载板16配合,升降载板16设置在输送带15的下侧,长度传感器设置在输送带15和升降载板16之间;所述输送带15包括两个传动辊和多条弹力带,输送带驱动电机12驱动传动辊运转,两个传动辊的间距可调,多条弹力带等间距设置在两个传动辊上,使长度传感器可以透过弹力带的间隙去检测松紧带原料的位置。
所述转接架组件位于固定架1的上方,转接架组件包含转接板4、一级升降缸41和二级升降缸42,一级升降缸41设置在转接板4上,二级升降缸42设置在一级升降缸41上。
所述夹取架2位于固定架1的一侧,夹取架2上设置有夹取移动缸21,夹取架2的两端各设置有一组夹取组件;所述夹取移动缸21与转接板4配合,带动夹取架2相对于转接板4移动,使夹取组件可以与升降载板16配合,来夹取升降载板16上的松紧带;所述夹取组件包含夹取缸22、固定夹爪23和活动夹爪24,固定夹爪23的非工作端固定连接在夹取架2上,夹取缸22沿竖向设置在固定夹爪23的非工作端上,活动夹爪24位于固定夹爪23的上方,夹取缸22带动活动夹爪24升降,使活动夹爪24与固定夹爪23配合夹取。
所述移动架组件包含固定板3、连接板31、前移缸32和导轨33,;所述固定板3固定,导轨33与固定板3滑动配合,且导轨33的一端与连接板31连接固定;所述前移缸32设置在固定板3上,前移缸32与连接板31配合,连接板31与一级升降缸41配合;使前移缸32可以带动转接架组件以及夹取架2移动送料,一级升降缸41可以带动夹取架2相对于移动架组件升降;所述焊接架5与二级升降缸42配合,焊接架5的两端各设置有一个与两个夹取组件相配合的超声波焊接部件51。
工作时,将料盘11上的松紧带原料端头穿过标记滚筒13和切断组件14,送至输送带15处,升降载板16上升并与输送带15配合卡住松紧带原料,升降载板16为光滑面板,输送带驱动电机12运行,使输送带15带动松紧带原料的端头沿升降载板16移动至长度传感器处,并由切断组件14将松紧带原料切断,随后升降载板16下降,夹取移动缸21带动夹取架2前移,使活动夹爪24和固定夹爪23分别伸至升降载板16的上下两侧,活动夹爪24的下表面可设置齿槽等结构,夹取缸22带动活动夹爪24压住升降载板16上的松紧带,随后夹取移动缸21带动夹取架2后退,后退过程中,活动夹爪24带着松紧带移动离开升降载板16,并配合固定夹爪23将松紧带夹紧;随后前移缸32通过转接架组件带动夹取架2和焊接架5移动至被子边角上方,由于松紧带一般呈45°角缝制在被子的边角上,因此前移缸32的推动方向与松紧带本身呈45°夹角的斜向设置;移动到位后,一级升降缸41带动夹取架2下降,使松紧带贴在被子边角的上表面,随后二级升降缸42带动焊接架5下降,超声波焊接部件51工作,将松紧带焊接在被子的边角上,随后各机构依次复位,准备下一次的焊接工作。

1.一种松紧带焊接机构,其特征在于:包含固定架(1)、夹取架(2)、移动架组件、转接架组件和焊接架(5);所述固定架(1)上设置有料盘(11)、输送带驱动电机(12)、标记滚筒(13)、切断组件(14)、输送带(15)、升降载板(16)和长度传感器;所述料盘(11)用于装载松紧带原料,松紧带原料依次经过标记滚筒(13)和切断组件(14)与输送带(15)和升降载板(16)配合,输送带驱动电机(12)驱动输送带(15)运转,升降载板(16)设置在输送带(15)的下侧,长度传感器设置在输送带(15)和升降载板(16)之间;所述夹取架(2)位于固定架(1)的一侧,夹取架(2)上设置有夹取移动缸(21)和至少两组夹取组件;所述转接架组件包含转接板(4)、一级升降缸(41)和二级升降缸(42),一级升降缸(41)设置在转接板(4)上,二级升降缸(42)设置在一级升降缸(41)上;所述夹取移动缸(21)与转接板(4)配合,带动夹取架(2)相对于转接板(4)移动,使夹取组件与升降载板(16)配合;所述移动架组件与一级升降缸(41)配合,移动架组件带动转接架组件以及夹取架(2)移动送料,一级升降缸(41)带动夹取架(2)相对于移动架组件升降;所述焊接架(5)与二级升降缸(42)配合,焊接架(5)上设置有与各个夹取组件相配合的多个超声波焊接部件(51)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的松紧带焊接机构,其特征在于:所述输送带(15)包括两个传动辊和多条弹力带,两个传动辊的间距可调,多条弹力带等间距设置在两个传动辊上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的松紧带焊接机构,其特征在于:所述夹取组件包含夹取缸(22)、固定夹爪(23)和活动夹爪(24),固定夹爪(23)固定设置在夹取架(2)上,夹取缸(22)沿竖向设置在固定夹爪(23)的非工作端,夹取缸(22)带动活动夹爪(24)升降,使活动夹爪(24)与固定夹爪(23)配合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的松紧带焊接机构,其特征在于:所述移动架组件包含固定板(3)、连接板(31)、前移缸(32)和导轨(33),;所述固定板(3)固定,导轨(33)与固定板(3)滑动配合,且导轨(33)的一端与连接板(31)连接固定;所述前移缸(32)设置在固定板(3)上,前移缸(32)与连接板(31)配合,连接板(31)与一级升降缸(41)配合。
