Abstract
本发明公开了一种特殊膳食营养用途配方食品,以质量份计,该食品包括以下组分:全脂奶粉80‑120份、大米蛋白粉80‑120份、大豆蛋白粉80‑120份、麦芽糊精40‑60份、苦瓜提取物15‑25份、椰子粉10‑20份、白芸豆提取物10‑20份。本发明一种特殊膳食营养用途配方食品通过各种成分的协同作用,可以充分利用患者(用药治疗过程中)的功能,保护、维持、促进患者胰岛素功能的恢复,调节免疫功能,增强机体抗病能力,从而影响疾病的发展和逆转,减少并发症的发生可能。

技术领域
本发明涉及特殊营养品领域,尤其是一种特殊膳食营养用途配方食品。
背景技术
糖尿病是一组以高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病。高血糖则是由于胰岛素分泌缺陷或其生物作用受损,或两者兼有引起。糖尿病时长期存在的高血糖,导致各种组织,特别是眼、肾、心脏、血管、神经的慢性损害、功能障碍。进食过多,体力活动减少导致的肥胖是2型糖尿病最主要的环境因素,使具有2型糖尿病遗传易感性的个体容易发病。1型糖尿病患者存在免疫系统异常,在某些病毒如柯萨奇病毒,风疹病毒,腮腺病毒等感染后导致自身免疫反应,破坏胰岛素β细胞。2型糖尿病常见于中老年人,肥胖者发病率高,常可伴有高血压,血脂异常、动脉硬化等疾病。起病隐袭,早期无任何症状,或仅有轻度乏力、口渴,血糖增高不明显者需做糖耐量试验才能确诊。血清胰岛素水平早期正常或增高,晚期低下。目前尚无根治糖尿病的方法,但通过多种治疗手段可以控制好糖尿病。主要包括5个方面:糖尿病患者的教育,自我监测血糖,饮食治疗,运动治疗和药物治疗。饮食治疗是各种类型糖尿病治疗的基础,一部分轻型糖尿病患者单用饮食治疗就可控制病情。现在没有专门针对2型糖尿病患者或者其他血糖检测异常者的食品,因此需要设计一种特殊膳食营养用途配方食品。
发明内容
针对现有的技术中的缺陷,提供一种特殊膳食营养用途配方食品。
本发明通过下述方案实现:
一种特殊膳食营养用途配方食品,以质量份计,该食品包括以下组分:全脂奶粉80-120份、大米蛋白粉80-120份、大豆蛋白粉80-120份、麦芽糊精40-60份、苦瓜提取物15-25份、椰子粉10-20份、白芸豆提取物10-20份。
质量份计,该食品包括以下组分:全脂奶粉100份、大米蛋白粉100份、大豆蛋白粉100份、麦芽糊精50份、苦瓜提取物20份、椰子粉15份、白芸豆提取物15份。
所述全脂奶粉中的蛋白质的质量百分比不低于24%,所述全脂奶粉中的脂肪的质量百分比不低于26%,所述全脂奶粉中的乳糖的质量百分比不低于37%。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明一种特殊膳食营养用途配方食品通过各种成分的协同作用,可以充分利用患者(用药治疗过程中)的功能,保护、维持、促进患者胰岛素功能的恢复,调节免疫功能,增强机体抗病能力,从而影响疾病的发展和逆转,减少并发症的发生可能。

下面对本发明优选的实施例进一步说明:
实施例1
一种特殊膳食营养用途配方食品,质量份计,该食品包括以下组分:全脂奶粉100份、大米蛋白粉100份、大豆蛋白粉100份、麦芽糊精50份、苦瓜提取物20份、椰子粉15份、白芸豆提取物15份。
所述全脂奶粉中的蛋白质的质量百分比不低于24%,所述全脂奶粉中的脂肪的质量百分比不低于26%,所述全脂奶粉中的乳糖的质量百分比不低于37%。
本发明的食品通过合理的配比,以营养支持达到保护胰腺的功能,保持良好的代谢功能,以改善血糖含量使其接近正常水平,减少急慢性病发生的危险。
本发明的一种特殊膳食营养用途配方食品的制备是采用干混法,为了防止各种物料的污染,对各种物料的包装袋进行外包装吸尘、扒皮、内包装杀菌后进行混料和包装,混料过程中各种物料的用量见上文。

一种特殊膳食营养用途配方食品,以质量份计,该食品包括以下组分:全脂奶粉120份、大米蛋白粉80份、大豆蛋白粉120份、麦芽糊精40份、苦瓜提取物25份、椰子粉10份、白芸豆提取物20份。
所述全脂奶粉中的蛋白质的质量百分比不低于24%,所述全脂奶粉中的脂肪的质量百分比不低于26%,所述全脂奶粉中的乳糖的质量百分比不低于37%。
实施例3
一种特殊膳食营养用途配方食品,以质量份计,该食品包括以下组分:全脂奶粉80份、大米蛋白粉120份、大豆蛋白粉80份、麦芽糊精60份、苦瓜提取物15份、椰子粉20份、白芸豆提取物10份。
所述全脂奶粉中的蛋白质的质量百分比不低于24%,所述全脂奶粉中的脂肪的质量百分比不低于26%,所述全脂奶粉中的乳糖的质量百分比不低于37%。
全脂奶粉用纯乳生产的,基本保持了乳中的原有营养成分。全脂奶粉含有牛奶中的优质蛋白质、脂肪、多种维生素以及钙、磷、铁等矿物质,是适合天天饮用的营养佳品,可防止皮肤干燥及暗沉,使皮肤白皙,有光泽;也可补充丰富的钙质,适合缺钙的人、少儿、易怒、失眠者以及工作压力大的人。专家指出,从预防和康复的角度讲,乳类均是首先推荐的理想食品,牛奶中的维生素和矿物质为食品之首。全脂牛奶中的胆固醇含量很少,并且具有降低胆固醇和抑制其吸收的乳清酸、3-羟基-3-甲基戊二酸等成分,因此对于伴有高血压和冠状动脉硬化性心脏病的糖尿病患者,同样可以食用全脂牛奶,而不必担心牛奶中因有较多的脂肪而不敢喝。全脂牛奶是一种均衡的食品,现代医学研究表明,牛奶中还含有磷脂、某些不饱和脂肪酸等生理活性成分,对人体健康具有综合效应。
大米蛋白粉是指从大米中提取的蛋白质,经粉粹、提纯、干燥等加工后形成的粉末状物质。大米蛋白主要由清蛋白、球蛋白、醇溶性蛋白和谷蛋白等四种蛋白组成,大米蛋白的氨基酸组成合理,且氨基酸含量高,被公认为优质的食用蛋白。大米蛋白粉因其较高的营养价值、低过敏性等优点。大米蛋白因能弥补了动物蛋白的缺陷,可以起到防止过多摄入动物脂肪、胆固醇的作用。
大豆分离蛋白是经过一系列加工步骤从大豆中提取,得到的近乎纯化的蛋白质。大豆分离蛋白中含有八种人体必需的氨基酸,与肉、鱼、蛋、奶近似,属于全价蛋白质。在众多的植物性蛋白质中,营养价值最高的是豆类蛋白质(又称大豆蛋白),而且豆类食物不含胆固醇,这是动物性食物所不具备的特点。没有经过任何加工的大豆蛋白质有它的缺陷:蛋氨酸(一种必需氨基酸)含量相对较少。因此,整粒大豆的氨基酸评分大约为0.6~0.7。但是,由于大豆的蛋白质含量高,而且不含胆固醇,大豆蛋白粉被人们广泛利用。肾病是一种常见的长期糖尿病并发症,20%多的糖尿病患者肾功能受损。摄入动物蛋白,将增加肾脏负担,从而导致病情的加重。大豆蛋白质通过降低血浆胆固醇含量,起到防止和减轻动物蛋白对肾脏的损害。通过对肾病患者的饮食治疗观察,用大豆蛋白质替代动物蛋白效果最好,肾病患者也乐于接受含有大豆蛋白的食品。
麦芽糊精也称水溶性糊精或酶法糊精。它是以各类淀粉作原料,经酶法工艺低程度控制水解转化,提纯,干燥而成。麦芽糊精是DE值5-20的淀粉水解产物。它介于淀粉和淀粉糖之间,是一种价格低廉、口感滑腻、没有任何味道的营养性多糖。麦芽糊精一般为多种DE值的混合物。它可以是白色粉末,也可以是浓缩液体。流动性良好,无异味,几乎没有甜度。溶解性能良好,有适度的粘度。吸湿性低,不易结团。有较好的载体作用,是各种甜味剂、香味剂、填充剂等的优良载体。有很好的乳化作用和增稠效果。有促进产品成型和良好地抑制产品组织结构的作用。成膜性能好,既能防止产品变形又能改善产品外观。极易被人体吸收,特别适宜作病人和婴幼儿童食品的基础原料。
肉苦瓜汤是降血糖上品。苦瓜粗提取物含类似胰岛素物质,有明显的降血糖作用。中医认为,苦瓜性味甘苦寒凉,能清热、除烦、止渴;蚌肉甘咸而寒,能清热滋阴、止渴利尿。两者合用,清热滋阴,适用糖尿病偏于胃阴虚有热者。
椰汁及椰肉含大量蛋白质、果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖、脂肪、维生素B1、维生素E、维生素C、钾、钙、镁等。椰肉色白如玉,芳香滑脆;椰汁清凉甘甜。椰肉、椰汁是老少皆宜的美味佳果。在每100克椰子中,能量达到了900多千焦,蛋白质4克,脂肪12克,膳食纤维4克,另外还有多种微量元素,碳水化合物的含量也很丰富。椰子性味甘、平,入胃、脾、大肠经;果肉具有补虚强壮,益气祛风,消疳杀虫的功效。
白芸豆,其生物学名叫多花菜豆,因花色多样而得名。属豆科,蝶形花亚科,菜豆族菜豆属,白芸豆原产美洲的墨西哥和阿根廷,后经人工栽培驯化已适应冷凉潮湿的高原地带。每百克白芸豆含蛋白质23.1克、脂肪1.3克、碳水化合物56.9克、胡萝卜素0.24毫克、钙160毫克、磷410毫克、铁7.3毫克及丰富的B族维生素,鲜豆还含丰富的维生素C。芸豆粒大饱满、质地细腻,富含沙性,食法多样,可煮可炖,作豆馅、豆沙,做汤菜、烧肉、制罐头或冷饮、糕点、甜食小吃等均相宜。
白芸豆(white kidney beans)是世界各国常见的一种食用豆,在我国各省、区均有种植。白芸豆不仅营养价值丰富,而且具有很高的药用和保健价值,是我国传统的药食同源食品。现代科学研究表明,白芸豆提取物中含有较高活性的α-淀粉酶抑制物质,化学成分为一种复合糖蛋白(淀粉吸收阻断剂),能抑制α-淀粉酶的作用,阻断淀粉分解,减少葡萄糖吸收,从而起到降低餐后血糖升高,减少胰岛素分泌,降低脂肪合成等作用,可以有效配合糖尿病人和减肥者的饮食治疗,使他们饭吃饱、消除饥饿感,而餐后血糖不高,体重不增。

1.一种特殊膳食营养用途配方食品,其特征在于,以质量份计,该食品包括以下组分:全脂奶粉80-120份、大米蛋白粉80-120份、大豆蛋白粉80-120份、麦芽糊精40-60份、苦瓜提取物15-25份、椰子粉10-20份、白芸豆提取物10-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种特殊膳食营养用途配方食品,其特征在于,质量份计,该食品包括以下组分:全脂奶粉100份、大米蛋白粉100份、大豆蛋白粉100份、麦芽糊精50份、苦瓜提取物20份、椰子粉15份、白芸豆提取物15份。
