Abstract
本发明公开一种导湿户外服装用聚酰胺纤维的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:(1)将熔融纺丝后的聚酰胺纤维编织成面料,然后将得到的聚酰胺面料放入活化液中进行表面活化处理;(2)将聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯、氧化石墨烯、晾感添加剂加入至水中,采用超声处理后,得到混合胶粒溶液,然后继续向混合胶粒溶液中加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸烯丙酯、引发剂,保温反应,制得复合水凝胶;(3)然后将制得的复合水凝胶涂刷在聚酰胺面料的表面,烘干处理后,制得成品。本发明制得的聚酰胺面料,各项力学性能优异,耐磨性好,适合制备户外服装,尤其是具有优异的导湿性能,人体产生的汗液可快速的挥发掉,增加穿着的舒适度。

背景技术
户外环境复杂多变,为抵御恶劣环境对人体的伤害,保护身体热量不被散失以及快速排出运动时所产生的汗水,在登山、攀岩及其他户外运动时,应该穿戴专业的户外服装。现有技术中的户外服装,为了增加其强度,常常采用聚酰胺纤维编织,但是聚酰胺纤维存在着导湿性能差,人体产生的汗液不易快速挥发,导致其舒适感较差。

(2)按重量份计,将36-40份聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯、13-20份氧化石墨烯、10-14份晾感添加剂加入至140-160份水中,采用超声处理后,得到混合胶粒溶液,然后继续向混合胶粒溶液中加入60-70份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、46-50份丙烯酸烯丙酯、0.5-0.9份引发剂,混合搅拌均匀后,55-60℃保温反应3-4小时后,制得复合水凝胶,其中凉感添加剂由以下重量份的组分制成:钽粉5-10份、氧化钆13-16份、氧硅磷灰石29-35份;
(3)然后将制得的复合水凝胶涂刷在聚酰胺面料的表面,烘干处理后,制得成品。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,氧化石墨烯的纯度为99%,平均粒径大小为2-3μm。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,引发剂为过氧化苯甲酰、过氧化月桂酰中的任意一种。
具体地,上述步骤(3)中,烘干处理的温度为70-80℃。
由以上的技术方案可知,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供的一种户外服装用导湿聚酰胺面料的制备方法,成本较低,可实现大规模的工业化生产,制得的聚酰胺面料,各项力学性能优异,耐磨性好,适合制备户外服装,尤其是具有优异的导湿性能,人体产生的汗液可快速的挥发掉,增加穿着的舒适度。其中,步骤(1)中的活化液,可在面料表面形成较多的羧基、羰基、磺酸基等活性基团,提升了其表面活性,增加了复合水凝胶在其表面的粘结力;本发明制得的复合水凝胶,在聚酰胺面料表面干燥后,可形成一层致密的膜层,增强聚酰胺面料的耐磨性能,但是膜层内部由于含有氧化石墨烯以及凉感添加剂,两者协同作用后,具有优异的吸湿能力和导湿能力,其能吸收聚酰胺面料内侧的气态水,并向聚酰胺面料内部传递,传到聚酰胺面料的另一面,可使的聚酰胺面料长久的保持干燥的状况。

下面通过具体的实施例对本发明进行详细说明,但这些举例性实施方式的用途和目的仅用来例举本发明,并非对本发明的实际保护范围构成任何形式的任何限定,更非将本发明的保护范围局限于此。
实施例1
一种户外服装用导湿聚酰胺面料的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将熔融纺丝后的聚酰胺纤维编织成面料,然后将得到的聚酰胺面料放入活化液中进行表面活化处理,其中活化液由以下重量份的组分制成:甲基丙烯磺酸钠13份、过氧化钠4份、三聚磷酸钾10份、水190份;
(2)按重量份计,将36份聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯、13份氧化石墨烯、10份晾感添加剂加入至140份水中,采用超声处理后,得到混合胶粒溶液,然后继续向混合胶粒溶液中加入60份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、46份丙烯酸烯丙酯、0.5份引发剂,混合搅拌均匀后,55℃保温反应3小时后,制得复合水凝胶,其中凉感添加剂由以下重量份的组分制成:钽粉5份、氧化钆13份、氧硅磷灰石29份;
(3)然后将制得的复合水凝胶涂刷在聚酰胺面料的表面,烘干处理后,制得成品。
其中,上述步骤(2)中,氧化石墨烯的纯度为99%,平均粒径大小为2μm。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,引发剂为过氧化苯甲酰。
具体地,上述步骤(3)中,烘干处理的温度为70℃。
实施例2
一种户外服装用导湿聚酰胺面料的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将熔融纺丝后的聚酰胺纤维编织成面料,然后将得到的聚酰胺面料放入活化液中进行表面活化处理,其中活化液由以下重量份的组分制成:甲基丙烯磺酸钠15份、过氧化钠7份、三聚磷酸钾13份、水195份;
(2)按重量份计,将38份聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯、16份氧化石墨烯、12份晾感添加剂加入至150份水中,采用超声处理后,得到混合胶粒溶液,然后继续向混合胶粒溶液中加入65份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、48份丙烯酸烯丙酯、0.7份引发剂,混合搅拌均匀后,58℃保温反应3.5小时后,制得复合水凝胶,其中凉感添加剂由以下重量份的组分制成:钽粉8份、氧化钆15份、氧硅磷灰石33份;
(3)然后将制得的复合水凝胶涂刷在聚酰胺面料的表面,烘干处理后,制得成品。
其中,上述步骤(2)中,氧化石墨烯的纯度为99%,平均粒径大小为3μm。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,引发剂为过氧化月桂酰。
具体地,上述步骤(3)中,烘干处理的温度为75℃。
实施例3
一种户外服装用导湿聚酰胺面料的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将熔融纺丝后的聚酰胺纤维编织成面料,然后将得到的聚酰胺面料放入活化液中进行表面活化处理,其中活化液由以下重量份的组分制成:甲基丙烯磺酸钠16份、过氧化钠9份、三聚磷酸钾15份、水200份;
(2)按重量份计,将40份聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯、20份氧化石墨烯、14份晾感添加剂加入至160份水中,采用超声处理后,得到混合胶粒溶液,然后继续向混合胶粒溶液中加入70份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、50份丙烯酸烯丙酯、0.9份引发剂,混合搅拌均匀后,60℃保温反应4小时后,制得复合水凝胶,其中凉感添加剂由以下重量份的组分制成:钽粉10份、氧化钆16份、氧硅磷灰石35份;
(3)然后将制得的复合水凝胶涂刷在聚酰胺面料的表面,烘干处理后,制得成品。
其中,上述步骤(2)中,氧化石墨烯的纯度为99%,平均粒径大小为3μm。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,引发剂为过氧化月桂酰。
具体地,上述步骤(3)中,烘干处理的温度为80℃。
对比例1
步骤(2)中不添加氧化石墨烯和晾感添加剂,其余操作步骤与实施例1完全相同。
分别用各实施例和对比例的方法制得户外服装用导湿聚酰胺面料,然后按照GB/T12704.2-2009 《纺织品 织物透湿性试验方法 第2部分:蒸发法》测试其导湿性能,试验结果如表1所示:

由表1可知,本实施例制得的聚酰胺面料,具有优异的导湿性能,可快速的排净人体产生的汗液。
需要说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制。尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的范围,其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围中。
Claims (4)
1.一种户外服装用导湿聚酰胺面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将熔融纺丝后的聚酰胺纤维编织成面料,然后将得到的聚酰胺面料放入活化液中进行表面活化处理,其中活化液由以下重量份的组分制成:甲基丙烯磺酸钠13-16份、过氧化钠4-9份、三聚磷酸钾10-15份、水190-200份;
(2)按重量份计,将36-40份聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯、13-20份氧化石墨烯、10-14份晾感添加剂加入至140-160份水中,采用超声处理后,得到混合胶粒溶液,然后继续向混合胶粒溶液中加入60-70份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、46-50份丙烯酸烯丙酯、0.5-0.9份引发剂,混合搅拌均匀后,55-60℃保温反应3-4小时后,制得复合水凝胶,其中凉感添加剂由以下重量份的组分制成:钽粉5-10份、氧化钆13-16份、氧硅磷灰石29-35份;
(3)然后将制得的复合水凝胶涂刷在聚酰胺面料的表面,烘干处理后,制得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种户外服装用导湿聚酰胺面料的制备方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(2)中,氧化石墨烯的纯度为99%,平均粒径大小为2-3μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种户外服装用导湿聚酰胺面料的制备方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(2)中,引发剂为过氧化苯甲酰、过氧化月桂酰中的任意一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种户外服装用导湿聚酰胺面料的制备方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(3)中,烘干处理的温度为70-80℃。
